Had ordered a laptop on 17th july, flipkart assured the delivery on 20th july, it was later changed to 21st july, since it was misrouted. It is 24th july and i haven't received it yet. The delivery date on the cart still shows 21st july.

Requesting an immediate delivery of the laptop in mint condition, since it is brand new.

    I have ordered vivo v9 youth in exchange and cash back offer on tue, jul 17th '18 6:03 pm in flipkart, the agent or courier boy denied the pick up of my old phone which is in warranty period and he blamed about my phone also which was purchased on 23.08.2017... The same was incident happened for my friends also... Anyone those who choose to return the phone in exchange offer doesn't have new mobile for exchange... If the flipkart is not able to pick up the old used phone, then why they are giving exchange offers???... To blame the customers??? I just need to know about the above...

    Customer had raised a complaint: The Wishmaster has denied to accept the exchanged product and due to that the new order has been canceled

    We interacted with the customer, apologies for the trouble and inform cx that the Wishmaster were not able to deliver the new product as the exchange product that was to be collected from the customer due to the details entered during checkout do not match with the old product, hence, the wishmaster rejected the pickup of exchange product and new product delivery has been cancelled and also Informed the cusmtoner about the refund. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

      Dear sir,

      I am observing that given below products are not suitable with nokia 6.1 screen but written in subject that it is for nokia 6.1 mobile. I purchased item from flipkart with no return policy. I know i cant replace or return it but if they send me wrong parcel which is not suitable for me then what to do?

      Here are some links which show that picture is nokia 6 but written nokia 6.1

      In 3rd link i purchased the same product which is mentioned in written that it is for nokia 6.1 but its not for this model. I wasted my money. Please help to focus on this site so that they can not make people fool in future.

      Hi Sir, They called me many approx. 2 weeks ago and told me to ready the packet for pick up and after that we will refund your amount but after that call no one visited or called me. i dont know why they are taking so much time. On the delivery of item they dont wait for taking money now its time to refund then they are doing like this. My amount is not that much but my main concern is to aware people about their trap to sell non-use able things.

            I have 2673 rs due on my flipkart paylater. But i can't login to my flipkart account. When i enter the mobile number and password it shows "unsuccessful login". I am having this problem since past two months. I called your customer care a lot of time regarding this issue. I kindly request you to solve this issue then only i can pay my paylater dues. Make it soon as possible. Because if you guys didn't solve this how can i pay the bill?

            So dont send any sms regarding the paylater dues to my mobile number until you solve this issue.

              I ordered a puma sneekers two weeks back, but they delivered a completely different product which worth less than the original product. I requested a return but the product is different, the return guy didn't pick it up. I raised a complaint with flipkart and flipkart didn't resolve it and saying seller isn't accepting this. I lost my 2100 rupees and i don't want to use this item.

                Call to flipcart team it provides me some troubleshooting and duiring troubleshooting my mobile became dead. So i asked to flipcart team i have to face some problems because of my sub so they say no because you mention in description that during troubleshooting the mobile bacame dead. But when ekart person come to pickup my phone he does not take phone saying that your sub is wrong you have fil in sub deadand my refund policy is completed. So i have no chance to recomplaint of refund. I call to flipcart team after that and they registered complaint regarding the wrong sub and forward to packet team and assure me that your complaint is solved soon and give 5 days time but due to some problem i want that my order is pick up hurry. So please tell me what is my mistake if i fill wrong sub than flipcart team have to tell me when i talk to them after registring my complaint. So i want my refund fastly because of some problems in my home today is 23 july 2018 and i want my refund my on 24th july 2018 so please do something please solve my problem i am very thankful to you.

                    First they didn't deliver the product, then promised to deliver on a particular date, then they promised delivery at work address on non working day but didn't pick up the phone while i came to work address on a non working day
                    On exchange offer they refused to take product for minor damages, while they had earlier asked me to reset all data. I even offered to pay the exchange amount but they didn't agree
                    The customer care executive rahul sharma was very stubborn, with the sole purpose of rejecting all complaints. He made some personal comments, and was not even ready to listen to the fact that late delivery is their fault
                    Their new scam is that flipkart and ekart are different companies and they keep blaming each other for their issues.
                    Worst experience ever.
                    Product was mi note 5 pro and i had spent substantial sale trying to get it in a flash sale

                      Hi,
                      I have ordered the redmi note 5 pro (Black) 64gb on 16th of june 2018.
                      It got delivered on 18th june. Later i realized the issue with the speaker.

