Flipkart has been harassing me for 2months. I have ordered a Realme 9 Pro from Flipkart on 18th January. They delivered a defective Realme 9 Pro [ Order ID - OD[protected] ] on 19th. Because it has brand replacement policy, Flipkart was denying and told it's Realme who could/would give me the replacement. Realme had received my phone with all accessories and issued me a DOA certificate against that and officially mailed me that the replacement would come via Flipkart. Where as Flipkart was denying any official mail regarding this. After one month of harassment, Flipkart has finally asked for my DOA and talked about refund. Then they have asked for all my bank details and DOA certificate(again for the sixth time). Then they have again asked the acknowledgement proof that I have submitted the whole box(mobile with all accessories) to the Realme and promised to contact me soon. I did so. Days have passed, but Flipkart didn't contact me. I called again to Flipkart and they take my complain and promised a call back from backend team within seven days. Though as always they didn't call me. Whenever I called, Flipkart had promised me a call regarding solution within seven day. Again seven days has passed. I called again, they did the same.
Finally I received calls from Flipkart on 14th and 16th March and got informed that the refund was already initiated and would be completed within 3 to 5 business days means within 21st March, 2023 and said that I will also get a confirmation call from their side but as always I didn't receive any calls or refunds from their end. It's been 2 months flipkart harassing me and doesn't give refund money.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
