I ordered a barbie doll on 12th of may 2019 order Id - OD[protected] and the estimated time of delivery was on 21th of May 2019. The flipkart company has no rule and regulation reagrding thier delivery of product on time. I gave my office address for the delivery and it was supposed to get delivered on working days however, i recieved a msg of out of delivery on saturday 18th of may. This regulation of flipkart was fully insane. Secondly the courier man did not called me for the product and i recieved a msg that product was undelivered as person was not available. Frustating
Thirdly very next day i recived msg that my address was not locatable. Now u tell me office address that's too with landmark was not locatable? What kind of service does flipkart provide to thier customer.
This is not enough next i reced msg that product was delivered. Till then i didn't recved any call from the courier man.
I called the customer care that lady on phone did not responded well and paid no attention to my query. Flipkart is only a name and nothing more than that.
Additionally, i waited for 21th of may that might my product will come on that day.
But still no msg from courier mam rather i recved a msg that product shipment has got failed and asking me to cancel the product.
Why would i cancel the product.
This unethical service of flipkart is not tolerable.
Strict action should be imposed on the company for annoying thier customer.

    poor service in return of item

    Received an item through Flipkart. Somehow the item was not the same as expected and seen on Internet. Hence requested to take return of the item (Oppo Mobile Phone) and refund the amount. After facing problem in filling the Return Request Form, contacted Customer Care and requested online to take return of this item, as i had already purchased the required Mobile Phone and started using it.     I bought Livpure Air conditioner on 9th may 2019 from flipkart. It was delivered to me on 15th may 2019.I bought this Air conditioner under the offer of free installation. But livpure & flipkart service engineer were asking for the installation charges as they contacted me on phone prior to installation. I contacted flipkart custmor support on 16th may 2018 & raised my issue regarding this. & assured that i wil be called by flipkart concerned team. I recieved a call from flipkart on 17/05/2019, but dont know if it was executive or not as no one was speaking from other side. Phone got disconnected .On 18th may 2019 i got a message showing cancellation of installation. I contacted flipkart immediately after seeing the installation cancellation message. They raised the complaint & got complaint Id & told that some concerned team from flipkart will call me to resolve my issue.. till today 21st may 2019 i havnt recieved any call from flipkart side. Although i am calling flipkart daily but no response from their side. Also the Dead time line for flipkart has passed & still there is no response(call) from flipkart.. Almost a week passed after delivery of product, still not installed & cold response from flipkart.. very much disappointing.. what are they doing since then..Flipkart is doing fraud with people as its showing the offer of free installation but in actual demanding money for it. Please help me out ... resolve the issue as soon as possible..

    Customer raised a complaint stating that the technician has charged for installation charges. We have interacted with the customer and requested customer to share the receipt for the installation charges in order for the seller to refund the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Almost a week passed after delivery of product, still not installed & cold response from flipkart.. Very much disappointing.. What are they doing sonce then.. Flipkart is doing fraud with people. Its showing the offer falsely as they are not applying it in actual. Please help me out as soon as possible... Do reply & resolve the issue very fast..

        We ordered a Samsung 4 star rated, double door fridge, which is a Flipkart issued product, of worth 23490/-, which was delivered on 6th may 2109. On 8th if may demo guy opened the fridge and fridge and found it to be a Dead Fridge. After this Flipkart has not, till date replaced a new fridge. when ever called to customer care, date is being given, saying a technician will visit, but none came till date. I have been calling them almost daily and they just give me dates of technician visit. Please now I need my money back. It's a pathetic service from Flipkart. Either they change the fridge or give back my money. they just keep sending SMS saying that technician will visit. it's 21 may today and still when called today, they gave a new date of 25 may.

          Myself Gyan Dev Dubey I have a issue regarding refrigerator LG 215 L which is still pending no reply got from flipcart.
          I made requet for return regarding reecived delivery of refrigerator LG 215 L which is defected declared by LG technician on saturday 19th May-2019. Since saturday I made call to customer support he told that it will replace with same model dont worry. Sunday I called same reply your request is on process dont worry it will resolve after report submission by LG tecnician. Now tell me tecnician visited on saturday how much time he takes for submission.
          I called to cutomer care every time he makes me ignoring that it will resolve sir.

          Tecnician told your compressor is defected and flipcart says customer is happy mentioned in report. Finally returned request cancelled. Again requested again same story will be hapend.
          No one is listioning what customer says no care of customer in flipcart. Report mentioned by technician team is fake no one is there to take care.
          I mailed complain to flipcart no reply got.
          I am trying to say why dont you guys promise i[censored] cant fulfill.
          I know this mail also will be delted but its worst care of customer.
          Cant trust to flipcart. fake customer support only can talk sweetly over the phone. Make sure m not hearting someone.

            Flipkart - not able to give resolution they just blocked my account.

