I was ordering a handbook of physics for JEE preparation on Flipkart . I filled out everything. Then, I choose to pay using Paytm . The amount has been deducted but the order was not place. I have the proof of my payment as well. I call the toll free number but got no response but should I do? My friend once told me that Flipkart is not good. I don't know why I choose Flipkart at that time?

    Address: 243638 SAHASWAN BUDAUN

    Have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 243638 for almost 4-5 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 90% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 243638 about 4 months ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 243636 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

        I order hp ryzen 5 5500 eq2144 laptop from flipkart 43490 rs prepaid seller shipped it on 3march on time and it was expected to be delever on 5 march but they don't delever from mother hub and on 5 match they exceed delever date to 9march and on 8march they said that order has been damaged in transit and even they don't dispatch ot from mother hub after 5 day they inform me and on 8 march seller again shipped it on 8 march btw after shipped they are not dospatching it from mother hub my order

            On march 7, i ordered MI 5A 108cm(43inch) TV. Payment got deducted from my axis bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 3 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipkart but no response even after 72 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

              I had purchased a product from flipkart which was delivered to me on 31st Jan. The product was a denim skirt from Chemistry brand amounting to Rs1209. Due to fit issues I raised a return request for the same on the same day itself. I was told that I will get the product picked up and refund by 9th Feb. However, after multiple complaints and follow ups the product got picked up on 21st Feb and I was told that the refund should reflect in my bank account latest by 22nd Feb. However, by 22nd Feb I did not receive the refund hence again raised a complaint. This time I was promised that the refund should reflect in my account latest by 25th Feb, but again no refund. The ticket is always closed without any resolution and I have to raise a fresh complaint and I am again given a timeline of 24-48 hrs. I also highlighted the issue on social media platform and tagged Flipkart support. However, they always close the ticket without any resolution or explanation. I have attached a picture of order ID, the product I ordered and the pickup confirmation msg from the courier services.

                  Due to order not get on time we had function on home so we had not gone to market to purchase the product we were totally depends on flipkart mistake is not from us mistake os from flipkart that product damage received adn because of that order not given

                  When we hear the product not giving to us immediately we had purchase product from outside on MRP price 850 has ben wasted unnecessary from flipkart we want resolution and we want ra 850 in flipkart wallet because of flipkart mistake I have to suffer rs 850 lt whole india should view my complaint such small complaint affect on business

                      Partial refund came from flipkart thumbs up product and one rusk has been rejected product is totally damage please refund ra 89 and rs 49 from flipkart and this toast packet is totally deffective i have to go doctor after consult loosemotion start due to this product I have to spend rs 1000 for medical... Unnecessary rs 1000 wasted please refund my money back rs 1000

                        I placed Order on 3rd March Via Flipkart Shopping Platform I decided and made purshace Products Oneplus 10R 5G Mobile Worth Ruppes 33, 358, The full amount Was Paid Times of placing Orders. The payment method was in advance payment via upi method. I got my percel 6th March. Flipkart delivery boy comes and asked me to share otp before giving percel I shared otp to them and takes percel. While I opened after come to home I am shocked and very much heart there nothing included complete item missing. After I checked Orders status also marked delivered I am trouble and finally contacted their customer support about the issue, I couldn't create return request from myside reasons there not available such option item was missing also I can't create return there getting error something went wrong. the customer support team also ignored to create return and process refund. I contacted 6th March to go their customer support team but they still avoiding. Finally I am posting here complaint regarding same.
                        I am facing big amount loss I belongs from a nuclear family but a popular platform like flipkart done wrong with me. I am here Humbly requesting to consumer forum department Take action on it and refunded my money immediately already 48 hours crossing on the issue yet not resolved. Please do resolved as soon as possible.
                        I am attaching some screenshot please refunded my money.

                                    I have purchased the Boult audio omega from Flipkart recently but it stopped working. Service center executive of Boult audio are saying you need the invoice to resolve the problem. I have downloaded the invoice but it's not opening. So help me with it as soon as possible.

                                      Flipkart has been harassing me for almost 50days. I have ordered a Realme 9 Pro from Flipkart on 18th January. They delivered a defective Realme 9 Pro [ Order ID - OD[protected] ] on 19th. Because it has brand replacement policy, Flipkart was denying and told it's Realme who could/would give me the replacement. Realme had received my phone with all accessories and issued me a DOA certificate against that and officially mailed me that the replacement would come via Flipkart. Where as Flipkart was denying any official mail regarding this. After one month of harassment, Flipkart has finally asked for my DOA and talked about refund. Then they have asked for all my bank details and DOA certificate(again for the sixth time). Then they have again asked the acknowledgement proof that I have submitted the whole box(mobile with all accessories) to the Realme and promised to contact me soon. I did so. Days have passed, but Flipkart didn't contact me. I called again to Flipkart and they take my complain and promised a call back from backend team within seven days. Though as always they didn't call me. Whenever I called, Flipkart had promised me a call regarding solution within seven day. Again seven days has passed. I called again, they did the same. I didn't receive any call from Flipkart till now regarding this.
                                      I want my refund money within 24hours.
