I am telling my horrible incident since ( july 2017 ) it happened.
Telling the whole story in short.
I bought Redmi Note 4 from Flipkart back in 2017, after unboxing, i got that the phone had dead pixel inside the display which looks awful.
so after so many emails and calls, i finally got the replacement approval from Flipkart.
then few days later, courier guy came to me to get back my phone and to give the replacement.
now the story is about to start.
main incident is regarding the replacement i got.
so after getting the replacement, i was happy for having a replacement. after i reach back home, i quickly unboxed the phone, and its worth mentioning that the packaging was like i am unboxing an used phone or something.
when i get the phone in my hand, i saw that the phone is bent! ftw! they sent me a bent phone! seriously! without turning on the phone, i was so angry and scared, i called Flipkart within 5m o[censored]nboxing.
Flipkart heard everything from me, then that representative told me, that i should not be worrying, as they could even refund the whole money as i got faulty product and then faulty replacement as well.
then i said ok give me the refund, he asked me if i need the refund in my PhonePe wallet or Bank Account, so i said wallet would be nice. then he said ok abhijeet, you will get confirmation notification and the return will be done by tomorrow and the money will be transferred soon after that. then i relaxly dropped the call.
after that, i got no notification regarding return.
no calls, no emails no sms etc.
after that, no one came to pick the phone at all.
when ever i called Flipkart they said i should wait, the pick up will be done by this date, by that date, they created another pickup arrangement etc.
nothing happened. and one day, Flipkart blocked my account. they sent me that worst faulty damaged phone twice, it was very much expensive for a student like me. and they blamed me that they are blocked my account for so many return requests. which was nonsense and they did pure crime with me.
its been 1 year, i need the money back. and surprisingly they said after few months that they are working on my issue etc. everyday they told me stories and fake commitments.
please help me, cause no one did. not even any consumer forums. i need my money or proper replacement. please.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that delivered product is damage. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
Tata suffry so please tell me what is the truth or fake.
