My name is sachidanabd gupta. I have ordered the dell laptop (Vostro 3478). I have ordered on sat 19th jan 2019 with exchange of my compaq laptop (Amd). It was going to delever on 16th jan 2019. At the time of delivery on 16th jan 2019, delevery boy came and try to check the old parameter but he said there is problem in filpkart site, not able to download the checklist for old parameter.
He told it is going to take 3 to 4 days more to resolve the site issue.
Delivery man suggested me, you can pay the remaining amount (2700) and take the laptop and reshule the pickup date by calling the flipkart customet care. I needed the laptop so i paid the amount by cash and took the laptop. On 16th jan 2019 only i call the customer care and told the whole story. He has log the complaint and told it will be rsolved by end of the 18th jan.

I waited for two days. When i called the customer care on 18th jan 2019, they told ticket has been closed on 16th jan 2019 only with out informing me. When i called and asked excutive to forword my call to escalation team, thet took almost hour and said escalation team is busy and busy. Suddenly they cut my call also. This is not acceptable at all.

You just tell me why my old laptop is not picked up. Is it my mistake if flipkat site is not working? Why i should paid extra 2700 amount. I needed the laptop thats why i paid and took the laptop. Other wise i could have canceled the ordered.

Kindly do the needful so that in future, i can trust on flipkart.

      I have ordered jockey men vest on 5 january, this product shows that it is a pack of 3 so i ordered it for 179rs and when i receive the order it contain only 1 piece. Order was delivered on 12th of january but since i am out of station so i received it on 17th january.
      Now the flipkart has removed that "pack of 3" phrase from the same product. And when i call the customer care for the complaint they said that no such "pack of 3" phase is written.
      But when i order the product, it is clearly mentioned that it is a pack of 3
      I see the recent reviews for the product and all the customer have the same problem that they order 3 piece but recieve only 1.
      Also flipkart doesn't accept the return of same product.
      Now who is responsible for such fraud
      Also the delivery of same product is very very late.

        Dear mam i placed an order (Samsung 32 led tv) with order number od[protected] on flipkart on 1st jan 2019 and paid 13999 by sbi debit card. After that due to quality issue i cancelled my order. And placed a new order (Order id-od[protected] for lg 32 inch led tv, and paid rupees 14999 by sbi credit card. At time of order flipkart promise to deliver the product on 4th jan 2019, but till today i. E. 17 jan i have not got my product. And also flipkart is not refunding my money (Rupees 13999) of my previous order (Order id - od[protected] for which they did promised that money will be reflect in my account on 2nd jan 2019. I complain to flipcart customer care more than 15 times, each times they did nothing verywell. Each time a new person pic call and they dont know about problem, after that they says that my complain is escalated and wait for 24 hours. Please help me.
        Now flipkart is forcing me to cancel my order. I am afraid that if i cancel my order they again not refund my money. I am very frustated and suffering from mental trauma due to flipkart. Please help and do the needful. Thanks

            On[protected] i bought a redmi note 6 mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem. I immeadiately complained about it and they will assure me to dont wory sir, you wii get new mobile or refund before 16 dec 2019 but still now couldnt. They will make an arrangement of rewfund or replce it. After that your tech vist two time and reject it. Kindly take necessy action and do some thing about it.

            1. Greyish spot on screen.

            The consumer rights act / sale of goods act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

            As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the 14 days.

            I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

            I haven't seen reply from complaint maker rawat... flipkart will always says issue is resolved but technian even not visit to client. Very irritating. This is happening me as well now. Three times refund request rejected without technian visit.

                I know now more more online shoples are available in india.

                  I am highly disappointed with flipkart and would like to put forward my grievance. I have a new account under the phone number [protected] where i was unable to log in from last 2 days. When i spoke to the customer care number they told me that the logic has been cancelled since they think i am a reseller. I am surprised to hear this. Here my question is 1. If i am a reseller why would i buy 1 item for each product, i should buy in bulk. 2. What is the proof i am a reseller. And why am i not intimated about the doubt before canceling the login. 3. How can you cause such inconvenience without my knowledge when my money is stuck there? 4. After all these i want to return all the products i have bought via this number. Kindly help me on that.

                  Looking forward for a speedy resolution since my money is stuck. I have never faced such negative situations from any ecommerce company. Utterly unhappy.

                  I sent the above text to [protected]@flipkart.com on 12th jan. Spoke to customer service on 10th jan for the first time relating my issue. Again lastly on 16th jan morning when i didn't receive any assistance or coordination from their end after several fake assurance by the customer executives.

                    I ordered an intex bluetooth speaker with order id od[protected], which i received on 8.1.19. When i opened the packing, i found that the seal of the box of the item was broken. The box itself was mutilated and old. This raised to my suspicion that an old item has been pushed. Then i noticed that the warranty seal on the item is also broken/tampered with. And the fitting of the front mesh of the speaker was not proper. To top everything, there was no option of refund, only replacement.

