Flipkart recently introduced an overall rating score for all its seller. It can be seen under the Performance Overview tab. Since most of the sellers have not been given an option to do Fast Fulfillment there rating for this filed is 0. This rating heavily impacts 95% of the sellers and only the big and powerful sellers benefit from this.

Our question to Flipkart is if we do not have the option of Fast fulfillment available with us, why are you deciding our rating based on that? Shame on you Flipkart for favoring the big and powerful seller.

    Hi,

    I have received the item with broken lids, the same day I have raised the return request for the refund the money. Almost 7 times I have given the request and got canceled again and again. I have spoken to customer care till manager level regarding my refund of money. But no action on the same. Can you please take the step for refund my money.

      I have ordered Sony ear phones on 16 of this month and after some time I cancelled the order I had did my payment with phonepe in which 75rs was paid using phone pe and remaining amount from my debit card now the refund of 75rs was done to phone pe immediately after cancellation but the amount paid using debit card is not received .       I ordered a blue Levi's Jean on 5th July 2018. It was prepaid order. Order was returned on 8th June 2018.
      Flipkart not refund my money. When I asked them they said we refunded on 5th June. Worst experience with Flipkart, worst customer support.

        I ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 on 28th june, the item delivered at 3rd july was defective so I requested replacement on 9 the product was picked and on 10 new product was shipped to me(expected delivery date was 14th), at 12 the product reached cochin and on 13th the product is out for delivery at cochin(129km away from my home)without any message or calls and at the end of the day it's telling undelivered due to receiver requested delivery on another date (no such moves made by me).The same thing happened on 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, and today.contacted flipkart but they are telling the item will reach you by 7pm.my money 13000 is with them and not giving either the product or the money.MADE MORE THAN 20+ calls and 10+ chats.i suffered a lot and behind this from 28th onwards, i need my 13000 and compensation for cheating and wasting my time(making 2to 3 calls, waiting for courier consecutively etc).PLEASE DO HELP

          This is to bring to your attention that I have ordered a "Motorola Pulse Max Wired Headset with Mic" worth Rs 899 as per the offer on the site, and also added an extra Rs 140 for same-day delivery. My total bill amount is Rs 1039. Initially the payment was supposed to be made through COD but then I changed the option and decided to pay online. But upon trying to do so, the transaction failed but the money had been debited from my account. It has not been credited back yet despite it being a failed transaction. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

            Dear Sir

            Not Refund of Money against the Order cancelled by Flipcart

            I wish to inform you that I ordered for a Mobile Handset ( Readme 09) through my friend’s Flipcart Account (Shri Samyak Barik ) on 04 July 2018. The price of the product of Was Rs.9999/- ( Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine only ). The payment was made through my Axis Bank Debit Card. IImmediately after the order was placed, a message that the date of delivery of the product would be 06 July 2018 was sent to my friend. A little after that another messagte came that my order had been calcelled by the seller, was received and it was also assured that the amount would be refunded. But, the amount of Rs.9999/- was not credited back to my account. A complaint was lodged in response to which Flipcart Authorites assured that the issue would be resolved by 18 July 2018. Till today the amount has not been refunded to my account.

            I feel that it totally unbefitting of an organization like yours to hold back a customer’s money in the way you did. I would, therefore, once again request you to arrange for immediate refund of my amount failing which I shall be constrained to appeal to higher forum and claim compensation for causing anxiety to me . The details of my identity, order placed with flipcart, and bank account are given below for necessary action at your end.

                          I have ordered an iffalcon tv 55 inches from flipkart Jeeves engineer came to my home to install it but they found broken screen tv.                                 Under this Order ID OD[protected] I pre-paid for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Black, 32 GB) on 16.7.2017 with fulfilling exchange t&C by flipkart. But at the time of delivery delivery boy refused to accept the old mobile with excuse of scratches on back cover. But the t&c of exchange is as under :

                                By participating in the exchange, I confirm that I am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the product mentioned above (device).

                                I understand that the following checks will be conducted by the wishmaster who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:
                                • Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the Flipkart Website at the time of purchase of the new device.
                                • The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to the charger.
                                • The IMEI of the old device, provided by me in the Flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.
                                • There should not be any cracks on the body of the phone or on the screen. The screen should be intact and buttons should not be missing or damaged. The display should not have any spots or dead pixels.
                                • Battery should be seated properly and should not be swollen.
                                • The screen lock should be disabled (all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc. needs to be deactivated).
                                • For Apple iPhones, i-Cloud account should be unlocked.

                                I understand that in the event the device is not working or the delivery executive is not able to do an iCloud unlock check or screen lock check / IMEI check due to a phone being 'factory reset or if there is any mismatch in the information provided by me regarding the device, then the exchange offer will be cancelled and the wishmaster will neither hand over the new device to me nor take the old device. Any amount paid at the time of purchase of the new device will be refunded as per the refund policy of Flipkart, subject to deduction of pickup charges as provided below.

                                I confirm that device which I am exchanging under the exchange/ buy back program is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc. and I have got the clear ownership of the said device.

                                No accessories (earphones, charger etc.) will be collected at the time of collecting the old device.

                                No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old device will be collected during collection of the old device.

