    Hi Team,

    I have ordered Panasonic AC from flipkart, but the item which was shown on website is different than what is delivered. also the item was tampered at the time of delivery. I have raised the complaint to flipkart customer care but no one is listening. also regarding the installation fees, first flipkart customer care told me its already included in the order amount. then told me its not included and I need to pay 1599rs but on flipkart website its shown 1416rs. Flipkart not ready to accept the complaint. I have evidences of everything and can provide if needed. the item was tampered but flipkart denying everything saying its open box delivery but no otp was shared at the time of delivery.

      Hello sir / madam I'm Prabhakar Asewar, a doctor from Goa, for my house i had ordered Panasonic inverter Airconditioner from Flipkart, they delivered a defective air-conditioner and when a request is put for replacement, no one from Flipkart is coming to pick up the damaged Airconditioner and give me a replacement Airconditioner it's been more than 7 days today I'm waiting for pick-up of damaged Airconditioner and delivery of new replacement Airconditioner, i have paid 40352Rs for the Panasonic Airconditioner which is stuck with Flipkart, everyday I'm calling them but no one is helping me, it's my humble request to National consumer forum to help me with pickup of damaged Airconditioner and delivery of new replacement Airconditioner as i have paid a huge amount for it .

            I ordered voltas 1.5 3 star voltas split ac on 20 feb 2023 which order id is. Od[protected] . It deleived on 24 feb 2023. After delevery the product i saw that indoor and outdoor unit cbu code are diffrent means both are mismatch. So it cant be install.I raised replacement and return continuous three time flipkart rejected continuously.               I have ordered Motorola G73 5g on Flipkart on 1st April. They have committed for same day delivery. I waited and they not delivered on 1st April also not informed for delay. Late night I called to customer care they said it will be delivered by next day. Next day also not delivered. Agin i called to customer care they said wait for 7th April will provide you best solution.

              Till date they not update me delivery delay reason.

              I have done more than 10 follow ups with customer support but they are useless to me.

              I believe i am eligible for extra compensation for delay delivery.

                - I have ordered Kamiliant 3piecs hard body, but while delivery on 29th April i received only one bag and rest 2 bags were missing, Immediately of delivery i marked as return replacement of this incomplete shipment over application and the return was also approved, and it was supposed to be redelivered and picked up the old delivery on 31st . but on 31st April when the replacement people came to collect the bag with the new delivery parcel, They refuse to pic the old order which is incomplete and they went back.
                also they did not even bother of customers time and situation, every time i hear back is the only saying wait for some time we will update you.

                I have complained and contacted FlipKart several times, but still did not got any resolution on it.
                This was the worst experience i had with the ordering flipkart

                  My order, Motorola G52, is delivered on 31 March 2023. I am not able to download the invoice from flipkart app/ website. It is a matter o[censored]tter surprise that the invoice is not available there still after 3-4 days.

                  I am not able to visit service centre for an issue without valid invoice.

                  Moreover, complaints logged to Flipkart are automatically getting resolved without actually addressing the issue.

                  They are not sending the invoice via e-mail also. The snapshot of the error while trying to download the invoice is attached.

                  After so many calls and chats for more than 10 days, Flipkart finally sent me invoice by E-mail on 10 April 2023 and also solved the portal issue. Tips: If you are in trouble with Flipkart do not let them slip away because they do mark 'Resolved' automatically their pending complaints without solving the issue. Track your complaints everyday and keep raising them again until your issue gets resolved.

                      I Registered order on flipkart to sell my old mobile to them on 29 march 2023 after that on 30th march 2023 flipkart courier boy checked my device and remove my sim card and cleared my all data take the box and bill and take my mobile with him and he says that money (₹14, 450/-) will credit in wallet After within 24 hr but still not any gift card money i received in my wallet and my order is also cancelled by the courier boy and after that i complaint on flipkart coustomer care next day on 31st march 2023 he said that wait till 6th april but my issue resolved automatically on 3rd April without any confirmation or information.

                          I purchased Iphone 14 in Flipkart on 14.3.23. The problem is with
                          the invoice where the seller did not provide me with GST but charged for
                          the same. So, I contacted customer support multiple times & they told me
                          that the concerned team will look into it & get back to me still haven't
                          received any resolution. They provided me with one email id & asked me to
                          mail to that id but no response from them also. Kindly, look into it &
                          provide me with the solution. Also, I am wondering how Flipkart is allowing
                          sellers to sell products without the GST number.

                              Product delivered to me today April 6, 23. The glass on the watch is broken. Spoken with customer support but no use. When asked to transfer to supervisor they hangs up the call. They are denying refund or replacement saying product is no returnable. Flipkart / Seller intentionally send bad product with ill motive.

                              I had to call many times. Finally one agent was able to initiate and escalate this matter. Today again after two calls the agent finally approved the return. After half an hour executive camr and took the product and amount refunded in flipkart wallet.

