I ordered a laptop from flipkart got defective battery and warranty had been expired 4 months back when i checked through commond prompt option and also they tampered the serial no in laptop and box now i need refund but rejected by seller now flipkart wil send tecnician to review and refund it back delaying a week

    Sir i order a micromax battery A108 on20/07/2018.my order id OD[protected]. and invoice number FAA92Z[protected]. that battery is not working you should replace this or I shall take severe action against consumer court. and the battery you sent is sweeled not showing any indication in my phone and that is not initially charged .why should sent such type items which is not available simply do not sent and cheat the customer.
    if I will not get replacement. then i should complaint through proper chanel

      As I have purchased Vu android smart TV of 49inches on 16/0718 it delivered on 23/07/2018 and it installed on 24/07/2018 but when I installed Gfx benchmark it showed resolution was 1920*1080 which is very bad in pictures and sound

        On 16.7.2018 at about 22.50 hrs I ordered one mobile set for Rs 11519/- which included return of one old mobile at the time of delivery of new set. But on the day of delivery, the old mobile set was not accepted and, therefore, new set was not delivered. I had made payment of Rs. 11519/- through my SBI Card No. [protected].           On 10 July i place and order with my flipkart account and on same day i cancel the order and the amount was 14999 rs which was deducted from my account credit card and then i got the call that the amount will be refunded in 7-8 days and according to the call the date was 19 july but still i not receive the amount so kindly help me with this and i am having the order id also .

            I have order a product from flipkart, where delivery date was shown to be on 26th july 2018 if I pay additional ₹70 (as a faster deliver option). I paid the same amount, but as soon as I ordered it, the delivery date in the order confirmation message got changed to 27th july 2018. I have made the full payment of my product, along with that I have also paid the extra delivery charges to get it delivered on 26th July'18. the customer care executives are not at all worthy to help out a customer. They are keeping the call on hold and finally disconnecting it. Everything is in vain once you have paid money to flipkart. worst service ever.

We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the promise date was changed due to the reason that he had changed the delivery address after placing the order.               I had ordered hometown dazzle without storage engineered wood king bed (Finish color - walnut) through flipkart.com on june 23rd 2018. On fri 6th july i got a call from flipkart saying the product i ordered is damaged so it cant be delivered. They gave me an alternative product, which i did not like fully but i did not want to wait any more hence i said to go ahead. I was given a new date of delivery which was, between wed, jul 11th '18 and sat, jul 21st '18. Till date i haven't received my product, no one at flipkart have any clue what is happening? Where is my product? Whenever i call and ask them, they keep on telling me they are investigating and to wait for 24/72 hours and they will let me know. This is been going on since 21st july and till date i haven't received any information about my product. I feel very frustrated and cheated that even after paying the full amount and waiting more than a month i still do not know what is happening with my product. Flipkart as a company is not bothered at all to resolve this issue and have the decency to let me know what is happening.

              Got my money back, after more than a month waiting time for my product. It was not delivered, but the same is clearly available on the website for higher price then i paid for. So this tells everything what Flipkart, in spite of being such a big brand is doing such cheap things. Never ever will buy anything from there& will try and tell as many as i can to boycott them.

              Got a call from Flipkart Customer care this evening, stating its in regards with the complaint i have filed with Consumer complaints and she will revert back with an update within 1 day. I informed her, that she is the 3rd person that has called me from Flipkart post the deadline delivery date of 21st July and on all occasions its exactly the same words which are used which she has just used. But i never receive a call back from the same person, who promises me that they will update me within 1 day. So on this time tell me something which is at least true please...

              Got a call from Flipkart today. Below is what was said-
              We would like to inform you about the refund of your order.
              The seller will refund Rs 10349 /- after the seller confirms the courier return of product and once the refund is initiated, as per standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited to your Net banking in 6 business days .

              Flipkart kept me waiting for more than a month for my product after full payment was done, always giving me waiting timeline for their investigation. And after waiting all this time, this is what i get, more waiting time now for my money, until the seller confirms the courier return!!! Strange thing is, Flipkart seller cannot deliver my product, but the same product has been posted as available right now for a higher price on their website!!!

                Order id - od[protected]i bought a acer predator helios 300 laptop frm https://t.co/1GWujrZH1x.in its specs instead inside laptop shows nitro series of acer laptop. It should show predator in its specs. With predator sense it has nitro sense. Y r u not replacing or refunding.
                Secondly its windows software has got corrupted & showing errors it's not starting.
                Lastly the original seal of the pack was broken & overlapped by another new seal.
                Please replace or refund me.
                U have not tried even once to call me.
                Y u have rejected my replacement request.

