I have purchased three lumx 1.5 ton ac all three were received defective from company side replacement was order for same after 25 days I received replacement product in which all procedures like tech visit and all was completed after same I called the person to install ac in which charges was taken again for installment as it was flipkart mistake no wave off was given after this two ac were again sent defective to me after creating refund...

Placed with flipkart for Kechaoda K116 model mobile but the model delivered is of different model, trying for replacement but after few mins of placing online & offline replacement request it shows as cancelled. Also IMEI mentioned in the invoice is different from the rec'd mobile. Kindly arrange replacement with my ordered item or refund paid amount.

    Dear sir,
    I umesh singh kushwaha purchase a reebok shoes od no.[protected] on dt 15.10.2017 approx. Rs 7221 (Mrp 12999) by flipkart but recieved a reebok shoes mrp 2999 with diffrent style and colour so i contact flipkart customer care and tell about my issue they say for return request, after many time wait no one come for reverse pick up and automatic cancell reverse pick up 2/3 times.
    After many time contact with customer care then they courier guy come and pickup my product but next day return to me my product & saying it is not match with flipkart description and tell me kindly talk and update issue flipkart customer care.
    When i re-contact with customer care then say - we update to courier & now pick up compelet no issue but after re-pick up and cancell my pick up after reach on office... Till time my parcell put courier office w/o refund/replacement after copleted approx. 2 month.
    Also my account suspended which is i can't login...

    Kindly look into this do needfull.. I want refund/re-placement as soon as possible.

      Hi Concern,

      I have made a complaint on 8-Jul-2018 (Ticket ID- 8G8-34385NOSC[protected]of my newly purchased washing machine (MarQ by Flipkart 7.5 kg) and till today[protected] issue is not resolved.

      I am continuously calling on Jeeves(their after sale service partner) customer care number but found no solution except new date every time.

      1. After making complaint on 8-Jul-2018, they rescheduled the service without informing me and I received a message as per you request we have rescheduled service.

      2. On 9-Jul-2018, Raesh engineer visited and by mistake or intentionally we were unable to use the washer also, the complaint made was for dryer.
      I have taken photo of pully as suggeted by Raesh and sent it to Mrs. Payal.

      3. After that on[protected] your engineer Ajeet visited with a gear-box and tell me that the part provided him is different from the part required, so I have taken picture of gear-box and sent it again to Mrs Payal and sehe told me to resolve the issue is resolved within next 2 days.

      4. Today (20-Jul-2018) I received a message that engineer Raesh will visit again after waiting till 7 pm IST today, I again called Mrs Payal and engineer Ajeet and they told me gain we have received wrong part so Ajeet is not visiting today and I have to wait for some more time.

      Please help me to resolve this issue.

      Faulty MarQ washing machine 7.2 kg delivered to me. Further after making Zen number of calls no response from jeeves and flipkart. Item is in unserviceable condition since second day onwards. Pls help me.

          Yesterday 4 unknown money transaction was done from my ATM card and that transaction was done by FLIPKART its shown on my mini statement.I got 4 message which contain OTP and even though I didnt shared that message with anyone and after that within a second money was deducted from my bank account. Please look in this matter and take place some action.

            I had ordered redmi note 5 on 16th may, 2018 through flipkart by payment mode of sbi debit card emi. I returned the product and was approved by flipkart the same day. However, till now I have not received the refund from the flipkart merchant Flashstar Commerce in my emi account. I have been paying emi for the past two months despite not purchasing the product. I have complained to flipkart multiple times. They say that the amount has been credited on 11th july. However, I have shared my account statement also with them in which there is no reflection of refund. I request for penalty against flipkart and demand compensation for harassment since past two months.

                Dear Sir/Madam
                1. I have ordered Redmi not 5 pro (Black) thrice and paid successfully thriugh sbi credit card but every time the order was cancelled by flipkart stating unforseen reason.
                2. After first order cancellation, i tried for the 2nd time but that was also cancelled by flipkart. Then i booked a call with your customer care. The customer care told me that the product may not be available with the seller thats why the order has been cancelled by seller and secondly he told to try one more time. I placed the order for the third time and again it was cancelled stating the same raeson.
                3. I want to know why my orders are being cancelled. Is it due to unavailability or flipkart do not want sell on the 10% discount through sbi credit card which is shown in black bold letters in discount option. If the product is not available with the seller, why the flikart is accepting the order or showing out of stock.
                4. Now the the same product is on sale today w.e.f 12 PM on flipkart. That means flipkart did not want to give sbi credit card discount which they were showing till yesterday.
                5. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

                Flipkart representative spoke to me regarding the issues raised by me. They apologized for the same and asked me to place a fresh order. They also promised me to give the discount of Rs 1500 (SBI credit card offer) as a gift coupon after the placement of new order which they have given with during my previous order mentioned in the my complaint cancelled by Flipkart.

