I received defective camera product from flipkart, i placed return request after they locked my account.

I am waiting for more than 10 day to unlock my account to place return.
Still yet flipkart customer service is not unlocked my account and not responding mail or call to take return or replacement.

I want to unlock my account and required return for that

    I placed an order for item - redgear pro series (Wireless) gamepad (Black, for pc) on 30th dec 2018 (Order no. Od[protected]. Payment got confirmed and seller shipped the product. Next day, i get an email that order has been cancelled due to high demand for the product. I go on the site and see if item is available, and to my surprise i see that item is available on my pin code and is getting sold by the seller. Money will be refunded to the payment source in 7 days. So now flipkart has my money for 7 days.

    Here the seller is retailnet. I called customer care on 31st dec 2018 and ask for the reason for cancellation. There were couple of agents who gave me wrong information. I asked for escalation manager, the guy there told that item reached my area, but it got damaged hence seller cancelled the order. He requested me to place the order again, i did while on call with him (Order no. Od[protected]. And guess what i woke up next day to see that my order is cancelled again by the seller.

    I called customer care again on 1st jan 2019, wasting time to explain to the person on other side. He did not have the seller information or the reason why order was cancelled. When i asked him to reinstate the order and send the item to me, he asked me to place a fresh order, which is again stupidity at this point. At a point he told me that i have placed bulk order which is why order got cancelled. So i painfully explained him that ordering 1 item is not a bulk order. Call recording is also available. It seemed that they have no information about this and casually apologize for whatever scam flipkart is running here.

    Flipkart is running a scam to take money from customers and hold it for weeks before it gets refunded.

    This is outrageous and they also fail to acknowledge the problem. This item is still available on their website.

    One of the order is delivered to the cx. CX order was cancelled due to bulk order. Closing the case.

      Sony flipkart worst experience ever. I purchased sony stereo 2.0 on 22nd december. First, while applying filters i mentioned for phone. The headphones appeared after applying the filters. I ordered these as per what my requirement was order number od[protected].
      Attached is the screenshot i took from the application. The product was delivered on 24th december. I checked the product and it was not compatible with my phone. It is only for playstation.
      I applied for the refund as per the instructions from the flipkart application. It asked for unnecessary reasons for return.
      Then when i dis the return process, it sends me the message — “we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 27 dec, 5:30 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679”

      And

      “return request received: your return request for sony st... From your order with order id od[protected] has been received. We will give you an update soon. Check the return status here http://fkrt.it/uECRd2NNNN”

      And then on thursday 27th december i received a message — “return update: sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for sony st... From your order with order id od[protected]. Please check your email for more details.”

      So just for my satisfaction i applied for a return the second time, the very same day.

      Yesterday i received the same message for return request rejected.
      I raised another return request and then called customer care. I spoke with anmol
      Sharma from flipkart india team.
      I explained everything to him.

      - the product is not compatible for phones.
      - website/application filters not accurate.
      - as per the website return date - stock can be returned 3rd january 2019.
      - i am leaving tomorrow morning for australia. Was suppose to take these along but as they are not compatible.

      Twice rejected my request for return without any reason.

      You just cannot reject the request for refund from a customer when the date of return is specifically mentioned is 3rd january 2019.

      I spoke to rohit lalwani today, and specifically told him i need a call back in an hour.

      I have added the sceeenshot as well as a video on what wrong information flipkart is providing.

      Hello there.

      On 1st January the request for my return got approved. The courier guy came and rejected to accept the return as he box did not say Sony instead Said Play Station.
      How come the courier guy don’t know that playsation is a brand of sony.
      And then they called back that the item will be picked again on Friday.
      But it was never picked and Yesterday I checked the application and they rejected my request again.

      I don’t understand how this is working. How flipkart is cheating its customer.

        I have earned more than 24000 rupees from flipkart affiliate account. Now the payment is in pending status. I know the payments are approved after return period is over. Many of my products are delivered before 15th december and its return period is 10 days. So return period over on 25th december.

        Now its january 1, but my earning are still in pending status. When will be the payment approved and when will i get the payment to bank account.
        I have asked about it through fliipkart affiliate account contact option, but im not get any replay from their side.

            I had order embroidered mangalagiri poly silk saree (Red), i had cancled bcz i don’t want this product

            I didn't get the refund till now. Actually they are not to initiated my refund. Whenever i m calling to them they are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to customer care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart.               I bought asus zenfone max pro m2, on 20th december but due to software issues i got replacement accepted by flipkart, later they said it delivered by 28 dec 2018, today is 31 product not delievered yet. They are blaming courier for this, what to do, even i have loadged a complint on this, they are saying wait upto 3 rd january now they are saying wait upto 4 jan.

