Hi Team
I paid Rs.1299 for order OD[protected], which was not shipped even after 5 days, and even after doing a lot of follow up from my end it's not shipped also even on April 15th, I cancelled the order as it's taking lot of time as it's even not shipped also on April 15th
Now they have deducted 30 rs.as a cancellation fee .
When they are unable to deliver the customer thr item and if the customer cancels how can they take 30 rs as a cancellation fee .
I want my amount 30 rs to be paid back to me.

    I have been a loyal and regular customer of Flipkart groceries, but I am facing an issue with the unavailability of delivery slots in my pincode 403715. However, the same products are available for delivery in the nearby pincode 403716.

    I request you to kindly look into this matter and make the delivery slots available in my area as soon as possible. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

      I have flipkart pay later limit of ₹20000 and have been using since 3 years. But now whenever i try to purchase anything I can't use pay later option( it shows this payment method is not availble for this order and says it on every product) what is going wrong. Tried to contact their customer care bit he was also not able to help as he was saying non sense thing.

          It's been a month that I have been talking to Flipkart for the same reason. Everytime I talk to the representative, a return request is placed but the pick up agent never come or any call from him and I keep getting the same text from Flipkart that pick up rejected due to product mismatch. A very unprofessional response from them. This has become a nightmare whereas this should have been such a simple process. I will never use Flipkart moving ahead or recommend to my friends and family. Total waste of money and time as they don't value their customers at all.

              Mtailmodeecom has not shipped the product and Flipkart has only registered as complaint and does not Ave answer to where the product is or when it will be delivered, the product is ordered on emi and the finance is applicable and will be decuted on 5 may but i don't know when the product will be delivered

                  I want the product because after placing my order and payment the seller cancelled my order if the seller was facing the shortage of the product so why the seller accepted my order..

                      My Order Number is OD[protected] I ordered a glossary item from flipkart but to the delayed date of delivery, I wanted to cancel my grocery basket I have tried to cancel the order multiple times, but for some reason, my requests have not been processed. The date and time of my cancellation attempts were 03 April 2023, and I used the Flipkart App to cancel the order. However, I received error messages and was not able to complete the cancellation process. After several attempts, I could not cancel the order and then I complained to customer care and I mailed it. they told to me daily, tomorrow it will solve my issue since for more than 13 days the same words speak to me. My money is stuck for more than 5k+, my money is unnecessarily stuck like this it is I am very upset. I take daily follow up from myself, wasting my time and they are disturbing me mentally.

                            I have raised a complaint regarding my Nokia 43 inches TV on Feb 26th 2023. Then Jeeves technician came and said that it will not get repaired and they raised a complaint to return the TV.
                            Then Jeeves wishmaster called me and came to pick up the product on 6th April. He picked up the product and the status was not updated as picked up till now (April 14th).
                            I have raising complaint regarding this to both Nokia service and Flipkart also. But there is no update or resolution for this from them. Everytime they are saying that it will be resolved in 48hrs but the issue is going on. Nokia service is saying that the product pick up completed but Flipkart is saying that pick up is not completed. They are raising the issue but it is going no where. Please help me out with this.

                              I ordered a phone costing around 31000 (Brand :nothing) from flipkart. The account holder is arjun cr with the registered mobile number +[protected] with the order id od[protected]. The order was confirmed on 5th april 2023 and send to mr. Benoy xavier. It was supposed to be delivered on 10 th april but they called on 9 th april but they were not at the right address. So they stated that the address was incomplete even though it was right and dispatched it on 11 th april by 6 am to the nearest hub. These two places are nearby. This product has neither has been delivered till now nor reached the nearest hub. I called and complained but still no use. This is a high value order and package and this how they are handling this. The old phone was no longer working, thats why i placed order for the new one. What is the use if it's not been delivered on time. I have complained through flipkart customer care service on 13 april 2023. I have also registered complaints on consumer complaint forums. This not the type of service i expected from flipkart or their courier service provider ekart. Very disappointed. I expect the product to be delivered at the earliest.

                                I have raised a refund request for product Beardo PR3058/59 Runtime: 45 min Multi Purpose Trimmer for Men (Black) after giving multiple commitments to arrange the pick up of the product in order to process the refund same was done

                                Every time I connected with customer services they will arrange a new pick-up deadline which is always a week later and the same issue happens

                                I'm following Flipkart customer services for more than 2 month now and the issue is not getting resolved I have raised my concerns and complaints also raised grievance but no resolution after all efforts

                                  I ordered a saree but got different one..i created return after 2 days i got cal from delivery man and he said hello hello 2 time and cut the call.At night i git message that my return is rejected bcz order is damaged.i created return again and the same thing happened today..even today i haven't got any singe call got only message that my return is rejected bcz product is damaged.What the hell is this

                                      Hi,
                                      I booked a flight in the morning but didn't get any confirmation either by email or mobile no. The tickets we’re showing are pending we didn’t get any confirmation.

                                      I called customer support and I was conveyed that the payment was received and your ticket status would be updated within 5 hours. I have been asked to wait with no email again.

                                      Post this I waited for the mail or any confirmation but nothing was provided to me and apparently left with no option but to call back customer care after 8 hours and they lied that the payment is failed and no flights would be booked through in the morning the same lady confirmed that the booking is confirmed and payment was successful, you will get your confirmation soon.

                                      There is no mail intimation provided by Flipkart till now and we have literally cried with customer care but the lady kept refusing and didn’t transfer the call to senior executives. Now they need to send me a confirmation ticket (as the price has been increased) also with the compensation amount as I have been harassed by Flipkart and struggling with my health.

                                      Please take this matter seriously as this is the 2nd time we have faced similar issues with Flipkart and they are literally taking bookings that they do not process.
