I had purchased a product from flipkart which was delivered to me on 31st Jan. The product was a denim skirt from Chemistry brand amounting to Rs1209. Due to fit issues I raised a return request for the same on the same day itself. I was told that I will get the product picked up and refund by 9th Feb. However, after multiple complaints and follow ups the product got picked up on 21st Feb and I was told that the refund should reflect in my bank account latest by 22nd Feb. However, by 22nd Feb I did not receive the refund hence again raised a complaint. This time I was promised that the refund should reflect in my account latest by 25th Feb, but again no refund. The ticket is always closed without any resolution and I have to raise a fresh complaint and I am again given a timeline of 24-48 hrs. I also highlighted the issue on social media platform and tagged Flipkart support. However, they always close the ticket without any resolution or explanation. I have attached a picture of order ID, the product I ordered and the pickup confirmation msg from the courier services.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
