I purchased an iphone se from them that did not even activate. Their customer support (Complaint number: in[protected] was absolutely no help at all and denied replacement stating that the issue was to be resolved with the manufacturer and that they cannot act without service center authorization. So much for their highly misleading tv ads that proudly claim that if the product is defective "waapas ho jaayega)! If you buy expensive products from them, you are pretty much on your own in case anything goes wrong. I have, by contrast, had excellent experience with amazon india as far as returns are concerned.

Apple india, too, were unhelpful and quite incometent as far as techical support goes. Even taking the phone to their"premium" service center (Izenica, dlf mall, sector 16, noida) did not help. They suggested that i ship the product to their banagalore center for repair.in the end, i started it myself after spending hours of online research, though it is still showing as unactivated on their server. If only they spent half the effort honing their technical skills than they did on their fake american accents!

Absolutely no help was provided. They denied replacement and/or redund. I would advise people to advise extreme caution in buying anything off Flipkart. They have moved into the business of cheating people by selling defective products and subsequently denying replacement/refund, while running misleading ads on telebision.

      I have placed an order for Park Avenue Beer Shiny and Bouncy Shampoo on 15th Jul with order ID OD[protected] and as per the T& C i was supposed to get an Ola e Voucher for the same on 20th July through the registered mail which I haven't received. I immediately registered a complaint with the CS team on 21st stating that I haven't received my promo code for redeeming the Ola e Voucher. Its been more than 15 days and multiple calls and multiple mails have been sent already and they promise a resolution date and nothing happens.
      CS team is really worst and they cant/dont even understand the concern of the customer and send a mail stating how to redeem Ola e Voucher whereas I haven't received one.
      Call was transferred to a supervisor once after 35 mins on hold and even then he did not provide any resolution and useless as others.

      Customer had raised a complaint about the Ola voucher. We had interacted with the customer and the seller has credited Rs. 100/- to the customer Flipkart account in the form of Gift Card. Hence, we are closing the complaint from our end.

        I placed order for 3 items od[protected], 1 item delivered without any tags.

        I try to place a return request the same day item is received and then the stupid flipkart app asks to confirm if the item is with the original tags. So i contact the customer care which bluntly refused that they cannot help with it. It is a flipkart assured product, it goes through 6 quality checks and cannot be delivered without tags and when i ask them what is what quality checks you do, the person says i will put your call on hold and confirm you. After 5 minutes he says sorry he doesnot know what quality checks are performed, so he cannot help. I ask him to make me talk to his senior to which he refuses saying it is 9 pm now and no senior available and he will arrange callback from senior next morning which as expected was never received. Again i contacted them in evening and asked to make me speak to a senior as promised. They put me on hold for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes their senior appears and listens the whole issue again. He then goes on to repeat same thing it is our flipkart assured product, we do 6 quality checks, i again ask him what 6 quality checks you do on a piece of cloth, he said we check labels. I asked him ok and what are the next 5 steps, he said please let me confirm with my team, again he puts on hold for 5 minutes returns and says i dont know. Utter non sense. I have already asked the poor executives to prove that the item was sent with labels. They just say it is flipkart assured. Non sense. It shows that this is a n india n foolish company with foolish staff. Take your foolish stuff in your butts. Delivering products without tags.

          I bought an oakley sunglass from flipkart. I immediately created a return request because i didn't like the colour of the lens, but they are just not accepting my return request. Everytime i chat with someone from flipkart support, they told me that it would be resolved within the same day, but return request is just not accepted. The seller is retailnet. My order id is od[protected]. I request flipkart please accept the return request and refund my money back. Please i flipkart to accept the return request or otherwise this will be my last purchase from flipkart. Flipkart is advertising easy returns, where is easy return? It just doesn't seem easy at all.

            I had ordered a phone on 12/07/18 (Bill of phone is attached for reference).. And when i faced problem regarding camera, battery, and screen hanging issue.. Flipkart team provided me tech visit which i supported... And the technician updated false update that he solved the problem... N each time after his false update i complaint but no result were found... I have attached some pics too of this phone for quality check (Having more)... Take this issue seriously...
            I've been mentally harassed and distressed by the entire process of service provided and unethical behaviour... And team care damn about the customers and keep of repeating that technician had already solved the problem without concerning my views
            Flipkart head department team is asking me for " service denied confirmation letter from authority centre... Did we ask you before buying... So please stop harassing
            All limits have been crossed.. Provide me the solution otherwise we will take a legal action for the same... Thank you with best hope and kindly help in resolveing my problem

                I ordered my lenovo k8 plus on 19th july 2018 and i got it on 25th july. As i ordered for my sisters birthday so i didn't opened it for 30th july. And to wrap it in gift box i opened seal of box which got from flipkart then i found mobile back panel was damaged and even internal wires connections are also damaged.

                I started return request from 31st july 2018, but till now every day flipkart calls me and taking information abut damaged product and on every night indirectly cancelled my request.

                Who gives right to flipkart to irritate me like this???

                Who gives right to seller to steal my 8999 rs??

                I totally helpless, can't understand what to do now??

                Today is last day of return policy and they # still not given me any updation on it?

                Flipkart have to review this, its not like they have constitutional rights to do this??

                This is totally against law??

                What they thinked im common man?? Is this so they won't responce my request??

                Now if i didnt get my refund i will files fir against seller and flipkart.

                  I have ordered a smart phone at 24/07/2018 and flipkart was promise to deliver the product in 7 working days. I did not received any call regarding delivery purpose and when i checked the status on ecom express site, i saw the message ' customer refuse to accept the order and your oder is already cancelled. This is very bad experience.
                  When company is not able to manage the bussiness topology so why compnay claims to provide the best service. This is my request to please take legal action for this activity. Thanks.

