I successfully completed the minimum condition of payment i. E. Rs. 5000/- and after january, my balance is over 8000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in march 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But the amount was not transferred in my account till yet.

I mailed several times on [protected]@flipkart.com but nobody had replied and also submitted the issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but received no response.

They are not providing any support and not even there is any number to contact them. I am hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I worked very hard and now i am not getting my hard earned money.

    Order number: od[protected] amounting to :512/- rupees
    Carlton women natural flats item
    Delivery agent refusing to accept the item which is kept for return because of size issue but it has no price tag from the beginning of the delivery. Even though we made it clear. He kept on waiting to accept returned item for over two weeks. He rejected the item which is in good condition with all the package as delivered by the flipkart and made us to wait for two weeks by rejecting twice for silly reasons.. Such a misbehavior by the delivery agent in spite of assurance by flipkart customer care.

    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on (16th April). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

      I had placed an order for e-gift card for rs. 600/- for my son (Transaction reference no.: qcmp[protected]) on 9th april 2019 by redeeming my citibank credit card reward points of more than 4000 points (Which otherwise would have offered me higher value if i would have used it on other websites or for cash back/payment against credit card dues. Until now, neither my son nor i received any such card on our emails. To my surprise, when i tried to raise a complaint on flipkart website on the specific query under the website's help center menu, it neither shows any email id to write to nor is there any provision to lodge a complaint online. Further, i tried several times to call up flipkart call center no.[protected] & every time the call ended with voice messages "all our executives are busy. Please call up later or log in to website/app for your concern". I do not have any records except for a print copy of said transaction. It is really surprising that india's own & the 2nd largest e-com company, in association with its e-gift card partner qwikcilver solutions pvt. Ltd. Is stooping to such fradulent activities. Seems like a kind of scam by the company or its associate.

          I am unable to update my password & login problem.

          For the last 10-11 months, my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
          Then i used forgot button and then received the code.
          Entered the code successfully.
          After that it was asking please set a new password.
          Then i entered a new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
          I am facing these problem so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
          I even tried calling helpline number but it gets cut.

            This mail is to highlight the disappointment in flipkart and their sub-organization/partner jeeves in selling an unfair mobile protection plan. Customer purchase the plan
            Only because its offered through flipkart and due to their trust in flipkart. Flipkart risks destroying this trust with such policies.

            This is also to hightlight to jeeves management on how their unfair practices and lack of empathy impacts a customer, who will ensuring people are aware of the pitfalls when they purchase jeeves mobile protection plan.

            I purchased samsung galaxy note9 ordered on 22nd aug 2018 (Order id od[protected]. Flipkart offered a mobile protection plan which is called as flipkart protect. It also had a shield with flipkart on it. All well designed to make customer buy this based on its trust on flipkart. I purchased the plan (Policy
            Number:jppoffk446959). The policy is actually sold by jeeves consumer services, with flipkart clearly appending its name to it.

            Now let me get to my issue :
            The glass over the back camera lens cracked and i thought to avail flipkart mobile protection plan. I called flipkart helpline on 8th april, who redirected me to jeeves customer care.

            I called jeeves customer care, the agents told me that they will register the claim, and they will pick up the mobile for repair, and it will take 10 days to repair
            And return. I asked that when samsung service centers in bangalore will resolve in a days time, why does it take this long for jeeves to get it done. I further
            Conveyed that i would prefer to go directly and drop the phone at the service center. The agent told me that they are not able to get a store option now, but will go ahead and register for pickup and then i can talk and make the required changes. Jeeves send mails asking me to share mobile snapshots and also link to pay 500 as processing fees which i did (Claim id - ad[protected]) i also mailed jeeves to share the address of the service center and mentioned that i will visit myself.

            I called the next day to enquire about the service center only to be told that since i registered for pick up and drop i have to avail that. I mentioned that it was
            Only beacuse the agent advised so and i wanted a store visit. After multiple calls, i was conveyed that service is done through f1 solutions and that will ship to their partners, but store option is not possible. On my enquiry i was told that phone might be shipped to delhi.

            Now i enquired if f1 solutions is a samsung authorized service center and the mutliple agents including jeeves backend support team was not able to provide a convincing answer. Annswers kept varying from... Yes they only use trained technicians... They only use original parts etc. But none able to confirm with confidence. (I cannot let any service center not registered as an authorized samsung mobile service center, tough my phone which is under brand warranty. Neither should flipkart/jeeves try to do this)

            When i check with samsung, i understand that f1 solution is a authorized service centers only in lucknow and gurgoan. It was surprising that most agents could not be forthright in stating "we have authorized service centers only in lucknow and gurgoan and hence the phone will have to be shipped there for repair. Therefore we cannot offer direct store visit" i had to talk to multiple agents to get some sense of this.

            I then ask for cash payout option since i saw the same in the terms and conditions link, but i am told with finality that that option is added only in policy purchases post oct. I request for the same since i cannot give my mobile for 10 days for tranfer to gurgoan as i am travelling and there are abundance of service centers in bangalore. Jeeves refuses to do so. I am told even the rs500 processing fees wont be reimbursed.

            1. Not giving a cash payout option is unfair to the customer and even legally suspect. I am sure flipkart / jeeves realized this and hence updated the terms and conditions.

            2. Selling a mobile protection plan in a city like bangalore, with abundant service centers, and forcing customers to ship their phone and wait for 10 days for an issue resolved locally in a day is also not fair to customer. There are complaints galore in the net about jeeves not shipping phone back in time and needing numerous follow ups.

