Dear flipkart
I am rama chandra barik. I am staying at dhanbad, jharkhand with my roommate mr joy roy from last two month. We order two scarf in packet on 30th march 2019 for us whose order id od[protected] of rs: 341/-. This product we received on 4th march 2019. But on sunday 7th march 2019 i immersed my six dresses with new scarp in a bucket by giving some quanty of water and ditergent with new scarp. When i going to clean the dressess all are colour by removing from the scarf and damage all the dresses. I am small employee in an private organisations. It easy sunday and i clean my all dresses to attain the office. But as a result i have no dress to wear n attain the office.
For this region i try to contact with them to register a complain against them. But there is no response to my call. So i placced the complain infront of you.
Previously i suffer from this company also.
I gave 72 hours within that period you have to solve that above problems. If any action will not done by your organisation i will lodge fir against flipkart and i will go to consumer court against your company.
In future it will spread as a fake company and bad products in social media.

    5 illegal transactions used in flip kart by my lost axis bank debit card. I lost the card on apr 6 transactions was made on apr 8. Transactions were made like ecom pur flipkart bangalore paym 070419. Transactions i'd arevofvthis kind. Another transaction i'd ecom pur flipkart inte bangalore 070419. My account has been debited rs 5924. Pls help me to get the hard earned money

      I have ordered a vivo v11 and i have kept my old phone (Xiaomi redmi 3s prime) for exchange. Delivery was good and the old mobile was taken by him as it is under an exchange for the new one. But after 3 hours he came back and said that they are not accepting it because it's having a small bend (Which was from the day i bought it). I won't complaint on him because he was too good while talking and his delivery was also good. I asked him to call whoever has rejected it. When i said it was from when i got it, and its a small bend and its not even seen properly. He started saying that we can't accept that product because it is coming under a damaged product and its a major bend. I don't understand how the minor bend will a major bend for them.
      He gave me choices -

      I should return back the new product.
      Which i cant do because they have informed me after 3 hours and i have opened the box.

      I should pay the rest amount which was under the exchange (I. E, exchange value)
      But i thought if they don't accept my old mobile i can cancel the order and return it back.

      Or else the delivery executive have to pay for it. Which i don't want him to pay for all those. So, i somehow arranged money (Rs.6250) and gave it to him.

      I don't understand what flipkart is thinking - do they want a brand new mobile phone for exchange so that they can get more money with it. Normally people used to exchange or sell the old ones not the brand new ones.

      I am sure that it doesn't even have a single problem other than that and i can guarantee that. I have been taking care of it from first itself. But for my brother's birthday i thought to sell it and it ended up like this. Just a minor bend is a major problem for them.

      I don't understand what kind of behaviour is this.

      Is this what flipkart does?

      Is this the way customers has to be satisfied?

      If you guys are looting money from loyal customers, i just have to say "please don't do that"

      I am attaching the photos of my old mobile. If you want to know more about it you can ask to the delivery executive or his manager, or else anyone can come and verify it. Just check the photos and say if it is major or minor. The problem is near the power button and i have taken multiple shots of it to verify. If you or your team leader can do anything on it please let me know because i couldn't afford that much amount, unless they have taken it for an exchange.

        I placed an order with order id-OD[protected] in flipkart for kulsum' kaya kalp zeema & kulsum's kaya kalp clove acne removal pack. The order delivered to me on 9 april 2019. When i unboxed my product it was very shocking for me coz inside the box i found different products which worth may be less than 300₹.Item is categorised as non returnable.
        please suggest me, what I can do. I am really not expected this from Flipkart.
        Please replace these items or return back my money.

          Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 3800 whereas.I tried to open my account for last 3 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the account how can I pay???? I have contacted flipkart so many times. But no use why, , . But haven't got any kind of reply from their side!. I have done so much shopping on flipkart you check. Now for 3800rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? So Sad.. Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal action. so how can I pay amount without opening my account? If Problem is not solved, { I will go Consumer court, i have proof what flipkart said to me, in my email }

            Why can't I login to my flipkart account it says "Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute". And I try clicking forgot password and try resetting it and it says to retry and unable to change password. I've never done anything illegal in my account. Can I have a answer for this.
            Is my account banned. If so, I apologize for my mistake. But can u please unban it. That's my only account. I was trying to be a plus member and I think my 50 coins a gone now.

              On Tuesday i.e 09.04.2019, I have received product which was one Loreal xtenso shampoo 250ml and mask 196 g which i booked on 07.04.2019 from Flipkart. When i remove the tape from box and open it, I saw it was rapped in bubble packing . I opened that bubble packing and was shocked to see that mask bootle was opened already and conditioner was scattered all over inside the bubble packing. You are requested to kindly arrange to replace my order worth Rs.865/- or return my cash from Flipkart.I will be highly oblidged.(Photo of scattered product inside bubble pack was attached for your reference.)

