This is for your information that I purchased a washing machine from Flipkart against order No.OD[protected] on 18th July which I received on 23rd July, 2018.
After that technician visit on 26th for the installation then he found that machine is damage internally & suggested to us for the replacement.
As per the flipkart policy I have raised return request & refund my money back in original payment mode but suddenly return request rejected on 30th July, 2018. I called to the customer care then they said today technician visited your home and resolved the query. I was surprised that without visiting the site, they mentioned that problem has been resolved.
Again I raised a complaint in flipkart through call to customer care and now again my online status is showing requested further 7 days is showing in online portal
I am very surprised, flipkart is doing this type of casual approach and pethatic services to their valuable customers.
I need my money back & in future, I never to any order to flipkart.

    I have ordered yu yunique 2 phone on 20th of july 2018, it was supposed to be delivered by 24th july 2018. When i asked on the toll-free no they said the product be delivered by 25th july 2018, after that they said 27th july 2018. The complaint handling team gives the fake assurance of product delivery, by saying yes you will receive the product please don't cancel the order.
    When called the delivery person from ekart he disconnected the call and till date his no. Is not reachable. Ekart please hired the hired the people who at least have basic sense and honesty towards the job.
    Still, i have not received any sure mail or message from flipkart.

    I booked a flight ticket on 20/7/18 from patna to new delhi through the flipkart new travel feature for 24/7/2018 the money debited from my account but, I didn't received any conformation mail . I talked to both flipkart and mmt customer services they told amount will be funded but till date 28/7/18 it has been not refunded .

      This is matter of wrong invoice. August 9, 19 2017, i had purchased a Acer Aspire R11 Pentium Quad Core R3-131T-P9J9/r3-131t-p71c 2 in 1 Laptop (11.6 inch, Light Blue, 1.58 kg) and IMEI number is – NXG0YSI[protected]. I have invoice of this laptop in which IMEI number is:[protected]. My order id was-Order ID : OD[protected]. On July 10, 2018 I was facing problem in my laptop then i wanted to go to service center but when I check there is mis-match IMEI number and it would not be considered for my laptop warranty. Then July 11, 2018 i have registered a complaint on your call center. my complaint has been registered, where i have received an email [Incident: IN[protected]] with the same wrong invoice.

      I again registered a complaint, lipkart team raised one more incident IN[protected] and mentioned the below comment.

      As they stated above I have sent the product to specified warehouse with the order and retun id but warehouse refused the product even after 5 attempts.

      So daily I am calling flipkart and asking for next steps and resolution.

      Below are the number of incidents have been raised so far for the same complaint but not got resolved since 11th July 2018.

      Daily I am calling and explaining the same issue from the scratch who ever picks the call. At some point of time flipkart customer support is disconnecting my call. I have escalated this issue twice to senior level and had 1 hr long calls and they assured me that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours (on 23th July, 27th July ) but no action taken.
      The resolution date is getting postponed almost on a daily basis since 11th July. Please escalate this issue to top level management and I need to know the action taken care by flipkart since 11th July with respective to this issue. This is very frustrating. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

      Flipkart team called me almost on daily basis after registering the complaint in this consumer complaints website. Flipkart team provided alternative address so that I couriered the product. Seller initiated refund once the product reached warehouse. Many thanks to consumer complaints and flipkart team.

I Called to customer Care and they Said That Order is Cancelled Due to Some Techincal Issue, You Have to Order it Again. And on Flipkart Site it is showing that Order is Cancelled By me. Pagal samaj rakha hai kya Flipkart ne India Walo ko. Pehle Every Week FLash Sale me Wait Kro and After that Yeh sab. I will sue on Flipkart if i Dont Get My order

            My mobile is fully well condition. But flip kart delivery man are told my mobile have one scratch of body side. But i think that this is not any issue. Main fact is when flip kart advertisement for exchange offer rs, 1000/-, i book the samsung j3 pro but after one day they change there offer rs. 500/-. And they announce no cash on delivery only bank payment. I done this time, but when come for delivery and they arise varieties problem.             Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed order has been cancelled from courier service provider hence told refund turn around time and closing the case from our team
            I am aniket vishnupurikar.on 27/7/2018 i placed an order for a pair of shoes. i paid through sbi net banking. payment was successful.the amount was deducted from my acount but order was not placed. i did not receive any sms or mail and order is not there in 'my order' section.please help me. thanks.

                I have booked redmi note 5 pro in last week twice in flash sale and both orders are cancelled by flipkart.
                when i have complaint about this to flipkart they said the order was cancelled by seller side and they can't contact the seller.
                and status shows that i have cancelled my order.WTF.

                so how can i trust flipkart if i am getting this type of harassment before purchasing product what i suffer after getting the product they are not ready to deliver right answer to the customer.
                WHENEVER I CONTACTED THEM THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME THIS ANSWER
                "SIR, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED FROM SELLER SIDE. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING IN IT":)
                if you don't want to do business then shut down your site and sit at home.
                - i have experienced this problem last year with amazon and they helped me a lot and also fulfill my order on actual date.
                i think flipkart have to learn some things from MULTINATIONAL BRANDS that how to treat customer.
                THIS IS THE REASON WHY MULTINATIONAL BRANDS DO THE MORE BUSINESS COMPARE TO INDIAN COMPANIES.
                BCOZ THEY DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS.
                HOW TO SUPPORT MAKE IN INDIA?IF INDIAN COMPANIES DON'T WANT TO SUPPORT CUSTOMER?

                      The smart band got dameged within 1 week and service centre refused to replace, saying that it is duplicate. Now it is almost 2 month and didn't get any solution. The team gave me seller's no and they didn't pic my call and didn't reply for my message. I orderd through flipcart not from the seller. I think flipcart is waiting to end the warranty period.

