I ordered a mobile phone (Pocophone f1) for 19, 284 inr on 7th feb 2019. The order was late by 3 days and i called the customer support as it had to be delivered on the agreed date and time as it was a gift. Flipkart still delivered it late. I had an exchange phone in perfectly fine condition which was rejected by the flipkart executive. I paid the extra amount (4, 150 inr) on the spot and took the phone. On the same day i found that the screen had a bleeding issue hence i requested for immediate exchange. The flipkart technician made a visit checked the phone and told me to wait for 24 hours. Next day, they rejected the request stating that customer updated the software and issue got resolved, which is not true. I raised another replacement for which i received a message that the executive will visit and have a look. They kept calling over the weekend and i was not able to come as i dont work on weekends and i had given office address as delivery, informed the executive to come on monday at 2pm (18th feb). I received a confirmation message from the executive that they will visit on monday but the visit never happened. They cancelled the request for the second time without contacting me. I called flipkart again and scheduled a request for the 3rd time. I received a message that they would visit on 18th feb 5pm. Nobody contacted me, i was waiting for the call cancelling all my meetings. I received a message on 18th feb 7:12pm stating that they were not able to reach me and would cancel the request without even calling. A major fraud. Please help me get this complaint to the highest level as i have made 8 complaints with flipkart for a single order and nobody is taking any action.
