I have purchase mobile from flipkart before 1 month i got product is demaged and charger missing in box. This issue not resolved by flipkart.

I have 25 times complain and received two mail from flipkart. Will add 799 in your wallet. But this amount is not reflected in wallet. And mobile cover is damaged.

    I had a pickup from last seven days. No one came here for pick up as they said i have to deliver at their office. Finally a guy called and he said he waited but on wrong way and agaim prdouct was not picked and he said again deliver it at their office. If i have to deliver at office. Then why they hired delivery guys.

    I am totally not satisfied with the service of flipkart pick up from palampur station.

      On aug 1st i decided to make a order for a study table of rs 4399, after clicking the pay button via online payment through axis bank, the amount got debited twice and the app crashed, after logging into flipkart again through my registered phone number [protected], there was no order available or confirmed, i have been chasing up with regards to my refund since august 1st all the agents keep doing is moving the case forward by 3 days, again today morning after speaking jai from the escalation desk for 45 mins he asks me to wait till 10 aug, i feel im being mentally harssed, i have sent them my bank statement copy along with sms messages.. Please do help me.. As almost 10000 rs has been debited.

      I have approved payment of more than 6000 rs in flipkart affiliate program and also my account is verified but still no money is received they are also not replying to my mail, not even a confirmation that my complaint has been submitted, pls help me. My payment was approved in mid of July but still no payment has been received.

        Hello.. I ordered a redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and the phone is ordered for official use for my company.. When i called and personally told them i need a proper gstin number and vat no. They declined my request saying we dont have an option for this.. The seller fails to provide such kind of bills... I mean how u fair is this.. How can you not give a proper invoice when the customer is demanding
        Ridiculous... I want to know why this is so..

          I raised return request for my ordered product immediately Next day after delivery. Due to Flipkart issue it was not pick up and I did not receive refund. On follow up with Flipkart they raised multiple requests and keep cancelling them without my permission. I am expecting refund for my product.

            On 18.07.2018 i had order ladies watch zulla stay 5 nos order no[protected] from flipkart against paylater option. Flipkart delivery me only 02 nos of watch in damage condition. Due to this i cancelled order and requested for replacement. Then on 23.07.2018 i got replacement. But after that flipkart disable my account. Now i have to pay flipkart rs 4359 but they had disable my account due to which i am unable to make payment and payment last date is 10.08.2018. I had also email to them for this issue at [protected]@flipkart.Com but there is no response received from there end. I am tried to call at there customer care no but nobody pick the call.

                I booked temper glass for redmi note 5 but received some other temper glass which is bigger than my mobile size.
                Now a days why flipkart charing more on delivery even when my order is more than 500rs.

                As per ur terms and conditions i cant able to return the product.
                If i received wrong product i should get refund and return the product but why putting rules as favourable to dealers who sents incorrect product.

                This is not my mistake why should i lose my money 175rupees.

                Kindly take action and replace the product or this will be my last order in flipkart.

                Really very bad service in flipkart where you can check the product what dealer is sending to your customers and also late delivery with delivery charges.

                  Opted for : 1 day delivery for an additional charge of inr 70

                  The product did come to the nearest hub as expected but after that they punched in saying there is an address pin code mismatch, whereas i am residing at the same address and with the same pincode. Other etailers like amazon have delivered to me at the same address and pincode.

                  When i had called the customer care on the toll free number, they informed me that the same will be delivered by 07:00 pm. However, when i called around 07:00 pm again to the customer care, they said the address is wrong, but i reinstated that the address is correct and the pincode as well. Next the agent tells me to cancel the order and order again, for reasons unknown. Next she also said that her manager, mr deepak sharma told her to ask the customer to given another house address. Its funny how they expect a person to have more than one house in the same city.

                  If you see the auto city update in this section itself, it says the pincode belongs to serilingampally, hyderabad. I wonder why flipkart's courier vendor says its a mismatch. I feel it is to protect themselves legally as they dont have to refund the amount, if its a mismatch. But i wonder how they will prove this.in a day, when we see its a digital india, flipkart continues to exploit its customers. Pity to see that they did not even bother to respond and the manager conveniently ignored my call, even after i was put on hold for about 5-10 minutes.

                    Even after 2 tech visits flipkart is not replacing my phone as promised. I experienced camera hang, unwanted heating, wrong compass direction etc. Thrice my request is rejected and twice tech visit is done.
                    The tech visit was done first time and the guy he saw that the camera was in a hang position, he installed and reinstalled the camera, it started working.. Then he recorded simply a video for 20 minutes in fully ac environment. The moment he left my request was rejected..
                    The second time also the tech guy came again did the same and saw the compass issue and also wrote the same, the temp he recorded was 49 deg in fully ac. But still the moment he left my request was rejected.. The flipkart is fooling and harrasing their customers by fake promises

                    I know u are delaying this and not accepting anything. I tried again and again a tech vsit is arranged. I recorded 46deg and 49deg and u have record of 45 only.. U r cheating ur customers.. But i ll not let u decide what is to be done with customers..

                      I got redmi note 5 pro device defected as the sim slots are not working properly. I requested to replace this device, flipkart arranged a meeting with an authorized technician to get my issue. He found the same problem but he updated the wrong information to flipkart that the issue is resolved. Then my request for return was rejected. I contacted flipkart regarding this and they assured me that they will help me definitely. 8 days passed away but they didn't gave any solution. They asked me to visit service center but I had requested in policy period so why should I go to service center. Then they assured that they will call me for resolution, but they didn't. I am a student and a self businessman. My work nd time are disturbed.
                      Now I'm tired and wanna file a case.

