I am extermely sorry to inform you that i have requested to exchange the product uspolo tshirt you have granted it for replacement. The replace product is already delivered to me on 24th jan at 2:30 pm from ekart wish master but at the time of exchange i received only one product but given to him two uspolo tshirt. I was not present at the time of exchange on the behalf of me my elder brother had received the product and given to him both the tshirt. My concern is that the next replacement order is going to delivered on 27th jan but due earlier submission of the product (Tshirt) i have no item to exchange with wish master. I simply requested to you either inform wish master of ekart who will come to deliver / exchange the product only to deliver the product and no demand for exchange or please give my money back. I have tried lots of time to get confirmation from flipkart fro this issue but no surity given from it. Please resolve this issue as soon as ppssible

Customer raised concern saying he exchanged the t shirt but didn't received the refund yet, interacted with customer regarding the same and customer confirmed that he did received the amount hence case closed from our end.

    I purchased a lenovo ideapad 330 ryzen 5 cash on delivery for rs 28990/- in republic day sale. My order id is
    OD[protected]. After 2 days seller cancelled my order and they are saying due to bulk of orders there was shortage of product.
    Even the product was in stock at that time but at higher price i.e 33990/- even the seller was same i.e. RetailNet. The day they cancelled my order sale on every website ended.
    I got no other option. Now I'm demanding same product at same price but they are not agreed with the same. Feeling cheated

      Hi there
      I am being harassed by online e-commerce website, Flipkart.
      I signed up at Flipkart using email id: [protected]@gmail.com
      and had purchased products like shoes, trimmer and other personal items for myself.
      One day I encountered a problem that my every other is getting cancelled by the seller claiming that i am purchasing in bulk which was not the issue as qty was 1 and no other item related to each other.
      Flipkart executive also noted this and said that my orders were not in case of bulk orders and asked me to log a complaint an reorder it.
      I did the same but next day order got cancelled again and I received a message that due to surge in purchase we are cancelling your account instead of help. They meant that I can't even purchase products for myself.Do they believe we are beggers who can't afford products and one month had passed still now no resolution had been given.
      They harrased me for nothing blocked my account. Seller cancels the order why my account is blocked when I seek for help.
      I need properly solution for the same.

        I had ordered a klaur melbourne black heels which due to some defect i returned on sunday 20th january.. immediately within 2 hrs i received a message saying refund unsuccessful. On calling flipkart customer service they have been giving me different time lines saying 24hrs 48 hrs but my problem has not been resolved till now and they are showing no interest in returning my money... 1st they asked me to wait for 2 hours.. then they said wait till 22nd jan 3.30 pm.. then they said wait till 23rd jan 3.30 pm.. and so on ... Even till today i have got nothing..

          I had placed order for a Lavie Hobo (black) bag worth Rs. 2373/- on 23.01.2019. On 25.01.2019, the item was cancelled without any intimation/ notification. When I called customer care, the representative told "the seller has cancelled the order as he has received bulk order. Please place order again".
          What kind of irresponsible behaviour is that? How can Flipkart wash their hands off just like that?? Is it not Flipkart's responsibility to ensure delivery of the product. I had already few items in the cart and was about to place order by tomorrow but now I am going to boycott this cheap and fraudulent site forever.

            I ordered Asus Zenfone max pro M2 from flipkart. My mobile was randomly switching off from day 1 i raised replacement request and they sent tecnitian at my home who chalked and told me IMEI number of my mobile is diffrent from one printed on my box and my invoice. So i will not get any warranty and mobile protection and closed my request. As 10 Days return window was still not completed i raised my request again saying reason IMEI mismatch. Customer care did multiple communication asked for screenshoot of mobile which i submitted verified IMEI online but did not gave replacement and closed my complaint.

            When i called again they again took replacement complaint this time my mobile was dead as battry was faulty from day one and now it was not switching on. I was really frustrated with pathetic customer service specially from Gurpreet kaur from customer care who called me and i explain entire incident she was asking for screen shoot once again which i have already sent and i inform about my phone is not working now. She confirmed replacement on call and than mailed me replacement is rejected.

