I am a loyal customer of Flipkart since their starting stage. Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
“we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.”
But I mailed them that I have not ordered those products for reselling purpose
But they have not given me any reply

please don't suspend my Flipkart account, I am a loyal Flipkart customer and I am also a Flipkart plus member, Due to continues cancellation, I booked the jbl earphone again, it is not for reselling.
Please unblock and reactivate my account and also I have Rs.1000 in my Flipkart balance, I am a regular user of Flipkart and it has very good facilities like Flipkart cardless credit and Flipkart plus.
I assure you that, this account was never used for reselling purpose and never be used for the same. Please unblock my account, because I don't want to miss those lovely services of Flipkart.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
I have facing problem for last one month.. flipkart sellers was cancelling
my orders for invalid reasons from their side, i complained so many times
through Calls, Mails, Social Media but flipkart didn't help me once..
continously taking 48 hours for further help for last 10 days.. flikart
checked every facts and told me that Cancelled order happened from sellers
side so no need to worry.. every time they assured but nothing happened
till now.. after my complain to flipkart blocked my account for their fault
which they accepted.. my account is almost 7 years old, i have my PAN
Adhaar everything linked to flipkart, also around Rs.30000 amount in EMI
cardless credit and Rs.1000 gift card.. i told i have my EMI and outstanding before 14 march, but
didn't took it seriously.. everyone just taking 48hours for further
assistance and assured me your problem will be resolved in next 48 hours..
but nothing happened.. i called, mailed so many times about this but no
solution from any department of Flipkart.. now i can't my open my account
for last 5 days.. i have to pay emi before 14march.. who will be
responsible for any problem regarding my any future problem with my PAN or
adhaar or Bank account or Credit Score?? no one answering this question.. i
am harrased for flipkart's fault.. i have call recordings, Mails for Proof.. now, My Flipkart's Cardless Credit Service is also blocked by Flipkart, They gave me Reason that "maximum number return" but i can Guarantee on this i haven't returned that much products that Flipkart has to block my account.. Flipkart Can count my All purchased details. my account is 7 year old. didn't faced any kind of such problem before.. today 17march i got an another call from Flipkart and saying " Sir we Need more 24 hours to update on your case and you can't Login your account in future.. that means my 7years old account is gone just like that".. My Request to Flipkart please Solve This issue and Activate my account ASAS that i can pay my Outstanding..
