Hi this is avinash and my flipkart order id: od[protected]
I have ordered the redmi note 7 (Onyx black, 64 gb) mobile on 29th april 2019,
Received the product on 30th april 2019 around 11:40am,
But when i unwrap it and i found that there is an old nokia basic unconditional mobile in the redmi note7 box, immediately i called to the delivery boy, he suggested me to contact to the logistics care executive, i tried to call the logistic care on that moment only but unable to reach them.
So, i contact the flipkart customer care on that time around 12:00pm on 30th april 2019, and file a complaint as i received the wrong item in the box.
They took my complaint and said that your issue will be resolved on or before 3rd may 2019 12:30pm, as in the flipkart order status is your request for return is being processed.
On the same day i got mails from flipkart says “we would like to let you know that we're working closely with the seller to investigate and resolve the issue. Since the item was not in the package/item received was different from the product, we will be lodging an fir and would like your consent for the same. You can provide your consent by replying to this email. After receiving your consent, a specialist from our team will be contacting you on your registered mobile number in the next {number of days} business days between 9 am to 9 pm to get additional information.” at tue, apr 30, 5:51 pm (7 days ago)
And i replied as “hi team,
I have lodge an complaint regarding my product which was received is not what i ordered (Redmi note 7 (Onyx black, 64 gb)).
Please do proceed on this issue and get back to me as soon as possible, i can available any time on this number [protected].” at apr 30, 2019, 7:39 pm (7 days ago)
So i have waited till that time and i didn’t receive any update on this issue, so i tried to call again on 3rd may around 1 pm, again the flipkart customer care team says need to wait for 24 to 48 hrs to get update. I was very disappointed by this and i raise on them to solve asap. So that day i got call from flipkart backed team person and he asked the details about the order what you received and what is the status of the product at the time of delivery how it looks like these questions and in between the conversation he tried to blame me on this.
I have shared all the details like pics of the product what i have received and the mail conversations with him personally through his personal whatsapp number, and 6th of may around 9pm i got a call from him and he enquired me on apart from the issue he asked the connected mail id’s from my flipkart account, i want to know that how can he get the mail id’s of other persons from my account. He gets the all mail id’s of my mother and brother and also my colleagues mail id’s. I have a question on this, first of all what is the issue/complaint and what he is trying to say/proving and what is he doing with the other persons mail id’s, is this the way of treating with the customers?
So, again i try to contact the flipkart care and i explain the conversation what happened to with the backed team person then the care executive laughing on my situation and didn’t take my issue seriously.
I’m very much disappointed with the flipkart care executive behaviour. But i tried to call them again and again daily to escalate the issue from my side, but the care executives didn’t provide me the proper resolution and they asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the issue since 5days.
Yesterday may 7th 2019 4:00pm i contacted the flipkart care and again they are saying that i have to wait for other 24 to 48hrs, i have no hope on believing the flipkart to resolve my issue. Flipkart doesn’t bother about the customers trust/satisfaction, they are only looking for money.
I have the worst experience with the flipkart. I strongly recommended to don’t buy any product from flipkart. Better to choose other ecommerce platforms like amazon.
