I ordered a JBL T 88 earphone(order id[protected], I got it in 3 days, it didn't connect to my phone then I requested for return and refund(according to their return policies), the pickupman refused to take it saying that the picture of the item he has is different, I requested 2 times after that, I called their customer care but the result was the same as before, they refused to resolve my issue, now according to their return policy the return limit is crossed, I am extremely frustrated with their service which boasts of 10 days replacement policy.
Please help me,
