Had purchased one redmi note 5 pro which seller cancelled but till date no refund processed, instead they mentioned in remark that they have processed my refund on 28th may 2018, but till date no refund reflects in my acount. Despite followup they have now blocked my id without any notice...

This is fraud case & they are looting customer money & keep with them for days for return interest....

Some body used my debit card for shopping from 17th jan 2018 to 10th april 2018 for shopping on flipkart. There are more than 100 transaction and amount deducted from my account is 1, 80, 000 inr. Got delivered a asus zenfone max pro m1 on 21st may-18 (Order id: od[protected], and complained the very next day for replacement as it has camera issues leading to very poor photos. Technician visits 2 days later and in-spite of seeing a very visible issue, yet tells the company that "customer is happy/issue resolved". What kind of service is this? No way was i happy, neither did he resolve anything. You guys are cheating the customers...

I have been a frequent shopper on flipkart but this order turned out to be a disaster for me with very little co-operation from flipkart

Hi, i have ordered shoe rack from flipkart and it was delivered on 8th may and installation supposed to happen on may 10th. Product is lying in my living room from may 10th and no installation is happening.
