Few days before i orderd intex itpb11k power bank from flipkart, there were scratches on it, inspite of being new product, it has scratches. I contacted flipkart customer care & they changed it, but now the scene is again power bank is faulty, got damaged by inserting usb cable on it & other 2 ports only work for a minute.

Again i contacted flipkart customer care, they suggested me to contact intex.
Now the actual scene is intex demanding charges for repair it.

I m totally disappointed, flipkart is so irresponsible.

Plz sort out the matter or i would be to bound to comlaint against flipkart & always & everywhere i'll review negative for flipkart

      I have purchased lg washing machine on 04/12/2018 for rs2799/-through debit card emi mode. But i cancelled ordered due to some reason. I have contacted many times on coustmer support, of flipcart they mail me one transaction id. In[protected] and refund date 04/12/2018, time is03:53:54. Many times i have contacted to my branch, but they doesn't give me any support to me.
      But at this instant i do not find any way. Please resolve my complaint as per following image

      Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on (14th Dec 2018). However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. And because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last 3 products costing rs. 4900. The reason behind blocking my account was 7 number of return request generated from my side. The reason i generated those return request was, that i wasn't satisfied by the quality of product or rather i should say all of them were duplicate/counterfeit products.

        And according to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
        Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account. My complaint number is in[protected]

        I see that am not able to login to my account anymore. I tried contacting customer care and spoke to supervisors several times regarding this issue, who gave me fake timelines to resolve issue but all was in vain. Noone contacted back or mailed back to me, instead kept sending automated emails with same content which said that i am not able to login again to flipkart account anymore.

        Yes, i accept that i returned certain items back to flipkart. But it was due to size and quality issues. The ray bansunglass i received was a counterfeit rayban, confirmed by the rayban store in my town. The lee cooper shoe was returned because i did not like the color as it did not match website photo color. The van huesen shorts were returned because of size issues.

        The items returned was due to genuine reasons. It's first time i am shopping online and i was not aware that i shouldn't be returning any item if there is size or quality issue.

        Product - van heusen solid men's black track pants. Product delivered on 24th
        Dec 2018, 12.30 pm and account blocked exactly one hour later at 1.30 pm, 24th dec 2018. I had ordered for "black track pants". The product i received was "black track shorts". The color and brand is the same. But received shorts instead of pants. I had called customer care immediately after receiving this product and filed a complaint regarding the same. I also send photo of product to flipkart via email.

        Same day received 2 numbers gerber knife. It's a different color and duplicate gerber that i received. Both items i am not able to return as flipkart blocked my account.

        I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account, as soon as i collected my items and not before that, as i had logged in to my account without any issues the same morning. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered and have taken away my 4900rs.

        Hope that i will get some kind of resolution for this matter.

        They are not trying to resolve anything. The Social Media Team called me on 4th Jan 19, and promised to get back to me within 48 hours. BUT NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT.

              Dear flipkart team,

              This is to inform you, i am very much irritate by flipkart services even if i am flipkart plus member. I ordered flipkart bean bag from flipkart pay later. I made payment for that on 29.09.2018 before getting bean nag. I received bean bag and unfortunately not fulfill my demand and i retured it. I called 20 or more time for my refund but flipkart team unable to understand my queries.

              I purchase another item from flipkart pay later and due amount of it is rs.689/- and flipkart charge panelty of rs.100/- for late payment charge. Why i gave that panelty to flipkart even flipkart has to pay interest of my rs.1274/-amount.

              Please do needful for sorting out all this issues. I feel very irritated by calls from collection department.

                  My registered email id with flipkart is - kool. [protected]@gmail.com. Registered mobile no-[protected]. 3 days back, i was automatically logged out. Since then i am unable to login my account. My order from flipkart is sill pendind. Cant trace it without logging in. Its been two weeks than the delivery date and still there is no clue of the order. My order is placed by they are not letting me log in and thus i have no clue about the tracking details. Talked to the flipkart executive when he said the the issue will be resolved by 29th dec. Its been long than that and is still not resolved.

                    Sir, i had ordered 3 kurtis, but they are not of good quality. So, i returned them, the guy came and said sir no brand name is written, i told that it was not written only previously. So he called his senior. Senior officer told me to take back item, he will update my account and next time choose other option like misshipment then they will take back the material. I had taken back the item, but one day after app showing refund cancelled, and there is no such tap from were i can return them back.

                            My flipkart account was blocked. I am not able to login, it is giving login unsuccessful, please retry, i have tried multiple for many days but same, raised the issue with customer care they have not yet addressed the issue.

                                As a plus membership holder they don't gave me any period notice regarding any high volume of return of order while ordering day before yesterday suddenly i gets log out. Then i tried a lot to do login but it was showing login unsuccessful and then i raised a complaint then today when i called and had conversations with senior team they said your no has been black listed so i want just from flipkart that is i had a large volume of returns in purchase history what about 83 points which i have earned that means i have shopped 250x83=20500 only with in 5 month so i may a active buyer of flipkart.

                                I m not satisfied with this resolution regarding to my complain I said him not to close my complain but then also he closed my account I gave him many alternatives way to help me such as please transfer the plus membership in other account or please provide me the compensation which is equal to value of my coins which I earned by placing multi order.
                                But Flipkart denigh to give that and said we r taking as feedback.
                                But for a simple eCommerce website why normal consumer will suffer for loss.
                                I want justice.
                                Please support me.

                                My Recommendation will Please Don't install Flipkart any more and give 1* it to playstore and instead of Flipkart use Amazon.

My name is umesh sah and i ordered motorola one power vide delivery order id od[protected] there after i received message that i will get my product on 28 dec 18. Further on 28 dec i got message that product is out for delivery there after i was not at home that time we told the delivery boy to deliver item by evening, he told me that i am unable to deliver in evening i will deliver tomorrow.
                                    2. I got another message that product would be delivered tommorow. When i didn't recieved any message on 29 dec 18 till evening i contacted customer care mr. Om jaikishan but he was totally confused he was unable to give any satisfactory answer and he told me that i would get my product by 04 jan 19.
                                    3.in view of the above reason for delay may be given to me otherwise in future i am not going to order any product from flipkart and not even i suggest any one.

                                      I saw a user reported the same issue. I am logged out automatically from flipkart. From past few days am unable to login to my account. Since yesterday am trying to set a new password (After providing reset code recurved in my email id), it gives an error "unable to update password, please retry".
                                      Please advice as i am planning to buy a redme note 5 pro 64gb but it's pending from past few days.

                                        I purchased this phone 2 days back, it has been through the procedure for replacement 3 times already (2 out of which were initiated from the customer care executive) and been rejected all 3 times. Flipkart is not ready to refund the money to me now. It’s typical harassment as now they are forwarding the complaint to the department, which has been done 3 times already with no relief on the issue.
