I had ordered a mobile named xiaomi poco f1 on 11th october at 12.08 am. The app said the delivery of the product will be done in 2 working days i. E. By 13th october. The product was shipped the same day which means the seller had no issues. The order did not even reach till today as it was not picked up buy the courier patner on calling the customer care daily they just add up telling that our team will call you, the customer care team forced me to either wait till 7pm or cancel the order. I decided to wait till 7 pm, but to my disappointment my order was not delivered. Infact the next delivery date was revived to 17th october which is 5 days later and again yesterday next date was given of today that is 18 oct 2018 from 2 day delivery to 8 day delivery. Today that is 18 oct itself, the order is none of my use now. But my concern is since this is a prepaid order, flipkart has already earned interest of 2 days and will be earning more interest for next 8 days and if i cancel my order the return procedure takes 8 days more which means a total of 15-18 days of interest without even selling the product. So this to me seems more of a scam. If you are willing to do something for me and my product please help me in 24 hours with final call of my product or else i would file a case in consumer court. As per said on the call Flipkart has still not returned my refund as they told me that they have the power to overwrite and refund the money to customer but still they say wait till the product reaches the seller as already 6 to 8 days have passed after cancellation but still Flipkart ppl are giving new new reasons

    Hi! Greetings for the day! I am compalining about a mobile phone which was ordered on 11th oct, 2018 which is not yet been delivered after so many complaints done (Being paid the amount online). And now even the flipkart people don't know the status of the product. They are just giving dates & getting it postpone. It's a huge shame on such a branded company. We just can't trust flipkart & their sellers. They are just fake and ridiculous to deliver a single product even after haing a word with the seniors. They don't give you the right information and make you fool. Their sellers are the ones who gives wrong information to their company and even they get fooled.

      When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'login unsuccessful pls retry after sometime' (On app).
      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

      When I connect or play the game zone in starting buffering sometimes and after then show message as "something wrong here ". I tried desktop site, app version and also using other mobile for play game zone, but I cannot play the game zone ...I hope you will reply as soon as possible early.

          Product delivery delayed and customer care and courier executives given wrong information without attempting delivery at the time mentioned in the order. As the full amount is paid and expected delivery as per the order confirmation on 18 october. Very disappointed with the service.
          And now they are saying expected delivery as 24 october which is 6 days delay no proper communication from the flipkart and bluedart courier for order delivery ontime after full amount paid unnecessary delay is not acceptable

            Flipkart had a 10 days replacement policy and I had requested a return on the 10Oct which was supposed to be the last date for return but the executive are rudely saying me that that the return policy has gone off..

                In big billion days, i ordered a mobile phone on flipkart (Prepaid order) order number: order id od[protected]. And it was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct 2018 though as per the msg received yesterday. I have still not received it now. After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item. And tell me why should i reorder the item, which is id being sold at a higher cost now? I want answers...
                And i wanna my product asap. And flipkart team waste my time and forced me for reorder that phone sorry but i will not reorder okay and support team waste my time and nt helped me please help.

                  I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹68, 556. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered in a week.

                  After few days i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

                  I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

                  The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics.

                  After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

                  Now let me put three things clear.
                  1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
                  2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount?
                  3) why should i reorder the item, which id being sold at a higher cost (₹68, 556) now?

                  I want answers.

                    I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart order number:

I called in customer care several times from 3-4 days. They are just giving me assurance that i will get the mobile but suddenly i got a sms that my order gets cancelled. I called to customer care they told me that its not their responsibility. Who is responsible? I only know flipkart from where i ordered my mobile i don’t know the seller. Is it what your service? Do you think we can trust on you? Today is my wife birthday and i must give that phone to her as her birthday gift. Its terrible service from you. Are you fooling people? I need my order anyhow.

                      का था big billion day मैं मैंने order किया था जिसका पुरा पैसा मैंने advance में दिया हैं, पर वो flipkart के तरफ से cancel कर दिया गया क्यों, अगर नही देना था, तोह ऑर्डर बुक नहीं करना चाहियें था, कृप्या कर अगर नहीं देना हैं, samsung level u headphone toh कृप्या मुझे मेरा पैसा refund कर दे, आज के बाद कभी भी flipkart कभी भी order लेने और पैसा लेने के बाद समान नहीं देता है, flipkart पैसा लेने के बाद आर्डर cancel कर देता है।

                        I have book Mi Led smart TV from flipkart, with 5000 discount. My order was cancelled after four day without my knowledge, and when i contact customer service they said my address where not reachable.i have already taken many times delivery from flipcart at this address.                           Hi Team,

                          I want to register a serious fraud claim against the Order for a Samsung Note 9(Order ID: OD[protected]which I have ordered on 11th Oct during Big Billion sale from flipkart and price detail are as below:

                          Mobile price on website = 67900/-
                          Promotional discount= 3908/-
                          Exchange value - 6500/-
                          Pick Up charge Old handset = -100/-
                          final Amount for which the EMI will be applicable= 57595/ (6399.4 * 9 month)

                          Plus 8000/ discount - if I pay via Credit or Debit card with No cost EMI option(9 installment)

                          Now Come the Fraud-
                          1.) Yesterday I got the message and saw 57592/- has been debitted from my account and here is the question under which RBI guidelines you are deducting the amount from my account without my permission, I didn't gave the permission to deduct the complete amount from my account, Also Under No cost EMI why the complete amount is deducted.(Even though it is returned back after sometime)- Justify who gave the permission to deduct complete amount..??