                      So raised return request and technician visit was scheduled for 21th june.

                      I am completely disappointed that my return request is rejected without a valid reason.

                      Very first thing technician visited the house and when i told him that it's the problem with the speaker having crackling sound. Blindly he told that speaker problem should be compromised there won't be any replacement. Then he recorded the sound keeping the volume low and sound with less base. How it could be done like that. I had 2 redmi note 5 pros, i gave him the comparison of 2 sounds as well.. He told even if i accept this fault my company will put pressure on me. We are asked to ignore minor issues.. How can you do like this? I didn't pay for faulty phone? Then why do you have return window of 10 days. Seriously i prefer amazon over flipkart, they provide the best service.in my life i'll never order anything again from flipkart.

                      Definitely i will fight over this issue. I didn't pay for faulty device also when i have a genuine issue, my request is rejected without any proper reason.
                      Can you please send me the complete details of the seller who provided with me the faulty device and rejected my request.

                      Well today I had tech visit. Even though I requested Flipkart not to send the same guy again for the tech visit, same person visited and he told can't accept it's a minor problem. And my request is rejected. Such a hopeless service. Even plenty of times I have purchased things from Amazon also last time there was issue when I purchased one plus 5 from them. They didn't create this sort of mess. Seriously its gonna be the last purchase on Flipkart.
                      Because in Flipkart we pay for faulty product and you have to get satisfied with it.

                        I have ordered (Od[protected] a mobile (Asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 32 gb) with replacement offer from flipkart.com on 17th july 2018, (Price after all offer applied rs 8459/-) expected delivery was 21st of july. On the date of delivery i called to the courier guy he was nearby to my location, he told me that he will come after an hour but he didn't come than i again called him and requested to share me your location so i can come to pick the product my self but he denied, than i received a massage that failed delivery and verification failed, than i spoke with customer care they assure me that product will deliver till 26th july 2018 however next day i received a massage that my product is cancelled! How, without any information without any valid reason, totally disappointing, when i spoke with customer care they have given me a stupid reason that courier guy visited at my location and that replacement phone had scratches that's why he denied to deliver, totally lie, totally fraud, neither he visited and nor he tried to call me, flipkart customer care is telling that we can't do anything phone was not delivered because replacement phone had scratches, totally fraud!! Instead of interrogating with logistic partner they are giving me such a silly reason. Such a bad experience i never had,

                          First of all ecom express is very irresponsible courier service. They didn’t delivered my order instead they returned to flipkart itself. Ecom service boy called me that the ordered item was with him and he couldn’t find out that address, that time i told him to go back for just 5 kms and my brother would collect it. He replied to this that he couldn’t go back instead he would come and call next day. But he never called me next day and i got a message two days later that my ordered item undelivered. I tracked order number through ecom express website and it was shown that the item had returned to flipkart. I’m informing you that the service of ecom is unsatisfactory and make necessary action to refund the cost of that item.

                            Guys, kindly don't buy any products from #flipkart as they are not in mood to provide any type of support/service, once product is delivered.

                            I purchased an "ifb 23 l convection microwave oven (23sc3, silver)" on 24 june, 2018 from #flipkart under order id = od[protected] by paying ₹ 8, 829 through credit card for my friend

                            1) ifb technician visited my friend's house for demo on 28 june, 2018 and confirmed #microwave is #faulty and it should be replaced by #seller or #flipkart

                            2) we raised more than 08 replacement request for faulty microwave with #flipkart

                            3) each time seller/vendor just #cancel all replacement request by mentioning #no_reason in #ticket which flipkart customer support executive confirmed me on the #phone_call for which i also have recording as a proof.

                            4) #flipkart even didn't bother to ask #customer / #buyer, if you are happy with the resolution

                            5) flipkart customer support executive told me clearly that no reason is mentioned in the ticket but we just cancel your replacement request.

