A routine story (Or i should say never ending story) of flipkart shipping a defective product and multiple calls with their dumb customer support and their fraudulent system

Specifics:
So i happened to had book a tv on flipkart (Why again on flipkart you ask, because the product is no where else available).. My inner sense was telling i would get a defective product and it was true (May be its just math and the probability is 1 for flipkart shipping a defective one - check below for details).
The tv has wifi issue and immediately raised a complaint with their support (Caution: if you don't immediately get the issue resolved in 10 days, flipkart asks 'who are you'). So they sent a tech guy in the name of tech visit and the person tried to rectify the problem (By unscrewing and doing some stuff inside) and the issue was not resolved and when i asked about replacement he asked to talk to flipkart for replacement.

Now the fun part begins.. Flipkart reschedules the tech visit to 10th day of replacement period as if like nothing happened and was just a glitch in matrix.
When i called their ce (Customer executive) they say it takes 24hours (Flipkart bureaucracy) to get status updated and when i called next day.. They say wait for tech visit to be done.
I mentioned it was already done and wanted to know about the last visit status, though i am talking to a real person and not a bot.. I still get the same reply like a recorded voice which reads what is there on screen.. May be flipkart can simply replace their customer support team with bots..

Lastly i told her (Ce) that i wasted enough time in the last tech visit giving directions to my home and my wife wasted her time instead of feeding my kids who were hungry and crying and i can't take one more visit and want to know what happened in previous visit.. Ce says she will transfer call to her supervisor.. Kept the call on hold for 15 mins.. And hung up on me.. That's the human touch you get.. Ya thanks flipkart.. Now go ahead and tell this story in your ads.


Math: if you don't know how flipkart is the only platform to release or having so many new products than amazon. Its because of its replacement policy.. Sellers/manufacterers doesn't have to worry about quality checking because once the product is shipped it is customer's responsibility to get the defect addressed and if he notices the defect after 10days then its not their problem.. So its profitable on flipkart for sellers than on amazon where customer satisfaction is important and return are allowed and need not be approved by tech or repair.. A normal brick store will address the issue with a replacement and doesn't send service guy with a screw driver to open and repair..

tech visit completed on 23rd afternoon and same day evening Flipkart rescheduled it to 24th. It doesn't want to talk about previous tech visit and how many tech visits it wants.. It wants to use customer house as repair shops for defective products

    As per my below complain to u flipkart has call me and said go to courier office when i go there they take my handset which i have to submit against my product (S7edge) and go inside after 5 min come back and said there is dent in handset we cant accept this but the dent is made by them not by me when i gave my handset for checking they go inside and make dent and reject this kind of fraud they r doing with me to regect my order plz take some legal action them plz.

      I have ordered and also received a perfume (Van 66). Unfortunately the price is double than the market value. Most importantly they removed the price tag where the expiry date was given. Now i do not want to use a perfume without knowing the expiry date. I will be grateful to you people if you kindly return this product. The order id is following od[protected].

        I received my ordered product & found overheating & low battery backup, raised replacement request against same
        But no strong action was taken by flipcart
        Only executive called 2-3 times & told to do d update.
        I have done the same but problem is still going on
        I told d same to executive & he said will call again.
        But today i received msg from flipcart that ur return request has closed
        How u can close it without solving my problem

        Also now i can't raise request again as 10 days time has finished
        But i have raised my request within time & same has not resolved

        I had a very bad experience with flipcart dis time & want a strict action against same

        Mobile is heating too much & may get blast also
        What is the solution.???

          Respected authorities,
          After i performed a factory reset on my xt911pro tablet, the sim slot became unresponsive. I googled the issue using my desktop pc and upon checking the imei number using *#06#, i found that the imei number got flashed along with the data.           I ordered a phone from flipkart. Instead i got an empty box and they refuse to refund. Flipkart is now getting into frauds and scams through bulk orders.

            Myself trilochan jethi from malkangiri, odisha. When i received the message of my package to be delivered to me on 04.07.2018 then i was ready to receive my package but again a message came that it is undelivered to me. So i went to the ecom-express shop and took my package from the shop by confirming the cod payment. After that i had applied for return because of the size issue and then on 16.07.2018 one of the boys from ecomexpress came to me and asked for my name and then he had asked that from where i took the package, to whom i gave the money, who had sit infront of the computer during i paid the money but i said "how can i know who are the persons in your shop in that one meeting" then one more boy came and repeated those questions again and also with some more. Then they had gone to their shop and after that i saw my return request had cancelled by flipkart. I want the return of the product and refund the money to my account. Please help me.

              I have order washing from flipkart on 3 july 2018 it is deliever on 6 july 2018, however that washing is faulty and i request the return on 7 july 2018 and on 8 july authrories service partner came and approved for return, however from 8 july 2018 to 24 july 2018, flipkart harassing me not returing the faulty machine, please somebody help me

                I have placed a pick up request against order id OD[protected]. Now i received message from flipkart end twice but the process has not been initiated as of now. i have already paid for the product and there is size issue with the product and now flipkart is just not responding. When i call to their toll free number even there no one attend the call and after recorded message the phone get disconnected.

