I got my phone number in August 2021, before which that number has been used by another person whom I don't know. I haven't used Flipkart till now, but now I wanted to make a purchase and I wanted to signup with my phone number. But when I entered my phone number, it is showing an account already exists, so I knew it was the previous holder who must have used Flipkart two years ago. I do not have any information regarding the previous holder except the fact that he used to own my number before August 2021.
Flipkart does not send me any OTP to login but just shows "Login with OTP unavailable. Please contact customer care", but all those customer care number do not respond to my queries. Flipkart app/website is asking me for the password instead, but I don't know the password at all.
I am the legal and rightful owner of this number, so I should be able to use it to login to Flipkart. Besides, I do not have any other number.

    I bought mobile from flipkart in offer I was shown that there is 10% instant discount from SBI credit card so I bought it under offer and paid using SBI credit card and under offer I was supposed to get 10% discount but didn't get it and When I talked to their customer care center for this they told that this offer is available only on few cards. I asked them that all this is not written on your offer page then they told that all these are rules and regulations of the company. Can not do anything.If you want to cancel your order you will get refund I asked them for refund immediately they told 4-5 working days time

      I have ordered LG AC from flipkart on 26 March 2023. They delivered wrong used different brand product and now not refund my money.
      So many times connect to customer service but they don't respond and waste of time.
      They rejected request without any response.
      Their team is all time lies and making fool to tell wait for 24 hrs but no resolution is provided.
      They charged Rs 41184 for the product and doing fraud to delivered wrong used different brand product and cheated not refund my money

      So much tried to contact and requesting for refund but no one consent regarding my problem..

        I ordered two suits from Flipkart in February and returned them within two days due to a size issue. After returning the product, customer service told me to wait one week, but they clearly denied refunding my product and stated that I did not return the product on time, which is clearly incorrect despite the fact that I have the quality passed check messages with proof. It's been two months and I'm tired of reaching out to them; all they say is to wait and be patient.
        Poor customer service blamed me for everything and claimed that refunding my money would result in a loss for their sellers.
        Fraudulent corporation
        It is so frustrating for me because we are from a middle-class family, and our money gets stuck, it is important to me. I did everything I could, but there was no resolution.

          My account has been blocked without any prior intimation and due to this I am not able to download previous order invoices there are some expensive products that I have ordered and that are in-warranty to claim a warranty of products I will need all my invoices.

            I ordered 2 packets of Himalaya diaper L (Large size) having 76 pieces of packing each total quantity 152 pcs diapers & had paid total amount Rs.1430.
            But I have received 2 packets of XL size diaper having 54 pcs of packing each total 108 pieces.
            XL size is not useful for my child & couldn't be wearable. Also 44 piece less for what I paid for.
            My sincere request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

                I order two suit but unfortunately because of size issue I return the product within two day. Now after raising complaint they told me to wait and after a week they mentioned that we will not be able refund your amount because you didn't return the product.
                Poor customer care service. They simply put all blames on customer. It's been two months now still they are doing nothing. Even their customer care agent also don't know how to communicate with the customer. Fraud company

                        IFB 6.5KG 5 star washing machine/Damaged Product Delivered by Flipkart

                        On 22 -March-23 damaged IFB 6.5 KG washing machine delivered by Flipkart. On same time we shown to delivery by & they captured images in mobile. They gave assurance on product return/replacement. Within hour we call customer care & provided all details about product & asked for replacement/Return of this product.

                        Till now multiple call happen with customer care but they are resolving complaint internally & share the new date...

                        I purchased this s uit for my brother, his size is 40, order was placed on 03rd April and it was delivered to me on 08th April, unfortunately the is blazer is tight for him in arms area, hence i wanted to to exchange with size 42 but currently it is out of stock so I want to return till now the product is not getting picked up. The pick up was supposed to be on 15th April but still now no one picked up my return last date is[protected], when i spoke to customer care they are saying they will process till[protected], i am not responsible it is not getting pickup, kindly refund my money if you people dont want product, Customer care is also not responding properly.

                          Flipkart Giving Pay Later Option but after 2 days of registration there's no option to choose pay later, when I try to select pay later option on payment page it's always says - apologize, pay later unavailable,
                          is totally useless service ? and I don't why Flipkart offering this to us,
                          I complaint to the customer care staff and they told me, sir there's no problem in your account just log out and log in again may be it's works 😡
                          Please Resolve this Pay Later Unavailable Problem or Remove This Service From Flipkart, don't fool us 🙏

                            Got a automated call from a number, saying that my account is accessed from different location, if not me then press 1. And after 5 hours, 18 transaction happened on account (I didn't received any OTP) just got message that money deducted.

                            Checked my order history, nothing is placed. Contacted customer care, they said it may be a technical glitch.

                            But transactions happened and complaint was done on Cybercrime and with Flipkart also. Now they are sending me calls and notification for paying 20, 000 rs.

                              I had ordered 2 products, 1 was a pack of three deodrants and 1 was a perfume, both from the same brand. I have received only the deodrants but not the perfume but i have paid for both the products.

                                On 1april wishmaster pickup our return order, but due to his careless behavior he lost somehow tag attached with product.
                                After 2-3hours he called us to find tag in street.
                                Den he fraudulently cancelled our refund.
                                Now it's been 20days we are contacting customer care of flipkart.
                                But still after pickup nd 20days we hve not recieved any refund.
                                Poor response from flipkart.
                                Nd especially there logistics partner ekart delivery executive are fraud in nature.
                                They are literally harassing customers by doing this.
                                Expect all will know about flipkart poor poor service.
                                Also look at the product dey sent to us from dustbin.

                                  I ordered a tshirt from Flipkart. It cost me 402 rupees and I recived the order on 17th of April but I received totally different item of different colour
                                  Item was totally different from what I order.
                                  I submitted return request and delivery agent reached me and doesn't take the item.
                                  And when I try to resolve this issue it is showing that Oops! Looks like this order does not belong to your account.
