Delivery boy has refused to deliver the product and accept pickup product which was redmi note3 against iphone 6. On telling him about no such term and condition of slight damage in cell phone while placing order he said his superior denied to pick up the product. Please check the below image and say can we consider it as body damage. If not then what i need to do further to get the mobile. If it is consider as damage then when my money will be refunded.

Today dt 28/08 i am waiting due thish product i give to some one to gift so i am waiting but not recvd than i call to toll free to flipkart but i am not satisfactions anser my reutatins and my good will down no one can in futur trast i am realy very heart from flipkart secound think not my soloutions a am said give delivery on monday but no any respons all ready i am paid mony rs 14998/- but not time deliveryed so am so many lost my imez @ mony..       Ordered Whirlpool washing machine came totally broken n damaged.No good response from customer care.No refund policy given by seller. New product will take another 20 days to deliver.Really unsatisfactory service.Poor customer support.Seems like money is wasted n stucked under Flipkart.

        I have order denver hamilton deo combo pack for 490 rs.. After delivery i found that the inside seal of flipkart was broken and there was only single deo in box.. As a single deo comes approx at 280 i have lost my money in the case. I have also called customer care for help so they told me to wait till 27th of july 2018. So till today i. E 28th of july i didn't received any msg or email. So i called them again for help so they told me we can't help you as your refund cancellation policy order is over and they can't help me.. So i need help about this complaint. Please help..

          Recently i logged in to my flipkart with a new number as my previous flipkart account was deleted as i couldn't change my email id which was inactive and so i was not able to use any reward points withou logging in to email id.
          With my new number i created an account then i deleted it as i was concerned of my phone number being used then i tried to get into it through new email id which was impossible.
          Now i want to reactivate my account through phone number or email id as possible. But it is showing contact customer service. I called flipkart customer care but it didn't connect to the customer care.
          Now how can i reactivate my account with email id /number from my mobile phone itself.
          Im waiting for a solution to it

            I bought a television which cost about 70k from flipkart assured seller on jul 17th 2018. (Order no : od[protected]. They said that shipping is free while i ordering the item. But, during deliver the item, courier man demanding for 500 rs. They said, because of big item (Tv). I paid 500 rs then only they deliver the item. I bought many items from online but i never experienced such a pathetic service. Really bad experience.

                I ordered asus zenphone max pro m1 via flash sale on 26th july 2018. Order after reaching ghaziabad (Which is nearest hub) got misrouted. I patiently waited for flash sale then for package to be delivered. Flipkart didn't inform me about this misrouted issue i called their customer service when found something fishy while tracking the package. It was then brought to my attention that package has gone to another city and can't be delivered. Their customer service said you have to cancel this order and place a new order. I was lucky 1st time that i could place the order in the flash sale which lasted for less than 10 seconds, i can't be lucky again even if i m lucky again there is no gurantee that it won't happen next time (Since there are complaints of people with whom it has happened twice). It was mistake on your end flipkart so you have to correct it.
                I kindly request filpkart to deliver my package as soon as possible.

                  I ordered kodak smart tv on 21.7.18 at flipkart app and delivered fast within 2days 24th reached my home.

                  Item was damaged condition is noticed by authorized service engineer and replacement order was submitted same day. (24.7.18)

                  But replacement date is 4th august is really too late.

                  I mentally worrying this kind of activities from flipkart.

                  There is no buyer protection in flipkart but seller protection is fast.

                  I called customer care through flipkart app, there is no tamil speaking customer care executive in flipkart app.

                  One msg came to my mobile 28th july kodak technician will come to home. Another phone came to my mobile how is new tv?.

                  There is no proper email id or tamil speaking customer care executive, how can i tell my issue to flipkart.

                  Totally upset for purchase with flipkart for this order.

                    I ordered catwalk boot and the different boot came instead of the design i booked and after continuous follow up with the flipkart executive, the matter is not resolved.

                    They are just directing us to go to the return section and apply for return but once return is created they are just rejecting the return after few hours.

                    Its been 3 days and there is no response or support from their end.

                    Kindly help us in this regard pl.

                    Again they have cancelled the return. This is the heights now, they are no way helping us in this matter.

                    First of all they have delivered the wrong product and now they are not in a position to sort the matter.

                    I am not getting any kind of support from their end pls guide us.

                              request for providing a battery for sansui horizon 1 (model - s455120)

                              I bought sansui horizon 1 mobile at flipkart. My mobile battery is expired its life and exhausted totally. I want a new replacement battery for my mobile. I searched locally for the replacement battery at anantapur in andhrapradesh. But i did not find any battery for my mobile.

                              I have not found a new battery for my sansui horizon 1 mobile at offline and online stores.

                              We had received billion ac on on 05 th may 2018
                              Installation was done on june 15 by jeeves which is a flipkart tie up.
                              Everything was done perfectly next day when we started the ac and the room was not getting chilled we realized compressor starts and shuts in like 2 mins even before coming to the required temperature, we resolve it problem immediately otherwise we request flipkart to please return this ac..
                              I want proper solution for this ac.. Before we have purchased fllipkart product it's was good so we decided purchase ac in fllipkart itself but now we are facing difficulties getting cooling in ac...

                                Ive bought a asus zenfone 5z through flipkart from the seller omnitechretail.
                                Im facing sudden switch off in the device ive faced this four times till now and also im not satisfied with the camera performance of my particular device. Regd this i placed a return and i was within the 10days of return policy days. And a technician from seller side visited me he didn't even do anything just took 2 photos of my phone then he went 3 hrs aftr that am getting a message that ur return request is rejected and the technician troubleshooted ur issue. But the technician did nothing. Then again i placed a return request and second time another technician came same thing happened again he didnt do anything and again my return is rejected im entitled to get my return of my product since im facing these issues im facing automatic restart of the device at times when ever the technician stands beside me just for 5 mins and at that particular time if device doesn't restart u cant say there isnt any problem they are wantedly dragging me till the last 10th day of return period expiry.

                                Flipkart is bringing a bad name Asus recently I faced a similar situation with my phone that I ordered from Flipkart . They didn't even deliver me the product as said it was misrouted and cancelled my order which I purchased via flash sale which lasts only for few seconds. Customer service asked me to cancel the order and place a fresh order as if it's that easy to get hands on flash sale

                                  I was called by mr shailendra from flipkart sarita vihar office for meeting, they gave us work to do to close positions for team leader position the jd was shared through email id shailendra. [protected]@flipkart.com and we started working on the profiles, they interviewed our 9 candidates out of them 4 were shortlisted from lucknow branch by manager shariz ([protected]). Hr confirmed me abt selection after that they told they will release offer letter to -

                                  Out of which they told us no body is working there its been 6 months i have tracked all of them.

                                  Shiv vishal sharma and aniket gupta are still working and shailendra and sariz both are cheating on erconmanpower solutions.

                                  I want the money for the supplied manpower and take strict actions against the culprits as shailendra told us we will get 8.33% of the annual ctc of the candidate while working.
                                  I have all recordings in my phone.

                                  Candidates as well.

                                  Kindly take strict action against them and help me recover my money.

                                    I ordered a top from flipkart with order id od[protected] on 20th july, 2018. The order as supposed to be delivered by monday, 23rd july. On 23rd july i received an email notifying me that the order will be delivered by wednesday, 25th july. Then on 25th, when i called on customer service, they said it would get delivered by 27th july. Now today again they are saying the order will get delivered by 30th july!!! What do they think of the customer. They can't deliver a product on time. This is so not done. Such an irresponsible behavior. I want my product to get delivered by tomorrow. I have my tickets booked, i am leaving tomorrow.
