I received whirphool 190 l direct cool single door 3 star o. 15 apr 2019. This product when received by my wife show one damage part. She tell about to this matter to your delivery boy but delivery boy tell him nothing else. When my wife ask to delivery boy for on the refrigerator then he tell about to refrigerator on after 2 hrs. When i have reached my home and do on refrigerator i found noise in refrigerator and door of insider cooling device is broken then i requested for return. One technician come and tell me this product is not return. I change damage item. Then i speak with ur customer service. She tell him about you report concerning issue and then decided by seller/flip cart. I speak with ur customer service various time and tell him about damage product. But no any time ur customer service tell about regarding defective and damage. When today your delivery boy come to me he tell i don't pick up ur item because item is damaged and you not gave information to our coy. I want to you urgently again approved return request and pick ur item. I gave u time 72 hrs. After 72 hrs. I will go to consumer forum for next decision. Thank you

A week ago I ordered a product after it's cancellation I tried to login in my account but not able to login.
Please fix this issue with my account.
I got a message from flip kart stating that I have won an xuv 500 and asking me to pay 22000 is it true or fake
I have ordered a baby stroller and cancelled it on the very same day and as they said i waited for a couple of weeks for the refund but now its been more than 16 days I haven’t got the refund, when i called flipkart’s customer care they keep saying wait for 24 hrs.
I order two product with amount 1878. and i return a product with amount 379 and it will not creditted on my account what the ### you doing
I paid for 2 items of RS 690 it deducted from my account but order is not confirmed yet.kindly see the matter .I order one hair straightener and one lunch box it is still in my cart but I already paid for this but still not showing in my order section.my account name is - Nainy sahu

    Hi team

    I had purchased sanyo tv from flipkart with 'extended warranty 2 year by flipkart protect' on 23-jan-2018.
    Order id: od[protected]

    The tv stopped working on 1st march 2019. I connected sanyo services and they asked me to get in touch with flipkart as sanyo warranty is over and tv is under 'extended warranty is by flipkart'

    Then after contacting flipkart on 4th march, they asked me to contact a 3rd party 'jeeves' as warranty is by them.
    I raised a request and their executive inspected tv and told us that it need to change some part and come back in a week.

    I was continuously following up with jeeves but neither their engineer came back not got any resolution. They told me over phone that they will replace my tv but nothing happened. Finally after lot of following up they sent me below mail on 27th march.


    Please find below, the terms of refund for your old product

    Based on case id as per subject line, deprecation clause as per ew terms and conditions will be applied. Detailed calculation is shown as per the below.

    *reason for refund : parts (Spare supply issue with brand)

    Product invoice purchased value : inr 22, 999.00 (As per invoice shared)
    Applied 20 % depreciation value : inr 4, 600.00
    Post depreciation final value : inr 18, 399.00


    This was obviously not acceptable to me as i spent [protected] for tv + 2063 for warranty) + a working tv as replacement. Getting only 18k back is a loss of more than 28% for me within a year whereas an average tv life is 10 years, so such loss within just 1 year o[censored]sage is not acceptable for tvs.

    I have discussed it with jeeves team member on 28th march 12:08 pm and clearly communicated that this resolution is not acceptable to me. Thereafter i connected with them multiple times and asked for repair/ replacement as per warranty but every time they asked to accept the smaller amount showing me warranty conditions

    Please note, i was not informed about this 20% depreciation condition before buying tv and extended warranty and its not written anywhere on flipkart page of extended warranty. I only received the conditions after i bought the product and warranty.

    This page nowhere mentions about 20% depreciation clause before buying the warranty. Hence its a clear case of cheating and hence not acceptable.

    I connected with flipkart but they also are forcing me to accept jeeves resolution.

    Hence i request you to please look into this matter urgently since its pending for approx. 2 months with them.

    Desirable resolution - any one below

    1. Please repair my tv
    2. Replace with new one of same brand and configuration.
    3. Refund full amount spent on tv + warranty
    4. Refund price equivalent to new tv

          @flipkart ordered: asus zenfone max pro 1 from @flipkart order id od[protected] on 25 march 2019, got delivery on 27th. The phone has camera, hanging and finger sensor (Touch lock) and screen glasses issues, got 1 technician visits 2 time from jeeves service, agreed with the issue but his sr. Officer denied later. After that flipkart customer care asks me to visit asus service center. No help from them. Flipkart and asus, both are not helping me in replacing my phone...
          Is this the way how you treat your customers?? This was not expected from flipkart.

