I recived the following text msg today -
Dear customer congratulations, you are winner of flipkart company online shopping. You have been found win the-1st prize (Tata safari car). Which marketing price amount rs-12, 80, 148.00/-the charge of registration - rs-6, 600.00/-this is to do deposit on[protected] valid for today. For more know deposit details flipkart customer care toll-free number-24x7 helpline[protected] contact no-[protected]

And after an hour i recived a call from [protected] asking for depositing inr 6600 for a certificate of winning. I questioned his authenticity and recieved a blunt reply stating they're a multinational company and conduct such contests regularly without prior notification and then he asked me for sharing my pan adhaar and account details.
I just want this to be brought to notice and that no one should be preyed upon like this.

Hope this complaint serves its purpose and whom so ever is concerned with the task for managing such fraudulent activities, kindly take proper measures so that no one gets fooled and also please see to it that flipkart and similar concerned companies get notified about the same.

I have orderd 3 t-shirts from jack and jones brand in which i have received only one and i haven, t got other two but invoice has been sent for the 3 t-shirts. If i call to the customer care department of flipkart they are not responding. Please do the needfull to get my money back or help me out to get the orderd product. If you want i acn send the invoice copy which i have received.

I ordered my new mobile vivo v11 in exchange with redmi note 3. My order i'd:- od[protected]

The delivery boy rejected my redmi note 3 and said the side molding is not up to the mark.

My mobile is totally scratch less, not broken from any side, screen is also scratch less and good, overall mobile is matching the flipkart terms and conditions.

[protected], i have booked ladder online from flipkart however today dated 22/10/2018 i have received cancellation order from flipkart stating that seller viz., sagar asia pvt ltd has cancelled your order, i am highly disappointed with last moment intimation from flipkart, i cannot understand when at the time of booking proper stock was available and there was absolutely no problem then why the seller has intimated and cancelled the order last moment ie. At the time of delivery viz., after 7-10 days of order. When had a telephonic conversation with mr. Fatim shaikh (Floor supervisor) he also gave me the same reason and was totally helpless in this regards

Request higher management to take my mail as an 1st step towards my grievance, also note this is highly disappointment from flipkart and will recommend all to never do any transaction with company.

I ordered woodland men khaki casual under the order id od[protected]. After long time they are sending please cancel the order and re order. At the time of order the price of the product is different and present the price of the product is different.

So those people are not processing my order and they are holding my amount for these many days.

The flipkart people are forcing me to cancel the order by sending mails and making calls to mobile.
And if i contact customer care they are giving very ridiculous answers to customers.

I have ordered travel bag in flipkart one week ago. I am supposed to be able to receive it by tomorrow. But, today i got mail and message as delivered to my address. I have even received an invoice mail also. However, i didn't receive my order yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And also say me what i have to do further to get my order.

My order is rebook shoes order id od[protected] was cancelled in delivery date with out any information me. I[censored]r company unable to delivery this product why show this product. I am very unhappy happy with flipkart for this type of work. I want this product with same price. It too hurt me this kind of work. Pls do ur delivery system better other wise costumer so many problems.

I ordered a phone on 12th oct 2018 and the expected date of delivery was 17th oct 2018. It has reached bangalore and is been misrouted so many times in bangalore. It is so irresponsible of e-kart. Everytime i call flipkart customer support, they trll me to wait for more 2 3 business days. I have waited for 10 days patiently but now this thing is not getting solved and i need my phone by tomorrow. I can't even cancel and reorder it as it was under the offer. Please resolve the issue asap.

I ordered for 3 pairs of curtains but i received only 1 pair and that to different product and they charged me for all 3 pairs when i called them they gave me resolution that was really bad now my money is gone and i just have 1 pair that too of pathetic quality and colour as dint expect them to do such thing to a regular customer. I will never purchase from this site.

I have booked a mobile real me 2 pro on sale of[protected] at 7:28 am.
The order number is od[protected].
It was about to dispatch on[protected] & delivery on[protected].
But as of now it was not shipped.
I was made a complaint on[protected]. The representative escalated the issue & informed me to wait till[protected].
Today i got call & instructing to cancel the order & for rebooking.

The product is not available at this moment. If it’s not delivered why they have not conveyed at very instant. Are they thinking customers are fools for keeping such a long time in waiting.

