I had ordered redmi note 7 (Order no od[protected] from flipkart, i had returned the ordered product at the time of delivery because it was different product which i had ordered and requested for refund but it is long due from flipkart due to which i am facing psychological harassment and monetary loss.

I have lodged a complain in consumer court (Doc no[protected] for the psychological harassment and monetary loss, faced during this period.

I will be suppressing charges for above loss, if my refund is not intiated or fresh product is delivered.

Now when i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' and 'something went wrong' on apps.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

Until Yesterday I Was Able To Play Guess What And Other Games. But Today I Can't Play And It Says That "We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions.
Actually i bought lenovo k8 note on march 15th 2019, after some days i am feel not good about the mobile battery, so i raise the return option and then now i will be okey...Now i need invoce my order but there is no option for "invoice E-mail" in my account... now wat i do. kindly do the needful amd make it soon as soon as possible

Here i convey here that i am unable to play games on flipkart from 2-3 days...due to this issue...i have losed many chances..i know i have used 2-3 accounts using same ip address...i agree on this..but now please help me out with this...that won't happen again...

    In my previous complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/flipkart-flipkart-blocked-my-account-permanen...
    Flipkart told me that "account was blocked due to technical error which has been fixed. Hence, requested customer to login to account and continue shopping." but they didn't unblock my account yet. I'm still facing the same problem while login.

    I called flipkart customer care on 22 May and 23 may and they told me that they will call me within 48 hours but they didn't call me yet.

    Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    This is not the way to treat your Flipkart plus customer. You cancelled my 3 product and you blocked my account and then you said that this is happened due to technical error and you saying I'm order product for resell. Oh come on don't you guys have anything else ti say.

    Seriously man.
    Amazon service is much better than your service.

      Rejected the exchange of old device without any legal reason... though putting false reason that the device is damaged but i have all the proofs that my device isn't damaged... Flipkart is fooling customers through fake offers
      My device doesn't have any dents or cracks on the body or screen.
      The wish master was a illiterate person and didn't have any knowledge regarding the order.
      He claimed my device damaged though it is not damaged at all.
      And secondly how can you tell me to order the device again with another device for exchange because i bought this deal at a best buy price provided by flipkart.
      And thr conditions which you're talking about in this email regarding the old device eligiblity has been edited recently as at the time of ordering this product i read each and everything om Flipkart regarding the device and exchange device. How can you put false reviews for a device which was examined by a illiterate guy who didn't know anything about the services.
      And from 25 days Flipkart customer service is extending the time needed to resolve the issue but still no proper resolution to the problem faced.
      You people just keep on sending those same booky type language and not even helping customers anyhow rather making a fool of them by putting false charges on the old device for exchange without any proof.
      Faking and fooling customers through false offers and illiterate wish master sent to examine the old device. False old device condition reported by the illiterate wish master who didn't even see ny phone properly.
      As you people are giving different excuses each time i m talking to a customer representative from Flipkart
      And claimed false statements
      As informed by the wish master to you
      Who was unable to handle the issue as he didn't know anything regarding the issue
      It's been a month you people are fooling me and demanding for more time and not giving a solution
      There aren't any dents on the device
      As the wish master provided the seller with false information regarding the exchange product

        I have ordered a boat rockers 255f bluetooth headphone from flipkart for rs.999. I had bought it since it got so much good description about its sound quality. But finally when i received it and used it, it was really pathetic. A headphone with price less than rs.500 have better quality than this.

        So i tried to return the product. But the seller is continuously rejecting my return request. They are saying that my product was intact when it reached me. Whats that kind of a reason. I have all the papers and things with me.

        When i contacted customer care, everytime they say they are working on it. So i dont know what to do.

          I have ordered new phone redmi note 7 pro.. I am getting battery issue from day 2.. I done with return request process.. As per new process of flipkart technician visit at home.. He checked as per policy but policy is not enough for the battery issue.. Technician know battery is not good but still he rejected return request due to policy.. I have again raise return request and i collect proof of battery heating 51% but technician rejected return request without any visit.. This is very irresponsible service received from flipkart.. They don't care if mobile blast.. They only care for them self..

