I had ordered a Fossil watch (Model Number) through your portal but I was delivered an empty box. You can find the details in the screenshot.
I have already dropped you a mail and have also spoken to your customer care executives but they are asking me to wait till 24th whereas I have to gift it to someone on 17th. I request you to kindly expedite your verification process and either deliver the watch or refund the amount.

Customer care simply said we cant do anything because we blocked your account...if i return item means item are not perfect...and what is the connection with my fossil watch if i return...why did u send me empty box because i return item...i want my money or watch...otherwise i ll go for consume court

      The order which I purchased on January 25th 2018 is Samsung Galaxy On Max. Today there is a sudden problem with the display. There is no mishandling i my phone. Can I exchange it? Or can I get service for my problem ? Please reply. Please let us know any other options. Or can I exchange it as it not more than 7 months since I have purchased. Expecting a good response.       I have ordered an iffalcon tv 55 inches from flipkart Jeeves engineer came to my home to install it but they found broken screen tv. I have placed replacement order on 8th july 2018 and got tech visit date 12 july. But nobody call me till now and my tech visit resheduled by 17july I contact tech visit engineer in my area but they didnt get ur call
      My order delivery date was 10/7/2018 but till date not received my order
      Im order IBS Sew and Sew Deskto... with order ID OD[protected]. But the product a defect&dupticate product. I have return this product .because your product are low & dupticate rating.please help me to refund my money back.

        I am unsatisfied with the phone's performance
        I have tried to return it. after the call of an executive they tell me to have trouble shooting but after doing also the problem does not get resolved and my request got rejected and now when i am again requesting for return there is no option for refund
        There is only option for replacement and i don't want any replacement

        I've ordered an Apple iwatch from the flipkart application and I was delivered a duplicate product of no quality. I've paid RS 27000 for the product and the company now says that the seller will not accept the return.

            Under this Order ID OD[protected] I pre-paid for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Black, 32 GB) on 16.7.2017 with fulfilling exchange t&C by flipkart. But at the time of delivery delivery boy refused to accept the old mobile with excuse of scratches on back cover. But the t&c of exchange is as under :

            By participating in the exchange, I confirm that I am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the product mentioned above (device).

            I understand that the following checks will be conducted by the wishmaster who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:
            • Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the Flipkart Website at the time of purchase of the new device.
            • The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to the charger.
            • The IMEI of the old device, provided by me in the Flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.
            • There should not be any cracks on the body of the phone or on the screen. The screen should be intact and buttons should not be missing or damaged. The display should not have any spots or dead pixels.
            • Battery should be seated properly and should not be swollen.
            • The screen lock should be disabled (all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc. needs to be deactivated).
            • For Apple iPhones, i-Cloud account should be unlocked.

            I understand that in the event the device is not working or the delivery executive is not able to do an iCloud unlock check or screen lock check / IMEI check due to a phone being 'factory reset or if there is any mismatch in the information provided by me regarding the device, then the exchange offer will be cancelled and the wishmaster will neither hand over the new device to me nor take the old device. Any amount paid at the time of purchase of the new device will be refunded as per the refund policy of Flipkart, subject to deduction of pickup charges as provided below.

            I confirm that device which I am exchanging under the exchange/ buy back program is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc. and I have got the clear ownership of the said device.

            No accessories (earphones, charger etc.) will be collected at the time of collecting the old device.

            No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old device will be collected during collection of the old device.

            I understand that the price quoted for the old device at the time of checkout is the final price offered by the retailer for the old device. The final price will be inclusive of all discounts and other offers available on the product exchange program.

            I understand that the old device is being bought by the retailer from whom I am purchasing the new device solely in exchange for the purchase of the new device from the retailer. There is no other consideration due from the retailer or Flipkart to me for availing the exchange program.

            I understand that for old devices which are Windows, iOS devices and previous versions of Android, or, where the exchange program is being availed from the Flipkart.com Website or Flipkart Mobile Website, I will receive a flat rate as the value of the old device depending on the brand, model and the result of the check conducted by the wishmaster.

            I understand that for certain select devices which are running on the latest version of Android Operating System, there is a program for real-time condition assessment which may provide me a higher exchange value for my old device. The following terms and conditions will apply for the condition assessment of the old device:

            a. The old device should be running on the latest version of the Android Operating System.
            b. The old device should be accessing the Exchange program through the latest version of the Flipkart App.
            c. The entire online quality check will have to be completed on the old device and no test should be skipped.

            d. Flipkart has the complete and sole discretion to provide a higher rate or apply the same rate for the exchange of the old device once the condition assessment is completed.
            e. I understand that agreeing to the condition assessment program will allow Flipkart and its third-party service providers to access my device, solely in relation to conducting the assessment of the quality parameters of my device. In the event my device is eligible for condition assessment, I hereby agree to Flipkart and its service providers accessing my device for the purposes of conducting the condition assessment.

