Hello Team,

On 18th July I purchased Honor 8 Pro from your website which I received on 22nd July 2018. I started using the device on 25th July and on 26th July I clicked 1st photo from my device. Since then I noticed that my device is not working fine and the photos are not quite good from the camera and some effects which are part of camera are not working properly. I raised the Replacement request for same on Flipkart within 10 days under category - Unsatisfied with Performance. Now you taken my request and as per your stupid procedure you send a technician to see the problem. Now your technician knows that device has the problem but his supervisor who is rejecting the claim is saying that the feature which is not working or this issue dont fall under there troubleshooting category so this device is ok. If there is any HW fault then they will replace else they will not. Well there is nothing such thing return in your Return Policy. So please be stick to your return policy and dont do more mental harassment for me in returning that product.

Its been 3rd time I raised the replacement request and even after your promise to send senior supervisor to check my phone, same guy alloted who came in last visit also. Please dont make the customer fool flipkart.

I want the replacement of my product as soon as possible. Mentally, Socially in all ways you already tortured me and I don't expect more from you.

    I have purchased Google Pixel 2 XL phone on www.flipkart.com on April 26 2018 with HDFC Debit card.. and there was an offer Rs.10000 cash back on HDFC debit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date.. it's been 90 days and I have not received the cash back amount of Rs.10000. Also I even called flipkart customer care couple of times but they have not providing the proper reason.

    I have attached screen shot of my order from flipkart account.

    Please look into the issue and do the needful.

        Received a mobile from you on 28/07/18 and swiped my debit card twice. Rs 15, 298/- had been debited twice and credited once in my a/c after a long time. Hence rs 15, 298/- had been paid in cash. My passbook is showing till today that, rs 15298/- had been debited from my account on 28/07/18 through debit card and rs 15298/- had been paid in cash to your delivery man.
        Hence i would request you to do the needful so that i may get back the amount of rs 15298/- at an early date.

        I purchased a mobile from your end on 28/07/18 at 12-10 pm and your deliveryman swiped my debit card thrice with pin. No payment had been shown in machine at that time. Hence i paid rs 15298/- in cash to the deliveryman.
        After an hour i saw that rs 15, 298/- had been debited twice and credited once from my a/c. Hence, rs 15, 298/- had been paid by me twice to you.
        Till today rs 15298/- had not been credited in my account second time.

            The flipkart account of lakshmi hv order has not been processed but the amount of 656 has been deducted from bank for two times. And the customer service care is worst and not responding properly. And there was not even a message that order has been placed so kindly refund the money or cancel my order. The product details were (1.) 1rupee madhur sugar (2.) 1rupee nandhini ghee (3.) ariel detergent (4.) lifebuoy soap pack of three (5.) one patanjali soap for 15 rupee.

                Sir this is with reference to my above order reference number order id od[protected] with flipcart, i order two items in this order and i cancel one item before delivery and they send me refund order ref number and promise me the refund will happen within 6 working days, i send them many mails they are not replying to my mails, they are asking for my phone number and not replying to the issue, unnecessary dragging and sending unrelated mails. Please advice how i can recover my amount inr 595 from flipcart. Which ministry is responsible to look for the fraud doing by companies like flipcart i want to report to the ministry.

                    I have ordered two iphone se and as per the exchange offer available that time, flipkart offered me rs. 2000 each for my phone (Moto g and redme).

                    However at the time of delivery, they rejected the product and cancelled the delivery without any specific reason. Both of my phone fulfill the conditions of flipkart exchange offer. The agent who came to pick the phone said that there are scratch on the body so we can't take these phone and they cancelled the delivery of my iphone se.

                      A gift card was provided to me by my company and i added the amount to my wallet. On 26.07.2018, i ordered one 1tb hard disk and tried to pay the amount via my wallet balance. But, nowhere the wallet amount was getting reflected.
                      I contacted the customer care and they told that balance is available as per our records and why you are not able to use it.. We will forward the complaint to higher level.
                      But no solution was provided till 31.07.2018.

                      Today, i. E 02.08.2018 they simply told that your card has expired and you will not be able to use it.

                        I bought a laptop based on the specification mentioned in the flipkart website as optical disk drive available. I tried opening the optical disk drive, i was not able to do so. When i went back to the website and saw it was updated specification that no optical disk drive.
                        I tried with the customer care immediately seeing this they are denying and saying nothing happened and you can go ahead to lodge a complain. They are showing policy. Is that the fault from my side when i saw 10-20 products from flipkart, amazon, snapdeal to make a choice and buy with the specification mentioned in the website. Everytime i need to take a camera click of the products i am buying from flipkart?? Is that what the customer executive saying?? And it means we people cant trust the website mentioned things. You do not have a track of changed website specifications??

