Past one week i have been struggling to get refund credited for orders i canceled.
I received no support from their end, however, i connected with the bank, escalated the matter and they have mailed to my registered mail id that there is no such payment with the given reference id [protected] has been sent to my bank account from anyone. Bank also confirmed there is absolutely no problem with the bank account as i have received another different refund from flipkart on 11th october and one more from amazon too.
I have sent them detail of mail from bank and my current dated bank statement copy. It is a clear case of cheating/misleading - all other refunds including from flipkart, are being credited except this particular one they are claiming with bank ref id [protected].
My bank account statement clearly showing the payment has not been credited, bank also written the same. Now it is very clear whatever they demand, they have not refunded the amount - there is no proof they have given so far.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the balance 521 credited on 20th October.
As per Flipkart the same was refunded on 10th October, but after much struggle at last the refunds were credited on 19th and 20th October.
Not a single person tried to find out if really the payments were refunded (that too for an order cancellation without any shipment/return hazards) - if it is not credited then where the amount is stuck. The only monotonous reply I got "the payment has been refunded by the seller vide bank ref id 1549935395, please lodge a complaint with your bank" - I am sure this was pending with Flipkart itself and after escalation I have received refund.
Thankfully this transaction was a small amount, but the harassment can be for bigger products like washing machine or AC as well - I have bought those products earlier from Flipkart !!
Not at all a place to shop online anymore - credibility completely lost. At the end of the day, Flipkart lost one customer only because of non co-operating and robot type unfriendly customer care and escalation team, who are keen to give blunt responses, not assurance.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Obelix Despite giving all proofs I haven't received the refund, and bank's confirmation the person kept on insisting me to raise a dispute with bank's higher officials.
Call from escalation team is extremely irritating as they absolutely give blunt recorded response and not interested to solve the problem!! I have never seen such blunt people like their escalation team!!! It's more substandard than customer care since they are expected to be better.
Even if we imagine there was a problem with bank for this transaction, still the refunds must have gone back to flipkart as this evidently has not been credited to my account. That is a standard process and Flipkart stands responsible for not admitting the same.

Updated by Obelix I got a partial refund of above ref ID [protected] today. Though amount of 521 is still pending.