          Technician don't tried to call us and sending messages that they are not able to reach and cancel the return request.. this is what you provide unprofessional service.. Flipkart is responsible for all damages and mental stress I am facing due to this ridiculous service provided

          This is highly irritated behavior from Flipkart.. technician not visiting.. this is happening for 2nd time.. if you don't give service then don't keep such ridiculous service.. I want replacement as soon as possible or else filpkart is responsible for all damages which i am facing and I will face in future
          .

            received a used washing machine with scratches

            I purchased a washing machine on 15 may 2019 which got delivered on 18 may 2019 and at the time of receiving the washing machine i found that the washing machine has scratches with water droplets all over. So i raised a replacement request for which a technician visit took place. Technician confirmed the issue and forwarded the report to flipkart. But flipkart is saying that they haven't received any report and are not resolving the issue....

            Hi sir, ma'am,

            I have ordered a realme3pro) from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 13999 on[protected]:00 pm. didn't like the product and cancelled it on i got a message and mail from flipkart.com saying that "13999.0 as refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 2 business days (Bank holidays not included)"

            I waited and waited for a week but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to my bank on 21 5 2018. Kindly contact your bank customer care. I called to citibank customer care and they said they have not received any refund request from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check the transaction status of the refunded money in their system.

            Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they said that they are not having any arn number since i have done the payment through net banking not through credit or debit card, but i have used my debit card to make payment. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

            I again called to sbi customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but citibank representatives were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 23-digits arn number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But flipkart.com didn't give me any arn number.in between these days i called flipkart and citi bank 1000 times but empty handed. After that on 28th may 2018, i visited sbibank, the representative investigated and told there is no refund request from from merchant flipkart for this transaction as this is a valid transaction according to flipkart. Then representative asked to raise a charge back letter against flipkart with all proofs of bank statement, cancelled message and mails from flipkart and told me to wait for 2 working days. I did as suggested, next day i got a call form merchant flipkart representative, he said the charge back is false the refund amount

            Again visited sbi bank on 2nd of june 2018, as expected the same sentence
            Repeated from citi bank as well "merchant has not credited the refund money to my bank account" again i forwarded all the mails from merchant flipkart to citibank representative with all proofs, then the representative raised a dispute and said they will investigate this further and asked to wait for 2 bank working days.

            After 2 days i again called sbibank customer care, they said that refund has not been done from flipkart.com. I don't who is lying and not even bother to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did.

            Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

              I am continuely following the customer care Flipkart for my installation and demo and I am not getting installation done.Promised date the engineer didn't came my for installation still waiting to come, but no luck.Engineer came the suitabe for me.He even don't exactly time and date when he will come.i am attached photo of the order for which I have raised this complaint

                My name is Senthilkumar. From Vellore, Tamilnadu, India. I purchased my VU Television in online with Flipkart on 05.12.2016. Its came inder 3 Years Warranty, It was working fine for 2 Years. After 2 Years that mean before 5 or 6 months i dont know the exact date, the first time my VU TV had a problem with display ( Showing Horizontal Line). I called to Customer care and call logged. After 1 week the replacement TV has came.The engineers from VU came while unboxing the Replacement TV it shows with screen is damaged . After that they taken that TV and told me again the new TV will come. After 3 Days Again one TV came and installed the new one by engineers due to panel issue they told. Now i am getting again the display problem in the replacement TV. I Dont know what is going on the VU TV. The problem persist again in the replacement TV Also. I mailed about the issue many times.

                They replied me concern person will check. But no response from that side.

                Here with i attached the My VU TV Order Details, Invoice Details and the snap shot of problem facing now.

                  While trying to order redmi note 7 pro yesterday, payment was deducted but got an error message later. Could not find anything in my orders section also. Tried to call customer service atleast 100 times in last 30 hours but always busy. Got below message from my bank

                  Inr12, 799.00 debited on credit card xxxx on 22-may-19

                  Raised an incident: in[protected] but no update yet. Raised the issue on various social media platforms but no response yet. This is really frustrating and one of the terrible customer experiences.

                    Hello,

                    I had ordered Skechers shoes on May 13, 2019. The order had 2 different pairs of Skechers shoes ( Size 6, Size 7)
                    The order Id is OD[protected].
                    This product - Skechers shoe size 6 was Missing from the whole order. Despite multiple requests Flipkart is not taking the responsibility and not providing resolution.

                    I have only got response that the product is delivered.

