Hi sir/ma’am,

I’m a frequent buyer from flipkart and have given business to their website to over 60k in my life until today. But recently i’m outraged by the system that flipkart has been using to scam customers. Where did i detect the scam? In the rating and review section. Flipkart anonymously deletes all negative reviews and their app system automatically declines rating below 2 on products. If what you purchase is really of a low category product and doesn’t meet 1% of your expectations, you’re suppose to rate 1 star legitimately. But the customer won’t be able to do that in flipkart. If you try to rate 1 it automatically declines your review and rating and you won’t be able to post your reviews. This is an absolute scam by flipkart through which the innocent customers are fooled into buying products of very low quality. This also violates honest review and rating system as every website permits. This needs to be stopped and their website needs a review. This needs to be investigated and the news needs to be broadcasted. I’m also writing an email to the ceo.

    I am Rishabh Sharma and I placed an order of GoPro hero 7 black sports camera on Flipkart because I thought it to be very good company.
    Flipkart has delivered me a bluetooth speaker instead of camera on 14th December 2018 and from then I had placed more than 15 returns but non of them are accepted by the company or seller Affordia who sent me different product in company box with same label of what I placed.
    It is more than a month and I had contacted more than 55 times to company through mail as well as calls but they always made problem and didn't accepted any replacement and now when I reported them that why they are taking lot of time then they have again cancelled the issue and also they are now reporting another problem that lot of returns are placed so they have cancelled and also blocked my account so that I couldn't contact them and the seller would earn profit easily.
    I had believe on this company since ages but I didn't thought it would make me only victim of fraud and didn't thought it would be doubled faced.
    Please provide me replacement of the differnt product which Flipkart sent me or provide my money back.

    It is more than a week from when I posted my complain here and with almost all required proofs being uploaded on drive and provided links but till now Flipkart has not provided me replacement of its different product which it sent me and rather it had blocked my account and making excuses that there are many returns with this account but there is not any.
    As a company Flipkart should replace its wrong product which was sent to me and unblock my account so that I would take my complaint back and never trouble them.

    I ordered this camera in December 2018 but it is 2 months and till now comapny hasn't provided replacement of this product but instead they have blocked my account saying that due to multiple returns it is so but I want to make them clear that really there was more than 15 returns of this product only which was always been cancelled by the seller and the last three replaced were approved also but two of them were cancelled automatically and one which came to my city was not replaced by flipkart courier executive who denied to replace this saying that camera picture was shown so he needs camera to replace but I applied replacement for different product reason.
    It is now more than 2 months and in this months I faced complete trouble in contacting always to company and appealing for replacement. After all that now company has bolcked my account and not hearing to me anymore.
    I have tried the way to reach company but none of them are listening after delivering different product. They are now being very rude to me now after when they assured me that they would replace the product.
    I have every audios recorded when I talked to company and when they assured that they would replace the product but they didn't did and also every videos and photos from the time when flipkart executive deliver me the wrong product to every moment even recorded opening of wrong product which was sent to me.

      Hi i am vivek, purchase blue star 1 ton portable a/c from flipkart online and they are deliver the product 31 jan 2019, installation guys came to my house for installation purpose on 2/02/2019, at the time they opened the pack the machine look like very old, then i said to please pack this item ad it is and i tried to return the item but customer care executive said you do not have return policy, you to used this product, i am looking for help please some one help us to return and refund my money.

        I have ordered new G shock watch dated 27.1.19 on Flipkart and received the same on 31.1.19 in the evening with
        order ID OD[OD[protected]]. I was out of station and came to office today (1.2.19) at 12:30 PM

        When I opened the watch, i found used product which is very shocking to me. I am surprised that Company like Flipkart can not do
        this to customers.

        I have lost faith on Flipkart & G Shock watches . After arriving home I check the product its box seal was already broken and strap of the watch was damaged I immediately apply for return the watch but picking agent said strap is damaged then he had gone without taking the watch I resubmitted the return request I have sent mail as well as talked to Flipkart customer care and requested for full refund as now I don't want this product now.

        Please look into this and please help me to get me full refund for such kind of Cheating happened to me.

          I had bought the thomson b9 pro on 22 jan & the installation was done on 23 jan by a jeeves technician from salem. During the installation itself there was an error with the hdmi. The picture was good but there was no sound in any of the hdmi ports. The technician told that there was probl3m with the cable & that the tv was fine. Je asked us to get a new cable & connect. Later he connected the set top box through av. Since we were out of town we were not able to purchase a new hdmi cable. Today on feb 2 we bought the cable & came to know that the issue was in the hdmi ports in tv & not in cable... Since the return date was over we are unable to return it. Request the technician to kindly check & rectify the issue asap

              I ordered redmi 5a from flipkart. Seller was truenet commerce. I was using it for 4months one day it stopped functioning. When i visited mi service centre they said it had already been used or had been opened earlier. But i have never given it for repair or maintenance anywhere before this incident. M trying to contact truenet but their number is working. How could u cheat like this.

              This seller truenet commerce is a fraud encouraged by flipkart. It is happening with many people and for me they are not refunding the amount I paid for redmi note5 which I cancelled later in order to purchase other redmi note 6 pro. These flipkart people is doing nothing to resolve our issues with truenet commerce seller and when asked about the seller's contact they r saying it's not supposed to be disclosed. How bad it is! I'm going to take legal action on them for the fraud they r doing.

                I have place order on 24th january 2019 of order no (Od[protected] havells nicola pack 2 3 blade drilling fan.
                Till 31st i had seeing order in on the way. Even i received call from delivery boy 2 and 3 times always he postpone deliver my order. And suddenly today morning i received massage from your side for cancel my order. I spoke with customer care representative. He has given me proper response. I am really fedup on flipkart of this service and cancellation order without intimation and silly reason. I will make complaint to consumer affairs ministry. If i am not received this order.. This is worst service from flipkart ever.

