On 8th of July, i had placed vivo v9 spphire blue, (OD[protected] price 20, 990.today morning at 10:06 am it had been delivered. when i open order item was not there but mobile charger and headphones are there, that time delivery boy went. i need clarification regarding this.i have been speaking to the customer care, they have been telling like you have to wait tell on 21st of July and i am not able to return it. i need proper action, fraud company i ever seen like this.

    Hello,
    I had Purchased Redmi Note 5 from flipkart via order number OD[protected]
    and there were problems from the date of delivery one was of Over Heating and second was of phone hanging and lagging in normal usage.before the first technical visit the overheating issue was by trouble shooting but the phone was still hanging in front of the technician who came for the visit and he assured me don't worry i will get my phone replaced. i wrote the remark stating the problem. but still he submitted false report stating my phone is working fine because of which the replacement of my phone was rejected and for which i have made a complain against the technician.
    I put the replacement request again and after multiple calls between flipkart and me they agreed to do another technical visit. this time 'MOHD Jishan Hashmi mob. no. [protected]' scheduled the visit on 7th June, i called him at the time of visit where he informed me that he has been assigned another client and he will not be able to come and someone will come and visit but no one came and i wasted another day waiting for the technical visit. i made flipkart aware of this incident. I have not received any call from flipkart for troubleshooting or to reschedule the technical visit.
    still my return request was rejected with the reason
    "Cancelled on Mon, Jul 09th as issue resolved by troubleshooting "

    "We're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Reason : We were unable to contact you for clarification.Please contact our customer support [protected]@flipkart.com to reopen the request. "

    this is really very bad customer service from flipkart which was not expected from them to do such practices. where the customer is facing a issue and the flipkart employees are making a mockery out of his misery.

        I cant login my Flipkart account but I don't know why this is done to me I didn't news Flipkart for hardly 2 months and you have deactivated my ID that's not a good behaviour today due to this I can't order land phone because it was not active and I can't open it due to which I cannot order phone online from your side it is really disappointing that we we show faith in you and you are just doing this to us your responsibility is to satisfy a customer not to give problems to them now what will happen if I can't order that phone another day because it was the sale of redmi 5A and I can't order that phone due to inconvenience in my login procedure .

        I have called you three to four times in afternoon but all the time your executives are busy in another call and my call has not been taken that's why I am sending this mail to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible because I am really having a lot of problems for placing my order p

          Hello sir,
          i purchased an apple watch series 3 from flipkart. When i opened the box, i was really shocked, the item was not matched to apple watch series 3. i complained to flipkart support multiple times but i didnt get any satisfactory resolution from flipkart. They always take my request to refund and return, but end of the day they cancelled the pickup request.

          when i called the flipkart why product is not picked up by flipkart. they are giving bad answer like technical issue, return cancelled by seller and product cancelled by courier. I am fully screwed up with you. Please return and refund my money ASAP. Otherwise, i will complain FIR and consumer forum.

                I have purchased a IFB 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (TL- RDW Aqua) on 20 june 2018. my order id is OD[protected].

                On 29th IFB engineer was came to give demo and unfortunately he could't provide the demo because of there is damage found in bottom and told me to get the product replace.

                so same day i have placed requested in flipkart to replace this item and Flipkart said they will be sending a technician on July 05, 2018 but no one has come.

                What is shocking to me is their unwillingness to replace the product. Today i lost complete trust in flipkart will never buy from flipkart again.

                Please suggest me guys what should i do in this case, i am already getting a feeling they won't be giving me a replacement easily.

                    I have returned 2 orders, 1 for poor quality and other for wrong supply. Eveb after 2 months I have still not received my refund. They are saying that refund has already been done on so and so date and if not received contact ur bank. I contacted my bank and gave them the transaction ID and details given by flipkart. Bank denies to such transaction done to my account and asked for the proof of statement. I reached flipkart again for the proof but every time they are forwarding the same mail that refund has been done, contact your bank.

                      I am telling my horrible incident since ( july 2017 ) it happened.

                      Telling the whole story in short.

                      I bought Redmi Note 4 from Flipkart back in 2017, after unboxing, i got that the phone had dead pixel inside the display which looks awful.

                      so after so many emails and calls, i finally got the replacement approval from Flipkart.

                      then few days later, courier guy came to me to get back my phone and to give the replacement.

                      now the story is about to start.

                      main incident is regarding the replacement i got.

                      so after getting the replacement, i was happy for having a replacement. after i reach back home, i quickly unboxed the phone, and its worth mentioning that the packaging was like i am unboxing an used phone or something.

                      when i get the phone in my hand, i saw that the phone is bent! ftw! they sent me a bent phone! seriously! without turning on the phone, i was so angry and scared, i called Flipkart within 5m o[censored]nboxing.

                      Flipkart heard everything from me, then that representative told me, that i should not be worrying, as they could even refund the whole money as i got faulty product and then faulty replacement as well.

                      then i said ok give me the refund, he asked me if i need the refund in my PhonePe wallet or Bank Account, so i said wallet would be nice. then he said ok abhijeet, you will get confirmation notification and the return will be done by tomorrow and the money will be transferred soon after that. then i relaxly dropped the call.

                      after that, i got no notification regarding return.

                      no calls, no emails no sms etc.

                      after that, no one came to pick the phone at all.

                      when ever i called Flipkart they said i should wait, the pick up will be done by this date, by that date, they created another pickup arrangement etc.

                      nothing happened. and one day, Flipkart blocked my account. they sent me that worst faulty damaged phone twice, it was very much expensive for a student like me. and they blamed me that they are blocked my account for so many return requests. which was nonsense and they did pure crime with me.

                      its been 1 year, i need the money back. and surprisingly they said after few months that they are working on my issue etc. everyday they told me stories and fake commitments.

                      please help me, cause no one did. not even any consumer forums. i need my money or proper replacement. please.

