    Sir/mam,

    I ordered "the real man" an organic beard oil and received. I paid rs. 430/-.

    I, now find that the oil is expired and expiry date on the pack is 12/2013. If i did not saw the date of expiry, it shall cause me serious allergy on my face.

    Such negligence by your dealer can harm the consumer.

    Under the consumer rights act 2015, goods you supply must be fit for purpose. As there was a problem with the goods when i received them. I request that you give me a full refund.

    "already mailed my complaint to [protected]@flipkart.com" on 15th july, 2018 but didnt received any reply".

      I have ordered for impression 100% natural soft black henna through flipkart by order no od[protected]. But in place of original product a fake product is delivered on 11.08.2018, only a plane small packet on which handwritten "henna 100 gm" and no other detail neither the name of impression cosmetics anywhere. A totally fake product. This is quite shocking and very bad experience with flipkart. Pl refund my money otherwise i will lodge a complaint against you.

        Actually mi phones was good but those phone i recieved provided by the seller that phone was defected because seller was provide defected and used products.

        Flashstar is one of the fraud seller in our india because #flashstar seller can deliever the used and defected products and the main thing is #flipkart can support this type of sellers. I suggest everyone please choose #amazon # and don't choose #flipkart because flipkart can provide very poor services. And i think as soon as possible flipkart can also achieve a medal for fraudary cases because flipkart very poor company flipkart seriously. # o*f flipkart.

        I will discuss my case with you people. I purchased the phone redmi note 5 pro with flipkart and then i recieved a phone but that phone was defected and then i am raise the complaint in flipkart 2 or 3rd day when i recieved the phone then after flipkrt can arrange the technician visit those visit provided by the flashstar and then technician will come and didn't solve my problems i am again complaint flipkart but flipkart people are seriously frustated guys again and again technician visit schedule and then after told me you can go service centers. And i am using this defected phone waste of my money seriously. # off flipkart and sellers. Right now, i am decided not any single product purchase with flipkart i will choose amazon this is the best platform for shopping online and amazon take care of your money as well and resolution provided by with in 3-4 days. But flipkart can take the time around 2 months # off flipkart and seller.

        Flipart and seller was very worst peoples didn't choose i suggest you peoples please go to the other shopping websites.

        Do not choose flipkart please its a humble request flipkart can"t take care of customers and don"t take care of customers money.

        And please do not also choose flashstar commerce seller this is also one the biggest fraud seller they can deliever defected and used products to the customers.

        I know flipkart dont focus my reviews because they people dont care of customers.

        Flipkart are unable to solve my problem waste of my money next everytime amazon. Amazon was very good in customer services.

              Bosch 7 kg fully automatic washing machine

              Installation is still pending and someone named girja shankar (Mobile contact number [protected]) who claimed to be calling from shri ganesh service centre, kankarbagh mig 36, patna on behalf of bosch for the installation and has asked for the charges.
              He said he needs to be paid for conveyance from patna to muzaffarpur (My home) and back.
              Please look into this issue as installation and demo service is absolutely free.

                    I had my gift voucher worth 15000 in my flipkart account number-[protected].
                    I transfered it to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. When i tried to redeem it electronic gift voucher says it has been deactivated and next time says it is invalid. I complaint on 8 august 2018 and flipkart executive said you will get resoultion on 9 august 2018 till 9:30pm. I waited till 9 august 2018 but flipkart executive said we want time till 10august 2018 9:30pm. I gave them time but they didn't resolved my problem and till 12 august 2018 i didn't recived any call from flipkart and when on 12 august 2018 i called flipkart for same issue and they said we don"t solve this type of problem and executive abused me.                       I did not ever login to flipkart with my number but i recieved a message that my order for honor lite phone has been placed successfully and an amount of rs10, 999 has been recieved.
                      I never entered any of my fetails anywhere then why am i recieving this kind of message?
                      I recieved this sms at 10:58 saturday and it says that my order will be delievered by thursday.
                      I dont know how they are going to deliver an order without any address.
                      Please find out about this and resolve it quickly.

