I have created flipkart account in 2019 with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

        I purchased Eureka Forbes Robo vacuum cleaner through Flipkart. It is not working. I contacted customer care on 1st March 2023 but so far they are not resolve my issue even after repeated follow up through emails and phone conversations. So please intervene in this issue and arrange refund/replacement. The invoice copy, product details and Complaint details are attached.

          I have booked item from Flipkart service by order ID- OD[protected]. The item was received on 9 Feb 23, But whenever I operate, the item was found defective. As per return policy of 07 days, I launch a return request next day to flipkart service, the Courier Executive taken the damaged product on 28 Feb 2023 and courier team confirmed the damaged product reached to vendor on 4 Mar 2023. After that flipkart cancelled the refund and I am not getting proper response from flipkart team. Whenever i ask the customer support (email, chat & call) they say within 48 hours we will respond, but again they extend the time on last minute. It was almost 2 months they taken money as well as product no response. Please help on this issue, i raised the concern to twitter but again no response from flipkart team.

              Dear Team, i have made the one request for refund for a watch (casio MTP-1381D-AVDF Analog watch for men A840), they are not giving our refund amount and not answering as well past 9 day from 15 th march they are not picking his product and daily telling to me today, today but till now they are not even picking it or nor even giving a refund, customer care are totally not helping they always use to word that today it will happen by 9 pm but never pm are coming, they are giving daily excuse being girl am suffering a lot by flipkart torture and harrasment.

                  I have received a faulty laptop(brand: lenovo) from flipkart on 9th feb 2023 in which keypad light is not working properly.I have contacted the lenovo team they have sent me technician and verified the laptop condition and confirmed it is a faulty product and sealed the product by issued a DOA letter to me. They asked me to submit this letter to flipkart and get the refund from them. I have raised a return request from flipkart. they have been processing this request since then. As given in the flipkart app they have to arrange a technician visit to my place on March 10th but he has neither visited nor called me, and i havent got any message about his arrival.I have mentioned the same to flipkart.They are asking 24-48 hrs to recify the issue every day when iam calling . I have bought this to learn a course but course is halfway done. On 24 march 2023 they have rejected the return request stating that the seller is not accepting the returns. please help me on this issue as the amount is around 55000.

                  The return request is rejected by seller stating that the return window is closed. I have tried to place the return within the window period but the flipkart application is not working with returns . I have contacted the flipkart customer care immediately and asked them to raise the return request on behalf of me. But they have also facing the same application issue. They have raise the issue and asked me to not to worry about the return window date since I have intimated them in the call about my return within the window period . they have resolved that and raised my return after 10 days succesfully. but now they rejected the return mentioning that the return window period is completed . I have the call recordings of every call for your referrence.
                  I have DOA letter from the brand with me . please help me .

                      Ordered Dell laptop battery from Flipkart. As i have received empty box without main items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                        I received a defective ASUS ROG STRIX G15 on 4th February and i started a replacement request on 5th February the replacement agent was out for delivery on 22nd February but didn't came till date for replacement i was given 21st as promise date for my replacement to be done but now it is postponed to today i.e 24th and it is showing arriving today for straight 2 days without any new updates customers support aint helping much just giving dates i request u to file a complaint and get my replacement done as soon as possible

As per return policy, I launch a return request to flip kart service, the Courier Executive given massage to me on 23 Mar 23 for pick up the item by 0900 PM but nobody has came and no call has been made by the courier executive, at 1030 PM on 23 Mar 23 massage by E-kart service intimated me that Pick up rejected ( Product mis-match). This false report given by E-kart service executive. The pick up executive has cancelled my return request without any intimation to me.

                              I had ordered a product from Flipkart which was on display of website having discription wrong than what actually I recieved, since I wanted the product I did compromise by accepting wrong product which in replacement also came with wrong specs and with my strongly negative review.

                              But my reviews were not published yet and it's showing in pending status even after submission of my review it's in pending status showing at their app which is concerning as it is misleading for other buyers who wnated honest reviews and specially where product is listed with misleading information. please help with proper action.

                                I ordered a round neck brown t-shirt from flipkart, i received it yesterday itself, i.e 22 march 2023. Now i want to return it but the mrp tag was not there when i opened the packet. I requested for return. What if pick up boy refused to take it. What can i do now? How can we return the product, when the company is doing this bigger mistakes and then refuse to take it back. They do the mistakes and we pay for it.

                                  Flipkart is cheating customers when it sell products without return or refund policy. they sell spoiled product under this guise. am recently been cheated. attached are the photos of the product bought by me. the box had no liquid at all. the instruction page inside is rotten. the product is batra hair colour and its more than 2 years old product though the product expiry date is Nov 2023. since there is no complete product only in the packet hence am complaining and need urgent refund or replacement. I tried multiple times to complaint or ask for refund on your helpline but its not happening. there is no such option to complaint on phone also. hence taking social media way. I need refund of my full money or replacement of good product. punish the supplier. all this tarnishes image of flipkart and hence my favourite is amazon always. my order no. is OD[protected]. invoice amount also is a cheater's amount of Rs. 420🤣

                                    Flipkart has been harassing me for 2months. I have ordered a Realme 9 Pro from Flipkart on 18th January. They delivered a defective Realme 9 Pro [ Order ID - OD[protected] ] on 19th. Because it has brand replacement policy, Flipkart was denying and told it's Realme who could/would give me the replacement. Realme had received my phone with all accessories and issued me a DOA certificate against that and officially mailed me that the replacement would come via Flipkart. Where as Flipkart was denying any official mail regarding this. After one month of harassment, Flipkart has finally asked for my DOA and talked about refund. Then they have asked for all my bank details and DOA certificate(again for the sixth time). Then they have again asked the acknowledgement proof that I have submitted the whole box(mobile with all accessories) to the Realme and promised to contact me soon. I did so. Days have passed, but Flipkart didn't contact me. I called again to Flipkart and they take my complain and promised a call back from backend team within seven days. Though as always they didn't call me. Whenever I called, Flipkart had promised me a call regarding solution within seven day. Again seven days has passed. I called again, they did the same.
                                    Finally I received calls from Flipkart on 14th and 16th March and got informed that the refund was already initiated and would be completed within 3 to 5 business days means within 21st March, 2023 and said that I will also get a confirmation call from their side but as always I didn't receive any calls or refunds from their end. It's been 2 months flipkart harassing me and doesn't give refund money.
