I ordered a shoe for ₹2877 from flipkart. They didn't delivered it on time and now when the pricing has increased, they are forcing me to cancel my order and place a new one at increased price ie. @₹3188. I already paid flipkart and now when i called them, they are saying me it wasn't delivered coz it is out of stock/ address mismatched. This is not fair i always get my product delivered on same address. I asked them to raise a complaint against seller or courier service provider but they are saying me "we can't do anything and your problem is resolved." which is not resolved yet, i asked them to provide me the same shoe at same price.

    Today is the delivery date of my mobile which xiaomi note 5 pro gold rose, 6 gb ram, and 64 gb rom. But a boy of flipkart called me with this [protected] number and gave excuse that delivery boy has been robbed off and delivery would happen tomorrow.
    The contact number of delivery boy is also coming off.
    I am sure flipkart is fooling me because i paid 100% payment of ₹ 16, 999 in advance and therefore flipkart is neither willing to give mobile nor my refund because they have disabled my account partially and cannot track delivery. Also i canot place request of refund because my access has been disabled.

    Even customer care is also trying to fool me by saying that mobile would be sent by 7 pm today and wereas it is already 7 pm.

    It looks like flipkart itself a cheater... A big cheater.
    Hope somebody will action on my concern.

      My order no. On flipkart:- od[protected].
      I have ordered two bombay dying bedsheets, for which i am not satisfied with the quality, i have doubt about the originality of brand.
      I also put feedback regarding my concern on order review and feedback but there is no revert from their side. Its like they want us to provide feedback but they don't value the same. Its just a formality. I am seeking for my refund here.

        I was ordered a shoe of 424 rupees through flipkart, that item was delivered on 19th july this year two day later i was returned that shoe on 21st july through ecom express to flipkart. Although two day later i was not refunded then i filled complaint so many times to flipkart they requested me to wait for days thrice
        But i have not been refunded yet for that returned item.

          I have order a product having order no od[protected] on date 30-july - 2018 nikon d3400 dslr camera body with dual lens: af-p dx nikkor 18-55 mm f/3.5 - 5.6g vr + af-p dx nikkor 70-300 mm f/4.5 - 6.3g ed vr (16 gb sd card + camera bag) (Black)
          . I have receive the product today but unfortunately when i have open the product it is completely different product 1 no brick and 1 no of battery in the box. So i’m immediately raise a complain call to your customer care one of your apprehensive communicate and take a complaint. And he promise me he handover the complaint to his senior department and try to resolve the complaint asap.
          Then i have receive a mail from flipkart that we would like to let you know that we're working closely with the seller to resolve your issue. A specialist from our team will be contacting you on your registered mobile number [protected] in the next 12 days between 9 am to 9 pm to get additional information. Please note that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request in case these details are not available.
          So i inform you sir this he take a long period of his investigation so kindly take a necessary step for me resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

          Today a Ekart wish master is come to my house and check the all details and take photo copy of the product & his packaging and he say the product was delivered me Ekart through his Vendor he say he think the vendor boy doing this type of work.
          But sir today i'm get a call from your flipkart and he say the was delivered me the seal pack product and the complaint was close. sir i want kindly take deep investigation of my inquiry and then get the result. because when i'm purchase a product i'm order the product from flipkart so this responsibility of flipkart he take a depp investigation not depending on his seller and if seller is day no then flipkart say no. so i request you kindly look the this meter and get me a better result.

            Pathetic experience with flipkart customer service. I have made an order for Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) mobile phone. Hence I received display damaged product. Then I have apply replacement as per their policy. They were promised to replace my damaged product.