                      I ordered a jeans worth Rs 699/-.i made the payment with my debit card of Rs299/- and with gift card vocher of Rs400/- from xoxoday. I returned that product due to colour difference. I got my refund of Rs299/- to my bank. But flipkart didnt return my gift card vocher amount through any means.                           I had ordered a refrigerator from flipkart on an exchange of old refrigerator. On day of delivery the e-kart person declined for exchange of old refrigerator saying the refrigerator should be of a new condition (I had clearly ticked 10 year old at the time of purchase). I had called flipkart to raise my issue. The flipkart told the issue will be resolved with in 3 days. But on the third day the issue was closed saying refrigerator has been delivered. Then i again contacted flipkart. They told me they will resolved the issue in another 3 days. But on the 6th day person from flipkart called me and said they wanted another 2 days to locate the refrigerator.
                          I had made full payment for the refrigerator. Now when i ask them to refund my money and don't want to be in this mess anymore, the reply was refund is possible only when they located my product. I am waiting for past 15 for the refrigerator after paying the full amount upfront. My suggestion is avoid buying from flipkart or make cod, even if have any offer on cards. Flipkart is worst in maintaining it's logistics.

                              I have placed an order for motorola phone on 21st may 2019 with the assured delivery within 24 hours which happend without any issues. However when checked the phone i am not sure if the device is new on or used on as i have noticed the motorola phone box is not a new one and when tried to insert the sim card the phone is not detecting the sim card i, but the sim card is working fine in other phones. When raised a request they said expected delivery is on 28th of may which is very irritating as they are taking around a week to replace a device which is damaged.

                                I can't login into my account. Everytime i try it says "login unsuccessful please try in a minute". I can't even change my password everytime i try it says unable to change your password please retry and if i try too many times it says maximum login attempts reached please retry after 24 hours. I have 2 orders and 1 replacement about to be delivered and i really need to access my account. Please solve this asap. My user id is [protected]

                                  Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

                                    On 19 th may 2019 i have ordered sony speaker it was damaged now i want ky return policy go refund it i dont need replacement sonce i dnt like the product i cant risk my money anyways. Have issue with the return of the damaged product. Kindly make its return i dnt want a replacement for the cheap product. Its damaged speaker bumps out charging hinder, connectivity isssue... I want rerurn i will not pay for damaged product its a flipkart pay later

                                    I have bought a sony product on 19 may received it on 20 may 2019. I dont like the product because it is damaged its charging pountbis an issue dont connect properly bluethooth connection goes off as well as speraker bumps out.its also a manufacturing damage its not as mentioned on website. Please i want the return in refundd form not in replacement since its flipkart pay later.they are not ready to refund i dnt knw why i have all the tag box everything importanylt. Also the price rate decerses so why would i pay for nt a good and damaged product please make my refubd to flipkart pay later i dnt need a product watso ever. I just want return as of refund flopkart pay later no replacement i cant assure a damaged product seller

                                    would like to get refund of my return request as soon as possible as the product is damaged, speaker bumps out, charging point hinder and cinnectivity issue and even the quality issue i want to return the product with flipkart pay later refund i do not want any replacement to the product because the seller is takinng too much time to replace since i need the product on 24 may 2019 but they are saying to be approved it will be done by 26 may 2019 and then the pickup will be done
                                    But my friends birthday is on 24 th may 2019 so when i will not be able to get the product on time since replacement is delayed i have no use of the product after 24 th of may 2019 so please accept the refund return request and take the product back i dnt need the product any more.before the order the say 1 day replacement now the are taking more than 72 hrs. So will not be able to pay the amount since its of no use to me. So i need the return with refund.please make it urgently.
                                    Infact they are not able to contact seller so its flipkart and seller issue not customer issue so i cant pay please make a refund please.
                                    And please rivert back too.
                                    No rivert made as well as no resolution.

                                      I have ordered a formal shirt on 14th may which i recieved on 16th. But after opening i have seen that the no brand tag was available there n the colour is also different from what i have ordered! I immediately raised a return request but it was put under awaited approval! I waited for 3 days but it got cancelled! I created return request again by putting it under different category so that if wishmaster come and ignore to take the product too but if he comes i can be able to understand thats whats needed to be done next. But it got cancelled again. I again created under different category but it is still under awaited approval! N i know that it will get cancelled again! The order id is od[protected]. Registered mobile no is [protected]. I don't use this number much so request to contact on [protected] n solve this harassment from the seller n u guys! I want to return the product immediately! I am attaching the screenshot too!
