Dear sir/ma'am I purchased a Casio Edifice watch Order ID - OD[protected] on 14th January 2023 and the company delivered the product on 16th January 2023 but the product I was received that was scratched and the model of the product was different. Till then I am requesting to return the product again and again but the company always rejecting my request. Please help me to return the product.

    Last week I have deactivated my account. Now I can't able to reactivate. I put my mail and no correctly. Got otp also but can't reactivate. It shows you have to contact administrator. Please help me to reactivate my account.

      Purchased Asus Vivobook laptop worth Rs 48000 from Flipkart on 25th March and it was an open box delivery. That physical condition of the product was good but the screen has flashing or fluctuation problem and speaker quality too were not good. I raised replacement request which was rejected but refund request was taken with a technician visit.
      That the technician came after continuous following with him on 7th April and did some basic tests uploaded fake reports saying everything okay but advised me to make videos. As I expected he will upload positive report so that the refund request could be cancelled. The product is having the same problem and the display flickers with some apps are non functional. After spending 48000 I got a faulty product with display and camera problems. Under these conditions, I want a full refund else I will take up this issue with District Consumer forum. I also got mail from Flipkart that if issue still persists after technician visit, I will get full refund. I want full refund immediately.

          Respected Sir,

          By mistake I have made payment amount Rs-2000/- to Flipkart pay later Service loan department initiated by IDFC First bank on dt.23-01-23. After complaining to IDFC they told me they will refund my money but at last they told your flipkart due amount reflecting that will adjust with Rs-2000/- but i refused that i will pay you don't have to adjust after that they confirm ok i will refund your money. But without my concern neither concern with flipkart team they adjusted my money with my due & remaining amount refund to me on dt.28-02-23.
          After adjustment in flipkart account showing due again i complained to IDFC they told me it will be adjusted in 20 working days but still not resolved. I also complained to flipkart they told me it will be settled down by 2-3 working days but still not resolved & from flipkart team they are charging interest in due amount i asked them who will pay this interest amount while my payment was adjusted on dt.28-02-23 they don't have any answer for this query. This problem for 2 months on a regular basis. I'm taking follow-up with them. They don't provide resolution to me.

          I am attaching documents please go through it & Its a humble request to sort this issue as soon as possible.

            Hello my name is Ganesh from Odisha. I have to complain about flipkart. I had ordered a product from Flipkart whose details are given below:
            Product Name: Zebronics K-35 Keyboard
            Order Date: 3rd April 2023
            Order ID: OD[protected]
            Delivery Boy name is Ashok Nnayak. (Not Sure)
            [+91 [protected]] Delevery Boy.
            Produ was due for delivery on 8th April. The delivery boy called me on 7th April and said "Your parcel has arrived", Then I said "where are you coming". Then I was shocked to hear what he said, He said "come Kirmaloi". Because the place he asked to come is about 10Km away from my house. This will happen not once but about 4 to 5 times. They take the delivery charge and call 4 to 5Km away every time without bringing it to the address mentioned.

              I ordered Oppo Reno t 5g . On 18th march 2023 I received the box. In box there was a different phone of the same brand. I called cc several times. They asked me to share pictures, which I did. They delayed the issue and never asked me for FIR. On 4 th April they rejected my complaint for the cause of not sharing FIR, which they never asked. They just cheated me . Please look into the matter and let me get the compensation.

                Ordered 20000 mah ampere Power Bank which cost around 1800 and I received the different product of same brand which is of cost 1300 I made a request to return the product which is declined by the seller as there is only option for the replacement I made a replacement they even cancel that and I am not able to contact customer care of Flipkart this is very cheap tactic From Flipkart. I have also shared pictures of the product which clearly shows that the product I ordered and received our different actually I am leaving on this 15th to USA so I cannot wait a lot to get the replacement I want to get back my refund of the product and hear the consumer is being cheated on

                  Hlw Sir / Madam,

                  I here by inform u, i m not paid the 522 amount . Because last few days back one product i m purchased by Flipkart pay later, but I will paid my amount ( 499 ) before due date ... But my product size fit issue, i will return my product & refund ... But 90 days, no refund money . I will inform ur customer care number but no one give back my money ... So please refund my money from my bank account or adjust my money ... Otherwise I m not paid amount.. Otherwise I will complain consumer forum .