                          In reference to my order id "od[protected]" asus zenfone max pro m1 phone that was purchased under the exchange policy of my xiaomi 3s prime handset.

                          the concern part is my handset is almost in very good condition there is no screen damage or any dot on the screen because it is old for a year so on the back side the color is removed but not from every where apart form this there is no fault on the screen and phone is in excellent working condition but your delivery guys executives cleary denied to take the phone because and they said they have to take the approval first .

                          my concern is if the phone is in excellent working

                          condition with any spot of damage on the screen how can they denied to exchange my phone i have already paid the rest amount through the credit card so kindly

                              I ordered a Honor 7a from Flipkart on 18 July 2018. The order ID is OD[protected]. The headsets arrived on 20th July. The outer packaging looked intact. However, tye seal of the box provided by honor was broken. I immediately placed a return request citing reason the item was missing. He told me before 25th july my issue is resolve. After that, I was wait from 20th to 25th july. Again i am calling 26th july so he told your compailnt is regarding charger not product missing so i am telling no any issue in charger my problem is my product is missing after that again my complaint is register. After that, I called Flipkart customer support to narrate the whole incident. They assured me that the complaint had been registered and an investigation team would be calling me to ask for details. It's befor 7th August.I have chaecked email 29th july i have received gift card 400 rs in my flipkart account then i am calling customer support team so he told me this gift card regarding charger i am telling no issue in my charger my product Honor 7a is misiing he told me don't warry your complain is already registered befor 7th August or 7th August provided you resolution but Today 7th August Till now no any call came from investigation team. Again i am calling customer support so he told me your replacement date(only 10 days) is expaire so no any take complaint this product if you want Honor 7a so please place new order.

                              We've interacted with the customer and provided by the call logs info as self-serve return clearly states that the speaker issues and second contact from the customer related to this mobile phone was telling he didn't like the product feature and hence wanted to return it, we denied as per the seller return policy and moreover customer complaint telling charger is defective so Rs.400 was provided as a goodwill amount and the same has been utilized by the customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

After that, i called flipkart customer support to narrate the whole incident. They assured me that the complaint had been registered and an investigation team would be calling me to ask for details. It's been two days and i have not heard anything from them. I am losing trust and becoming restless as i go through other customer's complaints.

                                  I bought a phone cover of rs 269 but was faulty so returned it. They even sent me message, as follows:-
                                  Refund Processed: The refund of Rs. 269.0 for your order OD[protected] is successfully transferred and it will be credited to your account by Jul 28, 2018..
                                  But today is 1 August and i havnt recieved the amount.
                                  The size was not the one I ordered, I ordered 8.5 whereas I recieved 8

                                    When i booked a mobile iphone5s 16gb worth 16770 in flipkart, they delivered me a stone instead of phone. When i had written multiple issues the flipkart used to give me a promised date and used to skip my issue. Like this i waited and finally ni resolution is there. I don't know why they are taking money and sending this type of products to online paid customers. Amazon is good compared to flipkart as they won't send these kind of stones and chest. They are not even accepting the return request in their site. Please look into my concern and refund as soon as possible

                                    Customer raised complaint regarding product missing, we have interacted with customer and informed seller has approved for the refund hence told refund turn around time closing the case from our team
                                    I'm ordered a product worth rs. 787 on 20th july. And order cancelled on the same day because of delivery takes long time. Same day i procwss for refund. But today is 29th july till this time no amount is credited to my account. What will do. Whom i call. What is the next step

                                      Recently i purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 fron flipkart. My order id is od[protected]. I ordered the phone on 26th july 2018 and received it on 1st aug 2018. Right after the delivery i notice a black spot on my screen. I checked it carefully and got to know that it was a dead pixel on the screen. Soon after i requested for the replacement. A technician visit was schedule. On the other day, the technician visited had no knowldge of smarphone and technical. He showed him the black spot on the screen and also told him that display has a dead pixel on it. He doent know what a dead pixel is and tells me he will talk to his senior abput this problem. After 1hr leaving from house, i got a message that my replacement was cancelled as there was no problem in my phone. I talked to flipkart about this issue and they again schedule a tech visit. But no technician visited and i got a message that your tech visit has been completed. I talked to flipkart about this fake tech visit. They said they try to solve this problem in 2 to 3 days. But after few days diidnt reslove my issue about fake tech visit. After this flipkart arrange tech visit for the 3rd as 4th time. But again no technician visited and i got a message that tech visit has been completed and replacememt was canncelled again.4 times there was fake tech visit update issue. But flipkart did not resolving my issue and not replacing my defecting mobile phone. I even call then alteast 10 times but there is no resolution. Also the phone is under replacement policy.

                                      my complaint was resolved as flipkart again schedule the tech visit even after i provided them with the copy of the wrtten letter from asus service centre they asked for. Already told them about fake tech visit update almost four times that no technician visited my house and updating fake visit completion there partnered jeeves company.

                                      My friend is order a redmi note 5 pro mobile for me in sell of 20 july 2018.last day of delivered my mobile 30 july 2018.but today my order status for delivered my mobile is postpond 3 august 2018. the number of order my mobile is [protected]
                                      I had ordered few books from this e-commerce platform and to my surprise the amount got deducted from my bank account without the order being placed!!! this is highly faulty from such a reputed company! i want my money to be refunded at any case and in a short span of time please!

Then next day on 24 july again i was trying via card then failed but card payment i received refund then my order goes cod on 26 july your ekart logistics sent me link for online payment via phone pe i paid but both transactions confirmed.
