Hi,
I ordered a mobile phone redmi note 12 pro on 6/3/2023 and I cancel and return the product so they gave me a refund date and I didn't get money credited in account after I go to bank they said that it is an invalid reference number please give me money

    I booked my flight from DXB to BOM and booking Id is[protected]. Amount deducted from bank account but still not confirm status of flight booking and not even get flight ticket.
    I have attached gpay pay slip of transaction.

      Hi,
      I ordered redmi note 12 pro on 6/3/2023 with rs 16918 but I suddenly changed my mind and return the order and they said that refund will initiated in 8/3/2023 and will be deflect in 9/3/2023.But I did not receive any money credited to my account.after the I call flipkart customer care they said that contact the bank.I go to nearest branch of bank .The bank employees Sid that it is an invalid arn number that flipkart is provide. I suddenly shocked and agin I call flipkart they say that refund is successfully credited please wait some time so I waited 15 days .But none of any amount has been credited

        I have purchased a redmi note 12 pro for rs. 16918/- on 6/3/2023 and due to defects the same has been taken return with refund initiated on 9th march 2023
        They said that the refund has been done by sellers stating that:
        "below are the details to confirm that the refund has been successful:

        reference no:[protected]

        Payment mode: UPI

        And ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected in my account, i have contacted multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every
        Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer services
        To trace the amount, but my sbi bank says myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number or arn valid to trace from bank branch. Please help me out of this, do the needful to credit the refund to my account.

            High returns they say for reason but without even connecting me what are sayings that you are 100% perfect . You people take my and didn't give my product create scam with the people . Changed my added email.

                My Flipkart Pay later account associated with the Number [protected] was misused to purchase and has not been repaid.This number i had lost 2 years back and has since been reissued to somebody else.But my details dare still linked with pay later account.Its seriously affecting my credit score.Kindly help since I am not able to contact this person as well.

                  On 13th March 2023, Through Flipkart mobile app, I ordered a new hp laptop with 12 months of manufacturer warranty, but i recieved a damaged and old product with warranty already running since Sept 22, so only 6 months warranty left, I am feeling cheated by flipkart and I cannot accept an old laptop after paying price of a brand new laptop. I am attaching images for reference.

                    I have ordered AGARO Imperial slow juicer_240 Juicer(Gray) from Flipkart worth 12999.

                    I have received a faulty product which seems like used one (inner package was dirty and broken, wire of the juicer was loose, there was no warranty card )

                    I received the product on 24th of February and I Immediately filed the replacement request, but till today my issue has been open closed many times and seller is not sending me a replacement the juicer is faulty and juice is leaking in the fruit waste compartment, also there is too much fiber in the juice which requires a saparate strainer,

                    The Flipkart is asking us to give consent for lodging FIR against seller,

                    If the product is defective seller should send us a new product or else he needs to return the product and refund the amount

                    I am facing mental harrasment sice last one month and the juicer is still in the box and of no use

                    I need Flipkart to immediately replace the product or return and refund the amount.

                        I have ordered Motorola G73 from Flipkart on 22nd March, 2023 with exchange of my old mobile Poco m4 5g. But the wishmaster is not accepting exchange product because IMEI not matching he said. But the thing is while ordering, Flipkart app didn't asked me to enter IMEI details of my old mobile, only asked to select device and model details. So if I have not entered IMEI no. then how can IMEI no. be matched. This is not a kind of bug Flipkart is having in its website or app and they don't have any idea about. Literally waste of time. While calling customer care, they are just giving timeline to get issue solved. Please look into the issue.

                            I bought a watch from flipkart on 03-03-23. The product were in defective condition and there were no option to return the product on the flipkart site. Then I contacted and informed the issue I faced, customer care said there is an issue with site and they promised to solve the issue by 09-03-23. Meanwhile I tried to return the product many times and contacted customer care and their response was issue has escalated to concerned team.
                            Then I received mail as the problem will resolve by 15-03-23 and customer care gave promise that I will get refund within 7 days on 10-03-23. Meanwhile I confirmed Account details for refund approximately 4 times.
                            On 17-03-23 again I contacted to Flipakrt an then they promised the refund will be reflected in bank with in 7 days.
                            Since the Promise date lapsed, I tried to contact the flipkart, replied that thr retunr policy expired and need to contact with concerned brand my self.

                            Based on customer care promise, I bought another watch from Flipkart. Now they are saying they cannot refund.

                            When I contacted customer care, they said issue has been escalated to concerned team. This is the same response I'm getting for 1 month. Why the concerned team not resolving the issue since it happened in the beginning of March? Don't they know how to solve the issues or are Flipkart Teams not qualified and a negligency staff?

                                Scammer logged in at 6:41 AM 23.03 2023, and they used my account and did some unauthorised frequent transactions from my saved credit cards on flipkart account. The scammer purchased some e gift vouchers from flipkart and used my 4(four) credit cards. this is very sad to say that your account security is very poor. i have regiested FIR against this.
                                I request you to revoke those transactions and help me to get my money back.

                                    I purchase a pump from flipkart and i place a replacement of product becase product is broken from downside and replacement came but replacement product is not good as i think so i place a refund pick up done on march 11 pick done but no refund return so i complaint in flipkart support they told me product not received or not picked soo i visited ekart where i see my product in corner of ekart campus i just made a video and upload on twitter now flipkart take no action on it and ekart courier boy came in my office and told me to take back my complaint

                                      I ordered sum of 5 grocery items in flipkart, they billing the item and sent it to me, and also i paid for it, when i open the package 4 items only available in the package, when i raised a complaint about this, there is no reply, now i realized how they cheating peoples, i lost 500rs for that item, i did not expect this from such reputation application, its flipkart job to rectify the problem, but they did not care about this. .Pls peoples, be aware these kind of scam and buy directly from shop.
