I ordered watch on 16th oct 2018.
First delivery date mssg was committed on 20th oct 2018.
Second date postponed 22-oct -2018.
Now the delivery is postponed to 26th oct 2018.
When i contacted flipkart executive on 22 morning they said that the product will arrive today (22-oct-2018) by itself before 7pm!! Flipkart cheating customers and making fraud commitments??.. This is the 3rd time flipkart postponed the last date on this product!!! Items ordered after this purchase has delivered... Why are you fooling customers?? Not satisfied with your irresponsible service!! This is the second time i'm facing courier service problem!! Previous time there was not even a notification on the cancellation of the product!! I've lost the product (Wildcraft rucksack)!! When i contacted customer executive they said they can't revel the reason behind the cancellation.. It was ordered on august (I was not aware of complaining back then)..
Currently i ordered fossil watch for men.

    This is the message sent by flipkart. On 11th oct i had placed this order. I was suopose to receive this product on 17th. I did not receive it. Then i was given date of 22nd. I have still not received it. I dont know, has fliokart cheated me.

      I had bought a mobile phone (Honor 7s, 16gb) from flipkart (Order id: od[protected]. Within first 2-3 days its battery started draining rapidly and also some weird problems started occuring like auto-deletion of contact photos, improper functioning of contact search option, etc. We immediately called customer care and reported about the problem. The customer executive said a technician would come to check and troubleshoot the mobile and if the problem persists, they will refund the money based on the technicians feedback. After few days the technician came and after seeing the problems, replaced the mobile with a new one. After few days the same problems started recurring and so we called the technician again. This time after seeing the problems he said he will share his feedback with flipkart and they will refund the money. Next day, we called flipkart customer service to check when will the pick-up be scheduled for the mobile. We were surprised to find out that the flipkart wouldn't refund the money because the technician had given a feedback that the mobile was working fine and there wasn't any need to refund the money.
      We told the customer executive that it is not true, the technician agreed to get our money refunded but the customer executive said he was helpless as in his records the feedback was positive. Since then we have tried to call the technician multiple times but he is not answering any of our calls (Technician name: sandeep, mobile no: [protected]). Also, the flipkart executives are totally ignorant about our story and have closed our complaint based on the technician's lie. There is no transparency at all in this process. This is very annoying and dissappointing. We never expected this from a company like flipkart, have been trusting and buying products blindly from it but this is highly unprofessional. That mobile is useless and we are helpless. Please take that mobile back whether or not you refund our money! It will be a huge favor! This is highly dissappointing!

        I have placed an order 11th oct 2018. It was expected to be delivered by 18oct. But due to dusshera holidays it might got late. Today i waiting for confirmation to deliver my product. But i didn't get any confirmation in my working timings but around 9 i could see in my order my product got delivered. I don't know to whom they delivered my product.

        Can you please resolve my issue asap.

          Order for exchange of 2 pH. Old pH meet exch criteria but rejected for false reason it's damaged. After complaints I sent pics to cust support but they replied stating no revert from me. I called back but again just made me wait. Finally when I spoke to cust care they said they recd mail but couldn't open attachment which was not informed earlier. I sent individual pics n they abruptly cut call when I was asking complaint I'd or status of order. They have given harassment to cust by not addressing complaint correctly

            Dear sir

            I have ordered an iphone xs 256gb Gold anf have done payment at the time of order.
            Now today i have recieved my order and after opening it i got surprised to see iphone with white colour, not working, charger made in china, i think its down and put it on charging, it shows no blinking neither getting charge.

            I am surprised to see box cover mentioning iphone xs gold and got white inside the box.

            How is it possible . It means flipkart is cheating with cx. By not checking the product 'at the time of packing.

                Hi sir, Ordered poco F1 phone product on 11th Oct 2018 and till now the product not delivered and there’s no status available with the customer care. Have contacted the customer service many times and they don’t have the status of the product and they don’t have the deadline on solving my issue.Atleast Flipkart should be in position to provide the details of whereabouts of the product instead of repeating the same answer again and again.

                  I had placed an order for mi note 5 pro 6gb, 64gb on 12th october, order no-[protected], the initial date of delivery was 17th oct, flipkart logistics team fail to deliver it by the mentioned date, given another fake commitment that i can expect this deliver on or before 22nd oct, i have re-inquiry with the cs team today, now the new edd is 25th of oct???

