I have been requesting flipkart customer care guys to update my phone number as I don't have access to the present number the account is linked to. I have raised this request 10 days back but nobody is working upon it. The worst part is they have deleted the previous number from my account and I have been logged out from the account post that and I can no longer login to my account and can request for call back. The toll free numbers available is not allowing me to talk to any customer care executive. There is no follow ups happened till now if my issue has been resolved or not. So careless to even follow up to check if the customer complaint has been resolved. I have forwarded my id proofs also to [protected]@flipkart.com multiple times but every time they will ask me to send it again. I feel blocked and helpless now. I personally feel they have pathetic customer care services and they are quite rude also. It is much better to switch back to Amazon as I have very pleasant shopping experience over there.

    I get a pop up in facebook and then I click on their site displaying the one plus earpod @Rs.99 I thought it was a wonderful offer so then click on buy now then filled my address after clicking payment option debit card or credit card they have deducted the payment of Rs.15, 218/- of just purchase of Rs 99/-.w/o any receipt or order confirmation. Please help me to get my amount back.

      My redmi 12 pro mobile was delivered in the morning, delivery agent asked me to pay 950 INR at the time of delivery after he assessed my phone which was marked for exchange (Redmi note 7s) which I paid through paytm (1:56pm). My order was delivered to me and exchange phone was handed over to the delivery agent. However I am not able to see my order delivery status yet being updated as delivered, also not able to see the exchange value of my phone. Please expedite and share/update the details.

        Ordered 2 joy lip balm and received only one.This product has no return policy. Even though I received this product under its MRP, I need justification for not receiving 2 product.

          Flipkart team
          i have bought one mobile having order no OD[protected].
          Day first i am complaining regarding this defective items.
          No one is responding properly ! Just wasting my time !
          Its harrasment to me as bought new phone by paying 17000 and its defective since day 1.

          Avoiding this complain cause me to go consumer court with harrasment case of 10Lacs.

          Never experience such an unethical / unprofessional practice by ony marketing sites.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          27 days, continuously notifying ! Still no action ! shame it on flipkart team !
          No one from flipkart team trying to resolve issue ? How long this Flipkart ? Very soon close if this approach! Peoples responsible should ready with their layoff and look for another job ! Rediculous flipkart

            Lot of issue with this mobile and communicating you by next day from delivery of phone.

            You peoples are only harrasing me and no proper response regading this.

            Need refund as asking from day 1.

            This is the way to deal with customer ? Only harassing !

              I tried returning the product, but the option is not at all displaying.
              Moreover, when I tried reaching the customer care, it's showing as 'Something Went Wrong'.

                I have bought one mobile POCo order number OD[protected].
                Last one month ( After next day of delivery) i am complaing regaring problem. But flipkart people only consuming time without any proper response!

                Is this the way to deal with customer issue?????

                  I had ordered a tempered glass cover for My mobile . I had received the item but the order delivered was different from the one I had ordered. I tried contacting Flipkart customer care, but they said there is no return policy on the item, though it was clearly said it can be returned if found defective. I would like a refund for the item.                       I ordered from Flipkart on 18th February for a Lenovo laptop which was delivered to me on 23rd February and now yesterday 27th February issue with the touchpad after some updates, the touchpad stopped working. I called the Lenovo service center to know about what's the problem with the touchpad, they gave me some suggestions when it was not working, then try by accessing my laptop via Remote access, but nothing changed.
                      And finally, they (the Lenovo team) told me to return the laptop to Flipkart (because your laptop still is in replacement/return policy) as the best option will be for you (the Lenovo team told me). So I go into my orders section and place a replacement request but every time in the final step an error occurs, so I tried to place the replacement request by calling Flipkart customer support, and guess what they told me the exact reason for error from their side too, now they told me to wait till 4 march (they said we are placing a request to check the error) but the problem is my return duration is valid up to 2 March.

                        Good evening sir/mam, today (27/2/23), i received Dairy milk Almond Roast Choclates (12 Nos) from Flipkart, on the occasion of my birthday i distributed chocolates in advance, some of superiors say "the chocolates was different Taste " so, i checked the Expiry date then i shocked, the Expiry date was Dec/2022. So i regret to distribute expired chocolates, that was an embrassing moment. I FED UP WITH Flipkart.. i have only 4 nos Choclates of 12 nos, i request to you replace or refund the product.

