I'm facing a big of problems from flipkart. I ordered the redmi note 5 pro smartphone from flipkart. But when i received the product, i did not get main product, data cable, and user manual in the box. I got the box, charger, back cover, and sim ejactor pin. After this, i called flipkart's custom helpline line and told the problem with me, in the custom help line, i was told that sender beef replacement is being sent in lieu of flipkart. And the product that was given to me earlier, the charger, the back cover, and the sim agent attach it with the box will take the flipkart. But when my replacement product came, i went to the receive, then delivery boy refused to pick up and did not even deliver my replacement. So i request flipkart to resolve the problem with me as soon as possible and to deliver my product properly. But so far i have not solved my problem by flipkart.

      I ordered phone on flipkart with exchange policy but delivery person not accept my phone he took my phone and check by his senior also they are telling body damage no any damage body no any issues to phone why then you are just for marketing start exchange policy delivery boy said display fault and his manager told body fault not display two person two fault if you are just start policy for finding our phone fault then you are useless...
      Next time not use flipkart anymore not even suggest anyone to buy on flipkart

        We would like to inform you that we had placed an order of Apple I phone 5 with order ID OD[protected] on dated[protected] and the delivery was received on[protected]. When the packet was opened on 30th July 2017 we were shocked to see that the contained a stone instead of phone in it. Immediately we contacted with the customer care department of Flipkart and all the required details were disclosed to them. We were assured that the packet would be replaced within 11 days after due verification.

        I was Waiting for 11 Aug..but I have Not Receive your any Response...then i was Call For Customer Support in 13 Aug...flipkart customer support said me Your (Dinesh Sharma) New Request is registered...Then i will Complaint For Consumer helpline (Docket no:-866588)...in 16th Aug Customer Support Call me And She was said me your pending request is cancel and new request is registered...and she also said me seller approved your request ...and your delivery date is 19 aug..but 19th aug i have not receive any parcel or product (I phone)... Then i will call Flipkart Customer Support And I was say her to i need for refund Because I am Already Purchase A phone...She will Say Me Your Refund Will Be Paid In 2 Working days...And I was say 'please tell me fix date of refund'..then she was say 23th Aug is last date for refund ( I have Call recording For Prof Of Evidence ) ...but today 24th Aug.. i have not receive any refund...so i was call for consumer helpline ( Docket No:- 880735 )..

        i have face many trouble ...but today i have not receive any product and my money is waste...so i suggest to all please do not shopping From Flipkart..Flipkart Is Fraud and Fake...

          Hi,

          I ordered a mobile phone & cover from flipkart on jul 28th '18 with an order reference od[protected] and payment of ₹11, 118 of was done via sbi onlineapp, the corresponding shipment was delivered on 31st july.

          Later on july 16th august again a sum amount of ₹11, 118 was deducted from my account, on this day i haven't received any otp for transaction which is the usually the procedure.

          When i inquired flipkart they are pointing fingers towards sbi and vice versa by sbi.in this situation i am helpless and confused thinking who has actually got my money and hence looking forward for your help.

          Attaching my account statement wherein transactions has been highlighted (Please note that in both transactions reference numbers are same) simultaneously anticipation for the most favorable response & support from your end.

            There are three products of which i have not received the refunds. All the three is saree product and payment for them was done online through debit card.

            I have not received the refunds for these products even though the returned products has been picked up. Its been almost 2 months and i have not received the refunds for the same. I have also contacted my bank but they too are saying that no amount has been credited to my account. The bank also told me to contact flipkart which i have already done but flipkart still claims to have credited the refunds. Please do look into the matter and take some actions.

              I ordered a msi gv series laptop through flipkart using my debit card. It was shocking that i couldn't find any order in my account although the money got successfully transferred. Neither i received any message nor any email. I want my money back or my order must get placed soon. I am not able to track my order or to contact customer care. Whenever i call, the person is too busy to respond. I need my issue to be resolved as early as possible

              Kindly respond to this complaint. It is sad to see such a bad service from flipkart.. I am a regular customer too.

                I have placed return request of my product about ago 15 days. After the deliver agents are coming for pickup and rejecting pickup due to price tag missing, but when ever i got the product with out price tag. they are asking the price tag but i did not receive the price tag.i called customer care almost 5 to 6 times. in the last call they disconnected my call also. while returning all are matching brand, color and some related things also.

                On call flipkart support told me this time my product will be pickup with out any issue. But again same thing happen while picking the item and asked for price tag again. How funny they don't have also internal communication. how can we assure this type companies.

                      Hi,
                      In most of the product they are showing price more than the actual MRP and showing discount as the excess amount they increased. The discount they are showing is not at all a discount. They are cheating the consumers by showing false discount.
                      Today 31st of August 2018 I'm seeing the MRP of Nokia 6.1 plus in the site as 17600 and they have given the final price as 15999 (After a discount of 9%) Image is attached for reference. In the Nokia official store also the final price is 15999 without any discount (Image attached).

                      Actually there is no discount is given by Flipkart but they are showing like there is.

                      If they are not providing any discount it should show as it is rather than cheating the consumers.

                          This is my first time experience with flipkart, I live in UK and I ordered LED TV for my parents and there is no wall mount in the box and the fitting guy coming to fit the TV on the wall tomorrow 01.09.2018.
                          One of the lady call from fitting services and she said for TV Installation and for wall mount you have to pay 800 Rupees. My Mom and Dad are old they can't deal all these. so I am emailing you guys that in the description its clearly say there is free fitting including wall mount in the box.
                          I am not sure these TV installation people or company trying to Rob old people(My Parents) this is completely unacceptable.
                          I hope you will take this seriously and take action against these activities demanding extra money for Installation and also that lady said to my Mom on the phone keep the TV on table why you want on the wall. I am sure that's non of her business where we want TV to be fitted on the wall or on table.

                              I have purchased google pixel 2 xl phone on www.flipkart.com on APRIL 13TH 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.10000 cash back on hdfc credit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date.. It's been 90 days and i have not received the cash back amount of rs.10000. Also i even called flipkart customer care couple of times but they have not providing the proper reason.

                                  I had order a mobile Samsung J6 32gb on 19th Aug 2018 & flipkart promise to deliver on 20th Aug that mean next day.
                                  But don't know why its still not deliver to my address.

                                  I have placed many complain to your customer care and they give my only 48hrs on each complain but no resolution happened.

                                  Now when i going cancel the order its automatically got rejected.
                                  Your customer care executive also did the same many time as u can see on my order details but still rejected by there also.
                                  And they have no solution for this.

                                  Now what i do at this moments.
                                  I need my money back and i don't want any mobile from here.

                                      I've paid for an order in Flipkart through debit card for a sum of 2596 Inr.. The amount was deducted but payment was failed..

                                        Flipkart had cashback offer on google pixel 2 xl for Rs. 10000 by paying through HDFC bank debit/credit card and I am eligible for this offer as I ordered the product through HDFC Bank debit card (Order Id: OD[protected] which was delivered to me on July 2nd 2018.

                                        This amount was supposed to be credited into my account by Aug 30th 2018 as mentioned on their website clearly. The date's passed and the amount is still not credited. I contacted Flipkart support multiple times and they are not giving me proper answer and asking me to wait more and more. Please help.

                                        I am attaching the snapshot where it's mentioned that cashback will be credited by Aug 30th 2018

                                        When I try to call Grievance Officer, both numbers don't have incoming call facility(they are barred) and the corporate office number is wrong.
                                        I have the same issue. they have given me 4 dates till now, but not credited the cashback yet. I am thinking to report this issue to Consumer forum.
