Facing very bad experience from flipkart.
I ordered a redmi note 6 pro from a recent sale of flipkart.com (Prepaid), but in return i recieved a box with only the charger adapter, a usb cable and a back cover and there was no mobile phone in the box.
I raised this complaint to the flipkart customer care and they told me that they will get me a solution for this but when i called them back after 2-3 days and they said they cannot help it and they also blocked my id.
Its my hard earned money... I want it back... Didn't expect this from flipkart.

    I purchased one product "mobacc mobile battery for gionee p7 max" (Order id od[protected] from flipkart which was delivered to me on sun, sep 23rd, 2018 and due to wrong product delivered to me i returned the product back to flipkart and requested for refund.

    Its been nearly 3 months passed and a refund has not been processed by flipkart yet. For this purpose, i tried many times and talk to flipkart customer representative on a call regarding refund and every time they send me one link. And through this link, i am unable to update bank details and for this, i talked to representative many times but every time they responded, in the same manner, saying "i am sending you one link, then update your bank details".

    I am unable to update bank details through your site please update bank details at your end & process for the refund amount.

      Sir myself dinesh pamshong, i have ordered oppo f9 in december 13 as cod method to guru nanak dev engineering college ludhiana, boys hostel 2, gill road, punjab - 141006, price was 17180, but i got oppo a37 inside the box instead of oppo f9 on 18th december which order id is od[protected]
      Already i requested many times to replace the product on 18th december and afterwards continuously contacted with flipkart customers care, they promised me to solve this problem before 25 december, even product will be replaced before 25th december like that informed to me from flipkart (Called from chandigarh, bangalore), but on 22 december my replacement request is cancelled by seller without any reason and again i contacted with flipkart customer care regarding this issue, they told i have only 10days replacement policy if seller doesn't provide replace this product i have to keep this oppo a37 instead of oppo f9, sir please i request you kindly do my favour as soon as possible. Sir i have all proof as on video record while i opened the box

          I purchased a kurta of w brand but received without price tag. Now at the of return the same the price tag is required. But i have received product without price tag.
          When i call customer care he replied rudely and deny to provide any proof of price tag although the product was flipkart assured but they r unable to provide me any proof of price tage. This type of cheating are being heppend by flipkart please action in this.

            I had placed an order for "dinesh introductory micro economics class xii paperback" one week ago.

            The parcel arrived today and when we opened.. It was a totally different book. The book which we received is "introductory macro economics by i. C. Dhingra, sultan chand publications".

            With the board exams so near, we don't want a replacement so we called customer care for refund option as there was no refund option on the page. There was only a return option on the page which, like i said, is useless because i want a refund as well.

            So we called flipkart, and the customer care lady said refund cant be done... Are you serious?? She kept on saying about replacement and insisted that refund won't be done. You guys send a totally wrong book and now you are saying you won't even refund me for sending the totally wrong book??

            Please help us in getting the book returned and getting a refund at the earliest... Please take immediate action this is intolerable, they have openly cheated this time

              On 04 dec, order was placed for notty ride musical activity walker. On 08 dec product was received, and it was noted that the musical and light assembly was missing. Immidiately return request was raised. Option selected was item not as per description and parts was missing. On 12 dec i got autorecorded call from flipkart for scheduling pick up. Though no one came on 13th dec, again pickup was scheduled for 14 dec, but no one came. Then i got messagr that return is rejected by seller. I contacted customer care, they raised request agin and assured me that by 17dec product will be picked up. On 18th i again got message of return rejected. Upon contacting customer care the lady raised return request again, again it was rejected by seller. After that one more requesf was raised and rejected by seller. Looking at this irresponsible behaviour from flipkart and seller, i posted issue on twitter. They said they are lookinh into it and they will contact me. Today is 22 dec, till todat i have posted 5-6 posts on twitter, 1 email, and 2-3 calls to flipkart, but i am getting no response. I feel they ensured that they will postponed the issue till 18 dec because it was the last day of raising return request as per policy. I got call from flipkart social media team, the lady said they need 48 hours to look into the matter, that means they did nothing in past more than 10 days. They are not returning the product neither giving the refund. The cost of walker is rs 1762, which was beyond my budget, but i baught it because of the faith i had on flipkart. They are not only playing with the money of people but also with the emotions specially when it comes to baby products. I want strict action to be taken against flipkart and the seller headway inc, 55 kolkata.

