I ordered 19 july hitachi ac on flipkart and received on 25 july and one flipkart jeeves engineer come for installation between installation he notice the product is defected and reinstall it when icome home i notice product is also not same what they are showing on website mostly remote control
It is like last model
I complaint aganst it to flipkart and request to issue my refund
But they are only promising and harrashmanting me but no action taking against it
I only wants my money back
Becoz seller is cheats customer and selling wrong products

    I have bought boat basshead 220 earphones from flipkart, just looked flipkart assured service & purchased.

    I didn't like the product and try to return the product there is no return option and when i complain about they said there is not return policy.
    Flipkart adverstise that it has hassle free return policy. Look what is done today.
    I think i have lost my money.

      Ordered for titan 1773sl02 karishma watch - for men, on 25/07/2018-order id: od[protected]. But delivered titan 1773yl03 karishma watch - for men on 28/07/2018.
      Return request was rejected stating that the"reason for the return request is incorrect". Once again i have sent return request on 29/07/2018 return reference id:[protected].
      If it is possible rectify the mistake and re-send the ordered model titan 1773sl02 karishma watch - for men within 4days which i ordered for the purpose of giving gift otherwise please cancel the order. Please confirm soon.

      Return request was rejected stating that the"reason for the return request is incorrect". Once again i have sent return request on 29/07/2018 return reference id:[protected]. It seems the seller is not having any track record of the item delivered and in stock ? It is really surprising and unbelievable !!? If my reason for return request is incorrect what else you are expecting?

        I had ordered a phone on exchange. I went to the delivery hub to drop my old phone and pick up the new phone. The ekart delivery guy took the old phone started inspecting it and he took some photos and sent it to his supervisor. After some time he came back to me saying that he can't accept the phone as it has microscopic paint job missing on the side if the phone. Let me be clear in the below link

        It is mentioned that only 2basic checks will be performed one is whether the phone is in working condition and the other is whether there is any damage to the display. My phone is in working condition and there is not even a scratch on the display. And why is this happening... If flipkart approves the exchange who are these guys... How come they have the authority to deny the product...???... Unfortunately the phone that i wanted was flipkart exclusive... If not i would have gone for amazon which would be hassle free...
        After all this this... Flipkart people will come saying.."we spoke with the customer... Explained about the exchange policy... And cancelled the order... Refund will be initiated.. Blaaah. Blaaah blaaaah...
        P. S my friend ordered a phone on exchange in a different city got it delivered successfully, the ekart delivery guy didn't speak a word... (His phone had no paint literally)... Seriously people don't know why it is like this.. And one more thing couldn't attach the photo as i had no microscope.

          I am naveen from delhi i had very serious complaint regarding my order having order no. Od[protected] dated 26 jul 2018
          I had purchase asus zenphone max pro m1 (6gb) in flash sale on 26 jul 2018, yesterday i get the delivery of it and after using it i got to know the camera quality of the phone. It had dual camera on back having 16mp+5mp with 4k quality video recording and front 16mp, but when i compare the picture quality with my moto g turbo (2014 edition with 12mp camera) and with nokia[protected] model with 3.15mp camera) it was too low.
          So i call flipkart customer care for return yesterday itself. As a result today i get call for tech executive visit for inspection of phone.
          When i raised my issue of camera and also told him to compare the image quality of asus phone with the phone i had in my position or with his phone (Redmi note pro), then the tech executive told me you cannot compare the camera quality of asus phone with other company phone. For comparison you should do it with asus phone only, this was childish statement made by him. Everybody in the whole world compare his things with others even the companies across the globe and that's how new product idea comes out for betterment of life.
          I didn't asked him to compare the phone with samsung s7 or s9 or with iphone which was far superior than asus phone, i just want to compare with low or same budget phone. Even when i told to just click image or record video and compare with nokia[protected] edition with 3.15mp) along with asus 16mp +5mp camera he again told me the same thing {bhai i didn't asked to compare maruti 800 with audi car } instead he shows me the other complain of asus phone regarding its camera and tries to convince me saying that all the asus phone had same camera problem.

          When i check the the flipkart app at 2:30pm it indicate me my return request was cancelled when i call back to customer care the executive she first said dito same thing as told by tech guy to me and hence my return request was rejected and inform me to take the phone to asus service centre.
          Now question arises why would i prefer to repair my phone which complain raised by me with in 4 hour of delivery?

          Why should i go to service centre?

          What would about your's 10 days return policy? Is it fake just to attract the buyers?

          Why would the flipkart not held liable for providing wrong information as my buying based on your flipkart app information?

          Why flipkart indulge in wrong practice?

          Again i raised the return request and waiting for your response.

          Yesterday I got reply from Flipkart at night According to replied email it seems Flipkart totally relly only on the service engineer, if that's so then they should check the feedback sheet which was signed by me, in that job sheet I crisp and clearly mentioned of my problem which was not solved by his visit. Firstly they should check that sheet, moreover before cancellation of return they would contact me also, but they don't bother about that & failed about telling about 10 day's return policy in which they show up customer interest by writing no question asked.

