My refund is not get in my account it say your refund come in 2 days but i t not get my refund. I daily call on flipkart customer it say your refund come 5 business day and 10 business day please help to give my refund on tomorrow. I wait in 6 days for my refund but my refund is not come. I want get my refund in 1 day to buy another mobile phone. You resolve my issue.

    I had paid advance for thi product but due to flipkart auto update my add and then after i also contact to careline the said me that we will update at delivery time but now they are not delivering my product bcoz of misroute but i had already inform to changed add and i am ready to pickup my product from any place wher they say but from yesterday i am talking with customer care but every one is giving diffrent ans i want that product at any cost or the same offer again i dosent want my money back

        Flipkart and its courier subsidiary are messing up every other order with delays or lost product. Also the customer care is useless as they cant really help with tracking or current whereabouts of the shipment.

        I have faced this issue multiple times over last year or so.
        Currently i am waiting for delivery of handset which was supposed be delivered yesterday (21/07/2018) and yet there is no update on delivery. Tracking shows multiple mis-route updates from different branches in thane and navi mumbai.

        I am not sure if they have the shipment or lost /damaged it.

        Trying to follow up with customer care and they are giving estimates of another 5-6 days for delivery of the product.

          I kall companys 2 faulty moblie fones delevered to us. This is wrong service. Flipkart is reputed company. But we got very bad service. Period for replacement of faulty moblie is very lenthy. We r very sad on ur service. 1 piece is in working but other piece is not in working. Mobiles look is as like second hand piece. Crashesh on screen. Batterys r fully faulty n not in working.

            Hello,

            This is regarding a smartphone order issue that I recently ordered.
            Order date - Mon, Jul 9th '18 11:54 AM

            The smartphone - Asus ZenFone 5Z (Midnight Blue, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM), that I received from Flipkart has many issues and I wanted to get it returned. This phone's camera quality is very poor and images captured by this phone has lot of noise and is of degraded quality, adding to this it has also issue with wifi and face recognition. This was very disappointing and was not expected.

            I tried returning this phone back, but thrice my return order got failed. the technician who visited to my home to rectify the issue, had only taken few images and returned without checking other issues, and post that he declared everything is fine, but that is not true and this was very frustrating.

            I tried calling Flipkart Help desk as well multiple times, but every time they will continue telling their policies and return is not possible and nothing can be done. One of the agent from Help Desk was with me on call for more than half hour without saying a word, waiting for something I don't know what was that and dropped the call lastly without any resolution. This is the worst service I ever seen.

            I understand there are policies made by Flipkart and sellers so as to sell and provide a better service.
            But the current Flipkart's return policy is really pathetic, in comparison with other, no other e-commerce companies posses such kind of wicked policies. However it should be customer oriented and not against customer's values and interest.

            I no longer want this phone anymore or need any further technical assistance, I just want to return the phone back, and do not want anymore replacements. I want this issue to be escalated further and get a resolution without any further delay. I hope Flipkart will not disappoint me and will take fair decision considering customer's interest and satisfaction.

            customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and 4 times the technician visit is been arranged and the issue is been resolved. hence closing the case as from our end.
            I had already replied to your mail multiple times stating the best time to contact me. But you guys will never reach to me at that time.
            It seems you are just doing a formality for customer service and does not want the issue to be fixed.

              My mi a1 mobile body get bended as it get slipped but no one is taking bended a concern as a damage in Mobile' body.
              I have taken damage protection insurance but according to them only when screen get cracked they will take action otherwise this bended back cover of phone and this tilted body and other non finished side coverings are not taken in consideration for further proceedings.
              So, i have not received any saying that they will repair it so, i not at all happy about this insurance scheme .They haven't mentioned that bending of phone is exclusive from phone physical damage.

                I used to shop with flipkart. I created my account using my number [protected]. I didn't attach email with my account. I forgot my password. Now i can't use forgot password option and it shows an error Unable to process request. Even I can't create an account with my number. I have no other options left.                   Purchased a mobile few days back. The mobile has technical issues. But flipkart isn't confirming refund/replacement. Plz help!
                  Full story: The product has issues. Mobile gets switched off frequently without any battery drain. You have remove its battery, put it again and plug in the charger after every 1 hour to restart it again. I requested a replacement/refund whichever possible. They sent a technician who asked me about the problem, couldn't resolve the problem in the device. He said contact flipkart customer care for a replacement. I contacted flipkart, they scheduled a technician visit again. This time the technician didn't even visited but he forwarded a fake update to the flipkart about his visit. Please help ! Replace the product.

                    I bought a google pixel 2 xl which was delivered on 27 th april 2018, the fon had a cashback offer of Rs 10000 on hdfc credit and debit cards.

                    Then after almost 3 months complete i made a query regarding the cashback then they are saying there was nothing like that.They said that offer was only for hdfc credit card, but not for debit cards.They also added to that there is no such offer for debit cards till date .But even now in there website they are saying that there is 10000 cashback for debit and credit cards, of which i am attaching a screenshot of the same

                      I had ordered a mobile phone in exchange of another via flipkart order OD[protected]. When the delivery boy came for pickup and delivery, he verified the following
                      - TOUCH was working
                      - IMEI was verified
                      - NO major cracks on body, bezzel, screen
                      - Show TRUE color on display
                      - HOLDS battery & worked without charger
                      - Delivery boy inspected for good 2-3 minutes and found it working

                      The model for return was a discontinued model, however flipkart had assured exchange of any smartphone. The company launched these offer for promotion, and had no real use of exchanged product, but the delivery partner still denied the pickup even though all the stated condition met and satisfied.