                                I understand that the price quoted for the old device at the time of checkout is the final price offered by the retailer for the old device. The final price will be inclusive of all discounts and other offers available on the product exchange program.

                                I understand that the old device is being bought by the retailer from whom I am purchasing the new device solely in exchange for the purchase of the new device from the retailer. There is no other consideration due from the retailer or Flipkart to me for availing the exchange program.

                                I understand that for old devices which are Windows, iOS devices and previous versions of Android, or, where the exchange program is being availed from the Flipkart.com Website or Flipkart Mobile Website, I will receive a flat rate as the value of the old device depending on the brand, model and the result of the check conducted by the wishmaster.

                                I understand that for certain select devices which are running on the latest version of Android Operating System, there is a program for real-time condition assessment which may provide me a higher exchange value for my old device. The following terms and conditions will apply for the condition assessment of the old device:

                                a. The old device should be running on the latest version of the Android Operating System.
                                b. The old device should be accessing the Exchange program through the latest version of the Flipkart App.
                                c. The entire online quality check will have to be completed on the old device and no test should be skipped.

                                d. Flipkart has the complete and sole discretion to provide a higher rate or apply the same rate for the exchange of the old device once the condition assessment is completed.
                                e. I understand that agreeing to the condition assessment program will allow Flipkart and its third-party service providers to access my device, solely in relation to conducting the assessment of the quality parameters of my device. In the event my device is eligible for condition assessment, I hereby agree to Flipkart and its service providers accessing my device for the purposes of conducting the condition assessment.

                                I agree to indemnify and keep indemnifying Flipkart, the retailer and any future buyer of the device against all or any third-party claims, demands, costs, expenses including attorney fees which may be suffered, incurred, undergone or sustained by Flipkart, its affiliates, the retailer or any future buyer due to usage of the device by me till date.

                                I confirm that all the data in the said device will be erased by me before handing it over under the exchange program. I also confirm that in spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data is still accessible due any technical reason, Flipkart or the retailer shall not be responsible for the same and I will not approach Flipkart.com or the retailer for any retrieval of the data.

                                I hereby give my consent that my personal information that I have provided in connection with this exchange program might be processed, transferred and retained by the retailer and other entities involved in managing the program for the purposes of validating the information that I provided herein and for the administration of the program.

                                I understand once a device is sent by me to Flipkart, in no scenario will this device be returned back to me.

                                I understand that different yields will be provided for different devices.

                                I understand that the new device delivery and the old device pickup will happen simultaneously (hand in hand) and I shall keep the old device ready to be given for exchange.

                                In relation to shipping charges of old device I understand that I will have to pay pickup charges towards shipping charges of old device as mentioned in the checkout page. The pickup charges will be over and above the exchange value of the old device. I understand and agree that in the event that the exchange offer is cancelled as a result of the old device failing any of the checks for the product exchange program mentioned in this Terms and Conditions - the refund of any payment made will be after deducting the pickup charges. ''

                                There is nowhere mention about scratches. But as per term & Condition if cracks happen then mobile is not accepted. There is no cracks on my mobile. Then why should I cant not exchange and get new one. Hope a very prompt action. Picture is attached.

I try many time by different atm cards for complite this payment, but every time its unsucsess full due to some tchnical foult of your website. Bank of india, bank of baroda, illahabad bank this debit card i used for this payment but result is zero .I send screen shot in your website for resolve concern, but every time a different person intertain me and hang this problem. This time i recive every day a call by flipcart for payment and take legul action against me, can you describe me what is my foult. Why are you harres me mently. I tell your telly boy for recive your payment in my office by any authorised person of your company . I m very sad for this type of behaviour for a old customer. I tell u again piease solve your problem by rupay debit card payment issue, and stop this type of call, if its not done, i will go court and step a legul action against flipcart.                                     I had ordered a Queen size bed for my home a month ago.
                                    Initially the delivery duration was 1 week then it was post poned to 10 days now its over a month.
                                    I tried to call customer care number hundred times but everytime its buzy/no response (very poor service)

                                    Now I want my order to be cancel but there is no cancellation option for my order in Flipkart App.
                                    Nither Flipkart is canceling my order nor it is giving me any response and my money has been stuck with them since a month
                                    I tried to launch a complaint on Flipkart email id but its too dead now. Nither there complaint numbers are working nor their email id.

                                    I request you to please help me out

                                      This is regarding the warranty and service issue for the Sansui 1 ton
                                      inverter Split AC purchased through flip kart on[protected] and was
                                      installed by Jeeves as instructed by flipkart the installation was done by
                                      jeeves.But right now im facing issues with the AC (Its not working a
                                      all)and when contacting jeeves they say they will provide support for only
                                      three months from the date of installation and sansui declined any service
                                      as they say it was not installed by them(It was flipkart who asked us to
                                      install the AC through Jeeves to avail any grantee and warranty in
                                      future.Kindly help me in fixing the issue as early as possible as we are
                                      unable to survive without AC in this hot summer.Despite paying huge amount
                                      for installation to jeeves above current market rate we are in huge trouble
                                      and severe streess because of this issue.the AC has stopped working past 24 days and flipkart escalation team assued me service from sansui twice and they never came as promised so it was a false promise

                                      IN[protected] raised for same issue.

                                      Kindly provide resolution as early as possible.