            They promised many delivery dates from 11th June, 2018 to 2nd August 2018 but still is progressing. I was tracking the order since morning 3rd August 2018. The product was been misrouted in the same city. I called customer care and tried to get a resolution, they don't have a proper answer. I requested them to at least share the warehouse details so that I can drive to the warehouse to collect the product. They refused to share that details as well, then after so much struggle but still no one has not help. Last two months I have facing peace less mind due to flipkart purchase also facing lots of difficulties from my jobs.(IT employee, Mobile testing). In addition, I am inform colleague’s family members and friends will never purchase any product from flip kart.
            I solution from flip kart or I need refund without replacement.

              I had placed my order for "cfa level -1 books" worth rs 2564 but ihave received a book (Novel type) worth rs 650. After receiving the wrong book i had initiated the replacement of the item immediately (14th july). After this i have not got any update regarding the replacement / refund of my item from the customer flipkart team till now.

              Whenever i asked them they have only one thing to say :we will give you the update" but nothing about the replacement/ refund

                I have purchase my mobile redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb) june 13, 2018. While open the box there is a product is in damaged as broken in mobile display. Hence i have been apply replacement as per their policy within 10days.
                First incidents they are reject my request and accept after 2 times requested as continuously. Following ids are my accepted as flipkart.
                23rd july return id:[protected] (Still progress)
                29th june: return id:[protected] (Cancelled).

                While discus with people they said within 2 days but not received from 29th june to august 3rd.

                Here i have enclosed some images for their process.

                What i want to do next process?

                    Dear flipkart,

                    I have purchased a new ac 1.5 carrier (Carrier 1.5 ton 2 star bee rating 2018 split ac - white (18k ester pro - 2 star/cas18er2n8f0, copper condenser) and delivered on 1st aug 2018. I got the delivery from ekart logistics.

                    After delivery, while installing ac we found the freon gas is empty. Then i have refilled. The amount spends 2100 rs.

                    Kindly help on this it should fill fully while packing??

Customer had installed the product from his end and customer wants to know whether the gas was supposed to be fully filled or they only have to fill the gas at the time of installation. We have interacted with the customer and informed to contact the brand regarding the same, customer agreed. Closing the complaint from our end.

                      I have purchased 32 inch intex make led tv through online portal flipkart which have delivered on 21st july 2018 and as per their policy it has to be installed by 24th july 2018 but till date it has not been installed.                         This is the 4th time i am reaching flipkart for one single product what kind of service is this i dont understand. First i got a car cover with full of paint marks on it light grey cover with all red and blue ink marks on it so i raised a return request, the guy came to my house for taking it back said there is not brand table on it which i can't help as i got it like that, so he left asking me to raise return request again so i did and was asked to wait for 3 days as somehow flipkart exec (Saloni from jaipur rajasthan - was damn arrogant) cancelled it and i called again after 3 days so got it returned successfully but again got a black car cover with v v v low quality than that i ordered and biggest joke and worst part is it has a big hole in it. I just want to know one thing are you guys playing with customers or what. We will have to invest money on something and also waste so much of time on it? Aren't you all employees responsible for this, do you expect people like me who buy regularly from flipkart shift to others?

                          I ordered a product on flipkart for cash on delivery.. Later i paid on online using my debit card. Amount for the product was deducted from my account but i receive transaction unsuccesfull message from flipkart.. 2 times i tried paying.. For the 2 times same thing happened.. Now i don't have cash to get the product. You are the responsible for those thing.. I need my money back then only i can get the ordered product.. Else you are doing fraud activities it seems

                              Hi,
                              I am sunny maggo. I order a phone of gionee a1 lite of rs 9000. When i get the phone i found that the phone doesn't charge timely. It takes too much time to charge. 8 hrs are too much for charging a phone. When i complaint to their customer care and do mails on their i'd... They send technician to repair but not replacing the phone.in order, the replacement duration for 10 days. 31 july delivered the phone and replacement time are pending but still they do not replace the defective product with new one. We want new set not a defective one. If they can't replace so refund our money. But we can't take this defective piece. Please take action against this problem. Otherwise i can go with the consumer court to take this problem.

