During sale i had order branded blackberry blue jeans. The same identical product i received by the name of some local brand. I raised the issue to flipkart and return what they said was that it was sent to you by mistake. Then second guy said the stock was finish that is why we have sent this. The third time i called they said only what we can do is we will take back the parcel and refund the money! The seller has smartly tricked with me! I request you to take this up ahead and some strict action should be taken against them.

    I shalini Kamtamkar having SBI saving account No [protected] request you to please not to deliver AT FLIPKPOS[protected] ART INTERNET PRIC TXN#[protected] martial booked on 31/12/18.

    As above tansection was not made by me, on telephone some other person collected my card details and booked the same. I am going to lodge complaint regarding the fraud.

          This is as per the specifications mentioned in various advertisements.
          Also this is shown in the video of the product ordering page of flipkart.
          However we have not received the turbopower pack along with device.

            I Imran Ali, I want to say that i purchased my
            Motorola One Power (Black, 64 GB) mobile from your site by 24/12/2018. From starting i am facing battery related issues and other software related issues also. I filed complain against it and requested for replacement but from your side response was not satisfactory. All the time you sent technician expect replacing it and i faced same problem. Now I want to refund my money against it otherwise I will go to fill this complain in Consumer forum. This is my last and final mail to you after this I will take legal action against you.

              Hello Sir,

              I purchased a mobile (Panasonic Eluga X1 Pro (Dark Grey, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM)) and mobile cover from Flipkart. The mobile cover was perfect as it was showing in website catalog. But I received a wrong, damaged item under the box. Here is the order details-

              It is a prepaid order and payment has been done by my credit card. I sent Flipkart Resolution Center everything with photograph proof and even explained them all. I attached same photo here.

              Incident Story Brief-
              I placed order on 15th December, 2018. Delivery date was 22nd December, 2018, but it was delivered on 20th December, 2018. Every time when I purchase phone from Flipkart I always do checking in front of wishmaster (delivery boy) and they are doing also. But this time when my mother received the item in front of my house gate wishmaster simply deny to open the mobile package. Still my mother asked him to wait and she open the seal packet of flipkart. After just cutting the seal wishmaster asked her to place return on Flipkart, he will not take the Product and he ran away from the place, my mother was shouting to stop him. But he did not stop his cycle. Courier company was - Delhivery and phone number of the wishmaster is - +91-[protected].
              From that day I'm suffering to get my original product. On the same day (before delivery status update) I place return with from Order page with proper reason and description. After 1 day seller simply reject my request and at the same time he/she placed a new return. The replacement date was 24th December, 2018 and that time courier service was eKart. The wishmaster deny to replace the product as replacement as he shown me the pickup item image is not similar that I have. Pickup item image was similar to the product that I ordered. At the same day I called Flipkart support team to do something and they cancelled my replacement to place a new return. Next day on 25th December, 2018 they created an Incident, ID is- IN[protected]. I mentioned their everything that I received -
              i. Old/Dusty Flipkart Package
              ii. Wrong Packing style
              iii. Nokia Phone box with gum
              iv. Micromax damaged and broken mobile.
              v. Samsung Welcome Paper.
              vi. Nokia User Guide
              vii. Damaged Wired Head Phone
              viii. Samsung Charger
              ix. Local branded USB cable
              x. Seller Invoice with Seller Stamp and IMEI Number
              xi. No Warranty Card
              etc.
              I also sent them all images as proof.

              After 1 day Flipkart Resolution center called me and confirm the details that I submitted (images and issues) and they placed return from their own that to be accepted by Seller and they said me that they will call me again on 28th December for final resolution resolve. Now after the call no one called me till now. Whenever I'm calling them and they are taking 1 day, 2 days extra time. Yesterday was 3rd last deadline to resolve the issue. But no one called me. Thy are saying that they called me but they could not reach to me. But people was calling me in the same number and phone phone network was very good. They have my alternative number also but they did not call me and they did not resolve the issue.

              Please do something sir. I want my ordered item. I really need a phone. You can check my previous orders on Flipkart, every time I place order with payment and yes I got good original products (Phone, Powerbanks etc.). If they can't provide me product they please ask Flipkart to refund my money to my same credit card because bank gonna send me bill in few days and I did not receive my product. I have to earn money, please try to understand and process accordingly.

              Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I already suffered a lot. If you need anything more from me, I will be happy to provide the same from my end.

                I have one year damage protection plan with flipkart partner jeeves. As per that plan 80% of phone value is covered for damage.
                I sent my phone to jeeves (Flipkart partners) for screen change and speaker change in november but they didn't resolve the issue and sent my phone without any change. They charged me rs 4.5k for lcd change which i know didn't happen.