Please do the needful

I received redmi 5a mobile on 13-10-18. But i got incoming call receiving problem & censor problem. L had given replacement compliant. Three times your jeeves engineer rishikesh visited & not solve the problem. He got problem after that he says to flipkart no any problem in the mobile. What kind of strategy of jeeves engineer? I talk with flipkart superwiser vijay mishra he said your problem is sure solved.

I have ordered whirlpool refrigerator on 12th oct'18 and received today but when i checked there was dante and damage at right hand side bottom of the fridge. So i requested for replacement today itself and it has policy to replace till 30th oct'18 but only refund option is available while submitting the request. So this is really not fair, i want replacement instead of refund because i have purchased during big offer days and if i want to purchase with full mrp price why should i go for online shopping.

So requesting you team to intervene in this case and help to resolve the same at the earliest.

This complaint i am registering on behalf of my friend because he is not aware about consumer rights. So he purchased a wireless logitech keyword along with wireless mouse in combo. Which he received on proper date but when he tried to connect with laptop then only mouse was working but keyword isn't i. E. Keyword was not getting detected on laptop. So referred to product model code of both keyboard and mouse there was mismatch. Keyboard was with proper model code that is mk240 and mouse with improper model code mk212 but on box it was written mk240 that means no original product has been delivered or it is molest with the original product. So this is really no expected from such brand names.

Now, that he approaches for replacement but only refund option is available then. So at last he requested for refund for twice but it is cancelled by flipkart which is really terrible. It's there mistake then too without giving any specification they are cancelling his request.

So consumer complaints team requesting to intervene in this case and help to get this resolved at the earliest. Please find the below mentioned details for your reference.

Dear sir, this is to informazioni you that i ordered a mi led 4 pro 55 (Od[protected] unch tv from flipkart. First order was cancelled by the seller and when i ordered a new tv which came today the box wasnt ladies properly while half of the box is damaged and there is pegion # on top of the box and side of the box. Seller: consulting rooms pvt. Ltd. Hope you would take some action on seller.

My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in flipkart sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs. 1799 whereas i tried to open my account for last last 3 weeks which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. If customer don't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my id. Even when they blocked my account i have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how i tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 15 times within past 3 weeks. They are not helping at all.

They dont render me any assistance, just keep forwarding me emails that this issue will be resolved.

They allowed me to access my account but again blocked it after a purchase was made.

सर मैंने 10 अक्टूबर को numeruno शूज order id - od[protected] आर्डर किए थे जिसकी expected date 16 oct थी पर वह ऑर्डर मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिला । एक और आर्डर जिसका ऑर्डर आईडी नंबर- od[protected] है जो मैंने 13 अक्टूबर को ऑर्डर की थी और 17 अक्टूबर को मुझे मिल चुका है । और यह दोनों ऑर्डर सेम अकाउंट से है ।कस्टमर केयर वालों से कई बार बात हुई पर वह कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं दे पा रहेलास्ट टाइम जब कस्टमर केयर से बात हुई तो वह मेरे को खुद ऑर्डर कैंसिल करने के लिए बोल रहे थे और एड्रेस मिसमैच भी बोल रहे थे जब मैंने उनसे पूछा कि यह दूसरा आर्डर कैसे आ गया तो वह कोई जवाब नहीं दे पाए ।मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरे ऑर्डर को जल्दी से जल्दी पहुंचाया जाए नहीं तो मुझे कानूनी सहायता लेनी पड़ेगी और हरासमेंट का केस डालना पड़ेगा

Product price is more on website and product quality is very poor. How flipkart can sell product on more than double mrp on flipkart website. Product mrp is 287 inr rupees than how flipkart can sell it on mrp 599 inr. It is totally fraud with customer so return my money back asap. I have called to customer care for the same but no action has been taken so far. There is very poor customer service provider by flipkart and we are not excepting this from flipkart.

I buy motorola one power mobile. I got the mobile on 17 october 2018. I file a complaint on 18 october 2018 for replacing this mobile.
In this device have many issue like screen not working properly and many time scroll up and down problem. And many others and on this device write android one on back panel its erase halfly.

I ordered Asus zenfone max pro M1 on 14th Oct the expected date of arrival was 20oct but I did not receive and now it is shown in my account status that your order has been automatically cancelled by seller how it can be if I ordered I must recieve it so please receive my order just now I request personally

Everytime i call the customer care, they keep on saying that my refund request have been initiated and will be processed shortly. But haven't yet refunded the amount! I am really disappointed!