                      Received a gift card from a friend on my son's birthday. While adding it said it is already added to a wallet. While contacting flipkart consumer care said they can't disclose who used the gv as this is against their privacy policy and i must contact the buyer. This is very weird situation. Gift card#[protected]xxxx received on date 16feb2018.

                      I received the gv from from: flipkart.com

                      When customer raise concern why dont they investigate why they want us to followup with the person who gave gv?

                        On July 19th I tried to book a laptop in Flipkart. The order is not placed and also transaction is also canceled. But they deducted Rs.28, 000 and didn't return me.Whenever I'm contacting them, they keep on asking for another 24-48hrs. So it's 15th day still now I didn't get my money back. Now they are not responding to my calls or my messages. Very much frustrated with them.

                          My name is Ravi Makwana and my login ID for flipkart account is ravi.[protected]@gmail.com.

                          I had ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro on 1st August, 2018. The next day i received a message that the order has been dispatched and the same day i received an message that the refund has been initiated and shall reflect in my bank account in few days. I dont know why my order has been cancelled.

                          when i tried to login my account i cant even login. I tried calling customer care saveral times but did not got satisfactory answer.

                          I either i want my refund of 14999/- or the mobile and i want my account to be activated again.

                          Even i have the recording of the customer care conversation that clearly states that they have not resolved my issue.

                          Hello please elaborate "detected irregularities in the payment method". What type of irregularities we are talking about. I had done all the payments in regular procedure. Now what are the steps i need to follow in order to activate my account again. I am an genuine customer of flipkart and hence i want to buy many more items from it, so i need to activate my account in any case. Please help.

                            I have brought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart. This phone worked for 4 days with some hanging issues. On 31 aug 18 this mobile completely came to a halt and got switched off after a frozen screen. Since then it didn't came online i tried connecting to a charger for three to four hours assuming that the battery would have been drained but the phone didn't show any sign of charging. I booked a replacement request on 31 aug 18 and a rude flipkart representative (Rakesh) called me to complicate my issue, he then bluffed me that he is forwarding my request to the seller for replacement but could not do so due to some system problems and advised me to call again.

                            Hoping india's biggest online seller would attend this issue on its "f assured" product i waited for four days. But i didn't got a call as this was my problem. I again called the customer care on 04 aug 18 regarding this issue, explained all the things once again answered questions and then got the same answer that the systems are unable to forward your request to the seller for replacement please call again after some time.

                              I placed order of two wardrobes on 11 july 2018. I got the delivery on 18th july. I asked the executive to let me check the product first before paying cash. He denied and asked me to pay first. I paid him rs 2870 in total for two wardrobes.
                              Later on i opened the box and found only one product in the box. I submit my grievance to customer care. They asked me to wait for some days till the missing product gets delivered to me. They released the delivery and the expected date of delivery was 30 july. I was constantly watching the status of my order. On 28th of july the status was"product misrouted" i was hoping that flipkart will update me soon but no response came. The status was still the same next day. Then i contacted customer care again and again, and they are not giving me any solution rather forwarding my query here and there. Neither i got my refund nor my product. They have been promising to call me and update me since last week but have not arrived at any solution. I am soo sooo upset with their services.

                                Hello team,

                                I just ordered an acer aspire 3 ryzen 5 laptop for ₹38240. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of aug.

                                On 4th august i tracked my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

                                I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

                                The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics.

                                After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

                                Now let me put three things clear.
                                1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
                                2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount?
                                3) why should i reorder the item, which id being sold at a higher cost (₹39, 999) now?

                                I want answers.

                                  I got an email saying there is a discount of 10 percent on another card available and 5 percent on axis bank card. I ordered the product by SBI card but did not got the discount. When I contacted the cs they showed t&c the condition is SBI offer is not applicable. I would have got a 5percent discount if ordered by axis bank card. IS IT GOOD?

                                  We have interacted with the customer, as per the complaint customer stated that the offer for 10% SBI card was not applied, we have checked regarding the same and found that the order do not comes under the offer as per the terms and conditions.

                                    Yesterday i ordered a mobile honor 9lite of rs 10, 999rs and made the payment via debit card bas there was no cash on delivery available but after the payment was made the order was not confirmed and there's no confirmation message from the flipkart but the amount from my bank was deducted to payu flipkart payments.
                                    How can i get my problem solved.

                                    Please help us im getting our money back.
                                    While the process of payment, i entered the opt sent to my mobile number but after i entered the otp it displayed incorrect otp but i entered right one so i requested for another otp.. before the new otp i received a message from the bank saying the amount was paid to Flipkart payu. The order was not confirmed or placed.i went to my bank and asked for the last five transactions .they too told that the money was paid to Flipkart. please help me

                                      Had a very disappointing experience with flipkart. Ordered a shaftberry london blazer to be used in a marriage which was scheduled on 13 july. Blazer was delivered to me on 26 th june which was on size larger to my size. I requested to exchange to my size same day which was excepted and promised to deliver on 6th july than shifted to 13 july than cancelled. After contacting them they rescheduled it on 23 rd july and again cancelled. I requested to refund my money but they refused by saying than once return has initiated i cant cancel. That day this same product was 400 rs cheaper than my purchase rate. Than they rescheduled my delivery to 8 aug. And than 24 august. And today they said we cant deliver you this product so we initiating refund. Ridiculous just ridiculous. Horrible horrible experience

                                        Her mobile number has also been stolen.

                                        Kindly cancel the order as the transaction has been done by a fraudster.
