Sir,
I ordered kodak smart tv on 21.7.18 at flipkart app and delivered fast within 2days 24th reached my home.
Item was damaged condition is noticed by authorized service engineer and replacement order was submitted same day. (24.7.18)
But replacement date is 4th august is really too late.
I mentally worrying this kind of activities from flipkart.
There is no buyer protection in flipkart but seller protection is fast.
I called customer care through flipkart app, there is no tamil speaking customer care executive in flipkart app.
One msg came to my mobile 28th july kodak technician will come to home. Another phone came to my mobile how is new tv?.
There is no proper email id or tamil speaking customer care executive, how can i tell my issue to flipkart.
Totally upset for purchase with flipkart for this order.