            I agree to indemnify and keep indemnifying Flipkart, the retailer and any future buyer of the device against all or any third-party claims, demands, costs, expenses including attorney fees which may be suffered, incurred, undergone or sustained by Flipkart, its affiliates, the retailer or any future buyer due to usage of the device by me till date.

            I confirm that all the data in the said device will be erased by me before handing it over under the exchange program. I also confirm that in spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data is still accessible due any technical reason, Flipkart or the retailer shall not be responsible for the same and I will not approach Flipkart.com or the retailer for any retrieval of the data.

            I hereby give my consent that my personal information that I have provided in connection with this exchange program might be processed, transferred and retained by the retailer and other entities involved in managing the program for the purposes of validating the information that I provided herein and for the administration of the program.

            I understand once a device is sent by me to Flipkart, in no scenario will this device be returned back to me.

            I understand that different yields will be provided for different devices.

            I understand that the new device delivery and the old device pickup will happen simultaneously (hand in hand) and I shall keep the old device ready to be given for exchange.

            In relation to shipping charges of old device I understand that I will have to pay pickup charges towards shipping charges of old device as mentioned in the checkout page. The pickup charges will be over and above the exchange value of the old device. I understand and agree that in the event that the exchange offer is cancelled as a result of the old device failing any of the checks for the product exchange program mentioned in this Terms and Conditions - the refund of any payment made will be after deducting the pickup charges. ''

            There is nowhere mention about scratches. But as per term & Condition if cracks happen then mobile is not accepted. There is no cracks on my mobile. Then why should I cant not exchange and get new one. Hope a very prompt action. Picture is attached.

              Dear sir, i m nitesh kumar sinha at- ranchi kokar . My issue belong a pay later payment of skuul candy head phone. I try many time by different atm cards for complite this payment, but every time its unsucsess full due to some tchnical foult of your website. Bank of india, bank of baroda, illahabad bank this debit card i used for this payment but result is zero .I send screen shot in your website for resolve concern, but every time a different person intertain me and hang this problem. This time i recive every day a call by flipcart for payment and take legul action against me, can you describe me what is my foult. Why are you harres me mently.                 I had ordered a Queen size bed for my home a month ago.
                Initially the delivery duration was 1 week then it was post poned to 10 days now its over a month.
                I tried to call customer care number hundred times but everytime its buzy/no response (very poor service)

                Now I want my order to be cancel but there is no cancellation option for my order in Flipkart App.
                Nither Flipkart is canceling my order nor it is giving me any response and my money has been stuck with them since a month
                I tried to launch a complaint on Flipkart email id but its too dead now. Nither there complaint numbers are working nor their email id.

                I request you to please help me out

                  This is regarding the warranty and service issue for the Sansui 1 ton
                  inverter Split AC purchased through flip kart on[protected] and was
                  installed by Jeeves as instructed by flipkart the installation was done by
                  jeeves.But right now im facing issues with the AC (Its not working a
                  all)and when contacting jeeves they say they will provide support for only
                  three months from the date of installation and sansui declined any service
                  as they say it was not installed by them(It was flipkart who asked us to
                  install the AC through Jeeves to avail any grantee and warranty in
                  future.Kindly help me in fixing the issue as early as possible as we are
                  unable to survive without AC in this hot summer.Despite paying huge amount
                  for installation to jeeves above current market rate we are in huge trouble
                  and severe streess because of this issue.the AC has stopped working past 24 days and flipkart escalation team assued me service from sansui twice and they never came as promised so it was a false promise

                  Kindly provide resolution as early as possible.

Again replacement done and save duplicate watch was delivered. Now she em I complained again regarding duplicate watch, thrive they have cancelled return and refund request and they keep shifting the date for resolving my case without any calls and emails.                         I ordered Google Home mini from Flipkart as soon as the Flipkart 16th to 19th July and I tried once and ordered got cancelled I ordered it once again and it got cancelled, I ordered from my mom's account it again got cancelled then I thought that I should pay online, then I tried to buy Google Home mini from my dad's account and paid online through Debit card and still it got cancelled after 30 mins! I am trying to order the product since 2 days and they have been cancelling the order even after showing that the product can be delivered to my pin code and also it shows its in stock! But still it's getting cancelled and my money is stuck for 6 days as per Flipkart return policy! I am fed up

                          I have received a pirated book when I ordered for an original one and when I sent for replacement them same product came to me. I want my complaint to be registered or I will take further harsh action. So please listen to my request and send me the original book as I have paid for an original book and want immediate action to be taken. I have always trusted Flipkart and I don't want to believe that my trust will be broken. I want my complaint to be listened and I want the original otherwise a negative effect will be passed on to your costumers.

