I have buy a new ivoomi phone from your online shopping website flipkart and i have got sound was very very low and camera result is very poor and than i make rerun request at 26/09/2018 but your executive said he collect my phone in just 48 hours but still he cannot pickup my phone and i call 3 times customer care but they always said he collect my phone in 48 hours but now this day he not collect my phone.so please do some necessary action on it.

Had conversation with customer, customer wanted refund for the product . Informed to customer that replacement is possible for damaged or defective product but there is no issue in product, so as per policy refund can not be provided.

      To whom so ever concern,

      Subject – no cost emi option not applied after the purchase of the product

      The item purchased on 27 th august 2018 with order id: od[protected] was subjected to no cost emi option but the option has not been applied for the product purchased. This item was purchased with axis bank credit card with complete no cost emi option available (The same was displayed under the search bar for applicable banks).
      The flipkart customer care team was explained on this issue as soon as the credit card statement reflecting payment of full amount rather than emi option was shown and they told us that there was technical error on the day of the purchase and hence the option was not applied to the product so we will have to pay the entire amount. This is not acceptable since the amount is not small and also as customer i feel cheated so please help us solve the issue by providing no cost emi option on the product purchased.

          My personal information got leaked.

          I received a call from an unknown number[protected]th sept) claiming to be flipcart and explaining that i have won a car and i need to dispense a certain amount online and come and collect the car. I didn't give much thought to it since i know of fraud calls.

          But i received another call today ([protected]-1st oct) claiming to be from the govt. Of india - department called g. I. D. This time i won a phone and i could choose which one from the list of options provided. This is when it struck me that how come they have my details.

          I called flipkart cusotmer service and spoke to them. Explaining the whole situation asking for an explanation. That these callers had not only my number which is considered normal these days, but they also had access to my exact order details and address with pincode. They took it so lightly as if it was nothing. My personal details, address, order details with a scammer was of no issue to them. It was perfectly okay. If i receive a call with all these details, how is it possible for a customer to know that it is not flipkart but instead a scammer??? I like any other customer could have easily been fooled and transferred the amount - an online transaction that would have given away my account details too.

          When asked for an explanation, they said please ignore, they are just fraud calls. Since you insist, we will surely take your feedback and escalate it to the respective team. But when asked whether i would get an intimation that the issue has been resolved and that such leakage would not happen again, their simple explanation was it is an internal matter and it will be internally resolved. Period. How is leakage of my personal information to scammers an internal issue for them. And as a customer who entrusted them to maintain my privacy how do i not deserve an explanation and an assurance that this shall not happen again. Who gave them the right to disclose my information to 3rd parties. I am sure there would be other customers who would have received such calls, some would have been even fooled and lured in by the offer.

          Now that i check on website, (https://www.indianweb2.com/2017/08/29/flipkart-reportedly-leaking-costumer-data... this leakage happened in 2017 and it has still not been resolved since i received a call in sept 2018 and again on 1st october 2018. And with what confidence did the customer care commit to the issue getting resolved internally if it has not yet been done in a year. So the flipkart authorities are well aware of this goo[censored]p and leakage and still they think nothing of sharing or leaking a customer's personal details. If it is not their fault, at least put up a disclaimer bold and clear for customers to steer clear of such fraud calls. Even that was not done by this brand. And the reply was a rude we can’t do anything about it, we can excalate it to be taken up by the internal team and you will not be notified if it has been resolced. I beieve this internal team is either leaking information or been at it to resolve the issue for about a year and nothing as come of it and customer data is still there out in the open for scammers to do what they feel like, not to mention the trouble and tension they put us customers through.

          What surprised me was that even after complaining to customer service twice and speaking to a senior (Smitha) other than other executives lakhsmi and sonia, they acted ignorant and said this is fraud call don’t cooperate with them. That’s it? What are you doing about it? As a customer don't i have the right to be notified what action is being taken to resolve this leak? And why pretend ignorant when this issue has been there since last year? How can it be an internal matter for flipkart when they are dealing with leakage of customer data? That is the end of flipkart for me.

            The tv got delivered to me on 18 th august 2018 and today is 30 september 2018, which is almost one and half months where i hardly used the tv around 3-4 hours maximum. The main issues are

            1. The tv is getting off almost after every 15 minutes where the power indicator is also not showing and every time i plug it on it will start working and getting off after 15 minutes

            2.in the ad shown in flipkart its mentioned as b9 pro but i believe the product delivered was not the same and just b9.