                        I've purchased infinix hot s3 from flipkart last seen but they have send me defective product. I've written so many complaints and calls but they only say there technician visited and no issue come.
                        But how technician only restore the phone and say. No problem now. I'm still facing hanging issue. And fake update by technician that they have visited my home twice.

                            Really very much dissatisfied with flipkart services.

                            Actually i ordered the mobile on flipkart on aug 2nd 2018 and it was expected to delivery by aug 7 2018 but on aug 7th it was mentioned will delivery by aug 11 th 2018 and now on aug 11 it was mentioned it will be delivery by aug 15 2018.
                            Why this delay was happening i am not understanding. Called to flipkart customer care many times but no use.

                            Attached the order details.

                            It about 10 days, yet now the product is not yet shippped!!!

                              I purchased a thomson led tv on 7 august 2018. I found that it is defective and sent a return request. Technician visit on 10 august but no resolution. Flipkart said no status from jeeva site. They can not do nothing. I purchased product from your site then why you have no update after 24 hours. It seems that i am being cheated by flipkart, jeeva and thomson company. They have taken money 20000 and gave a waste product. How they are allowed? Why they are giving bad service. Are really I did a mistake by purchasing from flipkart.? Is flipkart selling third quality product? Are company cheating with people? In my view, all answer is yes.

                                I ordered a whirlpool double door refrigerator on 9th august, order id od[protected], on the exchange offer with my old samsung double door refrigerator. Today, the delivery boy arrived, checked the old appliance, for about 45 minutes, took out all the items from the refrigerator. But, at the end, denied to exchange the product. There is no dent on my refrigerator, you can check it yourself, i have attached the pictures of it. And they wasted my all precious time, checking it for such long time. I talked to the executive too, who rejected the item, he was extremely rude n made false excuse to reject the old fridge. It was preplanned, as the delivery boy didn't even bring the new fridge with him. This is extreme harassment from your side. This much just for rs 3000. Shame on this company. I shall never buy any product from this site, n never recommend anyone this site. I have exchanged several items from amazon and, they never created any issues, big mistake chose this site this time. At last, refund the money as fast as possible, i hope there will be no complication regarding it, at least.

                                    Exactly similar case as shakeel shajudeen who posted similar complaint on may 31, 2018. Shakeel purchased on may 24, 2018.
                                    I purchased on august 3rd and got delivery on 4th august which was not updated in their system till 5th august.

                                    Installation technician confirmed about the screen damage. On raising the request to replacement a visit was scheduled from thomson tv technician who called once to understand about the situation but did not visit to check.

                                    Yesterday evening i received a message that the seller rejected my return request, without any explanation. I called customer care and they informed me that because thonsom tv technician did not visit the request was rejected.

                                    My question to flipkart is why did the thomson tv technician not visit? And is it fair for the seller to cancel return request based on the mistake of thomson tv technician's mistake of forgetting to visit?

                                    I feel this is scam run by flipkart and it's seller omnichannel retail where in they send damaged good to a customer and keep rejecting return request due to no reason at all.

                                    Flipkart why do you wish to cheat and fraud your customers? Do you wish to grow by running scams like these wherein you off load your damaged goods to the customers and harass them by rejecting their return/replacement request?

                                    Why have you not learnt and updated your systems/processes after the suffering reported by shakeel as mentioned in the above case a couple of months back?

                                      I received this product on 26th july of 9 no size shoes and return request same day for large size issue
                                      I held a request for return on 26 july and next day 27 july ekart logisticks person take my product as issue for large size of this product
                                      Next day i called to customer care for refund my money he told me there are missing complain on this product and complain resolve will be 7 august
                                      But i didnot complain for missing product
                                      When i received this product i request a return for large size and successfull pickup are done so why my complain are mismatch
                                      And 1st august flipkart send me an email my return request cancel and my account block
                                      Then i mailed to flipkart and same reply next i mailed 100 time and there are same reply from flipkart
                                      I question to flipkart when i done successfull pickup of this product so why my refund not get
                                      I take a screenshot of this pickup return tracking id of this product an send to you
