Hello,
I ordered a T-Shirt from Myntra.com which is acquired by Flipkart. The T-Shirt has FIFA's official licensed product logos as mentioned on the T-Shirt. Since it reads FIFA(TM) U-17 WORLD CUP INDIA 2017 'ORIGINAL LICENSED PRODUCT', I assumed the tri-color object at the bottom of this T-Shirt attempts to represent the Indian flag, without Ashoka Chakra.
I assumed so because I ordered two of these T-Shirts, one which represents the flag (without Ashoka Chakra) correctly as shown on the picture on their website, while the other one seems upside down, with green color at the top and saffron at the bottom.
I am unsure what am I supposed to understand from this. But whatever I understand, it is saddening. If this is a mistake, it is a bad and an unacceptable mistake.
None of the customer care platforms on the website of Myntra or Flipkart has a space to share any complaints like these, at least based on what I could find on the website and on their automated answering machine.

I am a part of the development sector of India. I feel that it is too sad to come across such mistakes when fighting against bigger issues like the educational inequity.
Hope to understand and be updated of the kind of next steps you, as a company, would choose to take to at the least avoid errors like these in the future.