            3. The screen has some scratches too.

            2. The wifi is continuously getting connected or disconnected in a span of 2-3 seconds.

            I reported this issues to thomson on 23 september 2018 and i got a reply on 24 september 2018 under the complaint id : jtrv[protected]. The warranty is only one year and almost two months are over now while waiting for the resolution

              I have not seen any cheater company like flipkart in my life till date. Now i am explain why.

              I have to inform that i am amit pandey and my registered mobile no is [protected] and i had placed apple i phone 6 order on 21st sep in the exchange offer. On dated 22nd sep your field boy came and checked my old phone and pic the phone on the same time i called to your customer care and told that they are not give me any conformation slip and he said please give the phone to field boy, after 3 hr i receive a msg and in the msg the mention word is "your pickup is failed due to device is damage' again i call to customer care and he says that your expected delivery date is 25th sep so please wait you will receive the product on given time and i am escalate your concern to top management.

              I am call to your customer care again and again and talk many people like (Sanny, shivam, sanjay, and many person) but no one help me regarding this and still i am not receive my old device or any new device. Now i believe flipkart is very wrost service.

              Now finally i am saying if my problem is not resolve i will make a fir and go to consumer court finally.

                I have orderd a asus zenfone max pro m1 (Blue, 32 gb) (3 gb ram) worth of 10, 999/-. Order id:od[protected]. But flipkart seller *vision star sended me me a * (Itel brand keypad mobile worth of 999/- i have told the issue to flipkart customer care. But still flipkart not solving my problem.                 Flipkart — flipkart seller *vision star cancel my order "OD[protected]" of asus zenfone max pro after i prepaid through HDFC debit card (10% discount given). After that when i call to his executive to ask the reason for cancellation they told me the stupid excuse that it was out of stock. i told him that when it was out of stock then why the order was placed. Then they simply avoid my question and told me that your money was within 1-2 weeks.
                I want this phone not the refund.
                I want justice.
                Same issue I had with I have purchased “Moto E5 Plus (Black, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM)” on Flipkart (seller name: Vision Star) they given me damage product speaker is not working even I dint use 1 hour so that I asked replacement product since this company defect so Flipcart assigned Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd assigned C.MANOJ [protected] this guy investigated my phone and acknowledge phone but finally give wrong info to Flipkart so they rejected my Return product so all guys please don’t believe these cheating service try buy product in local store.

                    I ordered a Puma sweater from flipkart order id is od[protected]., when i received my product i found its size is too large, i placed instant return request within 30minutes on same day i received the product september 27 2018, next day wishmaster came and inspect the product and said price tag is missing so i can not accept your product, same day i placed again return request and I spoke with flipkart customer care and informed there is no price tag when i received the product they understood and taken my complain, yesterday again wish master came and denied to accept my product, Like this 3 times the pick up request has raised and 3 times service request has raised from backend team of flipkart. But my product was not taken from me.

                        I have purchased thomson 40"smart tv. Presently it is not working. Complaint was registered to to [protected]@thomsontv.in on 28/09/2018 and my complaint reg. No. Tm201873. Please followup my complaint and help me to resolve my problem at the earliest. The screen is completely blank. First smart functions are not working.                           Hi,

                          I have iedereen groceries with order id OD[protected] on sept 23rd sunday. The expected delivery date is Sept 26th wednesday. Since sept 26th order status is showing as shipped and will be delivered today. 4 days passed still the status is same. I have called customer support for 5 times every day since the expected delivery date only to get reply wait for today and it will be delivered. But only in vain 4 days passed.

                          Customer support are saying they cannot even cancel the order and refund amount as the order status is shipped and ready to be delivered. No one could track where the order is.

                          My amount has been blocked for 1 week now and I could not even buy groceries from local store and could not cook or eat food as I wish because groceries has emptied.
                          I have sent mails to grievance, customer support head, sachin bansal and bunny bansal mail id's and did not any response.

                          Attached screenshot taken on 29th Sept where the status is still showing the product will be delivered on sept 26th.

                          Request to take severe action against the firm for causing the mental tension waiting for the product for 4 days daily and for blocking the amount not allowing me to cancel the product or deliver the product in time causing me to starve or not cook food i wanted.

