I purchased Oppo F9 Pro alongwith buyback with order id OD[protected]. As per the buyback, the link to claim buyback guarantee offer should be activated by April 18, 2019. But as of now, the link is not available and so, I am unable to claim. Moreover, I had also raised a concern through Flipkart customer care with Request No.[Incident: IN[protected]]. But, even after a week, they could not resolve the issue. Everytime I ask them about the status, they ask me to wait for 2 more business days. Plz help.

Updated by jrsvinay I still didn't get any resolution as of now. The customer care executive is neither updating the status nor able to deliver any update over call.
