Hi,
I have ordered the redmi note 5 pro (Black) 64gb on 16th of june 2018.
It got delivered on 18th june. Later i realized the issue with the speaker.

So raised return request and technician visit was scheduled for 21th june.

I am completely disappointed that my return request is rejected without a valid reason.

Very first thing technician visited the house and when i told him that it's the problem with the speaker having crackling sound. Blindly he told that speaker problem should be compromised there won't be any replacement. Then he recorded the sound keeping the volume low and sound with less base. How it could be done like that. I had 2 redmi note 5 pros, i gave him the comparison of 2 sounds as well.. He told even if i accept this fault my company will put pressure on me. We are asked to ignore minor issues.. How can you do like this? I didn't pay for faulty phone? Then why do you have return window of 10 days. Seriously i prefer amazon over flipkart, they provide the best service.in my life i'll never order anything again from flipkart.

Definitely i will fight over this issue. I didn't pay for faulty device also when i have a genuine issue, my request is rejected without any proper reason.
Can you please send me the complete details of the seller who provided with me the faulty device and rejected my request.

Please improve your services and respond wisely for the genuine issue.

Well today I had tech visit. Even though I requested Flipkart not to send the same guy again for the tech visit, same person visited and he told can't accept it's a minor problem. And my request is rejected. Such a hopeless service. Even plenty of times I have purchased things from Amazon also last time there was issue when I purchased one plus 5 from them. They didn't create this sort of mess. Seriously its gonna be the last purchase on Flipkart.
Because in Flipkart we pay for faulty product and you have to get satisfied with it.

    I have ordered (Od[protected] a mobile (Asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 32 gb) with replacement offer from flipkart.com on 17th july 2018, (Price after all offer applied rs 8459/-) expected delivery was 21st of july. On the date of delivery i called to the courier guy he was nearby to my location, he told me that he will come after an hour but he didn't come than i again called him and requested to share me your location so i can come to pick the product my self but he denied, than i received a massage that failed delivery and verification failed, than i spoke with customer care they assure me that product will deliver till 26th july 2018 however next day i received a massage that my product is cancelled! How, without any information without any valid reason, totally disappointing, when i spoke with customer care they have given me a stupid reason that courier guy visited at my location and that replacement phone had scratches that's why he denied to deliver, totally lie, totally fraud, neither he visited and nor he tried to call me, flipkart customer care is telling that we can't do anything phone was not delivered because replacement phone had scratches, totally fraud!! Instead of interrogating with logistic partner they are giving me such a silly reason. Such a bad experience i never had,

      First of all ecom express is very irresponsible courier service. They didn’t delivered my order instead they returned to flipkart itself. Ecom service boy called me that the ordered item was with him and he couldn’t find out that address, that time i told him to go back for just 5 kms and my brother would collect it. He replied to this that he couldn’t go back instead he would come and call next day. But he never called me next day and i got a message two days later that my ordered item undelivered. I tracked order number through ecom express website and it was shown that the item had returned to flipkart. I’m informing you that the service of ecom is unsatisfactory and make necessary action to refund the cost of that item.

Who told them to return it without authorization. It was by me to return the ordered item, not by them.         Another #fraud by #flipkart which is a clear example for
        #worst_customer_service with #fraud selling tactics by
        Making #fool of the customer on the name of #no_questions_asked_exchange

        Guys, kindly don't buy any products from #flipkart as they are not in mood to provide any type of support/service, once product is delivered.

        I purchased an "ifb 23 l convection microwave oven (23sc3, silver)" on 24 june, 2018 from #flipkart under order id = od[protected] by paying ₹ 8, 829 through credit card for my friend

        1) ifb technician visited my friend's house for demo on 28 june, 2018 and confirmed #microwave is #faulty and it should be replaced by #seller or #flipkart

        2) we raised more than 08 replacement request for faulty microwave with #flipkart

        3) each time seller/vendor just #cancel all replacement request by mentioning #no_reason in #ticket which flipkart customer support executive confirmed me on the #phone_call for which i also have recording as a proof.

        4) #flipkart even didn't bother to ask #customer / #buyer, if you are happy with the resolution

        5) flipkart customer support executive told me clearly that no reason is mentioned in the ticket but we just cancel your replacement request.