            I called again to customer care they said request is rejected because mismatch in your comment that phone was dead on arrival while i have never said that and technician from flip-kart have reviewed my phone. This call was made of 25th january 2019 in afternoon flipkart may verify call recording and see how pathetic customer service is.

            Even after multiple calls my complaint is still unresolved i wasted my 20 hours on dealing with customer care, my return request is rejecetd and placed 5 time and made 10+ calls and lost my 15000 for dead phone :(.

            Soon i have to file FIR against this fraud if complaint not resolved .

              My flipkart account has been deactivated by flipkart and now they are not activating it. I talked to them several times still no help.
              They are giving me silly reason that your account is deactivated because of high returns. Only 2 or 3 items were defective for which i also shared the pics with them and now they are not helping. If this is not resolved then i will take legal action against flipkart.

                Respected sir and mam,
                I have ordered or 64 GB SD card from Flipkart online shopping site which cost me around 821 INR and but the product of the SanDisk SD card was totally fake and I was literally got shattered by saying that Flipkart has sold me a fake content or a fake SD card by only the sake of rupees 821 INR. I am really pissed off and I really don't know what should I do now right now because things which is happening something like happened to me is unappreciable and here mentioning one thing that being a Flipkart plus customer I have face this problem in this very first time and things even get worse when I used to call Flipkart customer sir care service they be like ok sir we will accept your product we will refund your money back, but actually there was an notification on my Flipkart literally app regarding. We can't refund or we can't accept the product delivered by us. I really don't know who's the defaulter right now is it the seller or is it the shopping sites which provide product from seller to customer like us and I really want to know that if the seller has done such kind of mistake or such kind of ###, then he or she must accept this kind of mistake and they should think about what they have done but NO response from Flipkart nothing from the seller site the seller is from haryana and the provided number of seller is out of service. I really don't know what should I do right now please HELP ME because this fraud and I really want things sorted.

                    I ordered a product from flipkart which was sold by retailnet a seller. The delivery date was for the next day but next day the order wasn't delivered. So i contacted customer support of flipkart and they told me it will be delivered the next buiness day and this went on for 6 days and then they finally cancelled stating could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. Everyday the product wad available but the price had been increased and i would get the text of Out for Delivery at 5 in the evening with a fake number that you cannot call. Clearly retailnet with flipkart and ekart is checking on search patterns and scamming customers to buy at a higher price. This again happened when i ordered a different product from flipkart which was sold by the same retailnet. I ordered it in the republic day sale at 10999 same thing happened delivery date of next day but no delivery. They raised an escalation when i contacted multiple times and explained this is happening the second time but they assured me this time we will deliver the product. They made me wait for 6 days again till the sale was over with fake texts of out for delivery with fake numbers and then again cancelled and then they tell me sorry nothing can be done i even talked to one of their managers to whom when i wad explaining the got so tired of listening that he told u courier cancelled you place a new order and anything else i can help you with? Clearly he didn't want to help me cause it's their fraud. This retailnet seller clearly track customers search patterns and with the help of flipkart because the order is flipkart assured scam customers by cancelling the orders seeing high search trend and increasing the prices to induce their sale. My second order they increased the price from 10999 to 13999 very conveniently when the sale was over making me wait till that time. For the second order i even got a text of Out for delivery at 7:28 in the evening when flipkart or ekart their courier partner doesn't deliver post 7pm. I order hundreds of products from flipkart which are delivered by ekart but this issue is clearly with RetailNet. The courier partner never called me once for both the 2 orders and just put fake texts and cancelled working with Retailnet to scam and induce their sale at higher prices. You can see when they send you the text notification for Out for delivery with a number you cannot call.