                          2.)Now I get onother message today at 3:53 pm that ROI will be charged on the EMI for around 1.33% which was no where mentioned in the Flipkart website and I searched with all Terms and Condition in the SItes.

                          3.) The discount of 8000/- which is showing while doing order has been decreased to 3908/- and still I saw a 6000/- showing in the order.

                          I reached the Customer care and after the discussion they mentioned that they are transferring the line to seniour executive and disconnected the Lines.Now it seeem to be the fraud in the big billion day how they cheat the customer by showing something and giving something else.(Communication Reference No -IN[protected]­3)

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered one mobile phone, "ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 (with 6GB RAM + 64 GB Storage)", during the recent "Great SALE" on 11th Oct'18.

                            The Configuration of mobile, I have ordered : 6GB RAM, 64 GB Storage, 16 MP +5 MP Dual Rear Camera, 16 MP Front Camera with actual price of the mobile, i.e. Rs.17999 and Net Price after discount will be Rs.11698.

                            But, on 14th Oct, I have received the ASUS Mobile with Lower configuration, 3GB RAM, 32 GB Storage, 13 MP +5 MP Dual Rear Camera, 8 MP Front Camera. The IMEI 1 number is [protected] which is also written on the invoice received along with mobile and also written on the invoice received from the flipkart via email.

                            The funny thing is that the in invoice also it is written that handset has 64 GB handset which is not matched with the box configuration which is 32 GB. Means that nobody is looking at once while packing the same. I am amazed that there is no maker / checker principle in FLIPKART.

                            However, on the same day, I have lodged the complaint for return the product and raised the request for sending the correct product as per my purchase / configuration and I have not opened the packing of the box also as that is not my ordered product.

                            After so many mails & complaints to the Flipkart Customer Care no.[protected], I have not found any fruitful resolution till now. Everyone is saying that we are checking and we will revert to you with the resolution.

                            On 17th Oct'18 at 3.18 PM, I have received the mail from the Flipkart that "Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand."

                            There is no reason mentioned in this mail why the seller has rejected.

                            I have again called the Customer care but same thing they also do not know the answer of rejection and again raised the request and send me the mail with these wordings "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 18 Oct, 4:00 PM. "

                            I am unable to understand what is the problem/issue with Flipkart and how can seller reject the return request. Any layman can see there is issue of sending the different/ lower model to the customer with the Higher price during the "GREAT SALE".

                            Still awaiting for Flipkart revert.

                            To justify our submission, I have shared all the documents with Flipkart (Invoice Copy from Flipkart, Invoice copy received along with the Handset, Pic of the Mobile box wherein the IMEI number, 3GB RAM & 32 GB Storage details are appearing).

                              I ordered Jockey Trunk of RS 549 but I received Jockey of RS 219. I purchased for products in offer price. I received a different item then I call Flipkart for replacement, Flipkart says only Refund available no replace option is available from seller side (RetailNet). and then My cashback also be deducted if I return product. I said Flipkart for all products return. They says No fauy in other products so it's not possible. I Shopped through Flipkart because an offer and Cashback. But by a Different product delivery Flipkart deducted my offer price purchase benefit and Cashback too.
                              In past also Flipkart and Retainet frauds with me by delivered duplicate products. I want legal against it, please help and suggest me

                                I order product on 11 oct 2018 and it has been delayed. Not deliver yet... Constumer care not helping... On ekart it showing product missrouted and product location just changing from one place to another...
                                And customer executive not giving solution... I won't buy anything from flipkart now... This is disgusting... Its been 7 days and i am still waiting for my products... And i am not sure it will be deliver or not... I will till tomorrow and if not deliver tomorrow i will cancel order

                                  I've purchased mobile phone on 16.05.2018 with buy back guarantee policy and i am entitled for purchasing a new mobile by using buyback guarantee worth 15401 on my oppo f7 but could not avail it as it gives out error on both desktop and mobile platform saying abb is not enabled for your account.

                                    Order id od[protected] for samsung 345 ltr fridge has not been delivered and the online advance payment of rs:26090, rs:2499 and rs:100 are still not returned to me.As per flipkart refund id:[protected] and refund id:[protected] the amount has been transferred on 14/10/2018.But till this time amount has not been credited to my sbi account.Please do the needful actions at the earliest.

                                        I have raised a complaint regarding my issue with the Flipkart to refund my gift voucher on 13th Oct .

                                        No proper action is taken, If we are calling customer care, they just tell us they have been escalated our complaint and wait for 24 hours or 48 hours our team will resolve it.

                                        But,

                                        Already it's more than 5 days, there is no refund or getting voucher back to registered mail ID.

                                        Fed up of co- ordinating with these things.