                On 17th dec'18 jeeves arranged for the pick-up after 2-3 weeks of bickering with them. Now they are saying that they need to change lcd and back cover for my issue. Also the amount covered under the plan has exceeded and i need to pay 900 odd rupees to them.

                Why should i pay the fee and i need the answer regarding change of lcd twice for same issue. This is a pretty good way of getting extra money from customers.
                I have called jeeeves customer support five times in past one week but every time they tell me to wait to get the answer from their back-end team.

                I have raised the request with flipkart too. Jeeves is flipkart partner for warranty plans and both of them have done nothing for 2 months.

                  3 items = 3 order numbers

                  Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. And because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last 3 products costing rs. 4900. The reason behind blocking my account was 7 number of return request generated from my side. The reason i generated those return request was, that i wasn't satisfied by the quality of product or rather i should say all of them were duplicate/counterfeit products.

                  And according to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
                  Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account. My complaint number is in[protected]

                  I see that am not able to login to my account anymore. I tried contacting customer care and spoke to supervisors several times regarding this issue, who gave me fake timelines to resolve issue but all was in vain. Noone contacted back or mailed back to me, instead kept sending automated emails with same content which said that i am not able to login again to flipkart account anymore.

                  Yes, i accept that i returned certain items back to flipkart. But it was due to size and quality issues. The ray bansunglass i received was a counterfeit rayban, confirmed by the rayban store in my town. The lee cooper shoe was returned because i did not like the color as it did not match website photo color. The van huesen shorts were returned because of size issues.

                  The items returned was due to genuine reasons. It's first time i am shopping online and i was not aware that i shouldn't be returning any item if there is size or quality issue.

                  Product - van heusen solid men's black track pants. Product delivered on 24th
                  Dec 2018, 12.30 pm and account blocked exactly one hour later at 1.30 pm, 24th dec 2018. I had ordered for "black track pants". The product i received was "black track shorts". The color and brand is the same. But received shorts instead of pants. I had called customer care immediately after receiving this product and filed a complaint regarding the same. I also send photo of product to flipkart via email.

                  Same day received 2 numbers gerber knife. It's a different color and duplicate gerber that i received. Both items i am not able to return as flipkart blocked my account.

                  I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account, as soon as i collected my items and not before that, as i had logged in to my account without any issues the same morning. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered and have taken away my 4900rs.

                  Hope that i will get some kind of resolution for this matter.

                  FLIPKART is not trying to resolve anything, as Flipkart is doing this on PURPOSE. A Lady from Social Media Team called me on 4th Jan 19, and promised to get back to me within 48 hours. BUT NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT. And now after 7 days, they post a COMMENT HERE. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY DO NOT CALL THE CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY. ARE THE SCARED AS THEY ARE DOING BIG TIME FRAUD? Even when called to Flipkart Customer Service number, the executives promise a Call Back in 24 hrs, but ZERO RESPONSE.

                  I ordered for Rs.1499 worth Track Pants and they send me OLD STOCK Track Shorts and all of a sudden, approx 1 hour after collecting the Order, they BLOCKED THE ACCOUNT. Also to mention, it's been Sold by FLIPKART's own Seller "RETAILNET", not by an external Seller. IT'S A WELL PLANNED PLAY by FLIPKART to get rid of their OLD STOCK.

                  The internet says that 1000s of people are Suffering and are Trapped due to SAME ACT BY FLIPKART. SENT WRONG OLD STOCK GOODS, and Immediately BLOCK ACCOUNT after Goods Delivered !!!

                  Flipkart says about high number of Returns which is = 8 number of Returns. Yes, I accept that I had returned as the Ray Ban received was COUNTERFEIT, VH shorts had size issues and the Lee Cooper shoes was a different Color delivered. There are valid reasons for returns. Also FYI, I wasn't WARNED if return numbers were HIGH. And according to the Flipkart policy I can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.

                  I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account, as soon as I collected my items and not before that. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered. The CUSTOMER is never warned or intimated by Flipkart regarding the approx NUMBER OF RETURNS POSSIBLE which EQUALS to their PHRASE "HIGH NUMBER OF RETURNS".

                  FLIPKART IS DOING BIG TIME FRAUD and USING THEIR POLICIES TO MANIPULATE.

                  KINDLY HELP ME get a RESOLUTION

                  Request CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY. I SEE that many many many customers are facing same issue from FLIPKART.
                  Yes this trick they play, by Blocking the account after delievering the product is very very smart. This is absolutely a violation of the consumer

                    Dear sir,
                    This is to inform you that i have received a fake call from a mobile number. He was having full record of my order details and was claiming to be a flipkart representative and was offering me a lucky draw gift of tata safari.
                    I am worried that the online shopping we are doing with flipkart is not safe.
                    We, the customers are not safe whlie doing online shopping with the flipkart.
                    This is really insane and a matter of pity for all the customers of flipkart.
                    I would demand a serious action against this fake call.
                    This is really a dark spot on the reputation of the company.