          I have purchased “moto e5 plus (Black, 32 gb) (3 gb ram)” on flipkart (Seller name: vision star) they given me damage product speaker is not working even i dint use 1 hour so that i asked replacement product since this company defect so flipcart assigned jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd assigned c. Manoj [protected] this guy investigated my phone and acknowledge phone but finally give wrong info to flipkart so they rejected my return product so all guys please don’t believe these cheating service try buy product in local store.

          Guys don’t belive “jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd” and “flipkart” and seller name: vision star these all guys cheating new method of new return/replacement policy.

          Ekart not accepted my phone for replacement because company boy said flipkart only mentioned that hanging issue only not any screen glasses issue. that why he refused. flipkart see above mentioned my complaint, I wrote all problems i.e. " The phone has camera, hanging and finger sensor (Touch lock) and screen glasses issues". Please provide to all my phone problems to Ekart company including "screen glasses issues"(already mentioned my 1st complaint) for replacing my phone.

I already sent you screen shot for IMEI/Serial Number of my phone for sending/updating to EKart Service for replacing my phone.

            As per the terms and conditions i have earned more than 5000 rs for the payment to be transferred.
            And in my account the approved payment is around 6100 rs.
            It's been also more than 60 days from the time i earned 5000.
            Followed up several times for the same with affiliate team but no reply at all.
            Kindly look into it and do the need ful.

              I placed an order on 10th april and order got cancelled by flipkart and mine account was immediately blocked. I didn't get mine refund for reference number in[protected] for order od[protected]. First i asked flipkart customer care and they provided some fake reference no. I asked customer support of bank and they asked me to get checked the reference no. With bank. When i cross checked the reference no., bank also said this reference no. Is not processed. Also i checked the statement for that. When i asked bank grievance cell to charge a dispute, they denied by saying they can't file a dispute if transaction is done by any online site, only the site that processed refund should check the same. Flipkart denied by saying refund is processed. Also they are not providing any arn no. And also not answering properly. Mine account details are:

              Why would bank be responsible for refund from flipkart?if i have purchase something from flipkart its flipkart's sole responsibility to check the refund processed or not.bank can't file charge dispute if transaction is done as refund from 3rd party online site.bank is just responsible for wrong trasactions done at their end.

Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 849 whereas i tried to open my account for last 2 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the acount how can i pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 1000rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for 849 rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how i tried to get in touch with flipkart.

                  customer has raised the complaint with regards to the account freezed and Gift card has been stuck as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the team were refund of the Gift cards has been given and same has been confirmed by the customer hence closing the complaint from our end.

                      I want to highlight below issues via this complaint.
                      This all started on 24th jan when i tried to place a replacement request for a powerbank that i got defected from flipkart. After multiple rejections of my replacement requests, my account was locked saying i had too many returns (No policy on the same).
                      I logged many complaints and tried contacting customer care numerous times, but all i got was same reply over and over again that my account is locked due to multiple returns and i won't be able to login anymore. The product we are talking here was bought under flipkart pay later. Since i could not login and could not get my product replaced, the flipkart paylater amount was still outstanding. I got calls from pay later team to pay amount and i told them that my account was locked to which they said they will look into it and get back. But after 48 hours i got same reply with no resolution. This happened so many times that i already lost count. Quite frustrated, i stopped taking flipkart calls.
                      Now the pay later amount is increasing monthly with late fee and i get calls n sms daily saying amount is pending and i will have to undergo legal action, that i do not mind at all. Today by chance i tried login, and after password reset, i was able to login to my account. But i want to draw your attention to the fact that, i still have the powerbank i got defected and is of no use to me, still packed and ready for replacement. I will not pay for the same. So kindly help me with the replacement of item for which i am charged wrongly. Since flipkart team locked my account and now asking for late fee, this is not fair at all. Kindly help me in getting a fair resolution and compensation for all the harrassment i faced till date. Let me know if any further information is required.

                        I am AthiraPK. Ordered for 2 Samsung 3.5 mm white headphonevheadphone wired headset with Mic and it priced Rs.300 for each.Booking was done on 12th April 2019 .Today we got the item and paid Rs.714 including shipping charge. But there was only one headphone there in the box. Cost of 2 headphones were taken .Need to get one more headphone or the price one head phone and shipping charge back.