                I ordered asus rog laptop in 3 april 2019 and it was around 78990 rupees two days later i got the message that your order cancelled automatically and we refunded your whole amount. Igot the amount but after that when i click on the same laptop it shows price 101990 rupees. Please solve my issue this is my second time that i m facing this issue.
                Now that product is out of stock and i want that product urgently yesterday my freind also told that he also face the same issue now flipkart is doing this to all there customer

                      I ordered shoe and received on 3rd april and as i want to gift to someone but when it was opened it is totally damaged one. I am really disappointed with your service. I raised return request but agent refused to collect that one and told me raised a complaint ticket.

                      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on April 17, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
                      I did a payment of trimmer from flipkart through sbi net banking of 439 rs., amount was deducted but order was unsuccessful. I saw mini statement of SBI it shows to payment to flipkart on dated 26th march 2019. I also lodged complaint in flipkart but didn't get response.

                            This is plain marketing gimmick. After adding the redmi note 7 pro to the cart and proceeding to the payment it says payment option error and at the next instant it says the item is out of stock, which is plain #.

                            Amazon does the flash sale in the right way. If you have added the product in cart it allows you 15 minutes to checkout.

                            But flipkart is worst in flash sale. It should improve its standard in flash sale or else it will be out of business before flipkart realises.

                              -was shipped an item totally unrelated to my order.
                              -ordered insect repellent, received a shaver.
                              -item is categorized as non-returnable.
                              -my guess is that a third party seller has a 'non-returnable' scam going on.
                              -as it's categorized as "non-returnable" the seller hopes to simply keep the payment. It's up to flipkart to stop scammers from using this hole in their business model.
                              -would flipkart like to be considered for my upcoming orders of a washing machine, an inverter, and lots more, as i furnish a new home? Act now, act right.

                                True - The issue got resolved after a two months of lengthy mail & telephone conversation. only their grievance team has taken initiative, that too flip-kart refunded in the form of Gift voucher (They too concurrence from me). However I don't know why they took this much time to resolve.

                                  My self shailendra singh baghel and my id is [protected]@gmail.com today is 9april 2019 my issue is regarding redmi note 7 pro i successfully added this product to my cart and when i proced to payment i had to chose the delivery address which was saved in flipkart and when i was selecting it flipkart showed the dailogue that product is out of stock within a min its out of stock even when its in my cart.
                                  What does flipkart think about us are we boot that we have to order any product with a sec.
                                  Even amazon give us a freedom of 15 min to successfully order any product after adding any flash sale deal in cart.
                                  Its very disappointing. Your service is too poor you shoud improve it, atleast 5 min time should be given to order the product.

                                      Hii this is pankaj, this specious subject is i am tried many times to book a mobile in sale from flipkart and my issue is after payment successful why my order is canceled and refunded me in 10 days this is wrong, i know in your side black marketing are happen for devices and i directly complaint this in consumer court and other places like prime minister app or it minister's official portal with prof.

                                        Hi this is clema pereira with my registered mobile no as×××××19434. I purchased a micromax rose gold spark mobile phone in the amount of 4, 000/-the order i’d is 0d[protected]. This phone was delivered on sunday 17th march. The phone was delivered without being tested. It takes 7-hours to charge and battery drains in 15 mins…. Over the entire week i had two technical visits…both done by farukh shaikh from jeeves the seller.
                                        First time he did not wait to see how my battery drains and sent a report s issue resolved.. My issue is still not resolved as i still cannot use the phone. The second visit he made me write the comments and i explained i did all trouble shooting steps but battery i’d still not working and draining to 3 percent. When i spoke to farukh of how he could forward a false report he said call flipkart discuss your issue and take my team leaders number from them…i have been stressed over these two weeks.

                                        Finally the audacity of your customer service reps is now telling me to visit the service centre myself in ghatkopar. If it is a new phone why should do customer visit the service centre??? To add to it i did visit the service centre but they did not even entertain me and asked me to contact flipkart back again. Is this the way you’ll treat your customers…who will pay my electricity bill for charging the phone…. My conveyance to ghatkopar…. I demand total compensation for this and please issue me my refund as i will never shop

                                        Any update on this issue as there is still no revert from flip kart…. Can you believe it tech visit to the house for the third time and my phone is still not working... Please get jeeves to refund my 4000 and take their phone back...