                      I'll make a order on flipkart on 20th dec 2019..my nike shoes delivered on 25th december (order id is OD[protected] ..by quality issue I'll mark return of my order and courier boy picked it on 26th december 2018..they said i have recieved my money on 3rd january 2019..after that I'll call to flipkart customer executive they said wait till 7th january..but i have not recieved refund..after that I'll call many times and register my compliant many times..they said to wait till 22nd January..till time i have not recieved my money. Please solve it as soon as possible

                        I am getting emails regarding overdue payments from last 1 month. Though email id on the invoice belongs to me, mobile number is not mine and the invoice does not even have name on it. My email id is not even registered with Flipkart. Don't they verify the email id while signing up? The mails are coming from "[protected]@flipkart.com". This is very annoying.

                          There is a simple issue which can be fixed in a minute and executives from flipkart are asking me 24/48 hours everyday.

                          Like a beggar I have been waiting outside the mira road hub the entire day yesterday.

                          And now they are just fooling around with me.
                          There is no person who is technically sound to understand.

                              My name is Garima Chouksey.
                              18 January 2019 I got my order .I got demo that time my microwave oven is sparking.
                              The person who came for demo.
                              See all those things that happened with that time.
                              I tell him to file complaint.
                              This Mircrowave is sparking .
                              He said I can not compliant, my owner refused me . He got angry if I say there is problem is in microwave . And he is talking some in telgu that I don't understand.
                              I tell him it's not my problem.
                              He said this model is creating problem. So many complaints coming . I said to him did you report to company, he said no will not do this my owner got angry I will lost my job .

                              2 person came for demo they took my bill and warranty card with out my permission wich I placed in kitchen area.
                              That time they I asked me pen .
                              I talk to filpkart educative, they said they file my complaint.

                              What ever happened with me I explained to them, After that I got msg another

                              Technician Visit Scheduled: Technician Visit for Morphy Richards 25 L Convection Microwave Oven with order ID OD[protected] has been scheduled with our authorized partner morphy richards. Your service request number for the same is HYD[protected]-1 and will be done on Sunday, Jan 27, 2019.

                              This msg I got.

                              I want refund my money they are forcing me to take demage product which not working properly.

                                I used flipkart many times.
                                But my last experience was worst.
                                Just want to suggest you that do not give any exchange policy to your customers if you can not send a right pickup boy for verification. Because as my last order was Redmi note 5 pro in exchange of my only 6 month old phone.
                                But your pickup boy from ekart didnt even analyse it properly and mark it failed in verification and asking for cash pay for new phone.
                                I was expected a new phone but the way it goes was very bad and i m very disapointed.
                                I will never use flipkart again.

                                  I've ordered an Asus Zenfone max pro m2 in flipkart by january 1 . I got the product like a week later . Within two days I found my product very defective . I ordered for a replacement immediately. Flipkart sent an technician to my place . The technician was very harsh and gave his word that if I have that problem repeated again within 48 hours the team will provide me with an replacement . I got the problem again . So I contacted the flipkart customer care again . They put on my call with an senior member of the team . That guy assured my replacement and sent an second technician. But the second technician admitted that the problem couldn't be recognised by the technician side and I have to call the flipkart customer care Service again . So I did that again . What they told me is, if I get an letter from the Authorized service centre stating that my product is detective they could provide me with an replacement for sure . Now I have the letter from the Authorized Asus service centre but still the flipkart is denying my replacement . I request you to kindly do the needful . Thank u .

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on (2nd Feb 2019). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                    Flipkart is fake company which makes fool to his customer. I have ordered reebok shoes from flipkart they send me the shoes of smaller size and when i return them they didnt pick or refund me after return and pickup date are over. After that i ordered another shoes then they send me the another local brand shoes which i can buy from market in max 1000 rs and diffrnt size and i have paid 3000 for reebok brand and when i complait for that they said me that we are working on that. Really flipkart is fake

                                      This e-mail is a reply to the incident [Incident: IN[protected]] as the flipkart official email id [protected]@flipkart.com is unable to receive any emails. All these returns on my registered flipkart no [protected] registered with email id monu[protected]@gmail.com are cancelled by your authorised seller and it's none of our fault. And tell me what I will do in case, your seller rejects my return request again and again even when it is falls within flipkart return policy. That's why simply I requested to return your damaged product 2 - 3 times but if your seller accepts my request on first instance I am not able to request it again. Again it is not my fault.

