I ordered(OD[protected] a Toshiba TV from Flipkart on 17th March 2023 and Raised return request on 18th March 2023 due to there was a issue with the panel.

This was a huge purchase for my family and they don't care about the after sale support at all.

There was no tech Visit from the Flipkart/Jeeves side. Calling daily and Still no response.

For 4 days they daily send me a message for tech visit and at the end of day no one comes and they send a message we were unable to reach you.

I call them daily to notify the Tech Visit guy to visit me daily give me "Not on your route."

Attached my daily call and Message they send me daily but don't work on it.

    We, TVS Electronics Limited, is a highly reputed company who has been engaged in the business of manufacturing IT Hardware Products and after sale services for Electronic Products for the past nearly 37 Years.

    It is to be informed that we had obtained GST vide no. 06AAACI0886K1ZF for our branches situated at Haryana locations in the year 2017. Recently, our company has decided to trade online through Flipkart. To achieve the same, our company has tried to enter into the flipkart site by filling the form triggered by Flipkart, but to our utter shock, while registering on the Platform with our company name, address, GST and PAN no. a popup message has appeared by blocking the page that the GST No. already existed in the site.

    Immediate after receiving the same, when we enquired about the matter with the Flipkart representative, it has come to our knowledge that one Mr. Jaideep Sharma has tried to onboard process in the year 2021 with our Company’s details like GST No. 06AAACI0886K1ZF and PAN No. AAACI0886K of TVS Electronics Limited. We would like to inform you that we have not assigned or authorised or allocated our Company’s PAN, GST No. to any person/ individual.

    We wish to know that how Flipkart on boarding system will entertain an unauthorised person to enter into the platform by using the third party GST details. It is pertinent to note that according to the Sellers’ eligibility clause in Flipkart ToU it is the responsibility of the Seller registering as a business entity should have obtained authorization from the concerned business entity to accept the ToU.

    In the present case Mr. Jaideep Sharma has neither obtained the consent nor authorisation from our company. It is Flipkart’s responsibility to conduct proper verification of PAN no. and GST No. of the seller’s while on boarding their Platform and inclined to inform to the concerned entity regarding the misuse of the entity details by any third party. In the present case, till date we have not received any intimation from Flipkart regarding the misuse of our company details happened in the year 2021. Considering the seriousness of the matter we urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide the investigation report to us.

      I made purchase of Woodland shoes from Flipkart at price of 2217 /-rupees, i received product on 19 March 2023 but in box i got both left side pair there is no right side pair . now how to wear shoes i raised complaint in Flipkart customer care but they rejected return as saying that it was open box delivery. I was not at home when delivery arrived, when I came home i checked then I found that incomplete product . Now what should I do

        We recieved a product that did not suit us and had quality issue so we requested for return, when the delivery person came he denied pick up saying that it has NO MRP/TAGS but the product came Without any tags itself.
        The delivery person denied pick up The failure of the seller to send product without any tags is causing us trouble . The Return failed again today as of 15th March, delivery guy came and refused the pick up for the 2nd time, mentioning the same reason. I had rapidly mentioned that product came without any TAGS/MRP.
        There have been no response from Grievance team, the customer care has no clue on why pick up failed, There social media page is giving copy/paste responses.Customer care number has no clue on problem.
        About 8 Pick ups failed despite tons of emails/calls/ messages

        They are marking it as resolved . If they can't pick my product than they should refund the amount.

          From last 29days i m stucked in the worst service by FLIPKART

          Issue faced in kurtas
          (poor quality poor stitches)
          Created return 10times but no visit for pickup by wishmaster on call denying to visit my address due to out of serviceble area and saying me to travel 23km and handover him the product
          Behaving rudely saying even if I create request 20times he will not come

                  I purchased realme C31 mobile against exchange of my old phone realme narzo 30a. Flipkart wish master come to my home and put the value of 2100 rupees of my old phone realme narzo 30a. Remaining balance amount 7200 I paid to delivery boy in cash because I purchased one year protection plan also which value is 200 rupees . The new phone realme C31 price is 9000 rupees. But I got message from flipkart your old phone realme narzo 30a value is revised and 2050 rupees paid by cash on delivery. The revised value is 4150 rupees. And it is clear in also bill invoice. The old value is 2100. Now the difference amount is previous value and revised value is 2050 rupees.Now 2050 rupees scam with me. Still I don't received my 2050 rupees. Flipkart Customer support services is very poor they do not want to understand. Everytime when I call customer care they reply we can't see your bill invoice. Here I attached screenshot and invoice bill for your reference.

                        1. My Flipkart account has been registered with this email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected].

                        2. My registered mobile number was deactivated 2-3 months ago and alloted to some other person.

                        3. The same person is mis-using my account with login with the mobile number and ordering items using my saved credit card and my registered credit option Flipkart pay later.

                        4. I have tried to change my old registered mobile number ([protected]) with new number ([protected]) but unable to change due to non availability of my old mobile number. I have also raised to issue through Flipkart app and also made a complaint to Flipkart customer care.

                        5. In view of the above, it is requested to change my registered mobile number([protected]) to ([protected]) avoid any further misuses at earliest in view of the seriousness of the issue.

                        6. My identity proof is attached herewith for your reference.

                        7. It is pertinent to mention that the person who got my number has placed two order on last two days from Flipkart pay later account, which seems criminal offence. Already an email has been forwarded to Flipkart.

                            @Flipkart is a fraud kart...i have ordered shoes from Flipkart and i have got used and little dirty shoes. I always make videos before getting product and have the same while opening the product. I have raised for exchange or refund but all my requests are denied by Flipkart or by seller. I have shared pictures with them many times and always they are rejecting them. I had called customer care and they said to raise it again and did the same. When i wake up next morning and i saw my account is blocked. What the hell! They didn't even msg or mailed me regarding that. I have raised complaint and now they are saying due to high returns your account is blocked. I didn't have any returns from my account except the wrong product i received. This is the gundagardi by @Flipkart. I recommend please don't use this app. They are doing blunders with people.#flipkartfraudkart

                              I ordered (Order ID - OD[protected] JBL PartyBox Encore Essential Speaker on 13th March 2023. It got delivered in nice packaging on 17th March 2023, however when I unboxed it the product was not brand new. It was used/Refurbished item and had scratches and dust all over it. I raised the replacement request (Return ID[protected]) at the same time and provided all relevant photos and documents asked by Flipkart. The replacement got rejected after 2 days stating that the box was not damaged as confirmed by the courier partner. I called customer care and escalated the matter and again opened replacement request. I am also uploading all photos which I shared with Flipkart where you can clearly see the it is not a new product and someone used or abused it before. There are deep scratches, dust etc everywhere on it.
