I had added asus zenfone max pro m2 to my cart. But when i went to the page to make the payment, it showed 'out of stock'. Am very diasppointed. Once an item has been added to the cart, i should be able to buy it. Else the option should not be there. This is particularly in the case of flash sales. You should have only given the buy now button. It is not fair at all.

Request if corrective action can be taken and my order materialised as soon as possible.

    I purchased couple of gift cards whose worth is more than 7000 rupees. I met with an accident and completely forgot the validity expiry date for these gift cards. When I wanted to purchase an item but validity was expired just 1 day before. It was heart breaking. As per the policy, Flipkart team is supposed to send a reminder email at least 1 week before to my registered mail ID but they didn't send any reminder mail. It's policy as well trust breach from Flipkart team. I contacted Flipkart customer care team and pleaded them to extend the validity just for few hours but they didn't understand my issue. Request your help in utilizing my gift cards. Thanks in advance.

      For the past few months, game zone is not functioning on my account.
      I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
      It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
      And provides an option to go back to game zone.
      As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.
      How can this discrepancy be resolved?
      Please help.

        I have ordered the vivo v9 pro mobile in the flipkart shopping store on april 16, 2019, and has paid my money rupees 14, 990 via the debit card payment with the order id od[protected]. But the seller has canceled my order without any notification and the flipkart promised that the seller has processed my refund and it would be credited on april 24, 2019. But the money has not reflected on my account and also i consult with the bank's customer care, they said no transaction has been placed to your account from the flipkart merchant end. And the flipkart customer care doesn't give me a proper response. Flipkart is playing with my money and due to this, i have to face a lot of issues. Nobody is there to help me, by this irresponsible process from flipkart and very worst service. Hope consumer complaints will help me.

          Hi team,

          I ordered carrier one ton split ac on 12th april and we received the unit
          On 19th and installation team came on 20th april.

          And they drilled the wall and did half fitting also after that they update
          Me that we received wrong unit by carrier, means one unit inverter ac & one
          Is with out inverter so it can't be installed.

          Sending some photographs in attachment for better understanding.

          Then i connected with ur support team and escalate this issue but they said
          It will be return only due to seller not giving permission for replacement
          Or exchange.

          Register complaint on 20th april and today we are sitting on 25th april but still not update for the same, tried to contact flipkart team, asking again more 24 hours...

          After lots of follow up with you guys n me also they solved my problem but yes we lost so much time for the follow up only.

          Anyway thank you so much support team, just because of you my case solved on time otherwise god knows.

          One suggestion from my side : seller have to mention clearly if replacement not possible or seller have to pay customer loss.

              I have placed the mobile order vivo v9 pro which was rupees 14, 990 in the flipkart online store with the order id od[protected] and i had paid the money of rs, 14, 990 on april 16, 2019, via debit card. But the seller has canceled my order without notification and the promise date for the refund was placed as 24.4.19. But i didn't have received the refund and also i have contact with my bank customer care also there is no transaction placed from the seller's end. But the flipkart customer service is saying the seller has transacted my money. Actually, the flipkart is playing with me and i had faced a lot of problems due to this issue. It is already going to be 8 more days, they are not ready to give me the resolution. Please, consider my issue and transact my amount soon. Hope consumer complaints will help me.

                I, sunny narang have booked a phone on flipkart vide order id od[protected] dated 17/04/2017 for inr 13999 paid through my debit card. Its expected delivery was on 20th april but i got a message for on same day of booking your order has been cancelled and amount has been refunded in source account. After that i called to your customer care :

