Take street action against flipkart

Dear Respected Consumer Support Department, Please sort this difficult scam issue on my online shopping through flipkart marketplace. Ordered Oneplus 10R Mobile on 27th March Amount Was Total 32446 I paid full amount time's of making orders via upi. Flipkart comes to deliver my percel today means 30march, Give a percel after unboxing there Complete item missing I am shocked and very much heart after see the issue. I have never faced like this in my life. I contacted Customer support but not connecting call. Also tried via chat support they after seen issue simply avoiding and leaving from chat without my permission. I couldn't make return request Reason I can't found item was missing option. Please do something for me I belongs from nuclear family now facing huge losses. please charge penalties against flipkart and refunded my money as soon as possible.

        Hi, This is highly frustrating Flipkart customer care service for not responding to my issue for the defective item (Order ID: OD[protected] that I received. I called manytimes, but no resolution yet and they are dragging the issue like a rubber. When I see the status now, it shows as resolved don't know HOW?

        If Flipkart don't provide
        any resolution or
        accept my return or
        provide a part replacement,
        I'll then need to file a Consumer Commission eFiling at https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ against Bathla Teletech and Flipkart. When you call me to the registered number, please speak to me in Tamil.

          Dear flipkart team. My product which arrived on 19 March 2023 is damaged. I requested for return after I opened the product and found that it's damage. On the same day the return request was rejected. I applied for return several times in the 12th time it was confirmed and the person for pickup came on 25 March 2023 nd told that flipkart is asking to fail the pickup. She asked to contact customer service number. When I contacted the number they told that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but I didn't receive any mail/SMS from flipkart. It was the last day of return policy provided by your company or the seller. Kindly arrange for the product pickup as soon as possible. Kindly solve my problem.

            Dear flipkart team. The product which is a fridge stand arrived broken. The delivery guy didn't check and said if it's broken/damaged then request for return. As per the delivery guy told I requested for return. When the person who came to pick the product refused to pick the product and told that flipkart is asking to fail the pickup. It's was the last day of return policy when the person came to pick the product. Kindly arrange for return by your side and refund my money. It's overly damaged.

              I have not recieved any call from Flipkart installation department since the installation date. I have tried to contact the Flipkart customer care as well as to the installation call. No. Unfortunately they have failed to install the bed i ordered from Flipkart. It's been 3 days. I have called them 20 to 30 times a day but i got nothing from them. Please please slove my problem as soon as possible .

                I have ordered Blaupunkt 164 cm (65 inch) QLED Ultra HD TV & i had received in broken condition.Delivery persor told i have to apply for return.But return option is not available in flipkart app or website for this order.Immediately i raised the complaint to Customer care, Head customer support, MD & owner Sachin of Flipkart also.No one responded.When ever i escalate they will tell in 24 hours they will resolve.But every time they use to borrow time.I told already Return policy will get expire on 29th March like that.They told dont worry its our mistake already we had escalated, you will get Replacement luike that.Now also they are sending emails that they will resolve like that.But Flipkart wesite closed complaint without resolving & Return policy also Expired.Kindly take steps.Order Value is 54, 242.

                  My self Vinay, Ordered Product on @Flipkart on 25th Jan 2023, i Cancelled The Product on 03th Feb 2023. From then They didnot even Initiated the refund amount of rs 23, 500/- .                     Emi offer mar 17 to 21...after completed order...(.no cost emi flipkart pay later option)...after one day sms received automatically emi charges 1 emi rs 2202 and 2% interst...dont believe no cost emi offer...flipkart cutomercare not response...no 1 cheted service

                        I am looking for a product named Realme buds 2 and I found that on Flipkart I tried to order the same but a prompt has appeared and said that no seller ships to this pincode. I am an old customer of Flipkart and also i need that product as soon as possible also i am not getting that at which pincode the seller will ship the product.
                        I think this is not a good thing.
                        Please consume helpers solve my issue.

                            I have ordered LG 7Kg Front load washing machine Mar 24. And Mar 25 delivery person came with wrong invoice and wrong product. They opened product without getting OTP. Delivered Product not matched which I was ordered So reject delivery. They took it themself. That day night they marked delivery success with fake images And without my OTP. I raised many requests in Flipkart customer services. Yet not my issue fixed my ordered product also not received.

                                I have ordered queen size bed with dimensions 206cm lenght but the product I received was length only 182cm and technician visited on 29march but rejected my return request stating technical team said that it's the same product

                                  I recieved a product from Flipkart that I had not ordered. Probably someone had pranked with me by ordering a product using my address and phone number.

                                  As I looked on the app to return it, there is no 'Return' option available on the app. Please fix it asap.