                            My order no is OD[protected] for ASUS Eeebook Celeron Dual Core which to my dismay is delivered faulty.
                            All basic things aren’t working in the laptop :-
                            - Processing is very slow that internet is also not working.
                            - Issues with sound – Need reboot multiple times to get sound.
                            - Battery is getting drained quickly and it shuts down at 20% battery life.
                            Now when I am asking for refund of my (Literally stuck up) money, none in your team are responding positively.
                            I placed trust with Flipkart and had done a Pre Paid order but despite of the breach of trust to me, your team denies refund?
                            I do not need any replacement as now I CANT TRUST THAT THE DELIVERED PRODUCT WILL BE WORKING FINE.
                            PLS ARRANGE FOR REFUND ASAP.

                              my gift voucher deactivated

                              My friend gifted me EGV . before using it flipkart deactivated the EGVs. When I first contacted flipkart customer executive, I was told that issue will be resolved within 3 working days. The same assurance was given to me for 3-4 times . But 3 days ago, they said me that the EGVs have been deactivated from my friends side. But when I talked to my friend he told me that he has not deactivated any EGV. Then again I contacted to flipkart executive....

                              Ive placed an order on 4th july 2018 on flipkart my order id is OD[protected] and it was deliverd to me on 12 july 2018 when i open the box ive found an old shoes i was shock ive raise a complaint about my order and request a return till now there is no reponse from the site ive got an email from flipkart told me that they will contact me within 72hrs but till now i didnt receive mail or even a call please help..

                                7 times i have raised the return request and every time it is getting cancelled without even contacting me. Spoke with Flipkart executives multiple times every time they are saying some or the other reason like server error, wrong reason. etc... In all these requests the wish master didn't even contacted me once for the pick up of item.
                                Every time i spoke with Flipkart executive they will just place return request and assures me that it will be picked up this time, which is not happening.

                                  Where at my pincode order still not received and misrouted to other city,

                                  When i contacted that courier branch he said to cancel and won't be sent, as per discussion why i cancel the order i paid already, it's prepaid, immediately take action on Ekart courier branch : Nzamabad- 503001, His phone no: [protected],

                                  to get delivered as today is the Last day of Delivery

                                    Basis ad on flipkart, i had placed an order of brother color printer i was shipped a black and white laser printer of same company, now flip cart is just saying from last 4-5 days that by 17th i would get as per my order. I just spoke with delivery team member and the model they confirm is again black laser printer.
                                    I need my order irrespective of issues from flipkart as they published ad on their platform. I never thought that flipkart shall be partnering with its seller in cheating.

                                    SUB: Harassment, probable cheat and fraud

                                    Dear Flipkart India head
                                    Your immediate attention is drawn on following urgent points:
                                    a. On 7th JUL 2018 @ 10:16 AM after going thru your advertisement on your web page, I placed an order for Brother Brother?? DCP-2520D Multi-function Printer color laser.
                                    b. 100% advance payment was done for the same while placing order and I received a parcel on 11th JUL 2018.
                                    c. While opening the above parcel I found that I have been sent a laser black brother MFP, which was not my order and I immediately raised the issue with flipkart thru the cell.
                                    d. I was promised that my product shall be delivered to me thru a replacement by 17th July 2018 and I have to wait though I have paid money.
                                    e. Since 11th JULY till 16th JULY every day I called flipkart team over phone and explained that please see I get the right product as per my order only.
                                    f. On 17th JULY 2018 I received another parcel and earlier one was picked back.
                                    g. It was shocking while I opened the parcel as I found an old and used box of canon brand with QUAKR tape in torn condition with top sealed and I did not open it further.
                                    h. I again spoke with customer care which was useless as even after speaking for an hour neither cse nor supervisor Mr. Rizwan as he told me his name give me some answer.
                                    i. I have undergone lot of mental pressure, trauma and harassment by flipkart and I allege that it looks like flipkart is hand in gloves with seller for cheating and doing fraud with customers.
                                    It is therefore requested that:
                                    1. Immediately I am given the product ordered.
                                    2. Though any money can’t replace the agony, mental tension, trauma and harassment due to act of flipkart, I feel fit that an amount of 25, 000.00 would be adequate to compensate the same, which may please be remitted to me per return failing which I shall be free to explore all available avenues for remedial action.

                                    Trust me I am sure flipkart in connivance with its seller, trying to cheat as someone from flipkart called me and tried to convince either to take refund or order something else, i have told clearly that i need what i ordered along with compensation for mental harassment, mental agony, trauma i have undergone due to flipkart and its people.

                                    flipkart is lying, no resolution has been provided so far. its a cheat company running away with my hard earned money. please look in below images how do this flipkart thru its vendor cheated me