          My above account number[protected] with icici bank west mambalam branch was debited by rs.45999 on 04/05/2018 through my debit card for a transaction done at flipkart. I never received one time password nor the sms for the withdrawl.
          Also was not receiving email account statement nor the hard copy.
          How can the bank be so irresponsible towards the client.
          But to my knowledge myself or my family member has not done this transaction..
          The goods purchased through my account was not delivered to me.
          Also my debit card was blocked by some one with the reason the card is out of shape, where as the card is as new as it was given to me by the bank..
          So looking at the above scenerio i suspect faul play.
          So do the needful and recredit the amount in my account.
          Above this your branch staff at tambaram west took an updation form for registering my mobile number and email id.
          I have already given complaint in your tambaram branch.
          If this is not resolved than i will take it up with bank obudsman and cyber crime department. Hoping to receive reply

          i am submitting the details

          I tried to shop something from Flipkart but I am not able to regain acces to my account.
          As I don’t remember the password, I am using forgot option to regain the access, Once i recieve the OTP and new password is entered by me, it says “something went wrong. Try again later”.
          I have been trying since last two months but it goes in vain.
          I have ordered a new Moto E4 Plus mobile from Flipkart but inside the box there is no product except the accessories and now Flipkart has blocked my account I'm unable to access my account. Please help me.

            I bought a watch from flipkart as an engagement gift to my fiancee and flipkart delivered an empty box on friday. I had my engagement on sunday so i requested to replace it within 2 days but no prompt response has been received from flipkart. Flipkart ruined my surprise and my engagement day. I have never expected and experienced it from such huge brand. Pathetic service.. Can we rely on you in such a critical situation? Flipkart assured me of taking action till 1 august 2018 but what about the mental harassment and problem i faced due to such an incident. That to on such a precious day of my life. I still don't have answer who is responsible for such a huge loss in monetary and non monetary terms.

              I purchased infinix hot pro x5511 from flipkart on 21.06.2018. But after 20 days a top to bottom thin line shown on my mobile display.
              I have given my infinix hot 4 pro x5511 phone for repair to infinix service center (Carlcare) - mobitel, 1/1 meridith street, kolkata -700069 (Phone no.[protected] on[protected]. It's more than 10 days and still the service center didn't repair the mobile. When i asked about the delay they always told me parts not available till now.

                I usually buy products from flipkart
                And last month i bought acer nitro 5 (Order id :od[protected] has been delivered 54k single payment with specs 7th gen i5 and 1050 2gb graphics but with less than 3 weeks acer nitro was provided with 8th gen i5 with 1050ti 4gb graphics card, i am regretting my decision to buy that laptop, i felt very disappointed and sad for spending that money on an outdated lappy. I could resist that the upgraded laptop was available nearly same price. Is there any way to upgrade my system to latest 8th gen i5 and 1050ti graphics car. I will be very thankful if it was done.

                  I am highly upset with what they are doing. I had ordered a phone in exchange offer. I agree the terms and conditions should match, but a extremely small scratch on the corner of the phone was considered as a major dent? Like really? The person sends a photo to someone and the phone gets denied. Wow, and that person is also agreeing that it's not any major stuff. If photo is a medium of deciding a phone is damaged or not, then why are you people not taking photos while making orders? And, what do you want? We return brand new phones in these exchange offers? What is the meaning of a exchange offer then? My phone was in a proper working conditions, never required any kind of repairs, no screen issues, no damage on the body. And a small scratch on the corner line, which is not a part of the screen as well as the body, its a simple line thing which does get discolored with time, and you guys are considering this as a factor for not getting approved for exchange. This is extremely sad. I have seen many phones which are taken by flip kart that too in an worst condition. And a phone which met all the parameters was denied?

                  If you are expecting a new phone to get exchanged, i am sorry flip kart you have no idea what exchange means then?

                  A person deletes all data, resets their phone, removes the screen guard, matches all tests, and something which should not matter, becomes the reason for getting denied. Sad life and poor services!

                    I raise a refund request with in return policy. They didn't picked up the product and even not refund ed my money.
                    When i called i had a work with yashmeet and sitaram they were not transferring the call to there supervisor.

                    Do not buy any product from flipkart.

                            Flipkart and its courier subsidiary are messing up every other order with delays or lost product. Also the customer care is useless as they cant really help with tracking or current whereabouts of the shipment.

