Flipkart is fraud. I ordered a benetton hard case trolley bag worth inr 5500 and i have received a unbranded 300 bucks worth duffle bag. Customer service is very poor and does not provide any help. Back end team is still investigating, don’t know what. It’s been 10 days now already and they could only manage to reject the return raised without any reason.