                        I have placed an ordered which was damaged by flipkart delivery person and not delivered to me.
                        Only status was updated that your product is damaged and please cancel it and place it again.
                        But now the price of order is increased by 27000 Rs.

                        I want flipkart to take the responsibility of the order and replace it. I wont pay extra Rs 27000 cost for which I have already played 74000 RS.

                          I’m extremely disappointed with Flipkart with the kind of business they are running. I had ordered a Peter England Men’s Casual shirt on 15th of June 2018. However I was not satisfied with the quality and colour of the product. So I had immediately applied for the return of the same. My return was also approved and the product was returned on 20th June 2018. It is to be noted that even after 1 month from returning the item, the refund has not been credited back to my account. When I tried contacting the Flipkart customer care team, they only seem to give the reply that the refund has happened. When I contacted the bank they refute the claims and keep denying that refund has not been credited. The statement also confirms the same. This is highly disappointing since it has been more than a month whereas the refund was supposed to happen in 7 working days. Kindly note this issue otherwise I have to take up this case legally.

                            I ordered shevonic floor cleaner in 2 nos on 26june 2018. On 2 July I received only one set of Shivonic magic mob floor cleaner, but I paid for two as per the bill attached. Thereafter on the same day I called customer care and I got a message that they will solve my query by 14th July. I even spoke to the customer care person on the same day in front of your courier boy and he promised to deliver the said magic mop by 14th July. However till 14th July I did not receive any courier or response from you, therefore on 15 th July I again called the customer care. On that day they said that the policy is over and you will not receive your second set neither your money back. Therefore kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest.                               I ordered Headphone to gift on 19th July 2018 and choose 1 day delivery by paying extra and but on 20th July product was not delivered and it was updated in system that User is not reachable. I have not received any message or call from delivery boy and when I called Flipkart customer care they are talking rudely to me. I had to gift this on occasion and by depending on Flipkart I felt embarrassed as the occasion passed now.

                                I have placed an order on Flipkart order No. OD[protected] on 17th July, 2018 with the exchange of an old mobile. I was denied the delivery of the product because the delivery agent rejected my exchange giving the reason that my phone had scratches despite that the policy of exchange at Flipkart only rejects phones when it has cracks on screen and body. I had fully paid for the product and now My card is blocked...

                                Above product received by me on 13-Jul-2018, in spite of n number of calls to customer care of flipkart, till today, installation has not yet been done.
                                Scheduled installation was on 15-july-18 and again escalating the problem after talk with supervisors of flipkart, nothing has happened.
                                Hopeless results after calling so many times and talk with supervisors. Another date of 19-jul-18 was given but no one attended the installation call.
                                Again given me date of 21-Jul-18 but till 15:02 hours nothing happened and i am still waiting for resolution of the problem.
                                Calls from engineers of flipkart service partner (Jeeves) comes and they give time and do not come. Another guy from jeeves yesterday i.e. on 20-07-18 called and shown his helplessness due to non availability of wall mount stand and told me to purchase it by yourself and i will install the television.
                                No action from back end team of flipkart. Only undertaking by flipkart team and no action till today.
                                I am in great upset of mind due to this hopeless service and action by flipkart.
                                will not ever purchase any product from flipkart in future.

I tried changing my password with the registered email id and that was also showing error message that "Unable to change password. Please retry".                                   Flipkart customer care called me one day before and assured that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. It's been two days and nothing happened. Still the login problem persists. At least they are not disclosing the reason why I'm banned to login and to change my password. But I'm still getting numerous spam and promotional
                                  mails from Flipkart to the same registered mail id. This is quite an embarrassing situation that I'm gonna decide not to use Flipkart anymore.

                                    It's very sorry to I inform you that my last two orders are canceled. Even both the time the same amount deducted from my credit card.
                                    You custom care executives explain that 2nd time it's must not be called your order... But it's happened... We are belongings very middle class... And after paying the amount why my order was canceled please let me informed. It's happening both the time. And 2nd transaction refund will gate 25 July's. As per message received from you side.
                                    Why should we await for our own money and who is responsible for the credit card transaction different amount due to bill generate.
                                    I am totally disappointed with you service please do the needful on priority.

                                      actually mne honor 7a phone book kiya tha 3 july ko .and mne credit card se payment kiya h, mera amount deduct ho gya h, but phone book nhi hua h, so, plz refund my money on urgent bases.
                                      finally mne bank se v baat kiya h but wo bol rhe h amount flip cart k paas h.and flip cart wale se baat kene k baad bol rhe h amount bank k paas h, and team flip cart shi se reply v nhi kr rhe h, and response v kuch accha nhi diya h.
                                      agar amount flip cart k pass nhi h to mujhe cancle ka ek mail chahiye, other wise mujhe fir krni pad sakti h flip cart p.and corporate m mail v krni hogi.