                                Regarding my order Samsung galaxy F62 mobile order I'd: OD[protected]
                                This mobile got locked on May-2022 because I had not paid the smart upgrade plan due amount Rs.5400 because my filpkart account was blocked. So I requested the filpkart customer support department to unlock my account but they didnt unlocked my account but they sent me the link on[protected] to my mail id for the Due payment of smart upgrade plan amount . Then I paid the due amount Rs.5400 through the link on[protected]. But filpkart not yet unlocked my phone till now. almost 2.8 months over still filpkart is not working on my issue i contacted filpkart 100 of times but they are not resolving my issue. So I request you to unlock my phone as my all dues are also clear. And also please unblock account

                                    I have placed an order for this product (STANLEY 120-piece master tool set[protected] in Mar 31, 2023 which was to be delivered next day by eKart, a service owned by Flipkart.
                                    I did receive a delivery from Flipkart on Apr 1, 2023. However, it was not what I ordered. It was a footware item instead of the master tool set that I ordered. The package has my name and address on it. To me, it clearly looks like eKart division of Flipkart has goofed up the delivery.
                                    I created an issue on Apr 1 itself on the Flipkart website with this specific order reporting the problem and also shared the picture of what I received for this order. Next morning, I see next day that my issue was resolved confirming that delivery has been completed. No consent from or contact with customer. They just closed it shamelessly.
                                    I had to reopen the ticket, had a detailed discussion with the representative over the phone and requested him to cancel the order and refund my money. This guys kept repeating only one sentence that I have highlighted the issue like a mantra and was not of any help to me in cancelling the produce. Moreover, they have courage to state that they are going to open a replacement request which will be fulfilled by Apr 14.
                                    The product which I was to get by Apr 1, shall now be delivered to me on Apr 14. Flipkart gets to keep my money (for worth of item 15K) with them and also wasted about half a month of mine and lost my peace of mind in the overall process.
                                    The representative committed to me that he shall have someone from his backend team contact me to help me cancel the order and refund the money, I'm yet to receive any calls from them. This looks like not a seller issue but purely a problem by ekart that is delivery service owned by Flipkart.
                                    No expectations of any compensation here based on my previous experience with Flipkart, I purchased an iPhone from Flipkart as a birthday gift to my spouse, they did not deliver it on the committed date and completely ruined the gifting experience; during this time, they called to confirm the delay and committed 2000INR or compensation which they never executed.
                                    I really don't want to pay with my peace of mind, time and money while they correct their mistakes. I really would like to exercise my rights against such pathetic customer services.

                                      Ordered mobile phone Oneplus 11R Smartphone through flipkart on 28th March worth 44750 using upi payment method. Payment was completed times of placing orders flipkart comes to deliver my percel on 31 March, delivery boy comes and ask me to share otp, after given otp the boy given a flipkart cartoon and leave from there. Percel was good intact conditions I have no doubt about missing item before taking percel. After open the percel I am shocked and disappointed after seen the incident inside percel Nothing included anything complete item missing. fully empty box delivered intact conditions. I am really struggle sir, the phone amount was too high and flipkart done fraud with my money and ignoring to create return and process refund after multiple contact. Still I can't make return they restricted return. please take action against flipkart and banned their business as soon as possible refunded my money I am allowing flipkart next 72 hours after that I will go highcourt

                                      Help me Flipkart has done me very wrongI made a mobile booking in our area and went to a cafe in our area and booked the phone by charging 100 taka 44750 from the shopkeeper's UPI.Total I had to pay 44850 taka to the shopkeeper for booking this phone, because I wanted to pay that much amount by charging the shop. Secure when bookingWell, then what happened to me is really unbelievable, Flipkart delivered me empty box, I told them first they told me to wait, after 2 days I told them on twitter they first said send picture of what you got I sent it, then they said your Send the document I sent, again 7 daysThen they say we will look for the missing phone from the police. You print the consent form and send it. I gave them permission by writing it myself, finally after 20 days they call and say the seller is not accepting your request. Sorry we can't refund. Because the parcel was delivered intactIn case, sir I have been telling them from the beginning that the parcel was sealed so I took it no doubt, they have been messing with me for 3 weeks and completed my return period, finally saying sorry, I am attaching some documents with this post please check, and its Take legal action against the lawBecause I have paid a lot of high amount, I am being ignored for waiting for so long, I want to get my money back as soon as possible, Now customer care ignoring to create return they said seller have only 7 days policy which crossed I shared everything after that they ignoring.
                                      After complaint the issue to flipkart unfortunately my Register numbers physically damaged no network access, Flipkart disconnected my Register numbers.
                                      I shared with them my alternate number for communication-[protected].

                                      Please call on this alternate number and refunded my money.

                                      I also communicated with cafe shopkeeper's who made the order booking and he suggest me that, maybe flipkart found Same upi I'd where I paid your order and our area people orders such as high value. The shopkeeper's person daily booked more than 15+ orders using herself same upi address, And maybe sameupi payment reason flipkart team denied your refund request. So take action bygoing highcourt complaint.

                                      Refunded my money immediately either I will dile E-DAAKHIL Under section 38 On District commission to file case.
