My 522 super coins balance deducted from my flipkart super coins balance dated 02/03/2023but my mobile not recharge with super coins balance from mobikwik wallet app or directly from fipart app..Mobikwik show error. Please solve my problem or oterwise credit 522 Supercoins in my supercoins balance.

      I have ordered 2 sofa covers through Flipkart which cost 4143 RS with order ID OD[protected] . Both covers received in single package.The item delivered was diffrent color from the image provided in site. So I have initiated return request for sofa covers.Flipkart person came and took back both Items together(Both came in Single Package). After informing about both items I handed over the package to him. But Flipkart retuned be money for only one cover which is 2348 RS. They denied payement of second sofa cover of cost 1795 RS saying its not returned.And after 10 days they updated in system as Return cancelled without updating me.
      This was on Jan 31st and from that time I was following up with them through call and chat. I have raised multiple complaints and they closed the case mentioning issue is resolved. Company was not ready to investigate even though I had informed Delivery boy took both Items. Every time when I raise complaint they are telling some dates and closing the complaint without my knowledge.

          I ordered for a MOCHI Blue Women Messenger Bag on 4th Feb 2023. I received the parcel by Metro Brands on 13th Feb 2023. But what was shipped was a cheap quality Sling bag by Metro. When a return was initiated for the first time saying wrong product, the return request was refused. On the second attempt, despite mentioning wrong product delivered, the pickup person came looking for a defective product delivered. He asked to initiate a return again. Repeated return attempts were initiated, and every time, I the return was cancelled saying:
          "Sorry, your return request for ... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact."

          Flipkart and Metro failed to acknowledge that the request was to take back a wrong product delivered, and not about a defective product.

          Flipkart customer support was contacted several times over chat, and call. Each of the customer support executives acknowledged that it was an issue on Flipkart's side to have delivered a wrong product, wrong brand, wrong color... overall wrong product and that the return and refund would be initiated. This was even escalated to their next level of seniors.

          After which Flipkart sent emails asking for photo evidence. Despite sending photos, they said it is not enough proof and repeatedly kept asking for photo proof. After sending 3 rounds of photos on alternate days, finally Flipkart has gone silent. They neither respond on chat or email.

          Attaching the photo of the Mochi Blue purse that was ordered and the Metro Pink Slingbag that was delivered.

              I purchased a TV in flipkart worth 40k from seller IWQNBecommerce and it's a defective product. So I contacted flipkart customer support and they given me option to choose refund or replace I chosen refund and they created a return request but it's been a month time but still they are not able to resolve it.

                    The item was promised to be delivered on 25th Feb. It reached the nearest hub on 22nd Feb. However it has not been delivered yet.
                    On 25th nobody from the delivery team contacted me. I myself called the delivery person using the phone number provided in the sms - where he gave me false information regarding the delivery time(9-9.30 PM), which is surprising because the exchanges do not generally happen after 7 PM.
                    Now I've been following up with flipkart team and there has been no information from their end. Even today(1 March) they are telling me that they will come up with an update in 48 hrs. This is just a waste of time and unnecessary mental harassment from their end.
                    I had taken the product on a no cost emi, which has started now. If they cancel the item now, who is going to bear all the charges that the bank will levy me? Who is going to compensate for the mental harassment that I have faced since the last couple of days?
                    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    no update till date. The call centre guys cannot connect me to the backend team, backend team doesn't reach out to me. The expected resolution date was 2nd March and now it has been pushed to 3rd March. However, no update or information regarding the delivery of the product. Just pathetic service all round by flipkart.

                          I ordered OnePlus ce2 lite from Flipkart and Flipkart delivered it on 18 Feb but when I open the box charger is missing and phone was hanging and i submit request for refund then they rejected it then i submit request 2nd time they rejected but third time they accepted and they send technician to my house and he didn't check my phone and rejected it then i contact multiple time Flipkart but they give me a next date but they didn't solve my problem please refund my money

                            Flipkart agreed to process the return & refund for the Avita Liber V14 Ryzen 5 Quad Core Thin and Light Laptop (Rs.31990/-) which i had purchased from them, as it was giving charging issues & the brand was unable to fulfill the warranty.

                            I am following up for 4 months on this issue and each time a new Flipkart CS team member calls back & gives false assurance that they've escalated the issue and that the pickup will be done soon.

                            It is really sad that a consumer has to experience this poor level of Customer Service from a company like Flipkart.

                            I request help from the Flipkart Senior Support team members to intervene & help in the resolution of this issue on priority.

                                      I purchased a sansui fan from flipkart and there is some manufacturer defect for which seller accepted the return and in Flipkart the return got scheduled but no one from flipkart is coming to pick and few later it get canceled and the reason is logistics issue i have raised the return for this 3 time till bow and everytime same thing is happening they will cancel it after few days and no one contacts me or give proper response. Its been 2 months since the complaint for warranty is filled.

                                        My account has been blocked by flipkart due to which I am unable to log in to my account. Without any warning or intimation to me they blocked my account. I had return an item and get my money back. The last date of return is 1/03/2023 and since I am unable to access my account, I cannot raise a return request.

                                        Please help.
