Hello, i ordered a shirt from Flipkart but i cancelled the order because of some issue and i waited for my refund amount but it's still not received, i contacted Flipkart customer care but they aren't helping me enough to get my money into my UPI I'd linked to my bank account

My payment done but order not placed showing and my order I'd number : PZT[protected]QAQL02 and refund my payment amount and please check and confirm my order and UPI Ref no.[protected] and flipkart UPI ID: partm[protected]@paytm, order date : 16/03/2023 time: 14:11 And all your officers are talking different.I was told earlier that your payment is complete and now they are saying that there is a problem with the bank.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. My Flipkart account has been registered with this email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected].

2. My registered mobile number was deactivated 2-3 months ago and alloted to some other person.

3. The same person is mis-using my account with login with the mobile number and ordering items using my saved credit card and my registered credit option Flipkart pay later.

4. I have tried to change my old registered mobile number ([protected]) with new number ([protected]) but unable to change due to non availability of my old mobile number. I have also raised to issue through Flipkart app and also made a complaint to Flipkart customer care.

5. In view of the above, it is requested to change my registered mobile number([protected]) to ([protected]) avoid any further misuses at earliest in view of the seriousness of the issue.

6. My identity proof is attached herewith for your reference.

7. It is pertinent to mention that the person who got my number has placed two order on last two days from Flipkart pay later account, which seems criminal offence. Already an email has been forwarded to Flipkart.

@Flipkart is a fraud kart...i have ordered shoes from Flipkart and i have got used and little dirty shoes. I always make videos before getting product and have the same while opening the product. I have raised for exchange or refund but all my requests are denied by Flipkart or by seller. I have shared pictures with them many times and always they are rejecting them. I had called customer care and they said to raise it again and did the same. When i wake up next morning and i saw my account is blocked. What the hell! They didn't even msg or mailed me regarding that. I have raised complaint and now they are saying due to high returns your account is blocked. I didn't have any returns from my account except the wrong product i received. This is the gundagardi by @Flipkart. I recommend please don't use this app. They are doing blunders with people.#flipkartfraudkart

I ordered (Order ID - OD[protected] JBL PartyBox Encore Essential Speaker on 13th March 2023. It got delivered in nice packaging on 17th March 2023, however when I unboxed it the product was not brand new. It was used/Refurbished item and had scratches and dust all over it. I raised the replacement request (Return ID[protected]) at the same time and provided all relevant photos and documents asked by Flipkart. The replacement got rejected after 2 days stating that the box was not damaged as confirmed by the courier partner. I called customer care and escalated the matter and again opened replacement request. I am also uploading all photos which I shared with Flipkart where you can clearly see the it is not a new product and someone used or abused it before. There are deep scratches, dust etc everywhere on it.

My flipkart account is showing blocked and I am not able to login it. Whithout giving me any warnings and notifications, they blocked my account and they haven't cleared that what I have to do about my 2000+ supercoins which are there in my account.

About complaint - I ordered a Luminous inverter which was sent by Flipkart in bulk. I have also made a video of its opening, I have full proof that Flipkart has sent brick instead of inverter. I have full proof, I want my money back. That's why I am complaining in the National Consumer Helpline, please do it and want my money back. Strict action should be taken against Flipkart.

Description: I have ordered boat rockerz 255 max bluetooth neckband of rupees 1199/- on[protected] and on[protected] i have received original product but it's not turning on so I have placed return and replacement request on same day and after that replacement product pickup and delivery on[protected] but after replacement i have received fake product under box of boat rockers 255 max. I have raised this issue multiple times with product images but no action taken till now..

My number lost so i can't able to login in Flipkart from that number but i have that account gmail which is [protected]@gmail.com and i want login from gmail

I had lenevo idea pad laptop on 13 march which was showing next day delivery but I didn't get my order and then they cancelled the order .very bad service

On 19 March 2023 Flipkart Delivery Person Called me & said I have come to your location for your Flipkart Order so I went & He said it's Cash on Delivery 1500 Something for a SALWAR SUIT
I said I have NOT ordered this so let me check my Flipkart Account, I checked it was not Showing in my Order Section

Instead of sending Organza saree they sent wrong product. I have called their customer care four times and raised return requests five times. Instead of providing the correct product, again and again the seller says that I have not provided clear images of the product. It has been almost two weeks now. Either Flipkart is scamming or the seller is scamming. They expect us to give up by making it difficult to fix THEIR mistake.
i raise so many times requests for customer but they are not able to provide resolution just saying sorry and all.

I suppose this Flipkart plus membership is just a hoax and of no use to the customer.
I have tried to reach out to customer support but nobody seems concerned about my issue and the calls get disconnected every time.
Whenever I ask the Customer rep to transfer the call to escalation team/manager they put me on hold and disconnect the call.

How Can Someone Order Cash on Delivery on Flipkart by using MY Mobile Number, Address ?
I want to Know who ordered this
This is FRAUD

Please provide the resolution i ordered saree but wrong product is delivered by Ekart now unable to process return product, why you are playing with customers i ordered different product but taking money and delivering wrong product

I purchased samsung frame tv in the offer in which bezels is to be supplied free by the seller but the seller did not supplied the bezels. After complaining to the customer care the complaint was not taken by the flipkart neither the flipkart helped in this matter this is a clear case of cheating by the flipkart together with the seller. Please supply the bezels at the earliest or i would be forced to take this matter to the ombudsman/consumer court for which expense would be also be claimed and relief for harassment would be claimed.

The size of the kurti was too small.The colour I have seen its very different.Therefore I want to return my refund as soon as possible.Thank you

I paid online but I did not receive my order yet.
And I got sms on 27 th February that my order delivered. I did not receive any OTP and Call. And it's delivered to someone else.