                Further conversation is as below –
                Me - how did you cancel my order without intimated me?
                He answer - seller did so due to limited stock
                I asked if the stock was limited then why seller has accepted order/ approved the order?
                He answer – sir, i don’t know but i have raised your concern to our technical team they will call you and resolve this by 2 days i. E by 19th april 2: 30 pm (Log id is in[protected]]
                Me : i asked from last one moth i was trying to purchase this phone but i was not successful when i was successful you people has cancelled my order. I need my phone
                He answer : once order is cancelled, it can not be shipped on same order id
                Me : it means i need to do struggle once again for one month
                He answer ; sorry sir, we can not do anything but we have escalated this issue.
                O 19th april 2019, i got the reply from flipkart.com [[protected]@flipkart.com]
                “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account”
                Here they have given another reason that due to reselling they have cancelled my order where on 17th april due to limited stock it was cancelled. Even without knowing any reason they disable my account so that i could not have contact to flipkart. Hence flipkart has shut down all the option to contact to them
                Then again i write the mail to flipkart on same email if through which i got reply ([protected]@flipkart.com) as follow :
                “you tell. How i can sale the product. For your information by profession i am chartered accountant has my own office in hisar (Haryana). I need phone my personal/ office use. Where there is point of reselling of product. I am not in the business of selling these products. How you people have assumed that i would sale this phone. Please send my phone otherwise i have to move at consumer court/ higher court for the harassment i m facing since 17/04/2019. Earlier you people were telling due to limited stock your ordered has been cancelled now you people are saying due to reselling. On what basis you people assume??
                You please tell me whether can i get this phone or not so that i can take further course of action.
                Whatever documents you need i can provide you.

                Again i got the reply from ([protected]@flipkart.com) as follow on 22nd april 2019 :
                “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account”

                Today is 24/04/2019. I did not get any response from flipkart even they have blocky my flipkart id. Facing mentally harassment since 17/04/2019 and nobody is listening to me. Even flipkart is saying i am seller without giving the chance of opportunity of being heard. Kindly provide me compensation of rs 1, 00, 000 and give the such punishment to flipkart so that it does not happen to anybody. Flipkart is making fun of people. It should be closed.

                  I am not a reseller. I am a government employee. I can prove it. I tried customer care they dint respond. Backend team not helping. I am loyal customer you can verify that physically. Now the problem is i have taken cardless credit emi. Now i am not able to pay it because of my id is blocked. Everyday your company calls and sms and emails i am receiving about not paid emi. Unnecessary putting find late fees.. Resolve this problem unblock my id. Verify before blocking. If i am not getting any solution here i am going to customer court complaints..

                    My replacement has been cancelled by flipkart and there has been no response at their end. This cancellation is done without my knowledge and it has been 14 days since i've placed an order and yet to receive a call.

                    Flipkart and omni tech haven't bothered to call to solve the problem, incorrect updates of haven't picked up the call and my money is stuck with them nd they do not refund as well.

                    Not only is the product damaged, but uninstalled by their technician and ready for pickup with no replacement scheduled. Order was placed against [protected]

                          I want to pay our flipkart paylater amount pending on march &april 2019month, but when i click that link they show me try another time,
                          Because flipkart block our account for high return issue,
                          But there is not my fault, i want to pay our due before due date but flipkart blocked our account,
                          Manytimes we send mail on flipkart for that issue and also call customer care executive but there is no one resolve that issue,
                          If flipkart doesnt solve this issue so why they send me mail daily for issuing legal notice,

                              Worst experience from flipkart in case of refund policy. My brother had ordered ac and cancelled it within a day due to some issues, however he didn't get his money back. It's been 20 days already and flipkart keeps saying that they have refund the money, but still in bank we don't see the refund amount. Customer care keep saying that they have refund the amount and bank keeps saying they didn't get any amount from the flipkart. If you are not able to refund the money then atleast be transparent with your customer, don't harass them by lying about the refund. Please refund the amount soon and stop lying.
                              I regret that i ordered another ac (Apart from the cancelled one) from flipkart, i will not order anything from this fraud company now on and will make sure that my friends/ family also don't buy anything from fraud flipkart.

                              I had to email flipkart customer care, they kept saying that they they have already refund the amount and check with the bank. Refund was expected in my SBI account since 12 apr and bank kept saying that they didn't get anything from flipkart. After followups on email flipkart again changed the refund date and said that it is initiated on 22nd apr. But till 2nd may I didn't get any amount in my bank. Today on 3rd may after all these follow ups I got my refund finally. It seems sometimes refund could take upto 30days. Thanks to the customer care team.