                    Hi team,
                    I've ordered a new samsung j8 on flipkart with order number OD[protected] through exchange offer
                    As per offers 2000/- cashback was promised for using ICICI card
                    But it's not been done

                    Flipkart is saying that in terms and condition it's mentioned that cart value must be 18990 for offer but this is written in FAQ's and not T&c's

                    They are saying below statement
                    What other conditions should apply to avail the offer?
                    * Total cart value of Eligible products, should be INR 18, 990 or more.

                    But this is written in FAQ's

                    In T&c's below is written
                    The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (“NCV”). NCV shall mean the total value of only the Eligible Product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.

                    I've attached both the screenshots

                    Secondly, they recorder my call without my permission as I never allowed them to do so which is against my rights
                    Sample call is attached

                    Third, I've contacted multiple times for escalation and they transfer the call but it was never answered and they always ended call after 20-25 mins of hold
                    I've called them like 10 times. See how much time I've wasted on resolving this matter

                    I need my 2000/- cashback as its my right as per offer.
                    Secondly I want compensation for inconvenience.
                    Third I want serious action to be taken against this fraud activity done by flipkart

                      I have been following up on the product delivery i ordered for my mothers birthday. To my surprise the flipkart sent the order on time but the delivery did not happen as the delivery boy denied to pick up the phone in exchange offer and demanded a new phone.. also he behaved in a very rude way. I have been enquiring about the status for past 3 days and the customer care is just buyinh more and more time without having any clear status update of the deivery. Flipkart sucks .                         These people are real cheaters. I faced this twice now. They have delivery charge even when you order large amount of bulk order, okay thats understood.

                        Top most Ridiculous thing is ...they cancelled one item from my bulk order and asked me to order that again which means I need to pay delivery charge again just for one item. They said because of some technical issues one of my order item is cancelled. So I ordered above 2000 and paid delivery charge and then due to their mistake or issues I need to pay delivery charge again when I reorder the same thing. Is this explainable to anyone?? Whats the meaning of bulk order then? Pathetic... I tried to talk to customer care almost 6-8 times now. sent emails but no solution yet. They loot customers on name of sale and then cancel the orders so that when we have vouchers (which we can use only once obviously) and if they cancel the order, its gone. You cant use vouchers again and again and money is just wasted. More than money I hate their answers because they dont care about customer's problems at all... The worst service I ever got from the online shopping portals.

                          I have order a lenovo k8 note which was delivered on 16th july 2018. When i open the box the seal was already tampered. There is scratches on the phone, data cable is full of dust. Its seems that some one has already used that phone. I have paid around 12k for the phone. Now i want my money back. I have also lodged a return request for it.

                            I purchased a Lenovo vibe K5 note mobile on 23. 07. 2017 from flipkart.
                            Against prepaid invoice no. OD[protected] for rs. 10499 / -
                            I have faced a problem that mobile is not turning on and raised a complaint on 4th june-2018, 6th july and 12 July-2018 and lenovo customer service center (K.R.K service Lenovo India Pvt.Ltd, Ferns Icon, Level -2, Doddenakund Village,
                            Marathhalli Outer Ring Road, Marathhalli Post, Kr Puram Hobli, Bangalore-560037 ). They have fixed the problem but I have found same issue after 3days then I have tried to connect them then they said you need to pay Rs.3500
                            for changing Motherboard, Subborad and battery. So I asked to them if device is under warranty then why are you asking for money then finally they accepted mobile and kept it for 10 days and they changed the microprocessor and said that will not get issue in future.
                            But problem is not resolved yet and they are intentionally doing temporary solution as my warranty would be expiring on 22-July-18 hence they know after warranty they will take money from me.

                            I am expecting answer for below questions:

                            1-If I have been facing issue since 2 months then why they are not providing permanent solution or if mobile is defective then why they are not replacing?
                            2-If I have been facing same issue since 2 months and reported at the same time, which is 2 months prior to warranty expire period then my issue should be fixed even if my warranty would be expired.
                            3- Why they are looking for money and waiting for warranty expired.
                            4)why they are changing every time microprocessor & changing IME number?

