I have ordered the AC on 23 june on Flipkart, Order ID is[protected], i have made the online payment of Rs. 23240.00.
but till date they have not delivered the product & now they are saying that the products are misplaced.
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME IN GEETING JUSTICE.
after several calls on flipkart call center they are not give me proper reply.
pl help me.

    I bought a dell laptop on flipkart from a seller.It is a Linux OS laptop I ordered and I’m unable to install software.I couldn’t use it now and so raised a return request and it is rejected by seller.WTF! What should I do with non working laptop and wasting my time.Seriously, I’m pissed of with this.I want to return and get the refund!!

        I ordered ac on Sat, Jun 16th '18 Order ID
        OD[protected] and it delivered 3 day late of confirmed delivery date. There are some issue with cooling so register complaint about it on 2nd of july 2018 .then tech visit guy confirmed the isuee and said we will exchange your product . After that 2 week passed but i didn't get any response. I mailed the company but no response. I am very angry about that. Its been 1 month i am fed up whith these calls and mails i did past days .very irresponsible of company . I need my money back . What will i do with ac season is gone . completely waste of money .i dont want that replacement. Just need my money back.you people mantaly harassed me.so please don't give me more tension.

          I had purchased a kids dress bella moda from flipkart. The delivery guy who came from Ekart had first swiped my card and said that his machine is not working so please pay money. so i had to pay Rs. 575/- as cash, but unfortunately my bank had debited the money from my card as well. So instead of 575/- i paid 1150/-. When i raised a complaint with them they asked me for few days to get it sorted but that few days were more than 10 days. At last the flipkart agent called me and said that they have checked with Ekart and there is no such payment been made by my card. Despite me telling them that i can produce the bank statement, the agent is not accepting it and says that its not needed as there is not payment received from there end.! That's too stupid!
          Instead kept on saying like a recorded machine that raise a dispute form with your bank. why should i do that? when the amount is clearly reflecting under the debit column. Please help me to get the money from them.

            I had purchased a kids dress bella moda from flipkart. So i had paid twice to him one with the card, for which he didn't give me any receipt of transaction been cancelled. Now these Flipkart agents are very sharp they don't agree with it, that the payment has been gone twice. Neither they are giving me anything as proof. I told them that i can share my bank statement on which the flipkart agent says that it won't work please raise a dispute form with your bank. Now the question is first the flipkart should give me in written that they didnt receive any payment, whereas they are just letting me know verbally. what i should do?

              Dear Flipkart,

              I had ordered the above table 13th May 2018 and is still not delivered to me.On the 11th July 18 i get a message and email and email that my order is delivered and also the installation is complete without me getting any kind of delivery of the product.

              The seller Hometown was earlier trying to deliver at a different address and not the address where i have asked for delivery. I have asked for delivery at my B 402, New Shivam CHS, Kulupwadi, Borivali east, Mumbai 400066 address whereas they are trying to deliver the same at a Thane City address. I have got a call thrice from them and have explained them that they are going at a different address but it doesn't seem to get resolved.

              I have called Flipkart customer care also a few times earlier and have been assured that this will be resolved but its still not done even after nearly 2 months.The executives are just trained to say sorry but were never able to solve the issue. I have wasted enough time on calls with you and that is really frustrating.

              This is sheer harassment and deficiency in service on your part. You can see the number of times i have called and am fed up now. Have had a similar experience earlier through you but its repeated now for this product. INFACT YOU'LL HAVE GONE ONE STEP FURTHER THIS TIME BY CHEATING AND SAYING THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY DELIVERY.

              Have ordered so many things from you but somewhere you guys need to mess it up.

              Please cancel the order and refund the money as you are unable to deliver the product and i have been patient enough which you can hopefully see. Also you need to compensate for the harassment and time wasted trying to chase you';; for my product delivery.

              Please resolve this immediately else will escalate this issue further to the media as this is sheer harassment which needs to be highlighted.

                Hi team, i have ordered redmi note 5 pro on friday . during delivery it showed delivery date on saturday 14/7/18 but again i got message in afn that it will get delivered on 17th . as is weekend i gave home address .But when i called customer care to chnage address i get to know tbat my order is shipped to wrong pincode. and asked to cancel the order. but i will get my refund on 25th july which is to late. i have emergency of ph . i lost ph receving on time and money cant be refunded on time. bcoz of that i cant order ph till 25th

                  On 13th july, I ordered a nokia 1 phone. Purchase was through bank account. I provided my card number and cvv. As result, flipkart took money from my bank account worth 4509. After the purchase they thank me for the purchase. Then i visited my flipkart account and opened "my orders". But there i couldn't find any orders that are active. As a result there is no money and phone. I didn't expect such a bad activity from the flipkart. I had a belief thet flipkart is very convenient for the secure online purchase. This experience made me unconfidence for continueing in flipkart. They are unfaithful.

