Jvc 55inch 4k tv which flipkart delivered is faulty. It doesn't play 2k and 4k videos, even miracast doesn't work properly. I raised return/refund request on flipkart but flipkart has closed my case without any resolution. Now i have paid 40k for a faulty product which is provided by flipkart.

Even the flipkart technician who visited to check the tv confirmed it's faulty. Here, flipkart is clearly trying to cheat me.

    I bought a smart watch from flipkart. Since i like to do some running, i've had really wanted to get a smart band. After much scrolling and searching i stumbled upon a watch whose ratings were above average and seller's ratings were sky high. So i bought the product after reading a few reviews which were good (I think they were fake). Since the watch provided heart rate sensor, blood pressure meter, so2 meter (I don't know what it does), sleep monitering, pedometer (It calculates the number of steps), calorie meter etc. I thought it would be good to buy it but no sooner had the watch arrived i was shocked to see it was all fake. Ofcourse i double checked the product's refund/return policy of 10 days before digging any further. Not even one of the aforementioned feature was working fine. It calculates heartrate, bp, calorie even without wearing and the pedometer and sleep monitering doesn't even work. Wow i was just damned, the watch was no different from your ordinary watch and even the interface displayed in the images (In the website) were fake. Well i discovered it after about 4 days of product's delivery that it's claims were all fake. So i tried to return it since the product will be the same type no matter how many times i replace it. So i thought i would exchange it for a gift coupon and buy mi's or huwaei's smart band with the flipcart's refunded money plus the required money. Now here comes the good part, i asked for refund on the 7th day after recieving the watch from the website (Since it had a 10 days refund/replacement policy) it said that this will take some time and they will contact me after 3-4 days and just when the time of contact came they said the refund process is cancelled (Without giving me a reason) and also the returning time period ended. I mean wow!😏, they were just waiting for the refund period to end and then gave me this # about thank you for buying. I am really pissed, atleast contact me if you want to win me over with debate. Worst services by flipcart, i will never buy any product from here in the future, nor i will suggest anyone to buy anything from here, who knows what they do even on flash sales? I will instead warn my relatives and friends about this fraud website. Beware of flipcart, it's replacement/refund policy is just for show. Amazon is much better than it. Now i am regretting why on earth i even tried to shop on flipcart when i am a regular customer of amazon.

      I can't login to my flipkart account. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
      Then i used forgot button and then received code.
      Entered the code successfully.
      After that it was asking please set a new password.
      Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
      That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          Recently i have ordered a redmi note7 mobile on 29th april 2019, and i received a basic nokia unconditional mobile in the box on the other day, so i filed a complaint in flipkart on 30th april 2019.

          Today may 9th 9:40am i got an message from flipkart as, "we'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

          It's not my fault that i have placed a number of returns becoz you are giving the worst service, it's ur problem. If there is any issue with the order why my account is blacklisted as i am not able to check the status and i cant able to call the customer service regarding my order update.

          I will file a case on flipkart if they don't give me a satisfactory solution.

          Without prior information how flipkart blocklist my account, and i have lodge a complaint, without giving the proper resolution to me how flipkart doing this.
          From past 10days i called to the customer care about my issue, but they didn't gave me proper resolution and they told me to wait 24 to 48hrs since 10days and they did block my account suddenly.

          I have replied to the mails and didnt get any information till now.

          I hope this complaint would help me on my issue.

            This is with reference to my order id od[protected] placed on 6 may 2019 please note that the order was placed on an offer and i got a discount of inr 5000 (Approximate) and the product was scheduled to be received on may 8, 2019. However, i got a notification that the product is damaged during transit. I connected with one of representative and to my utmost surprise i was told to cancel the order and place a new order (At the revised price of inr 5000 additional cost). It is imperative to note that the offers on both amazon and flip kart are over now and in case i order the product again, it will cost me an additional inr 5000, for no fault of mine. Please be informed that i will in no way bear this genuine hardship for a negligent at the part of flipkar local dealers.

            Having said that, i would not expect such a poor service from an e-commerce site such as flipkart to ask me to cancel and re-order a product for a fault of your local office. I request you to please process my order and send me a new product as scheduled. Looking forward to your response and swift action on this.

              Flipkart have blocked my account on may9, 2019, by telling that high number of return but, all those orders were cancelled by sellers not by me. So there is no fault of mine. So, why my account should be blocked? Its totally unfair. Pls unblock my account as soon as possible and in email, those guys are replying my copy pasting the same text and not hearing mine.

                    I had returned an order on 24th apr 2019 & i will return on 4th may 2019 amounting to rs 337 but the refund has not been credited to my account till now. On contacting flipkart they tell me they have successfully refunded my amount and i should raise a dispute with my bank for claiming refund. I even contacted my bank and the reply which they provided me has been senr to flipkart team still they are not owning upto their mistakes. Kindly resolve my issue.

                            I ordered adidas shoes received fake product. It was my first order. Flipkart blocked me on raising return request.

                            It was first order first return request. They blocked me saying high numberof returns. Now they are nit ready to give my mobey or take the shoes fake shoes back n give my money they are saying theysent the right product.

                              I bought a mobile phone - mi note 4 in october 2018 as new fresh product. I got problem within 6 months and when went to mi service, know that product was activated since 2017 and they denied for providing services. After that i was in regular touch with flipkart customer care but they don't solve my problem, instead they puzzled me for silly things like flipkart box etc. This is worst service by flipkart and force me to go for consumer court.