                              Does it really take that much time to return the money honestly, why you guys are fooling the customers? Sorry to say but soon most of the flipkart customers would be ex customers if you guys continued this fraudulent. Please refund the amount and stop lying to customers. It is already so frustrating experience. I was regular customer, but now on will definitely not shop from flipkart if I don't get my money back within a day. There are definitely better options available for online shopping who take care of there customers and are also loyal.

                                I have already informed about my concern once more i am explaining about the same as i purchased ro after searching in your app but technically problem above order product has been delivered at my address on 15th april but your side this product delivery was not updated. On 20th april in night almost 11.00 pm i called your customer care about confirmation regarding installation. After then my order was updated in your record. On sunday, 21st april 2019, livpure engineer visited at my home and he confirm about this product. It is not ro. It is only for water purifier. At that time i called your customer care center and told with ms. Arpita and her senior super visor about my above said issue.

                                Once again i want to inform that i want to exchange this product with ro or if it is not possible, please refund my money. I hope, you will respect customer relationship and support the customer in this situation. It is totally wastage of my money. It is not use in my home. I have to pay this amount. Please maintain customer satisfaction and grow your business. Otherwise customer display your negativity in large scale for which you will have to pay huge amount.

                                I purchased this product as per advertisement about free and easy return which is displayed on header of mail in which you assure about this problem to customer. But when i purchased this product after then you began to say for this product, return policy is differ. How can believe a customer about your policy. It is clear that you are cheating with customer showing attractive policy but after purchasing policy is changed. It is not customer friendly for which i can complaint in the ministry of consumer affair and consumer court.

                                Once more i request to you please return my product and provide ro or refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                Once more I want to inform that my complaint has been closed by my end because I want to exchange my product against RO but Flipkart is not accepting my request. Neither my product is exchanging nor return. this is my useless product. as per return policy which is showing in its advertisement, they are not following the same. It is totally cheating, fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation and not to maintain customer relation. some adds I have also developed for display real picture.

                                  On 3rd april 2019, i ordered a product (Milton delish 2500ml maroon thermoware casserole) for rs 620. It was delivered to me on 8/4/19. I wanted a size smaller, so i cancelled it. I had done transaction via canara bank debit card, they issued me the refund on 9/4/19 and i got the message that it will be reflected into your account by 16th april 2019 and gave me the reference id of refund.

                                  I waited all the period, and i enquired on 19/4/19 in their customer care department of flipcart for my refund, they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 3 days. After 3 days they called me and said that your refund has already been issued by seller, consult your bank. Now i had already registered the complain on 19/4/19 with bank in online, i was told to personally visit the bank and dispute file. On 23/4/19, i visited the bank, and bank denied having any information of the transaction reference no and didnt let me file dispute.

                                  Now i want refund back, plz dont harass me, it has already been 16 days my refund has not been issued and it has still not reflected in my account. Bank has denied, flipcart is denying where will i go? I am giving all the proof. Please take action dont harass your consumers without their fault.

                                  Please dont falsely resolve my complain without actually solving it. Bank has no information regarding refund reference you have given. Dont do this. Solve my problem.

Flipkart has delivered calcium tablet (Medicine) on 19th feb'19 against my order two vtech kidizoom camera. How is possible where i place two camera but got calcium tablet (Medicine).                                         Flipkart flash sales seem to be a scam. After waiting for 1 week, was ready for flash sale about 1 hour before 11 am. I kept refreshing the site and finally within 5-10 seconds at 12 noon, i was able to add the item (Redmi note 7 pro - neptune blue, 13999) into the cart. To my dismay, while was continuing the payment process (Selecting the emi method) and checking out, it said the item is out of stock. This happened within 30 seconds-1 min from the time i added the item into cart. After i added the item on to the cart how come it can go out of stock in less than 1 minute??? Item is still in my cart.