                          Order no od[protected] was placed on 27/12/2018 and as per you people it was to be delivered by 31/12/18.
                          29/12/18 it was showing that the product has reached the nearest hub mohali. From 29th everyday it was showing that order is out for delivery but during evening your message changes to "pin address mismatch". I have called you people everyday since 29th and asked if there is any issue related to delivery address i can guide you to reach me or even i was ready to come to your location to pick up the delivery, but your customer support asked me to wait till 31st and was sure that product will be delivered by that date.
                          On 1st of jan you people messaged me that issue will be solved by 5th jan and product will be delivered to me by that date.
                          Now on 2nd jan you have messaged me that order cancelled and refund initiated, i have called your customer care but stupid people seems to be too helpless not ready to register complaint neither know what has happened, i felt like i am talking to some robot while discussing issue with them who just no 2 words "sorry sir" and "you are valuable customer" rest why they are there to attend the call they themselves don't know.
                          I am writing this mail to escalate the issue and tell that i am not ready to accept the refund, you have already wasted 10 days of mine and have even blocked rs 8, 000 of mine for almost 10 days till refund happens. I don't need refund i need a product for which i have paid you on 27/12/18. Fooling people like this and blocking there money, not even bothering to call or intimate from your end if any such thing happens is unethical (If any ethics is there in your company),
                          Kindly deliver it as soon as possible. And if possible mail me or call me.

                            Hey, I ordered a product from Flipkart and right on the day of the delivery, they send me a message stating that my delivery will be delayed by 3 days due to some misroute the package has taken.I called the executive and they said that I will get the package in the mean time. What does that even mean? This is totally unacceptable from Flipkart as this was really important that I got the package on the delivery date without any delays.

                              Hello,
                              I have receive the order[nokia 6.1plus] package on 30/nov./2018,
                              But unfortunate i don't found mobile phone inside the package
                              I informed to flipkart customer support, than i was asked to wait 48hours. But no any update has received, i try to contact again, they has given a new time.
                              According to the flipkart supported team, i have shared all detail via email,
                              But after one month flipkart has blocked my account because flipkart system has detected unusually high number of returns.
                              After that i try to contact again in many attempts, but no any one response my issue
                              However its my first order of this account, flipkart fraud with me
                              Please help me, and recover my loss.

                              I do not understand when my issue is resolved, how marked as resolved on issue statement already flipkart has fraud with me so far I have not received any response from flipkart.com and when I am complaint to the Consumer Protection Board, the board is also joking with me without any solution, how you can mark on issue is resolved ?

                                I buy a mobile at price rs18990 by bajaj emi card which emi is rs3165 per month but flipkart deducted extra rs530 per month. When i tell my problem to the bajaj helpline they tell me extra rs530 deducted for insurance but i am not activated any type of insurance and flipkart says rs530 deducted of interest but go to bank they tell it is not interest. Because my card is insurance free.

                                  I have affiliates account, i have crossed my threshold amount mentioned by flipkart. I have updated my account details in flipkart panel and they verified successfully, but then they have edited o from my account while sending the money. I have reported many times to them on call as well as on mail. But no response i got.

                                  Hey team i have already mentioned ticket number and this ticket number is generated by flipkart only. So I kindly request you to check the issue and amount is Rs 5658 so chexk the issue many times I have mailed. I think neither consumer forum or flipkart taking any action.

                                    I bought a Moto X4 6gb mobile from Flipkart, The phone was dead on arrival and post charging as well I am not satisfied with quality So I am trying to returned it but flipkart is not accepting my return request. I checked before purchasing that the product, no where it was mentioned only replacement allowed. For other mobiles, this message was present on product page. They are deliberately cheating, product is only under 10 days return policy. Please take up my return request, and look into this matter urgently.

                                      You people are mentally harassing me from last 17 days. I had orderd a
                                      Product and made payment through my debit card but the product came with
                                      Cash on delivery option called your executive he told me to pay the money
                                      And as the double payment will show he will return the money immediately
                                      From last 13 days calling you but always telling me wait for 24 to 48
                                      Hours refund will be generated and now till now i have on 29 th got a call from your resolution team saying till 31st money will be deposited in the bank
                                      Checked with my bank and there is still no payment done by your side
                                      So your basically telling me lies and mentally harrsing literally
                                      You don't want to give my money so you are telling me lie
                                      I have all the call recording wich i made with your executive
                                      Please stop mentally harassing me i am going to file a complaint against flipkart
                                      For misleading me telling me lie and not giving me my money back
                                      And replying saying we tried to reach you but we couldn't but my call log show no such dropped call so here also you are telling me lie
