I have been waiting for the whole day at the address for the product, and call thrice at your customer care and as per them the product will be at my address on or before 7 P.M and now After wasting my whole day i come to know that product delivery is postpone to 15th May.
Your people just let me know that how come you become this much irresponsible, how can you delayed someones order without any prior information. I had to gift the product to someones wedding and the wedding is on 12th may.

    I ordered for a 40000 rupess lenovo IdeaPad 330. . .on 6th May 2019 and showed me I will recieve order in 9th may

    Iam worried about my product and it is still not delivered even after 10th May 2019, and tracking order still shows it is in Thier Bangalore hub for around 3 days and still not moving from there . . I called customer care no valid answer heard from them. . .this is annoying and I want that laptop to do my project works for University exams ASAP. . . This is unfair customer service done by flipkart

        Hi team, greetings..!

        Regarding my order id is od[protected], from flipkart dated on[protected].
        Invoice no : fabzdc[protected]

        Seller name : tech connect retail pvt ltd.

        Complaint no : in[protected] raised in flipkart, i have made payment through credit card and also wish master has delivered the product zesture poly cotton curtains, on cod (Rs : 303/-).

        When i raised complaint to flipkart customer services on[protected], after multiple enquiries and mail communications, they updated that seller had processed refund on 29 - april 2019, on[protected] and would be reflected in provided bank account details with in 8 business days.
        Seller has not provided refund reference id to check the status of refund.

        Till now, refund is not processed and reflected in my bank account.

        Please do needful as my issue is not solved after multiple enquiries of flipkart customer services and mail communications.

          Return request declined by flipkart.

          Dear sir,

          This is in request for your support for the return and refund request for the product received. The product i am looking for is not similar i. E. 3 star and 5 star was not accessible in my pin location.

          Hence i had a telecommunication with the representative of flipkart about my issue and they confirmed me that i can return the same. However after i raised the return compliant the same was rejected. After again communicating with the representative they state they can not help me with the request.

          Requesting your support with the return and refund of the same.

          Your upkeep with my request will be very helpful and highly appreciated.

            I have purchased a smart watch (Make & model: aqfit w8) from flipkart on 29apr'19 (Order id: od[protected]. I charged the product for 3 hours after which the display read "updating ui resource". I checked after 4 hours & noted that it continued to show the same message. I left it untouched and even after 24 hours, it shows the same message.
            I raised a return request (Return id:[protected]) on 04may'19 & received a mail from flipkart which stated that "our representative will contact you soon." which never happened. Surprisingly, when i opened the flipkart app to check the section "my orders", it showed that my return request was rejected unilaterally by flipkart, without them ever contacting me or trying to understand what is wrong with the product.
            Subsequently, i raised a second return request (Return id:[protected]) & i was promised that the issue would be resolved by 10may'19. On the night of 09may'19, i received another message stating, "we are sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue & request you to provide time till 11may'19."
            After enduring all this, flipkart sent me a message stating that "the seller is unable to fulfill your replacement request.'
            I want a fully functional product as replacement for a dysfunctional product sold to me by flipkart.

              I had purchased a tv unit from flipkart on[protected] and the bill was prepaid using my credit card. The product was delivered on[protected]. Flipkart has updated the status of the order as installation completed on 02-may-2019. But till date ie[protected] no one has called me from home town, the seller in flipkart for the installation. On 2nd of may itself i had informed flipkart regarding the issue and they assured me that the issue will be solved with in 24 hours. Almost daily i'm calling up flipkart's call center and has failed to get a positive response till now. I even called up home towns call center and they are also unable to solve the issue.
              I have paid for the product one month back and the product is still not installed. I am getting a call from flipkart customer care executive asking whether the installation is completed yet? They don't have any coordination with their seller and i might add they are cheating their customers.

                  Why should i contact with mi company, where i have been order to flipkart?

                      I ordered oppo f11 pro mobile phone from flipkart i wanted to have a birthday gift my besty, next day some how my besty face an accident and now it's no more, that's why i wanted to return this product and refund my money. Instantly i raised a request to flipkart to return the product but there is no option to return only replacement option will be there then i called up flipkart toll free number and told my problems they said our senior team will call u and shortly resolve the problems. Today i received a call from flipkart they say only sorry our policy is not refund the money just say sorry. Please understand my situation and refund my money back.

We have interacted with the customer and customer inform that actual product value is Rs 423/- and paid Rs 500/- to wishmaster and he ran away and not handover the remaining amount to customer. Aap ke customer care executive se puchane par mera call disconnect kar diya gya ki aap ki tarf se koi response nahi aa raha. Aur 10may ko muje bataye bager mera order cancelled kar diya gya. Such puche to flipkart se mera man nirash ho gya. Sir me aap see request karta hu ki meri complaint india ke flipkart general manager taq pahuchai jaye. Bus itna hi kar diya jaye.

I have checked with sbi customer care and they confirmed that the amount successfully transfer to flipkart account.

                                I amrecently purchased bosch refrigerator on 1 may 2019 and delivered on 4 th may and when installation guys came to show us demo and installation. I found scratches in inner body of fridge and cracks and secondly they delivered me without door lock fridge which costs around 26000 and i purchased with lock 32000.

                                So they agree for replacement but on replacement they arranged technical visit which is done by bosch technicians and sended every reports to them but they are not ready to accept that, they only depend upon there server telling when tis get updated they issue replacement.

                                After many attempts of call they are not resolving my issue.

                                Given me 11 may resolution time when after they not given me my money or replacement back then i will do a fir to them against cheating customers md doing frauds in delivering used products.

                                Plz help me on this.

                                  Team - we have ordered a pair of bellies from flipkart. It was delivered on 8 may 2019 and i placed the return request on the same day but when the pick person came on 9 may 2019 he refused to collect the product and was asking for the footwear box which was not delivered with the product. We called customer care as well and explained the whole that we wanted to return the product as it is as we have received with all the attached tags and all other things but with no luck.                                     My order was cancelled due to courier service person without my concern. My oder was reached on 6th of may but he does not deliver my till now. Today i got cancelation massage. I have called 3-4 times in flipkart also but they dont respond well and dont do anything. I also called so many times to currier service but put their phone switch off and dont call me back. Actully i hv ordered a medicated cream which i hv waited alot but i get shocked by getting the message of cancelation of order. Flipkart is loosing their customers in this way. They always just listen but does not resolve problem. I am not going to order anything in future.

                                      Flipkart Customer Care's response
                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We regret to inform that the customer order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. Requesting customer to place a fresh order and the seller has also confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 09, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        Hi,

                                        My name is abhishek singh gour

                                        I am very disappointed from flipkart

                                        I ordered real me 3 pro phone with hdfc card, (Got 1000 off due to hdfc card) and ordered it at 15999.

                                        My order was supposed to be delivered by 3rd may, but didn't get it till 3rd may

                                        I contact flipkart guys, and got words from them that it will get delivered on or before 8th may.

                                        From 3rd may till 8 may.
                                        Daily i get message that it is out for delivery, but it never got delivered.

                                        Even on 8th may the contact number of delivery guy mentioned on sms was not a valid number

                                        On 8th may got a message that it got delivered till 9th may

                                        On 9th may got to know my order is cancelled by seller.

                                        Now what's next???

                                        What if the offers on the phone i avail before are not available now?

                                        I do not want to again take part and spend my time in sale.
                                        Why should i if i already spent my time on that.

                                        Team flipkart i want a solution for this from you guys.

                                        Also i need a early solution over this, i already wasted lot of my time.

                                        I do not want refund, i want my product shipped at same price.