                  I have flipkart account ([protected]) and my friend ordered real me phone and he got defective charger and he raised ticket and over the call agent said that he will get 500 rs credit and now leave it credit they cancelled my request and blocked my account. Tell me one thing i have spent lot of money on flipkart and why I will do intentionally raise request for 500 cheap amount I do not want any credit now I want only my account back in same condition. I do not understand what is the hell is going on. I am so frustrated with your excutive. I have sent many mails to "[protected]@flipkart.com" but they are useless please help me with this. I want my account back.

                        Pls. Refer order id od[protected] which ordered in 15th dec. 2018 and delivered on 28th dec. 2018. Ordered item is easy home table mate

                        While checking the product, we found crack in few areas and its not usable.

                        Pls. Reimburse the amount immediately since i have really waste my time using your site for ordering the same.

                        Its pathetic to note that it took almost 13 days to deliver and also delivered damaged materials.

                          Few days before i orderd intex itpb11k power bank from flipkart, there were scratches on it, inspite of being new product, it has scratches. I contacted flipkart customer care & they changed it, but now the scene is again power bank is faulty, got damaged by inserting usb cable on it & other 2 ports only work for a minute.

                          Again i contacted flipkart customer care, they suggested me to contact intex.
                          Now the actual scene is intex demanding charges for repair it.

                          I m totally disappointed, flipkart is so irresponsible.

                          Plz sort out the matter or i would be to bound to comlaint against flipkart & always & everywhere i'll review negative for flipkart

                              I have purchased lg washing machine on 04/12/2018 for rs2799/-through debit card emi mode. But i cancelled ordered due to some reason. However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. And because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last 3 products costing rs. 4900. The reason behind blocking my account was 7 number of return request generated from my side. The reason i generated those return request was, that i wasn't satisfied by the quality of product or rather i should say all of them were duplicate/counterfeit products.

                                And according to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
                                Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account. My complaint number is in[protected]

                                I see that am not able to login to my account anymore. I tried contacting customer care and spoke to supervisors several times regarding this issue, who gave me fake timelines to resolve issue but all was in vain. Noone contacted back or mailed back to me, instead kept sending automated emails with same content which said that i am not able to login again to flipkart account anymore.

                                Yes, i accept that i returned certain items back to flipkart. But it was due to size and quality issues. The ray bansunglass i received was a counterfeit rayban, confirmed by the rayban store in my town. The lee cooper shoe was returned because i did not like the color as it did not match website photo color. The van huesen shorts were returned because of size issues.

                                The items returned was due to genuine reasons. It's first time i am shopping online and i was not aware that i shouldn't be returning any item if there is size or quality issue.

                                Product - van heusen solid men's black track pants. Product delivered on 24th
                                Dec 2018, 12.30 pm and account blocked exactly one hour later at 1.30 pm, 24th dec 2018. I had ordered for "black track pants". The product i received was "black track shorts". The color and brand is the same. But received shorts instead of pants. I had called customer care immediately after receiving this product and filed a complaint regarding the same. I also send photo of product to flipkart via email.

                                Same day received 2 numbers gerber knife. It's a different color and duplicate gerber that i received. Both items i am not able to return as flipkart blocked my account.

                                I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account, as soon as i collected my items and not before that, as i had logged in to my account without any issues the same morning. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered and have taken away my 4900rs.

                                Hope that i will get some kind of resolution for this matter.

                                They are not trying to resolve anything. The Social Media Team called me on 4th Jan 19, and promised to get back to me within 48 hours. BUT NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT.

                                KINDLY HELP ME get a RESOLUTION.

                                Someone from Flipkart called me yesterday. But at that time I was driving, and asked the person to call me back in half an hour. The person promised to call back. But NO RESPONSE after that. Kindly call me ASAP.

                                  Flipkart has freezed my account due to return reason without giving any warning or informing me and i have submitted the complaint on 27dec and did not call me at all and i got one call on 30 and they are saying wait for 48 hours more and i need immediate help as i have to pay my pay later bill.                                     Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It shows login unsuccessful please try a minute. And i select a forget password enter otp and new password is shows unable to update your password.

                                      Dear flipkart team,

                                      This is to inform you, i am very much irritate by flipkart services even if i am flipkart plus member. I ordered flipkart bean bag from flipkart pay later. I made payment for that on 29.09.2018 before getting bean nag. I received bean bag and unfortunately not fulfill my demand and i retured it. I called 20 or more time for my refund but flipkart team unable to understand my queries.

                                      I purchase another item from flipkart pay later and due amount of it is rs.689/- and flipkart charge panelty of rs.100/- for late payment charge. Why i gave that panelty to flipkart even flipkart has to pay interest of my rs.1274/-amount.

                                      Please do needful for sorting out all this issues. I feel very irritated by calls from collection department.
