Color: shale black on 11th october during big billion day offer period with offer price of rs.56096., i ordered this laptop via credit card, the money got debited. Today while tracking the order, it displayed the above message " out of delivery area (Address pincode mismatch) and it got cancelled. I have made plenty of order in flipkart using same address and product got delived except for this laptop product. Currently the price of product 33000 higher than actual. How people can buy the same product again with different higher price?. We people order something online with trust and security we get from these services. Very unhappy with the services. Finally unhappy with flipkart and very much unhappy with ekart services. Provided address : 2/239, thiruvalluvar street, m. A. Nagar, redhills, chennai ph: [protected]. Please help to re initate the same product to same addreess with same price as i ordered. Also dont scam/fraud people who trust your service.

    I ordered a moto z2 play (Lunar gray, 64 gb) from flipkart on 11th october 2018. The order id is od[protected]. The headsets arrived on 14th october. The outer packaging looked intact. However, type seal of the box provided by motorola was broken. I immediately call customer support team and return request citing missing complain. He told me before 25th october my issue is resolve. After that, 22 october 2018 received mail your current return request has been closed.

    My account is blocked. I am not able to login my flipkart account so please unblock my account and provide resolution.

      I have ordered poco f1 from flipkart at 13 october and flipkart had given me estimated delivery date of 18 october. The the product has reached to my nearest hub on 15 oct but they are not dispatching it.
      So i have waited till 18 oct but they have not delivered my product
      So i called flipkart to register a complaint after i complained they said they will deliver it by 22nd of october but they didn't do it as well.
      I have lose my patience and called to the nearest hub of flipkart on 21nd oct for the details of my product. First the executive said me that your product will be delivered to you by 6:00 pm today. So i waited till 6 then i called him back but he did'nt received my call and then he switch off the phone. So i called him next day on 22nd oct the second time he said that "sir your order is cancelled with prepaid now you have to pay the delivery boy by cash" so i said what about my prepaid money he said "i will give you your money right back in 2 minutes" so i said then give my money back so i can withdraw the money from atm and give it to delivery boy. Then he said sir you have paid the order from debit card so you have to give me your card number then you will receive otp on you phone you have to give it to me at that time i get it that he is doing some fraud so i just hung up the call and then i call back to the flipkart customer care and said all about the fraud they said sir please don'nt give any information to anyone your order is not cancelled. And you will receive a call from our customer support center. So after 30 minutes i got a call from customer support center and the said they will deliver the product within 48 hours. Means on 24th of october. Today is 23rd so i think i just have to wait till tomorrow. Below is the frauders number

        I bought nokia 6.1 plus on 16.10.18. During charging it overheating. The battery temp. Is 49 °c and thermal temp is above 80 °c and not charging after 80% battery the technician will come and check my phone for 15 minutes charging the battery temp. Is above 46 %. But when i charged my phone for 1 hour it's temp. Is above 49°c. I have complained 3 times now i want to go for consumer court. If my problem is not resolve ok

          I ordered whirlpool washing machine on 10th october 2018. It was supposed to deliver on 16th october 2018 during 4 days big billion sale.

          But till 16 october there was no progress for the delivery. So i called flipkart customer care for the status of my washing machine deliver. They replied that order has been approved by seller. But there is delay by logistic team. We will give you final resolution on this order by 20th october. Again i called on 20 oct morning, but still flipkart was not sure about what is the status from logistic team. They ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. On 21st october flipkart representative called me to tell that washing machine is not deliverable to me. And i have to put order for cancellation.

          Order put on 10th october was supposed to delivered on 16th october and got cancelled on 21th october and now order status is showing that order cancelled by you.

          Does this mean that i have cancelled order? Who is responsible for cancellation of order? Your seller or flipkart logistic team?

          It looks like flipkart is showing false sale on their website with fake offers so that temporary sale boost up and credit will be received.

          I am attaching herewith snapshot of my flipkart account order.

            I am deeply disappointed with the way your customer service is behaving. I have raised a complaint on 3rd october regarding my debit card being used by someone else for 21k. I was told that orders will be cancelled and i will get my money back in 8 business days on 8th october. I waited and called back and they extended it again i waited. I called like more than 7 or 8 times. Every time i call they extend it to 24 to 48 hrs. Its been 20 days. Every time they say concerned team will contact you which is false every time. They never called. They only send templated emails and i reply on to that and i don't get response to what i asked. Just irrelevant to the context of what i asked. Every time i call, i have to speak or wait on the call on average of 30-45 mins. I am a loyal flipkart plus customer since long time. Even when this issue is not going good i still bought things on flipkart on bigbillion day worth 60k.

            Wish i conveyed my problem clearly. Iam writing this because i'm sure that the issue i raised havent moved an inch. There is a huge communication gap between the one who answers the toll free number and the payment issue team.in this process i spoke to 8 executives and 3 floor supervisors and yet i did not receive a call or my refund. Frankly i do not have the information on what is the status of the issue. I am actually on hold when i am writing this 😳. I was on hold for more than 10 mins already.

            Please look at this as a serious issue. Not just about me but about the communication between your teams. Hope i am giving a valuable feedback.

            Hi I have seen your complain and felt that this is what they are doing with everyone because this same story has happened with me and coincidentally from the same date.

            Even unauthorised transaction happened against our account on Flipkart for an amount of 19000 by someone else On 2nd of October 2018. Where is the company against Flipkart customer service on 3rd of October and they have just replied us that the amount will get refunded back in 8 days but we have not received anything till now.

            The are not even bothered to respond on a email as they keep on increasing the resolution time and Everytime we contact to them having zero information about our pending cases and they pretend to register the complaint at first step. More than 19 days passed chasing you but no help received.