                            Please help me out and do the needful here as I am very disappointment due to this because you can easily under stand without mobile how can be handled our daily routine & office work.

                              I placed an order with flip-kart for 23 items. I got the confirmation mail saying the order has been successfully placed and the order number is OD[protected]. However, within a few minutes I start getting messages and mails saying the order is cancelled. I never did the cancellation. Pure waste of my time, money, efforts and highest levels o[censored]nprofessional attitude/ worksmanship by Flipkart.

                                Since yesterday morning till today afternoon i have tried to book honor 9i mobile 5 times with SBI 10% instant cashback offer. All the 5 times order got cancelled automatically. After placing each order i talked to customer care. For first 2 orders they told me that the seller has received some bulk order so my order was cancelled. After that they told me to try booking again as there is some issue from the seller side and that i may be able to complete the booking. But even after the 5th try tge same story kept on repeating. Customer care executives are not able to give any reason for the incident. Now comes the best part. I booked the same mobile immediately after 5th unsuccessful attempt without instant cashback offer and with COD option. This time there was no cancellation. I again called up the customer care and explained them the way seller was fooling customers. But as in the previous 5 calls, customer care executive were only explaining their limitation in giving any information about the incident. Also they straight way advised me not to take any action as there is no way/channel of lodging such complaints. Flipkart can only register some standard complaints (the one which are listed on the website).
                                Kindly help.. This is purely a case of cheating and cusromer harassment.
                                Flipkart is fooling customers by placing false adv and offers only to lure customers..

                                First of all i would like to thanks consumer complaint support team for making my voice reach M/s Flipkart.

                                I would like to put an update on my complaint. After putting up this complaint, i recevied 2 calls from flipkart customer care. No need to say that they were hopelss as usual. They were only trying to make me take my complaint back without giving any justification for the issue i have raised.
                                When i refused, they gave their standard answer "sir, we have escalated ur complaint and you will receive a call back for resolution with in 24 hrs." Besides this there was nothing they were able to tell. These people are really ridiculous and are only trying to supress the issue. I have demanded a written justification and the actual reason for their unjustified actions. But seems that flipkart is least bothered about customer satisfaction and business ethics. I would request customer complaint team to push this issue untill flipkart gives a justified response for their unethical acts.

                                  I ordered ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 on 12th July, 2018. Order ID is OD[protected].
                                  The phone that I received was defective. It was giving electric shocks while charging and it could have blasted in my hand. Technician from Flipkart came and verified same problem and reported back to Flipkart.
                                  Problem was serious so I insisted them to take back their product and refund me money. But Flipkart is saying that they would replace the product.
                                  I demand refund instead of replacement as I cannot risk using this product again as it could have blasted in my hand.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      On 11 Jul 2018, i ordered online "Redme 5A (Grey, 32 gb) from flipkart (Order no : OD[protected] and which i received on 13 Jul 18. While using the same i felt that overheating and poor power backup problem is there so i put replacement request to their customer care executive on phone so he told me to do some action on telephone only, problem remain same even after doing all those step including factory resetting so they arranged for technician visit.
                                      on 18 Jul 2018, Technician confirmed that device have heating issue along with poor battery performance (in writing) after doing long troubleshooting. After that when i contacted to flipkart customer care executive on phone, he inform me that device will replace by 23 Jul 18 but on 19 jul 18 when i checked my order status in Flipkart, I found flipkart rejected the replacement without informing me with this remark "issue resolved by troubleshooting". So again when i was trying to contact them through telephone, their customer care executives are not reachable even after putting call back request twice so i tweet them in twitter. From twitter i got this reply "Sorry to hear that. We'll get in touch with you to fix this" but now when i check flipkart i saw they mentioned one more technician visit in their website against today date ie 19 Jul 18 whereas in actual no one visited my place on 19 Jul 18.
                                      Now after seeing all these attached proof anyone can find out very easily how flipkart makes their customers fool here. Once their technician confirmed the problem then also they are not ready to replace and without sending their technician they simply update their system from their AC offices only.
                                      So now i want full refund of my amount (instead of replacement) immediately as am no more int in Fraud company ie Flipkart who do fake promises and give fake warranty.

                                      whenever i put complaint in their twitter account or in customer care ph number i got the same reply always " we are taking care of this. please be assured that you will receive an update at the earliest"
                                      par bhai yei toh bata doh kab as even after 11 days u r telling the same thing...how many more days you want to resolve the issue. i want my full refund now as m no more int in flipkart as flipkart no more trusted market