            I have detected, from my account all my orders where cancelled without my knowledge. This has happend at 2.00am and i can see a email notification with otp has been received at my email. Next day i called the flipkart executives and told them to cancel the refund requests and same was cancelled by executive. And i asked them to identify how this happened.

            Two days later when i tried to login, identified they have just blocked my account. I called the customer support and they told me will be resolved. And being after a month there is no resolution.

              Sir, i bought air conditioner from flipkart on 09th may 2019, got delivered on 15th may 2019. I bought livpure air conditioner under offer of free installation. Livpure people were asking for the money so i complaint about it on flipkart. Same day i recieved a call but no one is speaking from flipkart side, & then after some time i recieved a message showing installation got cancelled. Again i raised issue to flipkart on very next day, but got no response till date. So i have raised complain twice but issue persist. Customer care people dont know any thing about it & no call from authorized executive since then. I am sharing my recent complaint id :in[protected]
              Hrlp me out as soon as possible. Its just frustrating to wait for installation for 10days.
              Just think about it, clarify & resolve the issue as soon as possible..

              I came to know from flipkart that the product has been cancelled by the seller due to limited stock on 20th may 2019. But on the next day 21st may the flipkart inform me that the product has been picked up by courier partner. How is it possible?. Please explain the matter clearly
              Online transaction failed but amount debited from my Bank Account.
              Bought a android phone on no cost EMI, initially flipkart shows some amout for 6 months, but now they charges extra than they showed.i felt sad on flipkart.

                This is in reference to my recent purchase of xiaomi phone note 7 pro, which i was denied to deliver to me by ekart, stating that the phone that i am exchanging i. E. Redmi note 4 has scratch on its back and we can't accept it as per our policy and at the same time i called the customer care and also got the same revert.

                As per your policy:

                By participating in the exchange i confirm that i am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the product mentioned above (Device).

                I understand that the following checks will be conducted by the delivery personnel who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:

                A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.

                B. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

                C. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                D. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone

                E. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated).

                F. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked.
                E. I understand that agreeing to the condition assessment program will allow flipkart and its third party service providers access to my device, solely in relation to conducting the assessment of the quality parameters of my device.in the event my device is eligible for condition assessment and i choose for the condition assessment, i hereby agree to flipkart and its service providers accessing my device for the purposes of conducting the condition assessment.

                I have attached your complete policy also, where no where is no where is mentioned that the phone should not have scratch on its back. There is a difference between crack and a scratch.

                Scratch:to rub a surface with a sharp object, especially by a living creature to remove itching with nails, claws, etc.

                The outcome, i got is i didn't received the new phone.

                I am really disappointed by your service and will have to post this in various social media so that you should learn not to repeat this to any other customer.

                I have not received the details of gift card for rupees 2074/-through my email.while adding the card value to my wallet card ID and pin is to be mentioned

                  I have made a order on March and I canceled the product and the flipkart side they mentioned money is initiated but i didnt get the money in my bank acount. I already raised dispute in bank and they are saying flipkart didnt send money to them. What can i do, flipkart is not responding very bad I have struck with around 8k of amount.

                        After that it was asking please set a new password.

                          I had made a purchase of mens jeans worth rs 759 via flipkart app and in the process of payment to sbi online, after the otp verification, the transaction failed.
                          I tried again and the same happened again. I lost rs 759 *2 =1518

                          I tried help from flipkart app and posted the complaint. After 2 days i got a refund of rs 759 only.

                          Now i am unable to file the complaint through the app, website or any other means because no options are listed for filing complaint again. I think flipkart is not supporting to file a complaint again.

                          While calling on the customer care number it is telling no orders available with the phone number and it is rejecting my call

                            I ahve purchased a cooler during offer and get order confirmation but now seller cancel my order. And with same seller i am able to order another cooler but now 3627₹ differences in amount. So why order cancel as well now i am not able to offer. I contacted immediately (Less than 5 mins of delivery), they are saying that its not their responsibility and when i ask him to transfer the call to supervisor, he just kept it on hold and told he is busy. This is not correct approach and i recorded the complete call. They have all the details but not sharing. They are asking me to contact the delivery person again but i dont have the number.

                              This is not correct behavior. I paid to flipkart not the delivery boy and they should take the responsibility for the missing 1 item.

                              The refund is not reached till now to my account. Again refund is not an option, you need to make sure you deliver the ordered item. Its simple count of say 20 items before packing by checking the bill and the items right. If thats not happening then i guess you have to implement this so that others are not affected. Also people will trust you. Believe my words, if you improve / follow the process you can win in the market and get good customers.