                          My number not shared with delivery guys and they cannot reach my number from their app.. not sure what is the problem, my number works fine and even flipkart customer support guys able to reach me without any problem. Finally one delivery agent cared to come to address and delivered. As flikcart not able to reach my number no point in placing orders again from flipkart. Uninstalling app..

                            Actually 3 months ago flipkart has locked my account because of the too many returns as stated by them .But to be true maximum return was done by the seller itself because of the low availability and sometimes price error and i also asked flipkart to enquire, but they never did and directly locked my account even though i was not involved in any illegal practices.
                            Ok, this is one issue, another issue is like i told them after continuous twitter messages that, ok i dont need my flipkart account because it was so hectic as they don't even used to give me proper reply .I told them that i have 2200 flipkart gift voucher inside that so, please atleast get me back that gift voucher as because it has nothing to do with maximum return and it was bought legally.
                            Still they don't seem to reply properly in twitter and customer support people is so annoying that they don't even bother about my frustration.
                            My point is simple that "you have locked my account because of maximum return (that too not done by me) but my gift voucher has nothing to do with that .
                            Please help me to get my genuine account back .

                            Today one flipkart executive called me asked me to describe the issue, i described as it's mentioned above .They agreed to give the refund and send me the link to provide the bank details .I did watever i was asked but still they din't credited the gift voucher amount.And again one auto generated message came from flipkart that 'We sincerely apologise that we cannot agree to unlock the account because of maximum returns'.It's such a harassment, same company behaving in two different way to customers .
                            I won't stoppinig poking flipkart unless i dont get my deserving money because i know i didn't do any wrong.
                            I am attaching the screenshot for better reference and want to show the harassment level .
                            Let everyone know about it .
                            At 12:10 they send me one link to provide bank details
                            at 12:23 i shared details as they asked
                            At 5:58 they are telling they can't give because of maximum return .
                            Please sort me a solution for this, seriously i am so irritated with the situation even though i didn't do any wrong

                            @Flipkart customer care worst experience ever .

                              I have been updated that the product is going to get delivered on sept 29...still in the system it is showing the same... customer care executive says it's changed to till October 4...it's showing that this product is in dum dum Kolkata since Thursday...I don't understand how many days it will take your logistics team to deliver a product over a distance of 14 kms..it's really shame on your service

                                I got a call from [protected]. He asked whether we have ordered something or not and when I said no, he again asked the same question. I again answered no (angrily).But he abused me by speaking some slang I cut that phone. He had called previously 2-3 times but this time he used the slangs. Further I am upset how did he came to know my number and how could he use the name of flipkart . It directly means that information may be leaked from flipkart.

                                I have bought a Thomson 32 LED TV on 04.05.18. Speaker not working after 4 months.
                                I have raised the complaint on 29.08.18, still the same is not resolved.
                                I am not able to use the TV for that last 30 days and there is no response from Thomson Customer care team.
                                Worst experience.

I contacted Flipkart on 23rd Sep. Then a technician from Flipkart visited on 26th Sep. and verified the bottom display of the phone.But the issue is not resolved yet

                                      This is to inform you on very urgent basis that our information submitted during shopping with flipkart app has been tracked by frauds and they are giving us fake calls for prize money on behalf of your app and asking for transaction money to be paid before as they have to deposit prize money by cheque as they said. While conversing with me they have all our details related to your shopping app. This is happening due to either weak security levels at shoppers side or someone responsible for the security of information provided by customer may be providing our details to such fraud people. As this is very serious matter do the needful as early as possible and depending your response to this matter we will decide to further shop online or not at your app and will suggest the same to friends and family.

                                      Action Taken : Spoke to customer on [protected], customer said he is receiving fraud calls and SMS. Apologies for the same and informed customer to raise a complaint in cyber crime. Customer said he already did, hence informed customer to follow up with them. Hence customer agreed, closing the case.

                                        I placed an order of adidas cloudfoam slippers on wednesday.. But i received a different slipper. I raised a return request on thursday. Again i made a call to make it fast. I mailed them regarding this andthey promised me to solve the issue before 28 september. And again i called them but still asking for two days time. I request for refund of my money but still they are not accepting my request and making me to wait. Please take immediate action regarding this complaint as soon as possible.
