Dear Sirs,
I cancelled the above ordered item, since the product package kept inside Flipkart's closed cover, was found tampered and a part of it namely, the tag with string, was missing and there was no invoice copy also kept inside. And the colour of the item is also different than what was ordered. Fine, I would have accepted even a different colour, but not the tampered packet without its accompaniments stated above. On cancellation I received an SMS Flipkart, as under:
"Return Request Accepted: The seller has arranged a replacement for Bizone ... from your order with order ID OD[protected]. A Wishmaster will pick up the originally delivered item by Tuesday, Oct 16, 2018. The replacement will be shipped within 1 business day of the pick up. Please keep the item in the product box along with accessories & tags ready for pickup. Please check your email for important details to ensure a successful pickup."
Flipkart messenger came to collect back the replacement requested item on 16th Oct 2018. As he could not give me any acknowledgement for having received the item from me, he returned the item to me stating I should speak to the customer care people..
I did not get any SMS for further course of action from flipkart, , but on checking flipkart account online, I was taken by surprise that they have cancelled my replacement request.
I fanatically tried their customer care numbers but to no avail. I thus posted a message in their website from my account after which, I received the following message:
"Hi, We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but we haven't been able to do so yet. We'll call you again by 17 Oct, 03:00 PM to help you with your concern. Please be available for a speedy resolution."
Someone from customer care tried twice but due to mobile tower and signal issue, could not even express anything. and never called back.
I want flipkart to:
1) Send Replacement of the complete item as ordered in an untampered packet
2) Send the original Invoice along with the consingment which they send usually
I guess, the packet has been opened and tampered enroute somewhere.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
The estimated delivery date was on 19th Oct 2018 But it hasn't been delivered yet. After checking tracking details it was shown " undelivered due to shipment damaged"( shipment got damaged from Flipkart's own shipping partner ekarts end).
When I called the customer support, they say it has been damaged during shipping and asked me to cancel this order and place new order. The price of laptop is @89, 990 now which is 28, 000 more than at which I ordered it. Even though I mentioned about the price difference and I bought laptop in big billion day sale, I was told the same as to reorder ignoring everything I said.
As a consumer I feels that I been cheated by the flipkart's service of providing me with offered price at which I made the purchase for laptop and failed to deliver in its promised delivery time.
Night I messaged the grievance officer at 12am and order got cancelled at 2 30am without my knowledge, they keep bluffing customers like this with names of big billion day and some xyz deals to make our time, money waste.