                                      Morever flipkart pickup boy behaves very rudely. I didn't like at all. He didn't accept the returned product on 22nd january 2019 even when it is approved by expert i.e. technician. I think you should need to work a lot in order to improve your services instead of blocking innocent customer's account.

                                      I have 90 coins in my account which are worth rs2000 approximately. Either unblock my account and activate it again or indemnify me the loss which incurred to me because of you.

                                      At last, unblock my account and schedule a pickup for the concerned product(asus zenfone max pro m1), as the product was damaged and also return is approved by the technician on 21st january.

                                      I have facing problem for last one month.. flipkart sellers was cancelling
                                      my orders for invalid reasons from their side, i complained so many times
                                      through Calls, Mails, Social Media but flipkart didn't help me once..
                                      continously taking 48 hours for further help for last 10 days.. flikart
                                      checked every facts and told me that Cancelled order happened from sellers
                                      side so no need to worry.. every time they assured but nothing happened
                                      till now.. after my complain to flipkart blocked my account for their fault
                                      which they accepted.. my account is almost 7 years old, i have my PAN
                                      Adhaar everything linked to flipkart, also around Rs.30000 amount in EMI
                                      cardless credit and Rs.1000 gift card.. i told i have my EMI and outstanding before 14 march, but
                                      didn't took it seriously.. everyone just taking 48hours for further
                                      assistance and assured me your problem will be resolved in next 48 hours..
                                      but nothing happened.. i called, mailed so many times about this but no
                                      solution from any department of Flipkart.. now i can't my open my account
                                      for last 5 days.. i have to pay emi before 14march.. who will be
                                      responsible for any problem regarding my any future problem with my PAN or
                                      adhaar or Bank account or Credit Score?? no one answering this question.. i
                                      am harrased for flipkart's fault.. i have call recordings, Mails for Proof.. now, My Flipkart's Cardless Credit Service is also blocked by Flipkart, They gave me Reason that "maximum number return" but i can Guarantee on this i haven't returned that much products that Flipkart has to block my account.. Flipkart Can count my All purchased details. my account is 7 year old. didn't faced any kind of such problem before.. today 17march i got an another call from Flipkart and saying " Sir we Need more 24 hours to update on your case and you can't Login your account in future.. that means my 7years old account is gone just like that".. My Request to Flipkart please Solve This issue and Activate my account ASAS that i can pay my Outstanding..

                                      If the seller cancel the product then it's okay with flipkart but if we cancel for some reason then they block our account . And the customer service in this regard is worse and worse, afeter blockage they say that they cannot login into account because of system policy and all our order, supercoin remains useless. We suffers a lot.

                                      They can warn with a message that if you return your account will be blocked .
                                      And also seller cancels some of my order then no response from flipkart . How a person can rely on such a stupid policy.

                                      Do something with my account.

                                        I am a loyal customer of Flipkart since their starting stage. Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
                                        “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
                                        This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.”

                                        But I mailed them that I have not ordered those products for reselling purpose

                                        please don't suspend my Flipkart account, I am a loyal Flipkart customer and I am also a Flipkart plus member, Due to continues cancellation, I booked the jbl earphone again, it is not for reselling.
                                        Please unblock and reactivate my account and also I have Rs.1000 in my Flipkart balance, I am a regular user of Flipkart and it has very good facilities like Flipkart cardless credit and Flipkart plus.
                                        I assure you that, this account was never used for reselling purpose and never be used for the same. Please unblock my account, because I don't want to miss those lovely services of Flipkart.