                          Flipkart - the worst e-shppping experience i have ever had. My order got cancelled after being dispatched. Rather than taking its responsibly, flipkart support tell that it’s total seller-buyer’s business. We can’t help. On escalating issue i was advised to re order. Will they provide it at same cost? We prefer to order from flipkart because we feel it can compete the international e-com giants. But what we learn in return is flipkart tries best to loot indian public. You browse. You select product after spending time. You order. And on the day of delivery, it’s gets cancelled. Flipkart don’t have any right to waste customers’ time. This is punishable offence. Is this the value of a customer who has spent lakhs on flipkart right from the month it came into existence? Flipkart advertise of 100% buyer protection? Customer centric? And when it comes to show practically, customer value is zero. It seems flipkart are in a sense of mind that they run customers. Honestly, it’s non sense. They have forgot that customers have only brought them here today. I understand it takes a lot to reach no. 1 in india. But to maintain it, it takes everything. Their ceo mr. Super over confident, looks to be huge shaktiman fan.
                          Flipkart - india’s fashion capital? No.1 fashion destination?
                          Practically :
                          Fraudkart.com, fakekart.com, jholkart.com, india’s no.1 fraud destination.

                          Not all companies do frauds of over 1000cr. Not many companies eats 100s of crores of their seller. Simply spoiling country’s reputation and letting india down.

                          As can be read on internet across various blogs, flipkart loot customers as well as sellers.

                          Flipkart should be banned in india.

                          Finally flipkart proved why flipkart is flipkart and why amazon
                          Is amazon.

                            Dated 23 Jul 18 and various online grievances from 30 Jul 18 to today. NO rectification action has been initiated till date. Sir, your FLIPKART courier boy never permi to open the packet before payment. It is very unfortunate to tell you that after sincere payment your customer is NOT GETTING the product which he has ordered (though it is his right). After various complain and grievances also, NOBODY from your FLIPKART even realizes the FAULT and do not even bother to initiate a consolation call. Sir, WHAT IS THIS? Please refund my Rs.413.00 vide the Order as stated above. Awaiting Rs.413 at the earliest.

Why your staff/customer executives are again and again insisting to get bank details on mobile. I have already told all of them to send a mail from FLIPKART official mail ID. But they are interested in information to be disclosed on mobile only. Sorry Sir/Madam, do not call me in future to know bank details on mobile please.
                            Sir/Madam, once I can send you any number of times to your FLIPKART Customer Care, and every time, also you are receiving my mail, then it is very unfortunate that how I am not receiving your e-mail from FLIPKART official mail ID? Sir/Madam, it is always suspicious on telephone/mobile that “who is calling?” and “who is receiving? There is NO authenticity that can be ascertained from both end users. Till now I am NOT AT ALL convinced about the “exceptional interest” that your staff expressing just to know the ‘’Banking related information” that to on telephone/mobile. Sir/Madam, please simplify the issue rather than making is too much “critical and jumble”. You send a mail from your FLIPKART official mail ID, I will certainly provide the data that your staff want it on telephone/mobile. Please avoid unnecessary wastage of time/energy/money/mental peace by unwanted calling every now and then.

                              Flipkart is cheating consumers by keeping very old mobiles on their website i. E. 2016 make model in 2018. Almost 2 yrs old mobile. Pepolple who wish to buy they dont manufacturing date. Any how i requested them to accept retur request. Instead they are saying to visit service centre. How service centre person can help in this regard. It torally flipkart mistake to keep old mobiles in their website.

                                विषय : Flipkart कंपनी द्वारा Defective Product को Replace न कर customer को परेशान करना और अपनी कही बात से पलट जाना।