                            I have faced this issue multiple times over last year or so.
                            Currently i am waiting for delivery of handset which was supposed be delivered yesterday (21/07/2018) and yet there is no update on delivery. Tracking shows multiple mis-route updates from different branches in thane and navi mumbai.

                            I am not sure if they have the shipment or lost /damaged it.

                            Trying to follow up with customer care and they are giving estimates of another 5-6 days for delivery of the product.

                              I kall companys 2 faulty moblie fones delevered to us. This is wrong service. Flipkart is reputed company. But we got very bad service. Period for replacement of faulty moblie is very lenthy. We r very sad on ur service. 1 piece is in working but other piece is not in working. Mobiles look is as like second hand piece. Crashesh on screen. Batterys r fully faulty n not in working.

                                Hello,

                                This is regarding a smartphone order issue that I recently ordered.
                                Order date - Mon, Jul 9th '18 11:54 AM

                                The smartphone - Asus ZenFone 5Z (Midnight Blue, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM), that I received from Flipkart has many issues and I wanted to get it returned. This phone's camera quality is very poor and images captured by this phone has lot of noise and is of degraded quality, adding to this it has also issue with wifi and face recognition. This was very disappointing and was not expected.

                                I tried returning this phone back, but thrice my return order got failed. the technician who visited to my home to rectify the issue, had only taken few images and returned without checking other issues, and post that he declared everything is fine, but that is not true and this was very frustrating.

                                I tried calling Flipkart Help desk as well multiple times, but every time they will continue telling their policies and return is not possible and nothing can be done. One of the agent from Help Desk was with me on call for more than half hour without saying a word, waiting for something I don't know what was that and dropped the call lastly without any resolution. This is the worst service I ever seen.

                                I understand there are policies made by Flipkart and sellers so as to sell and provide a better service.
                                But the current Flipkart's return policy is really pathetic, in comparison with other, no other e-commerce companies posses such kind of wicked policies. However it should be customer oriented and not against customer's values and interest.

                                I no longer want this phone anymore or need any further technical assistance, I just want to return the phone back, and do not want anymore replacements. I want this issue to be escalated further and get a resolution without any further delay. I hope Flipkart will not disappoint me and will take fair decision considering customer's interest and satisfaction.

                                customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and 4 times the technician visit is been arranged and the issue is been resolved. hence closing the case as from our end.
                                I had already replied to your mail multiple times stating the best time to contact me. But you guys will never reach to me at that time.
                                It seems you are just doing a formality for customer service and does not want the issue to be fixed.

                                  My mi a1 mobile body get bended as it get slipped but no one is taking bended a concern as a damage in Mobile' body.
                                  I have taken damage protection insurance but according to them only when screen get cracked they will take action otherwise this bended back cover of phone and this tilted body and other non finished side coverings are not taken in consideration for further proceedings.
                                  So, i have not received any saying that they will repair it so, i not at all happy about this insurance scheme .They haven't mentioned that bending of phone is exclusive from phone physical damage.

                                    I used to shop with flipkart. I created my account using my number [protected]. I didn't attach email with my account. I forgot my password. Now i can't use forgot password option and it shows an error Unable to process request. Even I can't create an account with my number. I have no other options left. Please help me change password and access my account ASAP.

                                      Purchased a mobile few days back. The mobile has technical issues. But flipkart isn't confirming refund/replacement. Plz help!
                                      Full story: The product has issues. Mobile gets switched off frequently without any battery drain. You have remove its battery, put it again and plug in the charger after every 1 hour to restart it again. I requested a replacement/refund whichever possible. They sent a technician who asked me about the problem, couldn't resolve the problem in the device. He said contact flipkart customer care for a replacement. I contacted flipkart, they scheduled a technician visit again. This time the technician didn't even visited but he forwarded a fake update to the flipkart about his visit. Please help ! Replace the product.

                                        I bought a google pixel 2 xl which was delivered on 27 th april 2018, the fon had a cashback offer of Rs 10000 on hdfc credit and debit cards.

                                        Then after almost 3 months complete i made a query regarding the cashback then they are saying there was nothing like that.They said that offer was only for hdfc credit card, but not for debit cards.They also added to that there is no such offer for debit cards till date .But even now in there website they are saying that there is 10000 cashback for debit and credit cards, of which i am attaching a screenshot of the same