                        I have ordered a smartphone moto e4 plus on 16th july 2018. It delivered on 18th july. I have two issues related this - 1. The item delivered seemed to be an old and 2nd hand product because when i checked the warranty status on moto website (With the help of imei number) it shows warranty up to feb 2019. But it should july 2019 as each smartphone has one year warranty. Why? 2. The product is too much defective having the software issue. Restart automatically after some time o[censored]se. Why?                           Please provide details of Lenovo p2 stock availablity as i want to buy the phone.. even though after sales service is not that good still for phone specs want to buy desperately..

                          Called lenovo called Flipkart no one seems to take a chance to inform availability of the phone...

                          The phone is out of stock for all models.

                          Want to buy Lenovo p2 graphite grey 2nos with 3gb of ram.

                            I ordered 19 july hitachi ac on flipkart and received on 25 july and one flipkart jeeves engineer come for installation between installation he notice the product is defected and reinstall it when icome home i notice product is also not same what they are showing on website mostly remote control

                              I have bought boat basshead 220 earphones from flipkart, just looked flipkart assured service & purchased.

                              I didn't like the product and try to return the product there is no return option and when i complain about they said there is not return policy.
                              Flipkart adverstise that it has hassle free return policy. Look what is done today.

It is really surprising and unbelievable !!? If my reason for return request is incorrect what else you are expecting?

                                  I had ordered a phone on exchange. I went to the delivery hub to drop my old phone and pick up the new phone. The ekart delivery guy took the old phone started inspecting it and he took some photos and sent it to his supervisor. After some time he came back to me saying that he can't accept the phone as it has microscopic paint job missing on the side if the phone. Let me be clear in the below link

                                  It is mentioned that only 2basic checks will be performed one is whether the phone is in working condition and the other is whether there is any damage to the display. My phone is in working condition and there is not even a scratch on the display. And why is this happening... If flipkart approves the exchange who are these guys... How come they have the authority to deny the product...???... Unfortunately the phone that i wanted was flipkart exclusive... If not i would have gone for amazon which would be hassle free...
                                  After all this this... Flipkart people will come saying.."we spoke with the customer... Explained about the exchange policy... And cancelled the order... Refund will be initiated.. Blaaah. Blaaah blaaaah...
                                  P. S my friend ordered a phone on exchange in a different city got it delivered successfully, the ekart delivery guy didn't speak a word... (His phone had no paint literally)... Seriously people don't know why it is like this.. And one more thing couldn't attach the photo as i had no microscope.

                                    I am naveen from delhi i had very serious complaint regarding my order having order no. Od[protected] dated 26 jul 2018
                                    I had purchase asus zenphone max pro m1 (6gb) in flash sale on 26 jul 2018, yesterday i get the delivery of it and after using it i got to know the camera quality of the phone. It had dual camera on back having 16mp+5mp with 4k quality video recording and front 16mp, but when i compare the picture quality with my moto g turbo (2014 edition with 12mp camera) and with nokia[protected] model with 3.15mp camera) it was too low.
                                    So i call flipkart customer care for return yesterday itself. As a result today i get call for tech executive visit for inspection of phone.
                                    When i raised my issue of camera and also told him to compare the image quality of asus phone with the phone i had in my position or with his phone (Redmi note pro), then the tech executive told me you cannot compare the camera quality of asus phone with other company phone. For comparison you should do it with asus phone only, this was childish statement made by him. Everybody in the whole world compare his things with others even the companies across the globe and that's how new product idea comes out for betterment of life.
                                    I didn't asked him to compare the phone with samsung s7 or s9 or with iphone which was far superior than asus phone, i just want to compare with low or same budget phone. Even when i told to just click image or record video and compare with nokia[protected] edition with 3.15mp) along with asus 16mp +5mp camera he again told me the same thing {bhai i didn't asked to compare maruti 800 with audi car } instead he shows me the other complain of asus phone regarding its camera and tries to convince me saying that all the asus phone had same camera problem.

                                    When i check the the flipkart app at 2:30pm it indicate me my return request was cancelled when i call back to customer care the executive she first said dito same thing as told by tech guy to me and hence my return request was rejected and inform me to take the phone to asus service centre.
                                    Now question arises why would i prefer to repair my phone which complain raised by me with in 4 hour of delivery?

                                    Why should i go to service centre?

                                    What would about your's 10 days return policy? Is it fake just to attract the buyers?

                                    Why would the flipkart not held liable for providing wrong information as my buying based on your flipkart app information?

                                    Why flipkart indulge in wrong practice?

                                    Again i raised the return request and waiting for your response.

                                    Yesterday I got reply from Flipkart at night According to replied email it seems Flipkart totally relly only on the service engineer, if that's so then they should check the feedback sheet which was signed by me, in that job sheet I crisp and clearly mentioned of my problem which was not solved by his visit. Firstly they should check that sheet, moreover before cancellation of return they would contact me also, but they don't bother about that & failed about telling about 10 day's return policy in which they show up customer interest by writing no question asked.

                                        I had ordered the asus zenfone 5z order id =
                                        Od[protected] on 23rd july. I noticed that the description about the product regarding the camera and battery life was exaggerated. The selfie camera is not at all living up to the expectations. It performs very poor in low light conditions. The battery life is worse. The device heats while charging and also while day to day use. The technician that they sent to resolve the issue was of no use either. Flipkart says that they have easy return policy which again is fake. I have asked 2 times for a return for refund.
                                        First they cancelled the replacement and now they are not providing the refund as well. I am very much disappointed in the service they are providing for the returns. I strictly want a refund for the product.