                                मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से 19/07/2018 को ASUS का New Zenfone Max Pro Max M1 फ़ोन आर्डर किया था (Order ID : OD[protected]. मेरे शहर (काशीपुर, उत्तराखंड) में COD उपलब्ध नहीं थी इसलिए मेने अपने friend की I.D. से उसी के घर का पता दे दिया जो दिल्ली में रहता है। मेरे दोस्त को 21/07/2018 को फ़ोन मिला जो उसने मुझे मेरे घर आकर 25/07/2018 को दिया। मेने 25/07/2018 को फ़ोन ओपन किया, अगले दिन मेने 1 घंटे चलाया तो अचानक मोबाइल की स्क्रीन नीली हो गयी और फ़ोन dead हो गया. मेने उसी समय replacement/refund की request अपने शहर (काशीपुर, उत्तराखंड), अपने पते पर की तो मुझे बताया गया की आपका फ़ोन 1 अगस्त तक replace हो जाएगा। (Attached screenshot)
                                मेने बहुत बार अपने फ़ोन से फ्लिपकार्ट customer care person से बात करनी चाही परन्तु उनका फ़ोन कभी मिलता ही नहीं था तो मेने ट्विटर और फेसबुक के माध्यम से बात करनी चाही तो उन्होंने बार बार एक ही बात कही, हम आपको संपर्क करेंगे परन्तु फ्लिपकार्ट की तरफ से कोई फोन नहीं आया।
                                मेने अपने दुसरे दोस्त के फ़ोन से उन्हें फ़ोन मिलाया तो उनका फ़ोन मिल गया और मेने अपनी प्रॉब्लम उन्हें बताई तो उन्होंने कहा की आप चिंता न करे आपका फ़ोन आपको 1अगस्त तक मिल जाएगा मेने उनसे फ़ोन रिप्लेसमेंट का पता भी confirm किया की सर काशीपुर का address डाला हुआ है, उस पते पर replace हो जाएगा या नहीं तो उन्होंने कहा की आपका फ़ोन आपके द्वारा दिए पते पर replace कर दिया जाएगा। मेने 29/07/2018 और 30 /07/2018 और 31/07/2018 को भी फ़ोन कर confirm किया की मेरे पते पर replace हो जाएगा तो उन्होंने हर बार कहा की process चल रहा है आपको 1 अगस्त को New फ़ोन मिल जाएगा और आपसे Defective फ़ोन ले लिया जाएगा। परन्तु जब मेने 1 अगस्त को फ़ोन के ना आने पर उन्हें फिर से अपने दोस्त के फ़ोन से उन्हें कॉल की तो उन्होंने ये कह दिया कि आपकी return request cancle हो गयी है आप 48 Hrs. में दुबारा कॉल करना। जब मेने उनसे request cancle होने का reason पुछा तो उन्होंने कहा की आपके शहर काशीपुर, उत्तराखंड में delivery नहीं है।
                                कृपया आप मेरे कुछ प्रश्नो का उत्तर दीजिये :
                                1. अगर मेरे द्वारा दिए गए पते पर delivery नहीं थी तो customer care person से 3 बार पूछने पर भी उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों कहा की आपके दिए गए पते पर replacement हो जायेगी?
                                2. Delivery अगर cancle हुई थी तो वो उसी दिन cancle कैसे हो सकती है जिस दिन मोबाइल मिलना हो ? और इसका मेरे दोस्त के फ़ोन पर कोई message या कोई mail भी नहीं आयी की आपकी request cancle कर दी गयी है, क्यों ?
                                3. आपकी वजह से जो मेरा समय बर्बाद हुआ है और अभी भी हो रहा है इसका क्या ?
                                4. मेने आपको ईमेल के जरिये भी संपर्क करना चाहा परन्तु आपने उसका भी कोई रिप्लाई नहीं दिया ?
                                5. 26 अगस्त की हुई मेरी complaint को आप उस दिन cancle कर रहे हो जिस दिन new phone की delivery होनी है, क्या यही आपकी customer service है ? और इसके अलावा आप एक फ़ोन तक नहीं करते ?

                                  Same case happened with me. My old phone I wanted to exchange fulfill the exchange condition. Still the delivery Boy denied. He said I am taking the photos and videos, will send it to customer office and then revert back.
                                  He didn't respond after that, even I didn't get any response from customer office. just got an message that your delivery got cancelled.

                                    I have ordered 4 products in last one week from the flipkart and only one was received to me and the others are either getting cancelled from the backend without my consent or are getting rescheduled again and again.
                                    I ordered a phone to gift to my brother but they have delayed it twice saying that seller is having issues. On receiving the calls from customer care they say they are diverting call to senior but after a minute or two they drop off. Everytime they have a new person to support and they lodge a new complaint but no actions are being taken.
                                    Is this the service they promise?
                                    Is this an experience we need to have?
                                    what is the use of time frame you mention in the order when you delay for 3 weeks and then cancel without customers consent?

                                      My Order No. is OD[protected], I ordered Bajaj Steel Manual Gas Stove CGX 9 | Bajaj CGX9 worth Rs 5605/- on 22-July-2018 which got delivered on 28-July-2018.
                                      After unboxing the product I found that the product inside the box was not the same as what I ordered instead of that it was a totally different model which is old, used and rusted stove of the sunflame brand. Which is a fraudulent issue? For your reference photo has been attached.
                                      I call Flipkart customer representative and spoke about the issue, they told it will be returned and refunded. After continuous follow with Flipkart delivery boy has come to receive the product, but they are not accepting this product they are just saying kindly tell Flipkart to send email for the pickup. This issue also I discussed with Flipkart but no action has been taken from your end so please send email to request for pickup, to Aligarh courier services.
                                      I have already spoken to these customer representatives Mr. Mirza, Mr. Manav and more.
                                      Kindly resolve my issue to maintain trust and healthy consumer relationship .