              I recently ordered a rn5 pro via flipkart and got it delivered on 15th oct and was facing screen bleeding issue so i requested for replacement using the return policy available but my request got cancelled as technician gave false info and rejected on false basis then i immediately called flipkart regarding the same but flipkart is not helping me and continously fooling me. I also have atleast 25 call recordings of all the correspondence alongwith the screenshots of twitter conversations in which they are just providing me dates and nothing else also telling me to repeat the same procedures again and again also on call record they said that the tech visit was also fake so i again i am requested to wait this fooling is happening again and again.
              So now i am requesting one simple thing is that i should get the market value of the product refunded to my account and take away the phone after this, as it was birthday gift to my dad im also in a emotional as well as financial loss so please help me asap. Hoping for your co operation. Thankyou.

                I purchased a samsung mobile from flipkart on dtd 12 the oct 2018, and. I cancelled it on 15 the oct, but flipkart has given delivery on 16 oct to another person who is a staff of my office. Suddenly i react and call the delivery boy through the mobile, but has not replied. Now flipkart not cancelling, not returning, and forcefully saying just took with you. How far it's justified.

                        I have ordered redmi note 5 pro in exchange with moto g4 plus (Order id-od[protected] on 11/10/18. Ecart boy has came to me on 14/10/18 to deliver the product but he refused to accept my older one which was beyond the flipkart t&c. I have called to flipkart help line they assured me over call that i will get my product within 17/10/18. Butvon that day a mail has been sent to me to send some pics of the phone. After that i have called flipkart helpline that now i am not interested to exchange my old phone and i will pay the exchange value and a fake promise given from them that i will get my new mobile on 18/10/18, 7:00 pm. After that i have called several times (Approx 15 times) that i don't want to exchange my older one and i will pay the extra amount but intentionally they are delaying to deliver my product. Every time new date has been given to me though the product is still now at the nearest hub. Now i need the solution within 24 hours.

                            I ordered watch on 16th oct 2018.
                            First delivery date mssg was committed on 20th oct 2018.
                            Second date postponed 22-oct -2018.
                            Now the delivery is postponed to 26th oct 2018.
                            When i contacted flipkart executive on 22 morning they said that the product will arrive today (22-oct-2018) by itself before 7pm!! Flipkart cheating customers and making fraud commitments??.. This is the 3rd time flipkart postponed the last date on this product!!! Items ordered after this purchase has delivered... Why are you fooling customers?? Not satisfied with your irresponsible service!! This is the second time i'm facing courier service problem!! Previous time there was not even a notification on the cancellation of the product!! I've lost the product (Wildcraft rucksack)!! When i contacted customer executive they said they can't revel the reason behind the cancellation.. It was ordered on august (I was not aware of complaining back then)..

                              This is the message sent by flipkart. On 11th oct i had placed this order. I was suopose to receive this product on 17th. I did not receive it. Then i was given date of 22nd. I have still not received it. I dont know, has fliokart cheated me.

                                I had bought a mobile phone (Honor 7s, 16gb) from flipkart (Order id: od[protected]. Within first 2-3 days its battery started draining rapidly and also some weird problems started occuring like auto-deletion of contact photos, improper functioning of contact search option, etc. We immediately called customer care and reported about the problem. The customer executive said a technician would come to check and troubleshoot the mobile and if the problem persists, they will refund the money based on the technicians feedback. After few days the technician came and after seeing the problems, replaced the mobile with a new one. After few days the same problems started recurring and so we called the technician again. This time after seeing the problems he said he will share his feedback with flipkart and they will refund the money. Next day, we called flipkart customer service to check when will the pick-up be scheduled for the mobile. We were surprised to find out that the flipkart wouldn't refund the money because the technician had given a feedback that the mobile was working fine and there wasn't any need to refund the money.
                                We told the customer executive that it is not true, the technician agreed to get our money refunded but the customer executive said he was helpless as in his records the feedback was positive. Since then we have tried to call the technician multiple times but he is not answering any of our calls (Technician name: sandeep, mobile no: [protected]). Also, the flipkart executives are totally ignorant about our story and have closed our complaint based on the technician's lie. There is no transparency at all in this process. This is very annoying and dissappointing. We never expected this from a company like flipkart, have been trusting and buying products blindly from it but this is highly unprofessional. That mobile is useless and we are helpless. Please take that mobile back whether or not you refund our money! It will be a huge favor! This is highly dissappointing!

                                  Order id : od[protected]

                                  I have placed an order 11th oct 2018. It was expected to be delivered by 18oct. But due to dusshera holidays it might got late. Today i waiting for confirmation to deliver my product. But i didn't get any confirmation in my working timings but around 9 i could see in my order my product got delivered. I don't know to whom they delivered my product.

                                  Can you please resolve my issue asap.

                                    Order for exchange of 2 pH. Old pH meet exch criteria but rejected for false reason it's damaged. After complaints I sent pics to cust support but they replied stating no revert from me. I called back but again just made me wait. Finally when I spoke to cust care they said they recd mail but couldn't open attachment which was not informed earlier. I sent individual pics n they abruptly cut call when I was asking complaint I'd or status of order. They have given harassment to cust by not addressing complaint correctly

                                      I have ordered an iphone xs 256gb Gold anf have done payment at the time of order.
                                      Now today i have recieved my order and after opening it i got surprised to see iphone with white colour, not working, charger made in china, i think its down and put it on charging, it shows no blinking neither getting charge.

                                      I am surprised to see box cover mentioning iphone xs gold and got white inside the box.

                                      How is it possible . It means flipkart is cheating with cx. By not checking the product 'at the time of packing.

                                        The flipkart has delivery me a fake lenovo backpack. The order id is od[protected]. Never expected that flipkart would implement such digital online models. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on Oct 22, 2018 and will be completed within 5 working days post successful pick up. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