                  I have given my office address (Opted for the workplace) when i have inquired cs team this morning regarding a reason for the delay, they said that the delivery has been attempted yesterday, on sunday, at workplace??? Another lie. Even if attempted, the delivery guy did not bother to give a single call??? Seriously??

                  I guess flipkart don't believe in tat or meeting the commitment.

                    I have bought Asus Zenfone pro max m1 from Flipkart, and there is a defect in my phone my phone had extremely slow 4g internet connection and call drops, I have placed an return/replacement on Flipkart and Flipkart has cancelled my replacement 4 times, I kindly request to take action against Flipkart, I don't want to waste my father's hard earned money on a defective phone, and there is no proper response by Flipkart.

                        Today I have received a Flipkart assured L'OREAL Smoothing cream bath that is totally fake..there is no seal on the product...and the cream is very liquid and watery...whereas the original cream should be sealed and thick in consistency...being a Flipkart assured product I was expecting an original product...My order I'd is OD[protected] in the name Amrita Chanda. I want my money back

                          I had ordered 3 laptops on big billion day
                          But i havent received the product and it says the product has been delivered.
                          Lenovo ideapad 320 core i3 6th gen
                          Dell inspiron 15 3000 i3 6th gen

                          It took too long for thre product to be delivered but when i got a mail regarding the product has been delivered i was shocked as i haven't received the product.

                          Neither the delivery guy called me neither i received any message from the logistics people.

                          I want the laptop on any cost

                            I ordered Ambrane Act-1 type C cable from flipkart on 14 Oct 2018, it was first scheduled to be delivered on 22 Oct 2018, but the date was rescheduled to be 26 Oct 2018, I did not get the product yet.
                            They do not update time period yet.

                            They are making us fool, How could u change the time period of delivery? I know this complain doesn't work because this is india. But ill tell this things 100 customer (with proof) don't buy any product from this site ever.

                              I bought the below order from flipkart. I have attached the invoice for the order.
                              The strips which were given along with the product is not working at all and it is expired. The strips show 2019 as expiry date but still they are expired and they are not working.

                              This is very sad that the customers are treated like this and are tricked by giving a product which is expired. I delivered this to my Mother who is a Diabetic patient, and she is not able to use this product from 2 months.

                              Finally, we got to know there are issues with the STRIPs. I live in US and my Mother lives in India.

                              I ordered this product online and when My mother is calling the customer care number [protected], they are asking for 10 digit number which is used to order this. I never used any number for ordering this product.

                              I would request you to please replace the strips for the product and ship another set of strips which are not expired. I would request you to please do not try to dupe/trick customers with these kind of expired products.
                              I would really like to see a quick action on this or let me know if I need to escalate this to other platforms.

                                  I booked a Titan NH1296BM02 Edge Watch Rs.10, 061 on your website and the product is delivered on sat 20th oct but you delivered the product is wrong the Box Model no is: NK1296BM02Aand inside of the box the price of watch is Rs.2800 only .so i need to return the product they are not responding me. how can they do like this we are trusting flipkart but flipkart trusting robbery. my heart was broken when i see this model it's totally rubbish.

I have booked two items from flipkart one spacewood and bed matrix, the two items was delivered on 8/10/2018 but instalation engineer people are not responded proper in time, they have come to my home today 22/10/2018 after 15 days delivered itmes. They have installed the spacewood completely on 22/10/2018. Hence, the bed matrix is unsize to the cot present sened size 78×60×06 and we requried size is 72×78×06. We are no idea bed size for fitting the spacewood cot. Hence i request please exchange the bed for compertable size to the spacewood cot. And satisfy tge customer. R

                                      On 12th October, 2018 I placed an order for an 1.2 ton Hitachi AC on Flipkart... payment got cleared but order showed error and did not get executed... since then I hv been following up since 10 days for refund but your team is unable to locate my amount.. I hv sent several mails and called up customer care who are least bothered and are postponing the resolution everyday.

                                      The Order No[protected]. Pl help me else I will hv to go legal as I am being charged interest on credit card. I will stop subscribing to Flipkart after 10 yrs.

                                        Ordered toyhouse avenger bike for my kiddo which was not upto mark..very cheap quality and battery was not working so placed a return request on the same day..after following up several times customer care executive said that return request cancelled by seller hence raising again..same happened 4 times..how can a seller cancel return request four times??
                                        he can sell any cheap product on flipkart??flipkart is having no control on seller??I have been following up since 25 days for return but still not a single person came for pick up.. i want my money back at any cost or will file a case
