I have been facing network connectivity issue from the date of recieving the device. I also gave automatic shut down issues. I opted for return but my request was rejected even when the technician admitted that the phone was faulty but twice post technician visit my return request was rejected. I have been using the same sim in my other phone where there was no network problem. But in this device data is very slow sometimes not working-showing...

I have purchased few laptops for my company and but invoice that i received, i am not able to claim the benefits (As conveyed by my ca).

Now, they are asking me to wait for 6-8 days to get my money.