                I need this product other wise i will take action.

                  I have ordered marq semi automatic washing machine on flipkart bearing order id. Od[protected] and it was delivered on 28-1-19. But from the time it's delivered, the machine is having different types of problems, at first it's dryer was not working, so i registered complaint, engineer arrived beyond promised deadline on 31st jan 2019. He repaired machine and told problem will not arise again. But when i tried to use machine on 1st feb 2019, the same problem is occurred again alongwith one another problem of inlet water is going in spinner instead of washing tub. So again i have to raise return request on 01-02-19. But technician visit is scheduled on 7th feb19 which is far beyond the promised deadline of 3rd feb19 by flipkart.
                  So i would like to request you to kindly refund my money by taking return of this machine, because this machine is of very poor quality and problems will occur again and again though it get replaced by same brand and same model. Because i am not happy with this brand and model by flipkart.
                  I have purchase many products before on flipkart, this type of problems and poor brand quality was not expected from flipkart,
                  So i request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible as i am ready to return the machine in original packing and along-with all accessories provided.

                      I have ordered a hp laptop with one model, however, flipkart shipped wrong model.
                      Ordered product: 15-bw531au
                      Received product hp-15q-ds0004tu on 28th dec.

                      After initial call with a customer representative, technician visited home, confirmed that wrong product is shipped, and also provided a receipt with delivered product details. Later, another technician visited to pickup the wrong product, but wasn't

                      Collected the shipped product, stating that he couldn't able to verify the serial number in their database. Later, had multiple calls with customer care representative, and they informed that technician will visit to pick up the product, but no one came to pickup the wrong product.

                      I really spent lot of time to followup, for more that a month to get the ordered product or refund, but no luck. I don't have any trust now, howerver, i am makeing this complaint or notice as a last resort. Please look into this and help me to get my right product or refund. Failure to get any positive response in a 15 days from now, i will file law suit through consumer forum.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on February 15, 2019 and which is delivered on February 19, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                          I do not know how much this email helps me. But there is a serious problem
                          With your customer service department in dealing with customers. This is
                          Really pathetic. I tried calling flipkart cc 3rice today to no avail.
                          Everytime i want to talk to a senior, they either disconnect me or give
                          Some #. The last person i spoke to named palak and stated she is a
                          Snr executive. Told me she is transferring me to her supervisor who is a
                          Team leader, and after 16 mins on the call i get is a disconnection, yes
                          The call got disconnected.

                          My order was stated to be delivered on 31st jan'19 and it has been delayed,
                          I was not even notified till i approached you folks. Moreover i get a call
                          From flipkart at 09:10 am in the morning??? Seriously???

                          I need a compensation for all this delay, the harassment, and the
                          Mismanagement which has ruined a few important hours of mine.

                          Let me tell you i myself belog to a customer service industry and i am a
                          Manager for one of the biggest ecommerce giant, and trust me we do not
                          Treat our customers this way,

                          You missed your due date, you better compensate. Your cs team sucks...
                          You better fix it.. You wasted my time, you better compensate it.

                          Flipkart — order : od[protected]...The new date for delivery was mentioned on 05th Feb'19, that too has passed, been missed by FLIPKART... One of the worst experiences. What a lackadaisical approach by so called Ecommerce giant... PATHETIC is a lesser representation...

                          I wish i had an option to rate Negative... it wd have been -N * infinity...

                            I bought a tv from iffalcon india 5 months back, and it suddenly stopped turning on. I contacted the service center and it has been more than 10 days and all they say is that the technician will visit me the next day, but as usual nothing happens. Plus they don't even pick up the call. It costs me around 50-60 rs. Everytime i call there customer support line. I have no idea what to do with my tv now. There is no way to fix it and the company customer care support is bad as it can get.

                              My flipkart account has been blocked, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.

                              Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

                                My account got blocked just because i raise a complain i got a defective phone note 6 pro when i complain here he says wait till 24 jan soni waited and then he blocked my account how to return my phone i order many things but never complain against and when i get defective peace so i raise a complain then he blocked my account plz help me on this

                                  My item are missing.
                                  Flipkart box are full fill of the only garbage.
                                  I while request a refund but its rejected.
                                  No any response about my request.
                                  I while complain 2-3times but no resolution.
                                  I want my refund of this order.
                                  Its customer support only not a complain after no any response. And only date are extend of complain.

                                    Flipkarts pay later bill for January was generated on 1st of feb and i have paid the due amount today. But they have removed my pay later service which i dont see in app or website. When contacted support they say that i dont have a pay later service. They can't see the amount that i have paid.

                                      I bought ipro power bank online at flipkart on october 2018. My ipro power bank usb cable stopped working. It worked very well upto now and now its not working properly. It's warranty is still present for 8 months.. I travel a lot. I really need this. I'm really disappointed for the inconvenience plz have a look at this and repair it or give me a new one

                                        One message came as your order is so lucky you win a tata safari car in lucky draw worth 1280000. For that you need to register in our company. After that they called me and said to pay 8000 rupees as registration fee. If you are not paying the same amount will be paid to other members. Forcebly i agreed and paid 8000 rupees in his account. But he cheated me. Now his phone number is switched off. He is an account holder in punjab national bank west mumbai.

                                        Customer complained that he got a call in the name of Flipkart that he is the winner of lucky draw and he deposited Rs. 8000/- to the person as registration fee. We have interacted with the customer that such offers like lucky draw is not provided by Flipkart. So requested customer that who ever has done fraud with him he can give an FIR in the nearest Police station to lodge his complain. Closing the complaint from our end