                        I bought this product since there was an offer. I believed flipkart since it is a popular site and I thought they would give the best however when I saw this offer I was overwhelmed and immediately ordered. I received this product on 6.7.3018. Since I have smoothness my hair it's mandatory to take extremes care. I used this product today and had a feel that it was not good.. I checked the product with my previous one which I bought from health and glow. I was shocked to see that it was a duplicate product. The smell of the shampoo was nauseating.. the hair mask pack was very cheap with no fragrance and it was itching when used.. I am so frustrated with the product.. the outer cover of these products clearly indicates the duplicate..
                        I need my money to be refunded immediately else I never mind taking this to social media as many of my known people use flipkart and think it's is soo good..

                        It's your choice now and this would be my last product in flipkart.. I will never suggest this site to anyone
                        It's up to you guys now to return my money back for these poor duplicate products

                          I have bought and gifted a dell inspiron14 laptop at Flipkart Online shopping on October 3 rd.my sister was very happy. but after few months few keys from the keyboard was not working. so i called to dell service center through the phone call at the beginning they tried to find out the problem but when they came to know about the defects they didn't respond at all.hence it was not fruitful one.even the warranty period is till the December, i didn't get any solution to my problem. i bought many goods and recommend it to my friends but due to this inconvenience i felt really bad.please help me to solve this problem. im looking forward for ur positive approach.

                            Now i totally shocked with. Flipkart..! The service boy tells lie due to his foxy..!
                            Service boy told m that i called uh and u cancelled the order therefore not i single call is came from flipkart or ekart..! I ordered two items and i cancelled 1 item in app (not on call) and He said that he cancelled one more becoz he called m .. and as i said no call is attemed to me i can provide proof..! AND WTF NOW ..the filpkart app still shown me that only one order has been canceled... flipkart should strikes on the service boy who down the responsible company image..!if my isssue not resolved by flipkart thn i nvr will order with flipkart i will delete the app ... it is not to bearable by Great Flipkart..!

                                I am trying to book the Marq air conditioner from Flipkarts Portal since 3 days. After getitng to the payment page whn i am selecting ICICI EMI option & entering my Credit card number, the portal is reflecting "THIS CARD IS NOT SUPPORTED". I am using ICICI Amex Credit card & on their portal they have mentioned this card in their payment acceptance modes. I have also confirmed from ICICI's part & there is no issue on their part in terms of payments. I am continuously trying to call Flipkarts contact number but the reply which i am getting from them is "refer our portal, our all customer care executives are busy". This air conditioner booking is very important to me as i have to gift this on my sisters marriage. The first resolution which i want is that air conditioner get booked ASAP otherwise I will claim the extra money which i pay in the market for the same from the flipkart because of the delay made on their part.

                                  I ordered Rado Watch and got it delivered on[protected]. i want to replace the same as it is different from the one i wanted.but my account has been blocked by you.the watch is covered under 30 days replacement policy but since i am not able to log into my account i cant replace the same.the watch is worth rs 91800 which is a huge amount and a huge loss.i want to change the watch ..customer support team says their system has detected many returns from me but please give me details of the same..because i havent placed any return request earlier ..i am a genuine customer and can give my id proofs to prove the same.please help me out and open my account so that i can manage my order.i shall be highly oblidged to you.

                                    I ordered a Phillips QT3310/15 Cordless trimmer on 28 June on flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by 30 june but it kept on delaying and every time I call on flipkart customer care, they tell me to wait for more 2 days. But obviously they failed everytime.the delivery service is terrible.Flipkart never deliver the product on the promised date and the order is misrouted everytime. I am facing this issue 2nd time.please help me to deliver my order asap.

                                      The air conditioner that we bought like few months back is not functioning properly. To be very exact the cooling is not as effective as at the time of our purchase. Would 's greatly helpful i[censored] could send any technician to fix this issue. Expecting the issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Please do take immediate action on this issue n get it fixed.

                                        I have ordered MI note 5 pro from flipkart with exchange offer of my old phone. Today the courier person arrived to check my old phone and deliver new one. The moment I handed over him my old phone, he removed the screen-guard(which is in good condition). And then later he checked other specifications of the Phone, like Body check and IMEI verification etc. Everything seems to be perfect for me. But at the end moment, he declined taking the old phone saying that it has scratch on back body panel. But this is not logical that after removing the screen guard, the courier person is denying to take the old phone.When we tried to argue with him, he just thrown away the phone in front o[censored]s and left.
                                        When we tried to call the supervisor ([protected]-Bablu(eKart), Badshahpur, Gurgaon), He is also abusing us that this the procedure, we can't accept the old phone.Later when I asked his name, He just provided his nick name and threatened that do whatever you want.

                                        Now my concern:
                                        1. Which procedure includes, after removing the screen guard, checking other specifications
                                        Removing screen guard means its almost confirmed to take the old phone.
                                        2. The way eKart courier person and supervisor is behaving and threatening like goons, its disgusting.
                                        3. Now who is going to pay me for new screen guard of my old phone

                                        If you have an proper proof for the above issue means, just go to consumer court and put a case against them (Flipkart & Ekart) in consumer court and get proper reply from them