                  My phone was in good condition everything was ok then why courier peoppe has not accepted. I can send pic of my phone. I have never seen such a worst online shopping website. U are just harrsing me from last one week. I will file a complaint in cosumer court against flipkart. U have opened a company for making people fool n making money. Kindly stop your exchnage offer if cant take phone in good condition. I think u require phone in worst condition. I[censored] cant accept phone in such a good condition kindly stop your exchange offer. Stop foolong people and wasting their time.
                  Evwrytime fliokart deduct money but product is not booked or order. Flipkart jas started new business of making money by foolong people and earning interest on their money. Worst online site. Worst experience.

                      Had ordered a laptop on 17th july, flipkart assured the delivery on 20th july, it was later changed to 21st july, since it was misrouted. It is 24th july and i haven't received it yet. The delivery date on the cart still shows 21st july.

                        I have ordered vivo v9 youth in exchange and cash back offer on tue, jul 17th '18 6:03 pm in flipkart, the agent or courier boy denied the pick up of my old phone which is in warranty period and he blamed about my phone also which was purchased on 23.08.2017... The same was incident happened for my friends also... Anyone those who choose to return the phone in exchange offer doesn't have new mobile for exchange... If the flipkart is not able to pick up the old used phone, then why they are giving exchange offers???... To blame the customers??? I just need to know about the above...

                        Customer had raised a complaint: The Wishmaster has denied to accept the exchanged product and due to that the new order has been canceled

                        We interacted with the customer, apologies for the trouble and inform cx that the Wishmaster were not able to deliver the new product as the exchange product that was to be collected from the customer due to the details entered during checkout do not match with the old product, hence, the wishmaster rejected the pickup of exchange product and new product delivery has been cancelled and also Informed the cusmtoner about the refund. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am observing that given below products are not suitable with nokia 6.1 screen but written in subject that it is for nokia 6.1 mobile. I purchased item from flipkart with no return policy. I know i cant replace or return it but if they send me wrong parcel which is not suitable for me then what to do?

                          Here are some links which show that picture is nokia 6 but written nokia 6.1

                          In 3rd link i purchased the same product which is mentioned in written that it is for nokia 6.1 but its not for this model. I wasted my money. Please help to focus on this site so that they can not make people fool in future.

                          Hi Sir, They called me many approx. 2 weeks ago and told me to ready the packet for pick up and after that we will refund your amount but after that call no one visited or called me. i dont know why they are taking so much time. On the delivery of item they dont wait for taking money now its time to refund then they are doing like this. My amount is not that much but my main concern is to aware people about their trap to sell non-use able things.

                                I have 2673 rs due on my flipkart paylater. But i can't login to my flipkart account. When i enter the mobile number and password it shows "unsuccessful login". I am having this problem since past two months. I called your customer care a lot of time regarding this issue. I kindly request you to solve this issue then only i can pay my paylater dues. Make it soon as possible. Because if you guys didn't solve this how can i pay the bill?

                                So dont send any sms regarding the paylater dues to my mobile number until you solve this issue.

                                  I ordered a puma sneekers two weeks back, but they delivered a completely different product which worth less than the original product. I requested a return but the product is different, the return guy didn't pick it up. I raised a complaint with flipkart and flipkart didn't resolve it and saying seller isn't accepting this. I lost my 2100 rupees and i don't want to use this item.

I call to flipcart team after that and they registered complaint regarding the wrong sub and forward to packet team and assure me that your complaint is solved soon and give 5 days time but due to some problem i want that my order is pick up hurry. So please tell me what is my mistake if i fill wrong sub than flipcart team have to tell me when i talk to them after registring my complaint. So i want my refund fastly because of some problems in my home today is 23 july 2018 and i want my refund my on 24th july 2018 so please do something please solve my problem i am very thankful to you.

                                      Sir, I buy on Flipkart products (REEBOK EXPLORE RUN XTREME Running Shoes For Men (Blue)) 19/07/2018 .
                                      Price of products is ₹1, 559 But after some day when I check the price of product is ₹ 1, 467.
                                      When I see price on Price Tracker 18/07/2018 is ₹1, 559 & 19/07/2018 is ₹1, 467.
                                      I Bought infinix zero 5 mobile.. i lost my invoice bill.

                                        First they didn't deliver the product, then promised to deliver on a particular date, then they promised delivery at work address on non working day but didn't pick up the phone while i came to work address on a non working day
                                        On exchange offer they refused to take product for minor damages, while they had earlier asked me to reset all data. I even offered to pay the exchange amount but they didn't agree
                                        The customer care executive rahul sharma was very stubborn, with the sole purpose of rejecting all complaints. He made some personal comments, and was not even ready to listen to the fact that late delivery is their fault
                                        Their new scam is that flipkart and ekart are different companies and they keep blaming each other for their issues.
                                        Worst experience ever.
                                        Product was mi note 5 pro and i had spent substantial sale trying to get it in a flash sale

                                        Ear phones are not working properly, there is cacophonous sound while using it also causing irritation .

                                        I did a payment of ₹14999 from Flipkart of Xiaomi Note 5 pro, I did card payment and transaction was successful yet didn't got the order status...