                I had order embroidered mangalagiri poly silk saree (Red), i had cancled bcz i don’t want this product

                I didn't get the refund till now. Actually they are not to initiated my refund. Whenever i m calling to them they are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to customer care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart.                   I order for a laptop.. When it delivered, there is a missing laptop, the box is full of blank paper.. The package come was properly packed but no flipkart brand is there.. Only flipkart invoice is there..

                    I had purchased a phone on flipkart and its touch wasn't working properly so i was given a replacement and again the replacement phone is also giving me problems so i don't know if they give defective on purpose, i have raised a return request and it's still in processing from so long they are adhering to their their end and their customer care support is anything but supportive and is the most pathetic customer care i have come across. I was assured on call (Which is recorded) it would be picked up on or before 21st, dec 2018 and refund would take place within 1 business day, but i haven't heard from them still. The way you conduct business is terrible if you you can't follow your own policy then you should shut down and not cheat the indian consumers.

                      Interest on emi - 1234.9

                      As per the deal in flipkart
                      110508.00 was the product price in which they gave emi discount of - rs. 4392.00
                      And 4000 was discount for paying through sbi card

                      Now i am being charged here is 1234.9 as interest which when calculated x 6 installments it comes to rs. 7409.4. Now for the phone which costs 110904.00 i am paying 118313.00 please justify how is it no cost emi when i am being charged interest. My emi should be just 18484.00 why this interest on emi is charged when it was no cost emi

                        This is a very serious issue first of all i say to all people don't trust with flipkart company because they sell diffective item to the loyal customers. I am the recent victim. I ordered the boat bass head 220 earphone rupees 599 color red the product arriving detail not showing in my account only show the msg product is dispatch. After 4 days the product is gave me by the flipkart curior boy and the product is recive by me and finally i open my product and suddenly i was shocked the earphone right side wire is damage to the joint and only one left side earpiece is work so i decided i am do the refund process and i swear i am not purchase any product to flipkart in future if my refund or replacement does not done by flipkart.

                          Please help me regarding my mobile replacement/refund. I purchased 1 mobile asus zenfone max m1 6788/-from flipkart, but same delivery date to till mobile have many hanging issues, i complaints 20 times flipkart care but they have no taken action regarding my mobile.

                            I received an empty box on 17th dec... Same moment i raised a complaint against same...
                            But i got reply by flipkart saying
                            We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact.
                            They rejected my replacement request without provide me resulution so plz look into this i want my money back
                            Flipkart is duping us they just take unnecessarily time to harrass us on the name of resolving issues at last they say that sorry we can't help it.

                                    I am Harshita Gupta and i have an account on Flipkart.
                                    Recently, i purchased a mobile on 6th December, 2018 from Flipkart and it had some issues with hanging.
                                    So i raised a request for replacement for my product regarding hanging issue.
                                    Everything was sorted. Technician visited.When the delivery man came to deliver my product in the exchange of old one on 15th December, 2018, the old mobile got slipped from his hand and its screen broke. I told him that it was totally his mistake. He didn't give me the new product and told me
                                    to cancel my current request and raise a new one.
                                    He left.
                                    I have two witnesses who saw that the mobile slipped from his hand.
                                    I cancelled my return request and the people from customer care said it would take 24 to 48 hours to update that request.
                                    48 hours have completed.
                                    I called them more than 7-8 times and i also told them that my replacement
                                    policy is valid till 17th December, 2018 so please update that cancellation request ASAP.
                                    I also mailed two times regarding this issue.That's why i had to take this step to mail you personally.
                                    I am frustrated with this problem.
                                    I want my product to be replaced with the new one because it wasn't my mistake that the product got damaged by the delivery man and he also didn't
                                    give me my product. I have also talked to technical and senior faculty of flipkart but nothing has happened yet.
                                    The senior faculty raised a request regarding screen damage on 20th December but it has been rejected.
                                    The replacement request has been rejected two times. I have also attached a screenshot with it.
                                    Report this issue.
                                    I have also written an e-mail to the grievance officer and cs head of flipkart.

                                    Flipkart has replaced my product. On 24th December, Flipkart executive raised my return request again regarding the screen damage issue. They talked to the ekart logistics. They already took approval from the seller who had rejected my request twice. When the executive raised my return request, it got approved within one hour and it was shipped on the same day. On 25th, i received new product. Thank you consumer complaint and Flipkart.

                                      This ALONZO SH-12 headphone was purchased from Flipkart. Delivered yesterday night. It was much below expectation. The charging point was also defective and it was not charging continuously.
                                      Asked to cancel the order but I have been informed that the order can not be cancelled. It can only be replaced.

                                      Request you to cancel my order and refund my money back.
