Received a gift card from a friend on my son's birthday. While adding it said it is already added to a wallet. While contacting flipkart consumer care said they can't disclose who used the gv as this is against their privacy policy and i must contact the buyer. This is very weird situation. Gift card#[protected]xxxx received on date 16feb2018.

I received the gv from from: flipkart.com

When customer raise concern why dont they investigate why they want us to followup with the person who gave gv?

    On July 19th I tried to book a laptop in Flipkart. The order is not placed and also transaction is also canceled. But they deducted Rs.28, 000 and didn't return me.Whenever I'm contacting them, they keep on asking for another 24-48hrs. So it's 15th day still now I didn't get my money back. Now they are not responding to my calls or my messages. Very much frustrated with them.

      Hello there,

      My name is Ravi Makwana and my login ID for flipkart account is ravi.[protected]@gmail.com.

      I had ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro on 1st August, 2018. The next day i received a message that the order has been dispatched and the same day i received an message that the refund has been initiated and shall reflect in my bank account in few days. I dont know why my order has been cancelled.

      when i tried to login my account i cant even login. I tried calling customer care saveral times but did not got satisfactory answer.

      I either i want my refund of 14999/- or the mobile and i want my account to be activated again.

      Even i have the recording of the customer care conversation that clearly states that they have not resolved my issue.

      Hello please elaborate "detected irregularities in the payment method". What type of irregularities we are talking about. I had done all the payments in regular procedure. Now what are the steps i need to follow in order to activate my account again. I am an genuine customer of flipkart and hence i want to buy many more items from it, so i need to activate my account in any case. Please help.

        I have brought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart. This phone worked for 4 days with some hanging issues. On 31 aug 18 this mobile completely came to a halt and got switched off after a frozen screen. Since then it didn't came online i tried connecting to a charger for three to four hours assuming that the battery would have been drained but the phone didn't show any sign of charging. I booked a replacement request on 31 aug 18 and a rude flipkart representative (Rakesh) called me to complicate my issue, he then bluffed me that he is forwarding my request to the seller for replacement but could not do so due to some system problems and advised me to call again.

        Hoping india's biggest online seller would attend this issue on its "f assured" product i waited for four days. But i didn't got a call as this was my problem. I again called the customer care on 04 aug 18 regarding this issue, explained all the things once again answered questions and then got the same answer that the systems are unable to forward your request to the seller for replacement please call again after some time.

          I placed order of two wardrobes on 11 july 2018. I got the delivery on 18th july. I asked the executive to let me check the product first before paying cash. He denied and asked me to pay first. I paid him rs 2870 in total for two wardrobes.
          Later on i opened the box and found only one product in the box. I submit my grievance to customer care. They asked me to wait for some days till the missing product gets delivered to me. They released the delivery and the expected date of delivery was 30 july. I was constantly watching the status of my order. On 28th of july the status was"product misrouted" i was hoping that flipkart will update me soon but no response came. The status was still the same next day. Then i contacted customer care again and again, and they are not giving me any solution rather forwarding my query here and there. Neither i got my refund nor my product. They have been promising to call me and update me since last week but have not arrived at any solution. I am soo sooo upset with their services.

            Hello team,

            I just ordered an acer aspire 3 ryzen 5 laptop for ₹38240. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of aug.

            On 4th august i tracked my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

            I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

            The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics.

            After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

            Now let me put three things clear.
            1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
            2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount?
            3) why should i reorder the item, which id being sold at a higher cost (₹39, 999) now?

            I want answers.

              I got an email saying there is a discount of 10 percent on another card available and 5 percent on axis bank card. I ordered the product by SBI card but did not got the discount. When I contacted the cs they showed t&c the condition is SBI offer is not applicable. I would have got a 5percent discount if ordered by axis bank card. IS IT GOOD?

                Yesterday i ordered a mobile honor 9lite of rs 10, 999rs and made the payment via debit card bas there was no cash on delivery available but after the payment was made the order was not confirmed and there's no confirmation message from the flipkart but the amount from my bank was deducted to payu flipkart payments.
                How can i get my problem solved.

                While the process of payment, i entered the opt sent to my mobile number but after i entered the otp it displayed incorrect otp but i entered right one so i requested for another otp.. before the new otp i received a message from the bank saying the amount was paid to Flipkart payu. The order was not confirmed or placed.i went to my bank and asked for the last five transactions .they too told that the money was paid to Flipkart. please help me

                  Had a very disappointing experience with flipkart. Ordered a shaftberry london blazer to be used in a marriage which was scheduled on 13 july. Blazer was delivered to me on 26 th june which was on size larger to my size. I requested to exchange to my size same day which was excepted and promised to deliver on 6th july than shifted to 13 july than cancelled. After contacting them they rescheduled it on 23 rd july and again cancelled. I requested to refund my money but they refused by saying than once return has initiated i cant cancel. That day this same product was 400 rs cheaper than my purchase rate. Than they rescheduled my delivery to 8 aug. And than 24 august. And today they said we cant deliver you this product so we initiating refund. Ridiculous just ridiculous. Horrible horrible experience

                      I ordered a shoe for ₹2877 from flipkart. They didn't delivered it on time and now when the pricing has increased, they are forcing me to cancel my order and place a new one at increased price ie. @₹3188. I already paid flipkart and now when i called them, they are saying me it wasn't delivered coz it is out of stock/ address mismatched. This is not fair i always get my product delivered on same address. I asked them to raise a complaint against seller or courier service provider but they are saying me "we can't do anything and your problem is resolved." which is not resolved yet, i asked them to provide me the same shoe at same price.