                              My above account number[protected] with icici bank west mambalam branch was debited by rs.45999 on 04/05/2018 through my debit card for a transaction done at flipkart. I never received one time password nor the sms for the withdrawl.
                              Also was not receiving email account statement nor the hard copy.
                              How can the bank be so irresponsible towards the client.
                              But to my knowledge myself or my family member has not done this transaction..
                              The goods purchased through my account was not delivered to me.
                              Also my debit card was blocked by some one with the reason the card is out of shape, where as the card is as new as it was given to me by the bank..
                              So looking at the above scenerio i suspect faul play.
                              So do the needful and recredit the amount in my account.
                              Above this your branch staff at tambaram west took an updation form for registering my mobile number and email id.
                              I have already given complaint in your tambaram branch.
                              If this is not resolved than i will take it up with bank obudsman and cyber crime department. Hoping to receive reply

                              I tried to shop something from Flipkart but I am not able to regain acces to my account.
                              As I don’t remember the password, I am using forgot option to regain the access, Once i recieve the OTP and new password is entered by me, it says “something went wrong. Try again later”.
                              I have been trying since last two months but it goes in vain.
                              I have ordered a new Moto E4 Plus mobile from Flipkart but inside the box there is no product except the accessories and now Flipkart has blocked my account I'm unable to access my account. Please help me.

                                I bought a watch from flipkart as an engagement gift to my fiancee and flipkart delivered an empty box on friday. I had my engagement on sunday so i requested to replace it within 2 days but no prompt response has been received from flipkart. Flipkart ruined my surprise and my engagement day. I have never expected and experienced it from such huge brand. Pathetic service.. Can we rely on you in such a critical situation? Flipkart assured me of taking action till 1 august 2018 but what about the mental harassment and problem i faced due to such an incident. That to on such a precious day of my life. I still don't have answer who is responsible for such a huge loss in monetary and non monetary terms.

                                  I purchased infinix hot pro x5511 from flipkart on 21.06.2018. But after 20 days a top to bottom thin line shown on my mobile display.
                                  I have given my infinix hot 4 pro x5511 phone for repair to infinix service center (Carlcare) - mobitel, 1/1 meridith street, kolkata -700069 (Phone no.[protected] on[protected]. It's more than 10 days and still the service center didn't repair the mobile. When i asked about the delay they always told me parts not available till now.

                                  Kindly take necessary action & help me.

                                    I usually buy products from flipkart
                                    And last month i bought acer nitro 5 (Order id :od[protected] has been delivered 54k single payment with specs 7th gen i5 and 1050 2gb graphics but with less than 3 weeks acer nitro was provided with 8th gen i5 with 1050ti 4gb graphics card, i am regretting my decision to buy that laptop, i felt very disappointed and sad for spending that money on an outdated lappy. I could resist that the upgraded laptop was available nearly same price. Is there any way to upgrade my system to latest 8th gen i5 and 1050ti graphics car. I will be very thankful if it was done.

                                      I am highly upset with what they are doing. I had ordered a phone in exchange offer. I agree the terms and conditions should match, but a extremely small scratch on the corner of the phone was considered as a major dent? Like really? The person sends a photo to someone and the phone gets denied. Wow, and that person is also agreeing that it's not any major stuff. If photo is a medium of deciding a phone is damaged or not, then why are you people not taking photos while making orders? And, what do you want? We return brand new phones in these exchange offers? What is the meaning of a exchange offer then? My phone was in a proper working conditions, never required any kind of repairs, no screen issues, no damage on the body. And a small scratch on the corner line, which is not a part of the screen as well as the body, its a simple line thing which does get discolored with time, and you guys are considering this as a factor for not getting approved for exchange. This is extremely sad. I have seen many phones which are taken by flip kart that too in an worst condition. And a phone which met all the parameters was denied?

                                      If you are expecting a new phone to get exchanged, i am sorry flip kart you have no idea what exchange means then?

                                      A person deletes all data, resets their phone, removes the screen guard, matches all tests, and something which should not matter, becomes the reason for getting denied. Sad life and poor services!

                                        I raise a refund request with in return policy. They didn't picked up the product and even not refund ed my money.
                                        When i called i had a work with yashmeet and sitaram they were not transferring the call to there supervisor.

                                        Do not buy any product from flipkart.
                                        I purchased multiple item through flipkart but now i realised they are the worst e-commerce service provider.
