I've purchased mobile phone on 15 march 2018 with buy back guarantee policy, so according to that on 154th day i'm eligible to upgrade to a new phone with a value of rs 4, 500 by returning my old phone, so exactly on 16th of august 2018, i could not avail it as it gives out error on both desktop and mobile platform saying abb is not enabled for your account / imei / warranty details as undefined,
Nearly 10-15 conversations have been done so far over phone/email/facbook messenger, they have promised me twice that issue will be resolved within 23 august 2018 within 3.30pm,
No response yet!
By far i've missed all the offers running on website and couldn't get my new phone for the policy that i was covered during the purchase period,

Complaint marked as Resolved After having lot of calls with them, I was able to get differemce amount to my bank account, but still I lost ₹1500 during the period as I could not avail maximum buyback value so I was able to get reduced value which is ₹3500
All these frustration and loss due their technical problem which they failed miserably to get it solved. till today the actual problem do exist
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Customer care representative also ain't giving any solution..
What to do ???
