Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased something from Flipkart online shopping. For that the payment mode is I have selected Flipkart Pay Later Option.

Purchase Date: January 2023.
Due Date: 5th February 2018
Amount: Rs. 374 only

After receiving the statement to mail id, still I'm trying to pay the amount but I can't able to login in that account. Due to I have lost the registered mobile number .

I'm ready to pay the amount, but they are not given proper guidance to me.

If they are giving any other option such as like any account number and IFSC code means. Im ready to pay the amount deposit in that particular Flipkart account.

But now 60 days overdue for that statement, for that Flipkart are going to take legal action to write the notice to my address. I'm not expecting this type of approach and customer dissatisfaction from Flipkart. So pls I need guidance to resolve the issue immediately.

Pls support.

Note:
I'm ready to pay the amount.
My concern only I can't able to login that particular account which account I have used for online shopping.

Pls do the needful.

    I ordered ant pc Intel i5 12400f (8 GB RAM/Nvidia rtx 3060 Graphics/1 TB Hard Disk/256 GB ssd Capacity/Windows 10 (64-bit)/12 GB Graphics Memory) Gaming Tower (lasius ab400nf) on Flipkart on 14th March 2023 cost of rupees 64990, order id is OD[protected] and received the product on 17th March 2023 as damaged condition, so I raised a replacement. On the next day, 18th March 2023 they asked me for a consent form to lodge fir on behalf of me since the courier service provider was telling the product was delivered intact and asked few images of the product delivered, I sent the consent form and the required images and asked them to lodge the fir and find the resolution at earliest. Since March 18th till today that is 19th April 2023 I didn't get any resolution from Flipkart, I called the customer care for 34 times and my request was rejected 7 times by saying " Wed like to let you know that your request for a return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact". 18 issued were created by the Flipkart customer care and making everything was resolved. Whenever I call the customer care they are simply telling the same story and escalating the issue to the back end team and the back team will ask for an image, after sending all the images, they reject the request. Customer care doesn't have an option to connect my call to the back end team, the way is email and they are not responding for the email also. I asked for the seller details so that I can speak with the seller regarding this issue, customer care doesn't have the seller contact details also, I asked for the fir details lodged on behalf of me, they not even replied for that, it's been 30 days I left with broken product and issue was unresolved. Rupees 64990 is not small for me, it was my 3 months salary!

      I ordered a Lenovo laptop on April 2, 2023, and I received it on April 3. I found an issue with the laptop's display. There is a black dot appears on display. So I requested a return/replacement on Flipkart. They accepted it and told me the technician will visit to check the laptop before April 17. But till now the technician is not visited and Flipkart today[protected] cancelled my return request. Since the return policy time is over(7 days) they are now not accepting the return request(Actually I requested for return on the same day the laptop was delivered to me).

        Please take immediate action on it, In future stop this kind of fraud with Normal people money to minimize.
        Help me Flipkart has done me very wrongI made a mobile booking in our area and went to a cafe in our area and booked the phone by charging 100 taka 44750 from the shopkeeper's UPI.Total I had to pay 44850 taka to the shopkeeper for booking this phone, because I wanted to pay that much amount by charging the shop. Secure when bookingWell, then what happened to me is really unbelievable, Flipkart delivered me empty box, I told them first they told me to wait, after 2 days I told them on twitter they first said send picture of what you got I sent it, then they said your Send the document I sent, again 7 daysThen they say we will look for the missing phone from the police. You print the consent form and send it. I gave them permission by writing it myself, finally after 20 days they call and say the seller is not accepting your request. Sorry we can't refund. Because the parcel was delivered intactIn case, sir I have been telling them from the beginning that the parcel was sealed so I took it no doubt, they have been messing with me for 3 weeks and completed my return period, finally saying sorry, I am attaching some documents with this post please check, and its Take legal action against the lawBecause I have paid a lot of high amount, I am being ignored for waiting for so long, I want to get my money back as soon as possible, Now customer care ignoring to create return they said seller have only 7 days policy which crossed I shared everything after that they ignoring.
        After complaint the issue to flipkart unfortunately my Register numbers physically damaged no network access, Flipkart disconnected my Register numbers.
        I shared with them my alternate number for communication-[protected].

        Please call on this alternate number and refunded my money.

        I also communicated with cafe shopkeeper's who made the order booking and he suggest me that, maybe flipkart found Same upi I'd where I paid your order and our area people orders such as high value. The shopkeeper's person daily booked more than 15+ orders using herself same upi address, And maybe sameupi payment reason flipkart team denied your refund request. So take action bygoing highcourt complaint.

        Refunded my money immediately either I will dile E-DAAKHIL Under section 38 On District commission to file case.