                          मेरा नाम रमन कुमार है। मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से 06/02/2023 को एक ऑर्डर लिया था। जिसकी ऑर्डर आईडी OD[protected] थी। जिसकी कीमत 17841 रुपये थी। कंपनी के रूल के मुताबिक इस ऑर्डर को 7 दिन तक वापस कर सकते हैं। मैं 07/02/2023 से यी ऑर्डर वापस करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं। लेकिन कंपनी मेरी वापसी अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं कर रही है। अब कंपनी ने मेरा अकाउंट ब्लॉक कर दिया है। मुझे ऑर्डर का रिफंड चाहिए| जब फ्लिपकार्ट ने मेंशन किया है के 7 दिन तक ऑर्डर वापस कर सकते हैं फिर मेरा रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट एक्सेप्ट क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा। जो प्रोडक्ट कंपनी ने मुझे भेजा मैं वही वही वापस कर रहा हूं लेकिन फिर भी कंपनी मेरी रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट एक्सेप्ट नहीं कर रही है। मुझे मेरा रिफंड दिलाने में मेरी मदद की जाए|

                            I was ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart few days back and later after some days Flipkart sent me message of cancelling the order because of delay in delivery which was not the actual issue they have. Even I was okay delivery date they have provided still they cancelled with providing fake reason.

                              I ordered one phone for my mother last month 17th Jan, with order id OD[protected]. Below is the sequence of events that happened
                              1) On 19th Jan when I realized that I should have ordered a 5G model of M32 instead of 4G. I couldn't cancel it as the phone got delivered on the 19th evening when I was at the office that time. So, I asked my family members not to open the Phone as need to get it returned.
                              2) The next day on 20th Jan, I raised the request to return the product and I got the resolution date as 2nd Feb. Since I had to travel on 25th Jan so I was daily requesting the CS executive to prioritize my request and get the resolution done before 25th Jan. So, for 21st, 22nd and 23rd whichever CS executive I talked to, told that they have raised my concern for early resolution and I would expect a call within 24hrs. But I never got any call from CS. On the 24th when again I called, the lady
                              who attended my call, told as she can't do anything and I need to wait till 2nd Feb. It was so frustrating at that moment and then I stopped following up and left Bangalore.
                              3) I thought till 2nd Feb, whenever anybody will come to pick up the phone then my family members can hand over the phone.
                              4) On 29th Jan, I saw that my return request was closed mentioning that the return period got over. That was surprising as I never asked for a replacement, It was a return request for the same sealed pack as I haven't opened it till now. Then tried some escalation matrix found on the internet ([protected]@flipkart.com, grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, [protected]@flipkart.com) to try for. But here also it's of no use as after sending mail, I got immediate automated mail from [protected]@flipkart.com to get the response within 48hrs and no update from the grievance officer. Don't know what is that position (grievance officer) for if they don't respond. Then after 6days, I got the same update from [protected]@flipkart.com as
                              "Wed like to let you know that your request for a replacement of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact."

                                3 order given me deffective totally fungus product received from seller and fish food bad smell is coming and also it was damage during transit rs 749 of 3 parcel rs 277+ 272 + 200 rs 750 wasted

                                Please arrange reverse pickup and refund my money back in flipkart wallet or give replace order

                                  I ordered this tempered glass with Mi Redmi 10 because it was recommended by flipkart and the product is also clearly flipkart assured.
                                  But I got a broken tempered glass and flipkart says it has no-return policy. Kindly provide me with refund flipkart.

                                    I have flipkart account with my mobile number [protected]. I f i try to login to flipkart account I am not getting any otp to this number and it shows login with otp is not available. Hence I created new account with my email id [protected]@gmail.com with another mobile number. Then I tried to change my mobile number. Its not allowing saying that identifier is already in use. Tried their customer care number also. It only says login to account and check. so its difficult to conatct flipkart for account related queries. Plz help me to resolve this mobile number issue

                                      I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number and almost 1 year ago i lost my mobile number.

                                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
