I have placed the mobile order vivo v9 pro which was rupees 14, 990 in the flipkart online store with the order id od[protected] and i had paid the money of rs, 14, 990 on april 16, 2019, via debit card. But the seller has canceled my order without notification and the promise date for the refund was placed as 24.4.19. But i didn't have received the refund and also i have contact with my bank customer care also there is no transaction placed from the seller's end. But the flipkart customer service is saying the seller has transacted my money. Actually, the flipkart is playing with me and i had faced a lot of problems due to this issue. It is already going to be 8 more days, they are not ready to give me the resolution. Please, consider my issue and transact my amount soon. Hope consumer complaints will help me.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
And provides an option to go back to game zone.
As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.
How can this discrepancy be resolved?
Please help.
