Ordered 4 items of wall lamps and paid for all but got only one. Also return is rejected. Return my funds. U r being part of fraud by rejecting refund. I will sue u for harassment if return is not accepted.
On the box of packing it is written that 4 items are there inside but only one item was there. By rejecting the return it is evident that u r also part in fraud

      I bought a pigeon gas stove 6 months earlier. A day before evening when my start to use the stove the glass got blast and my mom got wounded. I was trusted flipkart not Pigeon brand. Now don't have any words to convince my family. I have invoice with with warranty card. I need a service recovery immediately.

        This is highly disappointing to received such pathetic services from a big brand like flipkart.

        I have collected a product today at 15:50 And contacted flipkart for return of the product at 5 which is not even two hours of getting the product and I informed the product is without a price tag, and the product is not satisfactory in terms of its quality and colour. I am being told return is not possible without the tag and you have to give the tag, even after I have informed 20 times I have received the product without a tag I am being told the same thing.
        This is highly irritating for a regular and genuine customer like me who has bought expensive products like mobile phone on flipkart many times trusting the name but not my trust is shaken completely on getting such a pathetic service for the first time.

        All the agents were very unhelpful and sadly I am very disappointed and will take legal action if my issue isn't resolved.

        I didn't think this was a big task for a company like flipkart.

          when received that product packing sealed was Not Currect and Not Proper Packing i don't know how, And put the packing inside only small safety cover, and product damaged & it [censored]ing item (it manufacturing Made in Chaina)

          Below mentioned mail my complaint has been reported to cosumer court on 12th July 2018, My Order id OD[protected] item) Lenovo Phab 2 (Champagne Gold, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) about the product its not good and bluff, When i have ordered that time i review all this product deatils and, main thing its Manufacturing on Lenovo PC HK Limited 23/F, Lincoln House, Taikoo Palace, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. But We have Received Its Made in China Model, ofter I contact to the Flipkart Customer care and i reques refund the amount but they told its seller problam we are only replecement the product, not possible to the refund amount. But my Flipkart Account Showing refund of oppositions, my self we have raised to the refund request, but it's automatically rejected.Now flipkart Customer was saying we are only replacement to the iteam But iam not beliving to him, So please my Humble Requesting refund the amount only.

              Flipkart cheating with new customers specially who has gift card balance in flipkart wallet. My account has been blocked according to flipkart my account blocked due to cancellation of products. Yes i accept i returned their products but it does not mean that you blocked my account and keep my amount which is INR 800 something. You are cheating with customers firstly you delivered missing items in that orders and when customer request for return/replacement/refund of that missing items then your customer care executive take request refund or return easily but after 2 or 3 days you blocked flipkart account. finaly i request to you please reactivate my account because it was not my fault. you sent incomplete products it is your fault not my fault. I want my gift card balance, Simple !

                I had placed an order for a bag on Flipkart and immediately cancelled it as it was the wrong bag that I placed the order for. I had already paid for the bag online.
                On cancelling I received a message saying money has been credit back to your account but I have not received any money!

                    OD[protected]This is the order id of Matrix shampoo that I've received which is totally a faux /duplicate product that Flipkart is selling to customers in the name of the original. when I started using the product it is not shampoo rather its a liquid with some other fragrance not similar to the original matrix shampoo and it also doesn't create lather rather hair fall happens and hair gets rough after its usage. when I called Flipkart customer care they told me it's a non-returnable product we can't help u. This is not the only instance I've also order Hennaveda indigo powder having order id-OD[protected] also has the same duplicate product issue, after using it doesn't colour the hair, a lot of money has been wasted.I want this site to be boycotted who is taking our hard earned money by giving us fake products.Please action must be taken

The moment i opened it did not work and i have gone to apple service center where they have clearly identified it as a Fake product.                           I use that After 10 days install Game But Game is Not Properly Working So I found and Search What Problem then problem Was detect that in my laptop 2gb graphic are not available so i contact Flipkart customer care so they advice go HP Service Center i go their and they are submitted my laptop i ask them problem is reslove they always say sir you come and check their no problem i check problem still their this cycle repeat upto 3 time i go my home to service center (140Km) after that they told we try to every thing no solution please talk to Flipart and I talk to Flipkart they always said sir technical team contact you but no one contact me .
                          I am totally frustrated i hope this complaint give me proper solution.
                          Also I have all proof that they mail me and also have HP service center Letter
                          My Flipkart Incident No.: IN[protected].
                          Third screenshot describes how they react, they are just bluffing around and trying frustrate me with their never ending procudes, as of now i've been told to wait for the their next call, which i'm sure will just close my case without solvingit, making me to repeat the cycle that i'm repeating from a month.

                          It's 7/21/2018 today and i still haven't got my problem solved yet, Flipkart (as always) is still procrastinating about solving my issue.
                          On May 19 (2 months ago) they sent me email that i quote: 'We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 23 May, 3:00 PM.'
                          On May 23 Flipkart emailed me, here i quote: 'We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 24 May, 5:00 PM to get back to you.'
                          On June 27 Flipkart emailed me, here i quote: 'We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Jul, 10:00 AM.'
                          On July 6 Flipkart emailed me, here i quote: 'We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 12 Jul, 3:00 PM.'
                          I have uploaded screenshots of all these emails as proof along with this update.
                          And as always i say, it's July 21, and Flipkart has done nothing but disappointing me, from now i have lost believe in being an online consumer.

                            I have ordered redmi note 5 pro phone on 10 July and received a dummy phone on 11 July which doesn't have anything its just a dummy phone, a fake phone instead of real redmi. The phone which I got doesn't have battery screen damaged and buttons are gone. Moreover, it's not redmi note 5 pro its some dummy phone. I applied for a refund and Flipkart rejected my request telling cannot refund the money. Its 15000/- and they are least bothered. I need my refund money back.

                                    I ordered Redmi note 5 (OD[protected] from flipkart. They delivered the product to other without even confirming. They did not provide me with the number of wishmaster before going out for delivery. Now flipkart is not taking responsibility and saying we are only sorry so order new product. Please help me.                                         I ordered a long chain "sukkhi" bt the order couldn't placed n even the money was also deducted..i called the customer no..bt the response was not gud..i lost my money simply..
                                        I want back my money..team flipkart please refund my deducted amount as soon..
                                        How can i continue shopping if these type of scenerio occurs?
                                        My account get deducted with the money but the order couldn't placed ..i want my money back.
                                        The order is not even placed then how it is possible to get order id? I am stucked in this problem. Please refund my amount. Till today i was happy with the team flipkart bt today everything get reversed. Still i hope that u will refund my amount..