                                Dear team,

                                Please note that i bought vivo v9 from www.flipkart.com order id: od[protected] on 23-july-18 and after using it for 3-4 days i found there are some issues with the handset and raised complaint about it in flipkart. They sent technicians once and he did some troubleshooting but the issues were not resolved. Their seller's policy is if there is some issue with the handset they will replace with the old one and it has to be done within 10 days of purchase. When i contacted them to know the status of my complain and technician's feedback they said the technician said that there are no issues with the handset and the guy amarjeet from flipkart customer care told me that if still the issues are pertaining i should take it to the service center. Whereas the complain has been lodged within 10 days and flipkart is suppose resolve this either by replacement or by refunding my money. On 1-aug-18 i again lodged the complain in flipkart and they said that they are arranging one more tech visit to understand the concerns and resolve it. Today 2-aug-18 the technician named shubhojit ghosh from jeeves visited my place and did some troubleshooting and found issues with the handset which he has clearly mentioned in his customer compliant receipt and i have the proof with me. He has clearly mentioned battery draining issues and overheating of mobile battery and issue with automatic switch on of flashlight. I am attaching the copy for your perusal. Today 2-aug-18, i again called the flipkart customer care to know the status of my complain and technician feedback, again the guy from the customer care department told me that the request for replacement has been rejected because the technician has said that the issues are resolved whereas i have the copy with me that clearly explains the problems and it has been signed by the technician as s. Ghosh. Again the guy from customer care said i am again lodging a complain that the issues are not resolved and they will take it to the next level. Since last sunday 29-jul-18 i am lodging complains and they are sending technicians to resolve the issues. On the other hand according to flipkart's plociy if the issues are not resolved after couple of visits by the technician the money will be refunded whereas no action has been taken on that regards. My point is i am paying 21, 000 inr on outmost good faith that i will get a good quality product and service from flipkart but the service and resolutions i am getting from flipkart is unacceptable. When i told the guy today from flipkart's customer care that i have the proff where the technician s. Ghosh has clearly written the issues and sgined by himself then they said he said that the technician has provided wrong information and thus the complain has been rejected. Just think of the fraudelent activities flipkart is doing with the customers, they are more inclined towards their sellers and safeguarding them against such grave concerns.

                                Kindly help me to get my money refunded or my mobile exchanged with some other handsets. I am disgusted with the harassments i am facing for the last 4-5 days, it will be great if you guys can intervene and expedite the process.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    On 18th July I purchased Honor 8 Pro from your website which I received on 22nd July 2018. I started using the device on 25th July and on 26th July I clicked 1st photo from my device. Since then I noticed that my device is not working fine and the photos are not quite good from the camera and some effects which are part of camera are not working properly. I raised the Replacement request for same on Flipkart within 10 days under category - Unsatisfied with Performance. Now you taken my request and as per your stupid procedure you send a technician to see the problem. Now your technician knows that device has the problem but his supervisor who is rejecting the claim is saying that the feature which is not working or this issue dont fall under there troubleshooting category so this device is ok. If there is any HW fault then they will replace else they will not. Well there is nothing such thing return in your Return Policy. So please be stick to your return policy and dont do more mental harassment for me in returning that product.

                                    Its been 3rd time I raised the replacement request and even after your promise to send senior supervisor to check my phone, same guy alloted who came in last visit also. Please dont make the customer fool flipkart.

                                    I want the replacement of my product as soon as possible. Mentally, Socially in all ways you already tortured me and I don't expect more from you.

                                      I have purchased Google Pixel 2 XL phone on www.flipkart.com on April 26 2018 with HDFC Debit card.. and there was an offer Rs.10000 cash back on HDFC debit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date.. it's been 90 days and I have not received the cash back amount of Rs.10000. Also I even called flipkart customer care couple of times but they have not providing the proper reason.

                                      I have attached screen shot of my order from flipkart account.

                                      Please look into the issue and do the needful.
