Hi Jeeves and FLipkart,
I ordered 65 inch VU TV and MarQ Split AC.
Delivery was perfectly on time however it is horrifying experience with Jeeves and Flipkart to get both of them installed. I have been following up with technician, Jeeves and Flipkart since yeterday, wasted 2 of my days to be at home to get installation done, however it has been no less than mental harassment.
I made almost like 40 calls to technicians, Jeeves customer care and Flipkart and all I got is stories and followups and both installations have missed the deadline. I cant sit at home for everyday for your inefficiencies.
The more pathetic thing about all of this is while I despite all problem and mental harassment, I cant even return the products leaving me no choice but to make a Legal case either in consumer court or FIR against all this mental harassment.
I am highly disappointed with Flipkart and this is end of my relationship with Flipkart.