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I have purchased something from Flipkart online shopping. For that the payment mode is I have selected Flipkart Pay Later Option.

                    Purchase Date: January 2023.
                    Due Date: 5th February 2018
                    Amount: Rs. 374 only

                    After receiving the statement to mail id, still I'm trying to pay the amount but I can't able to login in that account. Due to I have lost the registered mobile number .

                    I'm ready to pay the amount, but they are not given proper guidance to me.

                    If they are giving any other option such as like any account number and IFSC code means. Im ready to pay the amount deposit in that particular Flipkart account.

                    But now 60 days overdue for that statement, for that Flipkart are going to take legal action to write the notice to my address. I'm not expecting this type of approach and customer dissatisfaction from Flipkart. So pls I need guidance to resolve the issue immediately.

                    Pls support.

                    Note:
                    I'm ready to pay the amount.
                    My concern only I can't able to login that particular account which account I have used for online shopping.

                    Pls do the needful.

                      I ordered the book titled "Stree Upekshita (The Second Sex)" which is a rare book and an expensive one. Instead of the claimed book, I received a cheap dubious different book titled "Sukh, Shanti and Anand". I have attached the picture. I initiated refund but Flipkart cleverly has no option to mark that I have received a wrong product. So I had to go with damaged product to claim return and I did provide the exact reason as sub reason.
                      Now the pick-up person from Ekart refuses to take the return because the book "Sukh, Shanti and Anand" doesn't match the image shown on the product. My refund was cancelled! This is such an easy scam where the seller can send any random book and the buyer cannot claim return. I have the original packaging also with me and the book receives fits well in it so that there is no doubt that it is the book I received.
                      I have initiated a new return with ID:[protected]. Kindly please either notify the Ekart or remove image from the return request sent to the delivery (pick-up) agent .

                        I ordered an item on flipkart on 26th January 2023, which was not even delivered till now. I called them two three times and they have always rescheduled delivery 6-7 times till now every 3-4 days and when I asked them to cancel the order they said they will not cancel the order and rescheduled the item delivery and still showing no option to cancel the item.

                                I ordered a HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4826 from flipkart named - HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4826 while I opened and switch on its seems not powering on
                                Imeditly I rise a complaint . They accepted and i got a message from brand side technician would be sent they will check. Technician also came and they accept this is a fault only and they give(DOA) DEAD ON ARRIVAL LETTER and also they do packed again and sealed it. The copy of the DOA Letter also send to flipkart customer care service but steel their is no response. Only they are calling and say we r looking for it within 7days your problem will be resolved. After 2 r 3 days they send your problem is resolved. Then I rise the complaint again now they told its brand replace only u can conduct brand and it's under brand warranty only u can go for warranty claim service. It's new product why should I go for warranty. So I need refund

                                    Product can't be picked up. But they are harassing me by giving false promise about refund. My product has not been picked up till date. I have complained many times. But they had promised me about refund within 27th March, 2023. But not received till date. I request them for calling, but just a missed call returns. Sometimes no call received but they have mailed me that they have called but no call received. Im getting harassed. No refund till now.

                                      I ordered nasher miles cabin suitcase bag from flipkart, (Ordered id - od[protected] bag was delivered on 14th march 2023, when i open the box it was found that bag was not properly packed in bubble packing, bag was damaged and it was not new, it was completely having dusty product, so i raised return request, but flipkart did not arranged pickup, i did follow up till yesterday (8 times to flipkart customer care) every time customer care assured that backend priority team will call me and resolve the issue, i used to got call from some non capable person of flipkart and they every time asked me to wait till 48/72 hrs. To resolve the issue. But flipkart never arranged pickup of return, they always gave reason unforeseen reason it got delayed.
                                      I am completely unaware that if walmart & earlier founders mr. Sachin bansal & binny bansal has made cheat the customers & earn the profit policy for flipkart!
                                      I have wrote to grievance. [protected]@flipkat.com as well but of no use.

                                        My flipkart pay later gets blocked even after i have cleared my all dues on time and they blocked my pay later option. It shows not available. I always clear my dues on time abd i nevee had any dues left. Plese solve this. Get me unblocked
