I had ordered hometown dazzle without storage engineered wood king bed (Finish color - walnut) through flipkart.com on june 23rd 2018. On fri 6th july i got a call from flipkart saying the product i ordered is damaged so it cant be delivered. They gave me an alternative product, which i did not like fully but i did not want to wait any more hence i said to go ahead. I was given a new date of delivery which was, between wed, jul 11th '18 and sat, jul 21st '18. Till date i haven't received my product, no one at flipkart have any clue what is happening? Where is my product? Whenever i call and ask them, they keep on telling me they are investigating and to wait for 24/72 hours and they will let me know. This is been going on since 21st july and till date i haven't received any information about my product. I feel very frustrated and cheated that even after paying the full amount and waiting more than a month i still do not know what is happening with my product. Flipkart as a company is not bothered at all to resolve this issue and have the decency to let me know what is happening.

Complaint marked as Resolved Got my money back, after more than a month waiting time for my product. It was not delivered, but the same is clearly available on the website for higher price then i paid for. So this tells everything what Flipkart, in spite of being such a big brand is doing such cheap things.
Never ever will buy anything from there& will try and tell as many as i can to boycott them.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Alistair S Got a call from Flipkart Customer care this evening, stating its in regards with the complaint i have filed with Consumer complaints and she will revert back with an update within 1 day. I informed her, that she is the 3rd person that has called me from Flipkart post the deadline delivery date of 21st July and on all occasions its exactly the same words which are used which she has just used. But i never receive a call back from the same person, who promises me that they will update me within 1 day. So on this time tell me something which is at least true please...

We would like to inform you about the refund of your order.
The seller will refund Rs 10349 /- after the seller confirms the courier return of product and once the refund is initiated, as per standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited to your Net banking in 6 business days .
Flipkart kept me waiting for more than a month for my product after full payment was done, always giving me waiting timeline for their investigation. And after waiting all this time, this is what i get, more waiting time now for my money, until the seller confirms the courier return!!! Strange thing is, Flipkart seller cannot deliver my product, but the same product has been posted as available right now for a higher price on their website!!!