              I had ordered the asus zenfone 5z order id =
              Od[protected] on 23rd july. I noticed that the description about the product regarding the camera and battery life was exaggerated. The selfie camera is not at all living up to the expectations. It performs very poor in low light conditions. The battery life is worse. The device heats while charging and also while day to day use. The technician that they sent to resolve the issue was of no use either. Flipkart says that they have easy return policy which again is fake. I have asked 2 times for a return for refund.
              First they cancelled the replacement and now they are not providing the refund as well. I am very much disappointed in the service they are providing for the returns. I strictly want a refund for the product.

              My return was again cancelled. This is despite flipkart saying that they will revert back. How many times do I have to apply for a refund. Everytime I do, you just cancel the return. Is this your easy return policy?

                  Purchased above order details from flipkart on 9th july & delivered on 16th july wch is supposed to be delivered on 14th july. Opened asap when i receieved and i though product would be best, but quality & all sucks. Worst product i ever purchsed & witnessed. Since thn i was behind flipkart service team, raised return/refund 2 times & cancelled. Terms shud be feasible towrds customers not sellers. Spoked with 2 supervisers, aftr speaking with seller, they raised return & refund request and 2 times return pick up has been initiated & delivery boy num has been shared whom i had tried caling many times, but neither responded nor answered back. Sinc ethen i have been talking with flipkart and no help till now has been done to me. Flipkart services r totally inclined towrds commerciality & inclined towrds sellers benefitting, not to help customers. We buy on the trust of flipkart, not some stupid sellers & this flipkart just obeys sellers rules, not cutomers grief. Amazon has such a incredible user friendly services given by own discretion of executives, but in flipkart, for a small issues resolving, i was behind them for 15 days and still its not resolved. Kindly check and help me in returning that worst product and refund me so that i m not gonna purchase anythg from flipkart again until norms are made user friendly.

On telling him about no such term and condition of slight damage in cell phone while placing order he said his superior denied to pick up the product.                             I have order denver hamilton deo combo pack for 490 rs.. After delivery i found that the inside seal of flipkart was broken and there was only single deo in box.. As a single deo comes approx at 280 i have lost my money in the case. I have also called customer care for help so they told me to wait till 27th of july 2018. So till today i. E 28th of july i didn't received any msg or email. So i called them again for help so they told me we can't help you as your refund cancellation policy order is over and they can't help me..                               Recently i logged in to my flipkart with a new number as my previous flipkart account was deleted as i couldn't change my email id which was inactive and so i was not able to use any reward points withou logging in to email id.
                              With my new number i created an account then i deleted it as i was concerned of my phone number being used then i tried to get into it through new email id which was impossible.
                              Now i want to reactivate my account through phone number or email id as possible. But it is showing contact customer service. I called flipkart customer care but it didn't connect to the customer care.
                              Now how can i reactivate my account with email id /number from my mobile phone itself.

                                I bought a television which cost about 70k from flipkart assured seller on jul 17th 2018. (Order no : od[protected]. They said that shipping is free while i ordering the item. But, during deliver the item, courier man demanding for 500 rs. They said, because of big item (Tv). I paid 500 rs then only they deliver the item. I bought many items from online but i never experienced such a pathetic service. Really bad experience.

                                  Sir this is with reference to my above order reference number order id od[protected] with flipcart, i order two items in this order and i cancel one item before delivery and they send me refund order ref number and promise me the refund will happen within 6 working days, i send them many mails they are not replying to my mails, please advice how i can recover my amount inr 595 from flipcart.

                                    I ordered asus zenphone max pro m1 via flash sale on 26th july 2018. Order after reaching ghaziabad (Which is nearest hub) got misrouted. I patiently waited for flash sale then for package to be delivered. Flipkart didn't inform me about this misrouted issue i called their customer service when found something fishy while tracking the package. It was then brought to my attention that package has gone to another city and can't be delivered. Their customer service said you have to cancel this order and place a new order. I was lucky 1st time that i could place the order in the flash sale which lasted for less than 10 seconds, i can't be lucky again even if i m lucky again there is no gurantee that it won't happen next time (Since there are complaints of people with whom it has happened twice). It was mistake on your end flipkart so you have to correct it.
                                    I kindly request filpkart to deliver my package as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered kodak smart tv on 21.7.18 at flipkart app and delivered fast within 2days 24th reached my home.

                                      Item was damaged condition is noticed by authorized service engineer and replacement order was submitted same day. (24.7.18)

                                      But replacement date is 4th august is really too late.

                                      I mentally worrying this kind of activities from flipkart.

                                      There is no buyer protection in flipkart but seller protection is fast.

                                      I called customer care through flipkart app, there is no tamil speaking customer care executive in flipkart app.

                                      One msg came to my mobile 28th july kodak technician will come to home. Another phone came to my mobile how is new tv?.

                                      There is no proper email id or tamil speaking customer care executive, how can i tell my issue to flipkart.

                                      Totally upset for purchase with flipkart for this order.

I took screen test and passed all test and take full amount of exchange value. But today the deliv. Er boy after watching the phone told me that he had not exchance the old because of a minor line on back camera.. The line is not seen in naked eyes but he said and he cancel it... Everything is ok in m. Y old phone. I passed all screening test before...
