On 16.7.2018 at about 22.50 hrs I ordered one mobile set for Rs 11519/- which included return of one old mobile at the time of delivery of new set. But on the day of delivery, the old mobile set was not accepted and, therefore, new set was not delivered. I had made payment of Rs. 11519/- through my SBI Card No. [protected]. However, the paid amount has not yet been refunded back to my credit card. My address and other details are as follows -
