I have booked item from Flipkart service by order ID- OD[protected]. The item was received on 9 Feb 23, But whenever I operate, the item was found defective. As per return policy of 07 days, I launch a return request next day to flipkart service, the Courier Executive taken the damaged product on 28 Feb 2023 and courier team confirmed the damaged product reached to vendor on 4 Mar 2023. After that flipkart cancelled the refund and I am not getting proper response from flipkart team. Whenever i ask the customer support (email, chat & call) they say within 48 hours we will respond, but again they extend the time on last minute. It was almost 2 months they taken money as well as product no response. Please help on this issue, i raised the concern to twitter but again no response from flipkart team.
