I have ordered Blaupunkt 164 cm (65 inch) QLED Ultra HD TV & i had received in broken condition.Delivery persor told i have to apply for return.But return option is not available in flipkart app or website for this order.Immediately i raised the complaint to Customer care, Head customer support, MD & owner Sachin of Flipkart also.No one responded.When ever i escalate they will tell in 24 hours they will resolve.But every time they use to borrow time.I told already Return policy will get expire on 29th March like that.They told dont worry its our mistake already we had escalated, you will get Replacement luike that.Now also they are sending emails that they will resolve like that.But Flipkart wesite closed complaint without resolving & Return policy also Expired.Kindly take steps.Order Value is 54, 242.