                        Today is the delivery date of my mobile which xiaomi note 5 pro gold rose, 6 gb ram, and 64 gb rom. But a boy of flipkart called me with this [protected] number and gave excuse that delivery boy has been robbed off and delivery would happen tomorrow.
                        The contact number of delivery boy is also coming off.
                        I am sure flipkart is fooling me because i paid 100% payment of ₹ 16, 999 in advance and therefore flipkart is neither willing to give mobile nor my refund because they have disabled my account partially and cannot track delivery. Also i canot place request of refund because my access has been disabled.

                        Even customer care is also trying to fool me by saying that mobile would be sent by 7 pm today and wereas it is already 7 pm.

                        It looks like flipkart itself a cheater... A big cheater.
                        Hope somebody will action on my concern.

                          I have ordered two bombay dying bedsheets, for which i am not satisfied with the quality, i have doubt about the originality of brand.
                          I also put feedback regarding my concern on order review and feedback but there is no revert from their side. Its like they want us to provide feedback but they don't value the same. Its just a formality. I am seeking for my refund here.

                            I was ordered a shoe of 424 rupees through flipkart, that item was delivered on 19th july this year two day later i was returned that shoe on 21st july through ecom express to flipkart. Although two day later i was not refunded then i filled complaint so many times to flipkart they requested me to wait for days thrice
                            But i have not been refunded yet for that returned item.

                              . I have receive the product today but unfortunately when i have open the product it is completely different product 1 no brick and 1 no of battery in the box. So i’m immediately raise a complain call to your customer care one of your apprehensive communicate and take a complaint. And he promise me he handover the complaint to his senior department and try to resolve the complaint asap.
                              Then i have receive a mail from flipkart that we would like to let you know that we're working closely with the seller to resolve your issue. A specialist from our team will be contacting you on your registered mobile number [protected] in the next 12 days between 9 am to 9 pm to get additional information. Please note that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request in case these details are not available.
                              So i inform you sir this he take a long period of his investigation so kindly take a necessary step for me resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

                              Today a Ekart wish master is come to my house and check the all details and take photo copy of the product & his packaging and he say the product was delivered me Ekart through his Vendor he say he think the vendor boy doing this type of work.
                              But sir today i'm get a call from your flipkart and he say the was delivered me the seal pack product and the complaint was close. sir i want kindly take deep investigation of my inquiry and then get the result. because when i'm purchase a product i'm order the product from flipkart so this responsibility of flipkart he take a depp investigation not depending on his seller and if seller is day no then flipkart say no. so i request you kindly look the this meter and get me a better result.

                                Pathetic experience with flipkart customer service. I have made an order for Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) mobile phone. Hence I received display damaged product. Then I have apply replacement as per their policy. They were promised to replace my damaged product.

                                They promised many delivery dates from 11th June, 2018 to 2nd August 2018 but still is progressing. I was tracking the order since morning 3rd August 2018. The product was been misrouted in the same city. I called customer care and tried to get a resolution, they don't have a proper answer. I requested them to at least share the warehouse details so that I can drive to the warehouse to collect the product. They refused to share that details as well, then after so much struggle but still no one has not help. Last two months I have facing peace less mind due to flipkart purchase also facing lots of difficulties from my jobs.(IT employee, Mobile testing). In addition, I am inform colleague’s family members and friends will never purchase any product from flip kart.
                                I solution from flip kart or I need refund without replacement.

                                  I had placed my order for "cfa level -1 books" worth rs 2564 but ihave received a book (Novel type) worth rs 650. After receiving the wrong book i had initiated the replacement of the item immediately (14th july). After this i have not got any update regarding the replacement / refund of my item from the customer flipkart team till now.

                                  Whenever i asked them they have only one thing to say :we will give you the update" but nothing about the replacement/ refund

                                  Customer raised complaint regarding wrong product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed that seller has approved for the product refund hence told refund turn around time and closing the case from our team

                                    My order id od[protected], invoice number # fabbg[protected].
                                    I have purchase my mobile redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb) june 13, 2018. While open the box there is a product is in damaged as broken in mobile display. Hence i have been apply replacement as per their policy within 10days.
                                    First incidents they are reject my request and accept after 2 times requested as continuously. Following ids are my accepted as flipkart.
                                    23rd july return id:[protected] (Still progress)
                                    29th june: return id:[protected] (Cancelled).

                                    While discus with people they said within 2 days but not received from 29th june to august 3rd.

                                    Here i have enclosed some images for their process.

                                    What i want to do next process?

                                      I placed an order on 14 june 2018 with order id od[protected]. It was cancelled by flipkart itself but refund has not been initiated till now. Even they are not giving me the refund refernce no. For the same. I have called them many times but of no use. If they have refunded the money then why they are not giving me the refund refernce no. For the same. I want my money back asap.

                                        Dear flipkart,

                                        I have purchased a new ac 1.5 carrier (Carrier 1.5 ton 2 star bee rating 2018 split ac - white (18k ester pro - 2 star/cas18er2n8f0, copper condenser) and delivered on 1st aug 2018. I got the delivery from ekart logistics.

                                        After delivery, while installing ac we found the freon gas is empty. Then i have refilled. The amount spends 2100 rs.

                                        Kindly help on this it should fill fully while packing??

                                        Customer had raised a complaint that the freon gas is empty inside the product - Carrier 1.5 Ton 2 Star BEE Rating 2018 Split AC - White. Customer had installed the product from his end and customer wants to know whether the gas was supposed to be fully filled or they only have to fill the gas at the time of installation. We have interacted with the customer and informed to contact the brand regarding the same, customer agreed. Closing the complaint from our end.