            I purchased mobile in April 2022 with buy back guarantee. The time duration was from September to April 2023. After September I tried to purchase new mobile with buy back value. I was not able to get it for error and it never showed the amount what flipkart has promised me. I called them multiple times but every time they gave me deadlines. And it never get resolved so far. Completely fraud. E

              I have purchased a LED TV -SAMSUNG The Frame 138cm (55 inch) QLED Ultra HD(4K) Smart Tizen TV GetFrame TV Bezel Worth Rs.8.980 for Free from Flipkart (Invoice Number # FADJZG[protected]) on 11th March 2023 which was delivered on 13th March 2023. To the fact the freebie- Bezels worth ₹8980/- were not delivered alongwith the main product & when I asked the delivery executive he told me that it may be delivered by the installation team(Video recording available) . In the evening I got a call from Samsung to install the LED Tv & when I enquired about the freebie i.e. bezels they told me that it will be delivered through your dealer/Flipkart only so coordinate with them only. So I register a complaint with Flipkart for missing accessory i.e. Bezels. They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours for the same at that time but kept on extending the time frame till now & provided no resolution till now. They have harassed me a lot.
              My Complaint is regarding the freebie Product i.e. bezels that comes alongwith the main product in a separate packing. Either the Flipkart deliver the bezels or compensate for the same so as to buy the bezels from Samsung.

                I have purchased the safari suitcase safari medium check-in-suitcase 66cm eclipse 4w blue
                having order no OD[protected]. and it is delivered on 19th March.

                I found that the size is bigger than my expectation so I wish to return this product and ordered a new suitcase of a smaller size.

                Then i wish to return this product but the return policy is cancelled 4 times due to logistics issues. I called multiple times to the call center but still the issue is nor resolved.and I am getting a new date only..

                This is very very very bad and cheap service i am getting and feeling very harassed.

                        Biscuits and powder damage received Rs 726 wasted unibic biscuits qty2 powder 2 qty and unibic qty1 is totally damage due to poor packing all material damage received and detergent taste is getting to biscuits rs 726 wasted totally no use of it disappointed from flipkart

                          Sir, i have purchased a washing machine and a Panasonic Ac from Flipkart amd i want to review for these products but Flipkart is not allowing me to post the review in public because of negative reviews about the product. First of all the washing delivered in first attempt was a faulty one and Panasonic Ac got faulty within 15 days of purchase and i am calling customer care for the service but since last 48 hours it hasn't been attended yet.

                              My order no is OD[protected]. I purchased Vivo v27 pro 5g on 12th April 2023 and there is screen flickering and Bluetooth issue in my phone which I brought to Flipkart notice but even after having 7 days return replacement policy and my return window will get over on 19th April 2023 they are not ready to take back the product and provide me a refund. They are only asking me to go to service centre where as I have a 7 day return or replacement window and NOT 7 day service centre visit. The service centre is saying we will repair and give it back to you. Why will I repair a brand new phone ?? Flipkart is acting very shady in its return policy. They always manipulate their customers and don't give what they promise. Is Flipkart going the Snapdeal way ??? Please think twice, No... think 100 times before ordering anything from Flipkart they twist their own policies and sell products. Horrible service.

                                    Without asking me they cancelled my order and also not refunded my proper money i used coupon 500 rupees of my super coins from saller side my order was cancelled they give excuse that product is damaged that's why cancelled it amount is now high and i bought the product with coupon and card jn cheap price that's why they cancelled . same on you Flipkart. Very bad experience

                                      This is regarding order OD[protected]. I am following up with customer support since a long time but I have not received any solution. My product is picked up on 2nd april and got message from ekart that product is mismatched so return has been cancelled but there was no update on the app regarding pick up successful or failure till 3 days. so, I connected to customer support daily twice, but the response was same that it has not been updated on app don't worry return won't be canceled there might be some technical issue but ultimately the return got cancelled.
                                      I am following up daily to customer care since a month but i have not been updated anything about issue. on April 15, I contacted customer support Named RITU about the resolution as I was asked to wait till 15th April but the representative told me that it is showing my issue is resolved. she informed that it is mentioned that courier partner has confirmed that product has not been picked up.

                                      I myself checked while returning the product in whismaster flipkart app the watch was showing and he checked everything and then took the product. if he has not picked up product then why would I get message from ekart that product return is rejected as product is mismatched how can there be mismatch if product is not picked up?

                                      there is no update after that I want to know what all actions has been taken till now to resolve the issue. I am flip kart plus customer since more than 5 years that's the type of customer support you guys are providing. whenever I call customer care. they just Strech the dates that your issue had been escalated you will get the resolution after 48 hours but it has already passed 15 days I am not getting any resolution

                                      please help and provide solution asap . I have literally been mentally harassed by flipkart support. I am calling twice daily and explaining each customer representative same issue but getting no solution. I will file issue in consumer court if you guys are not providing any solution.

                                        My order id with flipkart was od[protected], placed on4th april 2023 for 11 items. Delivered on 7th april 2023 where the delivery boy told that he has not got ghee so we need to make a return request. Here i called customer care and the person said you make a retun request via app and it will be resolved. Funny that app under return policy we can mention missing or undelivered items. So again called cc and he processedrequest on our behalf which later was rejected by flipkart.
                                        I want to ask flipkart that they can deploy some employees for begging instead of cheating.
                                        If it is not solved "mind it" i will move to consumer court as well, . Its enough of harrasment