                              Another issue going on from 19th May with Flipkart is tracked under reference Incident: IN[protected]

                              Flipkart is not providing proper information to customer and every representative is telling new story. They are not believing the customer but blindly believes their supplier. They claimed that they refunded the amount for the cancelled item on 19th May itself and forced me to check with bank. I did all possible things that they asked me to do and also proved now that the refund is not initiated. Earlier they mentioned refund is completed and today they mentioned that they did not even charge for the cancelled product but i proved that all are wrong statement by showing my card statement. Why are they not able to find the refund status. Is there no process in place. Before even contacting me they can check from their side itself that how much amount charged for that order in dispute. They simply trying to force the customer to contact bank wasting all of our time. Flipkart wasted their time, i wasted my time and bank wasted their time. If we have proper process in place we all could have saved our valuable time here.

                              I have the complete mail thread and i can attach it here if you guys want it. I am not doing that now as it has my bank statement as well.

                                I have ordered a livpure ac with an offer of free standard installation but the standard installation was charged. The order number is od[protected]

                                My order mentions the following:
                                1. "the standard installation charges are rs. 1599 and need to be paid directly to the service engineer. Please check the offer details to know about any installation offers that are available."
                                2. The offers applied section mentions the following:

                                Offers applied
                                Free standard installation on livpure brand
                                0
                                Extra 1500 off on cc dc netbanking and emi
                                ₹1, 500

                                Please consider the following:
                                1. Based on above two points i believe the offer applied "free standard installation *on* livpure brand." should override the installation charges from first point above and hence should be free.
                                2. No where it mentions that the installation will be done by livpure brand only, or that i will have to contact the brand to claim free installation offer.
                                3. I was contacted by jeeves for installation claiming only they are suppose to do the installation, otherwise the 10 days refund policy will be void.
                                4. Contact details for the livpure brand isn't specified anywhere.
                                5.

                                I was contacted by executive from jeeves asking for a date for installation. I queried for various details from them and one of the point they mentioned was the standard installation will be charged. I contacted flipkart customer care about this and the customer care executive told me that the information must be with installation provider company but she will again send this information again to confirm. On the day of installation when service engineer told me that they don't have any information about the free installation since they still haven't received any such information. I contacted flipkart customer care again and they said they will have to look into it again from the backend and i could pay the standard installation charges to the service engineer which will be refunded later. I queried how can i verify these details because i have been promised earlier as well which was dishonoured. I queried for a any written communication, email etc which the executive said isn't authorized to do. I queried for at least a message on their portal but he apolozised for his inability to do so as well. He later provided me a case id which won't be reflected on my account or anywhere but can be used by their backend team to find details about the issue. The id is in[protected]. The recording of this conversation is saved with me.

                                In the latest reply from flipkart regarding the case they say they won't be refunding installation charges and i should contact the brand about the offer.

                                I would also like to mention here the case of my brother who is proactively provided flipkart gift vouchers as refunds to the installation charges. Even though in his case installation hasn't completed yet.

                                  Flipkart blocked my account from playing game zone as they said that i've multiple accounts playing in the same ip address. Which is only the half truth as in one account my mother plays and in one account i used to play. Both the accounts have been blocked.
                                  Today my brother visited the house and when he tried to play, his account also got blocked! This is unfair and wrong. How can you do this? My mother is another person and my brother is another person. He is disappointed. And he doesn't even stay here all the time.
                                  This was blocked in march and was told i'll be able to play in a few days. It has been two months and i'm still not able to play it. Please correct it.
                                  If you can't allow multiple accounts to play in an ip address how can you allow multiple accounts to place order.
                                  I have seen such a complaint getting resolved

                                    I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus on the month of september 2018 for my wife it got delivered on 15 september 2018 after that on the month of october i have ordered samsung glaxy edge when sale was going on and i have converted the amount into emi as there was option to do so through "bajaj finserv card" so i did and ordered went successfully. After 2 to 3 days i got a message that your order got cancelled, so i didn't bother because i have ordered the phone for my friend. Since then till now i am not able to log into my account i don't know why?. Called customer care got the information that "i am done some irregularity of payments method because of that my ordered got cancelled and i will be no longer able to login in flipkart" so i am not bother about that i informed that guy to help me with my previous order invoice because my nokia 6.1 plus is giving some issue. I have explained these issue to several agents of "flipkart" customer care even spoke to senior his name was "rahul" none of them help me. Now my question is what i have done wrong here did i fraud "flipkart" or looted them seriously very very very bad experience with this bloody company "flipkart" they chit people with there duplicate products and customer stratification don't matter to them. Please please look into the matter.

                                      Bought vivo v15 pro off flipkart under exchange scheme. Unfortunately my old phone was not acceptable to flipkart cause of which the delivery boy took the phone back to flipkart..
                                      I was told i will receive my full paid money back on 17th may 2019 in my account.

                                      The payment was made by hdfc debit card
                                      I am still waiting for a proper response from flipkart as they r asking me to contact the bank. The bank says there has been no credit transaction in my account whose statement i have as proof.