                  I had purchased a prominent uk brand shirt tommy hilfigre brand made in india from two leading online stores in india amazone and flipkart. Brand is good and shirt will be good when we buy from branded show room. But when we buy from online, we get out dated odd cloths which they cannot sell in their show rooms. We buy becosue we feel that online is getting 30-40% discounts, but materiel you get is 10 year old and out dated which cannot display or sell in their show room. Beware of goods you buy from online. Online portals has no qa/qc check

                      I have purchased an I Life Laptop I received on 24th July, I received so early after placing an order. But the device is not at all starting. I am raising a return and exchange request from my flipcart app it is showing (please try after sometime). I gave a call to customer care people, one of the guy has placed a wrong request due to that the request got cancelled. Now from last 3 days customer care people are saying there is a technical issue so we can't raise the request. Still they are saying technical issue.

                        I have ordered ae designs leatherette manual recliners from flipkart and they delivered the product friday 20th july 2018, when i checked the product i found that the quality issue is there related to comfort and this product still packed,
                        So regarding the refund i have raise this to customer care of flipkart but they are saying that seller is not giving refund as product has no defect.

                        Product i have ordered from online and online nobody can check the comfort or material of the product.

                        Flipkart clearly denied refund. This is really very pathetic as if anyone is not happy with the product he receive but he or she has already paid for that product in this situation this flipkart just denied the case. Fraud company and fraud people. Don't care about the customer.

                            I have opened my account on flipkart in 2015 and we have listed all the item soon after the second day my account was on hold stating that selling fake products. Have contacted many times to them but they are not understanding anything. Now even i have shared the invoice but no response from them only automated emails. We are ready to solve the issue but flipkart is not ready because of the support team they blindly send auto respond emails and don't even read the emails.

                                    A routine story (Or i should say never ending story) of flipkart shipping a defective product and multiple calls with their dumb customer support and their fraudulent system

                                    Specifics:
                                    So i happened to had book a tv on flipkart (Why again on flipkart you ask, because the product is no where else available).. My inner sense was telling i would get a defective product and it was true (May be its just math and the probability is 1 for flipkart shipping a defective one - check below for details).
                                    The tv has wifi issue and immediately raised a complaint with their support (Caution: if you don't immediately get the issue resolved in 10 days, flipkart asks 'who are you'). So they sent a tech guy in the name of tech visit and the person tried to rectify the problem (By unscrewing and doing some stuff inside) and the issue was not resolved and when i asked about replacement he asked to talk to flipkart for replacement.

                                    Now the fun part begins.. Flipkart reschedules the tech visit to 10th day of replacement period as if like nothing happened and was just a glitch in matrix.
                                    When i called their ce (Customer executive) they say it takes 24hours (Flipkart bureaucracy) to get status updated and when i called next day.. They say wait for tech visit to be done.
                                    I mentioned it was already done and wanted to know about the last visit status, though i am talking to a real person and not a bot.. I still get the same reply like a recorded voice which reads what is there on screen.. May be flipkart can simply replace their customer support team with bots..

                                    Lastly i told her (Ce) that i wasted enough time in the last tech visit giving directions to my home and my wife wasted her time instead of feeding my kids who were hungry and crying and i can't take one more visit and want to know what happened in previous visit.. Ce says she will transfer call to her supervisor.. Kept the call on hold for 15 mins.. And hung up on me.. That's the human touch you get.. Ya thanks flipkart.. Now go ahead and tell this story in your ads.


                                    Math: if you don't know how flipkart is the only platform to release or having so many new products than amazon. Its because of its replacement policy.. Sellers/manufacterers doesn't have to worry about quality checking because once the product is shipped it is customer's responsibility to get the defect addressed and if he notices the defect after 10days then its not their problem.. So its profitable on flipkart for sellers than on amazon where customer satisfaction is important and return are allowed and need not be approved by tech or repair.. A normal brick store will address the issue with a replacement and doesn't send service guy with a screw driver to open and repair..

                                    tech visit completed on 23rd afternoon and same day evening Flipkart rescheduled it to 24th. It doesn't want to talk about previous tech visit and how many tech visits it wants.. It wants to use customer house as repair shops for defective products

                                      As per my below complain to u flipkart has call me and said go to courier office when i go there they take my handset which i have to submit against my product (S7edge) and go inside after 5 min come back and said there is dent in handset we cant accept this but the dent is made by them not by me when i gave my handset for checking they go inside and make dent and reject this kind of fraud they r doing with me to regect my order plz take some legal action them plz.

                                      I ordered a product from flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order after 5 days. I can file a complaint against Flipkart? Give my money and also discounted money 1500 rs.

                                        I have ordered and also received a perfume (Van 66). Unfortunately the price is double than the market value. Most importantly they removed the price tag where the expiry date was given. Now i do not want to use a perfume without knowing the expiry date. I will be grateful to you people if you kindly return this product. The order id is following od[protected].