                                I have ordered a product real me 2 pro and mobile was not inside the box so at that time when my product was delivered on 16 of aprail i had raised a return req than on 17 aprail i have got an email that they are lodging a fir and wanted my consent so i have given consent but after than i am contuniously reverting on their mail and also talked with managers of flipkart customer care but my issue is not resloved till now flipkart also gives buyer protection policy as per their site but when i am sending mail on mentioned email than they guys are also not replying now what should i do the order id is od[protected] and i have raised the complaint multiple times they guys says that team will cntct you but till now no one has cntct they are just sending a mail that courrier has cnfrmed delivery and when i have cntcted with w/m he said sir we dont check the product
                                And i have also frwrded mail to greivience. [protected]@flipkart.com but they are also not reverting pls help me

                                I have placed 200 orders on flipkart but never faced this type of trouble but in this flipkart has # up me... After than i have placed a order for real me 2 pro... But till now i have not recieved my refund

                                Last day i have cntcted with one executive and i requested her to not close my complaint and asked seller cant give your money and product

                                  I placed an order of earing & ring together from pc chandra jewellers through flipcart but today i received only the earing.

                                    I have ordered a product real me 2 pro and mobile was not inside the box so at that time when my product was delivered on 16 of aprail i had raised a return req than on 17 aprail i have got an email that they are lodging a fir and wanted my consent so i have given consent but after than i am contuniously reverting on their mail and also talked with managers of flipkart customer care but my issue is not resloved till now flipkart also gives buyer protection policy as per their site but when i am sending mail on mentioned email than they guys are also not replying now what should i do the order id is od[protected] and i have raised the complaint multiple times they guys says that team will cntct you but till now no one has cntct they are just sending a mail that courrier has cnfrmed delivery and when i have cntcted with w/m he said sir we dont check the product
                                    And i have also frwrded mail to greivience. [protected]@flipkart.com but they are also not reverting pls help me

                                    I have placed 200 orders on flipkart but never faced this type of trouble but in this flipkart has # up me... After than i have placed a order for real me 2 pro... But till now i have not recieved my refund

                                    Last day i have cntcted with one executive and i requested her to not close my complaint but at 10.30 i have got a mail that we have resloved your issue and seller cant give your money and product

                                      Hi this is avinash and my flipkart order id: od[protected]
                                      I have ordered the redmi note 7 (Onyx black, 64 gb) mobile on 29th april 2019,
                                      Received the product on 30th april 2019 around 11:40am,
                                      But when i unwrap it and i found that there is an old nokia basic unconditional mobile in the redmi note7 box, immediately i called to the delivery boy, he suggested me to contact to the logistics care executive, i tried to call the logistic care on that moment only but unable to reach them.
                                      So, i contact the flipkart customer care on that time around 12:00pm on 30th april 2019, and file a complaint as i received the wrong item in the box.
                                      They took my complaint and said that your issue will be resolved on or before 3rd may 2019 12:30pm, as in the flipkart order status is your request for return is being processed.
                                      On the same day i got mails from flipkart says “we would like to let you know that we're working closely with the seller to investigate and resolve the issue. Since the item was not in the package/item received was different from the product, we will be lodging an fir and would like your consent for the same. You can provide your consent by replying to this email. After receiving your consent, a specialist from our team will be contacting you on your registered mobile number in the next {number of days} business days between 9 am to 9 pm to get additional information.” at tue, apr 30, 5:51 pm (7 days ago)
                                      And i replied as “hi team,
                                      I have lodge an complaint regarding my product which was received is not what i ordered (Redmi note 7 (Onyx black, 64 gb)).

                                      Please do proceed on this issue and get back to me as soon as possible, i can available any time on this number [protected].” at apr 30, 2019, 7:39 pm (7 days ago)

                                      So i have waited till that time and i didn’t receive any update on this issue, so i tried to call again on 3rd may around 1 pm, again the flipkart customer care team says need to wait for 24 to 48 hrs to get update. I was very disappointed by this and i raise on them to solve asap. So that day i got call from flipkart backed team person and he asked the details about the order what you received and what is the status of the product at the time of delivery how it looks like these questions and in between the conversation he tried to blame me on this.
                                      I have shared all the details like pics of the product what i have received and the mail conversations with him personally through his personal whatsapp number, and 6th of may around 9pm i got a call from him and he enquired me on apart from the issue he asked the connected mail id’s from my flipkart account, i want to know that how can he get the mail id’s of other persons from my account. He gets the all mail id’s of my mother and brother and also my colleagues mail id’s. I have a question on this, first of all what is the issue/complaint and what he is trying to say/proving and what is he doing with the other persons mail id’s, is this the way of treating with the customers?
                                      So, again i try to contact the flipkart care and i explain the conversation what happened to with the backed team person then the care executive laughing on my situation and didn’t take my issue seriously.
                                      I’m very much disappointed with the flipkart care executive behaviour. But i tried to call them again and again daily to escalate the issue from my side, but the care executives didn’t provide me the proper resolution and they asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the issue since 5days.
                                      Yesterday may 7th 2019 4:00pm i contacted the flipkart care and again they are saying that i have to wait for other 24 to 48hrs, i have no hope on believing the flipkart to resolve my issue. Flipkart doesn’t bother about the customers trust/satisfaction, they are only looking for money.
                                      I have the worst experience with the flipkart. I strongly recommended to don’t buy any product from flipkart. Better to choose other ecommerce platforms like amazon.