                    I think, flipkart has resorted to making money by tying up with such suppliers who supply defective or repaired old item, and in the process earn good margin. A win-win for both flipkart and the vendor!

                    All my emails and complaints had sugar coated responses with false promises ever since. I received couple of calls asking me to courier the item. I refused saying why should i take the pain for their fault. They seem to be buying 10 days' time so that even a replacement option could be denied.

                    I had to send a notice of settlement failing which i shall approach consumer court.

                      Actually i have ordered sandisk ultra 64 gb memory card. And when i received the order, the memory card is fake and also not from sandisk. Its write memory is also damage.                           I hadd purchased boat stone 700 bluetooth speaker, (Black). They have delivered a used product, which has seal broken, dented product and the colour of the product is also wrong. Now inwant to return the faulty product. But they have rejected the request without varifying it. The customer care executives are saying that there is technical issues repeatedly. Another thing i am uable to re submit the refund request again. I just don't wanna use the wrong product. I want my money back. Or else i will take mire serious steps.

                            Am facing issue on my marq machine from 25 dec and i brought this product on 8 dec 2018, its hardly 1month my machine is not working and as per technician there is some manufacturing issue for which part need to be replace to fix it. Am taking a follow up from past 21 days and flipkart smart customers care not able to resolve this as per policy if part is not available by 15jan 2019, then this product need to be replace with new product. But team was unable to fix it and also not able to replace it.
                            So i request you to please refund/replacement my money asap so that i can buy some other machine either then marq. As am facing personal issues which was impacting my health and also my mental state. So in future if anything happens to me then flipkart will be responsible for my health issue as i have invested lot of money which i seems to be worthless.

                            2 ticket raised one at smart buy and other at Flipkart. But still no update.
                            I will stop my EMI if it will not replace before 30jan as per Flipkart.
                            Still my issue not got resolve it almost 1month now from 8dec2018 to till now.

                              I purchased a water purifier from flipkart on 26th dec2018 with order id - od[protected] for rs 7649, payment done by my sbi debit card. Due to some manufacturing defect, i raised a return request on 29th january, the product got picked up from flipkart on 4th january 2019. Till now i didn't got my refund of money rs 7649. I am following up with flipkart raised so many request, but they are only asking me to wait and they are not providing me any resolution nor refund of my money. Please look into this so that i can get my refund of my money. I requested flipkart to provide me egv if there is some issue with the transfer of money in bank. Please look into this issue immediately.

                                It's been just two months, i bought an ambrane power bank having 10000 mah, from a few days it is not working, the power bank is not recharging, when i put it in charge after few seconds the lights goes off and doesn't get on again. The gurantee is of one year so the product is under guarantee period. I request you to replace it or repair it. Please solve my query as soon as possible.

                                    My name is abhay and i have a flipkart account. As i accept that i have returned a few products but without any warning flipkart blocked my account. I am requesting flipkart customer care that please give me one more chance but they are not helping. I also send mails regarding this but no benefit.                                       Flipkart blocked my account as reason given high no of returns and they asked me to submit citizenship ID proof for verification, I sent ID proof many times but they are not responding.
                                      I purchased a puma shoes Worth ₹1499 and ucb tshirt worth ₹549 which I have to return but I can't.
                                      More than 100 coins stucked which worth ₹2000.
                                      Flipkart cheated.

                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

                                        Sir, I got message over teliphone bearing mobile no.[protected] & message received from MD-FPKART Flipkart Pvt.Ltd.that I have win 2nd prize Flipkart on line Marketing organized Lucky Draw content after registration pay 2% Rs.13, 100/- and I can take Maruti Suzuki Swift Desire car or money Rs. 6, 50, 000/- as per instruction as above mobile no I also deposited Rs.24, 200/- at SBI, Tarapur, Silchar branch total amount deposited as above branch Rs.37, 300/- after deposited as above amount again as above no mobile bearer provided demand to deposit Rs.37, 300/- as State Bank not interested to release large amount as never I have done transaction for large amount.Then I tolled I am not interested to get 2nd prize then as above mobile tolled bank can deposit prize money to split Rs. 6, 50, 000/- fo this Rs.37, 300/- should be deposited but I was not interested, again bearer as above mobile no tolled on 15/01/19 to deposit RS., 4000/- then my deposited amount to be returned but I was remain not interested.so far any amount not yet been deposited by Flipkart, in this regard my complain may be accepted for necessary action.                                         I have deposited Rs 13, 100/-+RS.24, 200/- total amount deposited at S.B.I. Tarapur, Silchar, Assam on, 05/01/19 but 2md prize not yet been released by Flipkart Pvt.Ltd in this regard I am interested to get my deposited money as returned