                            I sell rolon delodrant which was delivered on 21 april but deliver boy cancel it without my permision. He call me said that i have to fetch it from my city panipat which is 30 km from my address. And said that if i can not fetch it he will cancel it. So i requested you take action against deliver boy. He also gosiping me very rudely. His behave was very bad towards me.

                              According to offer I was eligible for free installation of AC if order placed on 14th April and I had made direct payment through my debit card on 14th and even in my billing details in flip cart app shows 1500 discount and free installation. Screen shot attached.
                              But today carrier installation people when came demanded for installation fees of Rs 1500.

                              I contacted Flipcart customer care but had not got positive response.

                              I request you to please look into the matter and act accordingly as per your terms of sales / purchase made during order placement or else you can take your product back..

                              I had full faith and expectation on Flipkart selling policy and hope Flipcart will not disappoint me

I order a Adidas t shirt and it's price is 2810 but this t-shirts is so poor quality, so that I want to return, and it's my first order but I don't able to login my Flipkart account..so I kindly request you to resolve my problem...

                                    Seems to be latest scam by flipkart they offer higher price for exchange of phone much higher than amazon or any other online portal though flipkart doesn't check anything online as other online portal does flipkart have very simple guidelines nothing technical like Amazon or any other online portal. So I was offered a better price for my phone delivery guy came to deliver the phone and take my current phone in exchange currently in use.Delivery guy refuses to take my phone for a very minor scratch and asks me to complain on customer care and agrees with me that phone is perfectly fine, intact would like to buy for himself but even exchange price is not in his budget and if it takes the phone in exchange then company will stop his salary and will deduct the exchange price and they have been trying to find such reasons from last couple of months basically either con/scam the consumer or make the last person in chain the delivery boy pay for it.On his suggestion I filed a complaint at flipkart customer care and he promised to return with solution in 2 working days I suggested to cancel at that moment but he asked me to wait and informed that usually they do take the phone in return and will reply in less than one working day it's just for the sake of it they take 2 working days. Next day another delivery boy kept on calling me I thought by now they must have resolved the issue but they kept on delaying and later asked for pictures and then again kept on delaying and never gsve any confirmation it's been almost 7 days now and they are not ready to inform when they will return my money have blocked my money for past 7 days and have been sending me notifications that I can take my new phone by paying exchange value of my current phone so either they all block your money for good 10 days or else in frustration you pay more as they'll charge extra either ways they win and if like this they block money of thousands of their consumers for thousands of their products they are definitely earning very huge interests or money by charging extra from consumers. Have been in conversation with many customer executives of flipkart and finally was escalated to senior executive named arpita from junior executive named divvya no one was so arrogant and rude except arpita she was not only arrogant and rude but was very well aware about the wrong doings and scam being run by flipkart. I was very disappointed by her for not providing information inspite of that was full of arrogance and rudeness .In a scheme I was offered approximately 700 rs less than flipkart that is why I chose them but now the scheme is over and flipkart wasted my precious time kept my money blocked and finally not only refused but till now have not confirmed time for returning my money.Have all the recordings of final conversations and would like to take legal action against them for scamming their consumers by blocking their money that too at the time of internet and online banking where money is exchanged and returned in a matter of seconds or by making their consumers pay extra for their products. As it took me 6 days and numerous conversations, notifications and email to understand their scam it is important that publically consumers should be made aware about their scams of false advertisement and their cunning ways of blocking consumers money for good long time or making them pay extra in the end.

                                      I have purchased a malabar gold and diamond 10 gram (995) gold coin
                                      I have placed order on 11 april, i received it on 19 april
                                      The product was sealed and packed
                                      When i opened it there was no gold coin in the box their was only box and bill
                                      I called up flipkart but they didn't have me proper response they ask me to wait 48 hours. Every time i call flipkart they give me a new complaint number which was cancelled by seller within 10 seconds of activation
                                      Seller is not giving any response. Seller has send me a email, that he cannot fufill my return request/refund request
                                      I have nearly 10 complaint number
                                      Even i call after 10 or 15 minutes they give me a complaint number ask ask me to wait
                                      I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible

                                        Sir on 10th april i ordered an mi phone redmi note 7 pro 6gb 128gb which was priced at rs 16999... After placing the order i got a message after almost 2 hours that my order has been canceled... And i was assured that the refund will get credited to your bank account till 18th april... And today is 22nd april and i haven't received my refund yet... And flipkart is not giving any response.. Please look into the matter