            3. When an organization realizes its mistake of not providing cash payout option and updates its terms and conditions its only fair to extend this facility to existing policy holders. This does not cost a penny more to flipkart/jeeves and in fact saves the effort and cost of shipment. But still agents have bluntly refused this.

            Due to the unsatisfactory response from jeeves, and their outright rejection of offering a cash payout option, i am today forced to go directly to a samsung service center and i will be getting a job sheet and estimate tomorrow. The phone will also be repaired tomorrow. I lose the amount paid for the mobile protection plan and also the processing fee.

            I had purchased phones from sangeetha mobiles and availed their insurance, which was a smooth experience with amount reimbursed to me. So i never suspected flipkart to have a policy with such terms.

            If flipkart / jeeves cares about customers, they will understand the fairness of the situation and not throw the previous terms at the customer, which you have yourselves changed. Jeeves would have taken the exception and their management would have allowed the customer the cash payout option unfairly denied in the earlier terms. I therefore request you to still allow the cash payout option to me.

            Your response to this will showcase your approach towards the customer. Jeeves as a sub-organization seemed least concerned, but i hope flipkart cares enough for customers to help me out here. I have years of association with flipkart and my trust on flipkart is at stake here.

                I have purchased 4 quantities of the 'optimum nutrition gold standard 100% whey protein(delicious strawberry)' on 20th march 2019 and i have recieved 4 of the quantities as damaged and different flavour on 22nd march 2019. Flipkart is neither replacing or refunding my order. They are have even picked up one of the quanties of the product, they are not even delivering the replacement of that quantity, neither picking up other quantities. They are calling me three times a day and telling me we are working on the issue. They are just extending the deadline and not doing anything. This company is a ###, never buy from it.                       A week has been past but until now didn't got any resolution from flipkart, since happened request was raised through e-mail hoping would be helpful. But unfortunately found flipkart running away from the day without any solution to the problem, hope through the forum maybe some help you can get.

                        Flipkart has blocked my flipkart account with my primary mobile number and email stating that i've used the account for reselling products. But i called them and emailed them and proved that my account and the products i bought were for personal use. They didn't even reply to my mail nor did they give my account back. I've only used my account to purchase stuff either for myself or my family and friends. I've sent a long email with proof to them and they didn't even bother to reply to that mail. I hope you guys take a decision in this issue soon. As this was my primary email and mobile number.

                            I would like to inform you that on 30th march 2019 i have ordered oppo f11 pro (Order no-od[protected] through flipkart and the payment was made by credit card. But unfortunately on 3rd april 2019, i have received a different model i. E. Oppo a3s and the same were informed to flipkart on the same day. They inform me that the problem will resolved within 5th april 2019, 2.00 pm. Again on 5th april i received a text message for delay of resolve issue and take time till 6th april 2019, 2.00 pm. But the problem is yet to resolve. I have attached here with the images for your ready reference. I also mention you that i have already registered a complaint at national consumer helpline on 11th april 2019 and the complain no is 1252943. I also mentioned you that after register of complaint at national consumer helpline i have received a call from flipkart and the executive inform me that the original product will receive by me within 20th april 2019. This is for your kind information and necessary action.

                              I ordered mi charger qualcomm quick charge 3.0 on tue, 9th april. But instead the product i received is some used old and broken intex charger. I had ordered this charger in emergency, i had other options, but due to faith in flipkart services. And the result of having faith had tremendous and horrifying u-turn. This resulted me in paying 200rs for using local services due to delay in this tragedy.

                                Hello i had ordered a fridge model number : gl-c322rpzu/2018 and this got delivered on 25th of february to my address in gwalior. I made the order online through flipkart from indirapuram ghaziabad. The piece is defective and i have been raising complaints since 15 days with lg. It has not been one and a half month also and there is a leakage. The lg people were not even able to find the fault. They first said kep the fridge in cool place? I mean is it some kind of a joke? Then they came and took temperature then they did not come for 3 days we kept waiting and then one fine day they say there is a gas leakage. I want a replacement and thats it. I want immediate action to be taken since the leakage has happened in transit. Get back to me as soon as possible and get this issue resolved.

I chose to pay through my boi debit card, an amount of 20, 999 rupees was deducted from my account but there wasn't any order placed.                                     Every time flipkart doesn't give me actual size of bag which i ordered. Therefore i want my money without replacement of bag because i harrased by flipkart since last two times. I have been harassed because i ordered this bag for my sister marriage and her marriage is on 21 april and i thought flipkart is good option to take original american tourister bag but every time they give me wrong size product

                                      I ajay barot ordered 10 bags from flipkart first time in my life, and at my home reach only 6 bags whereas online tracking in which shows that bags are delivered, so i am lying???
                                      Actually, i do for the gift to some kids on occasion but due to your mistakes i didn't perform my commitment,
                                      Here i request you to take quick action because i ordered on 20th march 2019

                                        I have ordered panda 65161 tricycle in flipkart on 29th march and received the product on 1st april.in the product description in the site says it is original brand panda product but which we received is duplicate product. Rusted bearings are old used one and mainly there is no mrp sticker in the product. How can they sell a product without mrp sticker in the market?

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on April 17, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        I had ordered 2 medisalic ointment . so the product was delivered and when I opened the package there was just 1 ointment . but the payment is made for 2 medisalic ointment.kindly look into this matter. Please refund my money or deliver the product