                        I first bought the { Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Grey, 64 GB) } through COD because I didn't had enough money to pay the amount ( Rs: 12, 999 -/- ) but, one day later I got the money, so, I decided to pay the amount with my debit card but flipkart said [ Payment Failed | Your payment attempt for this order has failed. Please try again after 30 mins.] So, then again tried to pay the amount again the same thing [Payment Failed] but, later on I got a text from my bank saying that [ Your account is debited with INR 12, 999.0 on[protected]:57:52] on that I got the delivery and had to pay again (in COD) to receive the order. Could you confirm that the amount was debited from my bank account? If so? then Please provided me with a Refund.

                          I ordered Titan Raga watch with model number: Titan NF2352YM01 Raga Triangular watch in shape on 11th July 2018 on Wednesday worth rupees 5999 Rs, and they delivered Titan NH2352YM01 Raga Circular shape on 15th July 2018 Friday, worth rupees 4050 Rs. I requested for replacement on the same day after 1 day they cancelled my request for replacement. I called again and requested for return and they cancelled my request again after one day. The product is under 30 days return policy. I called again and again requested for return as they said that reason you mentioned is not valid but they again cancelled my request. They send me 2000 rs cheaper product and wrong model and saying me that seller is not accepting the request for return. where is my fault? they deliver me wrong product and cancelled my return request again and again without any investigation or prior information.

                            I have ordered intex aqua A4+ in flipkart.and I received it on 8th of July, but I am not satisfied with that product, because of some technical and software issues.so I applied return/ replacement policy on 11th of July. My duration of return policy is up to 18th July. And I received the return policy approval from Flipkart. later I got a call from Flipkart that the technician will come and see what the problem is, if there is any technical problem then, they said that they will take the product back. but, till now the technician has not come.

                              I ordered a JBL T 88 earphone(order id[protected], I got it in 3 days, it didn't connect to my phone then I requested for return and refund(according to their return policies), the pickupman refused to take it saying that the picture of the item he has is different, I requested 2 times after that, I called their customer care but the result was the same as before, they refused to resolve my issue, now according to their return policy the return limit is crossed, I am extremely frustrated with their service which boasts of 10 days replacement policy.

Now I am asking flip kart to exchange the phone with some other product but they are denying to do so. The product is different from the photo shown and it is too large size.                                   We placed an order for a phone on 10th July 2018 and the delivery date given was 12th July.
                                  But we didn't receive the order, on Thursday though it showed that the order was at our nearest hub.
                                  No notification was communicated about the order delivery, and when we called we were informed that the order has been delayed and rescheduled to the next day.
                                  The next day also the product was not delivered and we were informed that it would come by 17th of July.
                                  Since the product was required urgently, we requested to deliver it ASAP. And so did the company assured us that they have escalated our issue and our product will be delivered by 13th only.
                                  But still our product was shown to be in our nearest hub but was not out for delivery.
                                  This is very disappointing and frustrating as the company is not giving us any reason for the delay. Neither communicated that our product delivery was rescheduled. Only on our enquiry did they communicate it. And yet providing false assurance of it being delivered ASAP.
                                  The delivery that was supposed to be done in 2 days has been delayed by a week without any valid reason.
                                  Delivery time is an important aspect based on which an order is placed, if the company cannot deliver it at that date a valid reason and an assured date of delivery is the least a customer can expect. By giving a long time frame and a false assurance of it being delivered ASAP, but in reality it is to be delivered on a particular day then why keep the customer hanging on!

                                      I subscribed for Flipkart first membership for Rs 500 in Feb 2018. According to which I don't have to pay delivery charge for Flipkart assured products of any value. But when I try to place order delivery charge is getting added which is against the subscription rules. I also called customer care executive who are saying service is stopped from month of March 18. I am not intimated or informed about it. My subscription money is not even refunded and when I ask customer service representative told me that there is no provision. Pure case of fraud I request you to charge a penalty to Flipkart of atleast 1 lakh and compensation to me

                                      The problem is not only reversion for one order. According to terms and condition i am supposed not to pay delivery charge for any flip kart assured product. Still the problem persist and delivery charge is added due to which i am not able to make any order and incurring losses.

                                      Still not resolved . Not my account is not showing with flipkart privileged costumer. Pure case of fraud and when I complaint it to flipkart costumer care they says technical issue

                                        I have bought this product of motorola called "pulse 2 wired headset" from flipkart last december 2017. But right now i am facing problem which is one side of the headset is not working i can only hear through the left side of it. I have called motorola thrice about this and at the end after 4 days of conversation they told me that we are not dealing with headphones and gave another customer care number [protected] and even sent a mail to [protected]@shyamtelecom.com and also to flipkart service email and moto people also informed me that they are not selling this product in market its flipkart who buys it from some 3rd parties and selling it and they told me to contact flipkart and flipkart is not even responding. No one is providing support as they are big brands. They told me that they are not going to provide me support anyway and told me that contact brand service center at your locality.
