Really Worst Online Shopping Service...Deliverys always late
Delivery agents are worse than worst...when they call us to find the address, they go to the wrong address without listening to us. How do they have the right to cancel the delivery ?when the mistake from their side...not at all listening the address instructions correctly...such an ### nd stupid delivery agents...flipkart is providing expected delivery date by taking postal pin codes...but not at all recieving the deliveries on time...such a shameless promise...why to use that pin code for promising delivery date...just remove that waste stupid pin code option...as of product's online shopping promise i need to receive the product by 2nd march 2023...did, d received...called to CUSTOMER CARE...promised to deliver by today...delivery agent very worst in listening to insrtuctions of address...he canceled my delivery today...again called CUSTOMER CARE...they promised to delivery by today 3rd march 2023 7pm...still i didn't received it...such a poor nd worst site for online shopping...never receives product on time...i need product to be delivered by tomorrow 4th march 2023 on or before by 11am for sure...otherwise i going to take serious action on this...i provided clear address...many products are recevied to the same address without any disturbance...but not at all on time...

    I had placed an order for iphone 14 on Flipkart website on 2nd March. The payment was made through Paytm UPI. While the money got debited from my account, the order didnt got placed. Have no update on my refund even after calling Flipkart CC multiple times.

        Hi Dear
        My flipkart account has been put on hold Selling fake product .
        (Listing ID(s): LSTCDME9TY9EV3CJXMQ8MGCJT).
        But we sell original products and also purchase from authorized distributors of the company G R Traders. That means it is very clear that i am selling only genuine product on flipkart.I have submitted original invoice for the product Invoice from authorized distributor G R Trades.And we also asked to verify physically.I sending the my purchase invoice from authorized distibutor.I was already submitted invoice so many times but my account not reactive.
        But even after this my account is not opened.We lost a lot, all our stock was also stuck.
        please solve our problem.

                I got an offer regarding a credit card from flipcart which is flipcart axis credit card.
                After first successfull transaction I should get 1000 rupees gift vouchers 500 from axis bank and 500 from flipcart.But the issue is i got the 500 rupees voucher from axis bank but the voucher from flipcart is still pending for more than 30 days that's why i escalate this issue to them but every time they harassing me with wrong information.plese help me to escalate this issue.

                  I am having 70000 limit of Paylater account.On 6th Feb 3 transaction happened to my Paylater account. 1st was of Rs 11150, 2 nd was of 2911 and 3rd was of Rs 673. I was talking to Flipkart customer care and reporting the first fraud transaction which happened to my account suddenly 2 and 3 Rd transaction happened, i reported them with the 3 fraud transaction happening to my account but no one helped and told me it's your account and you are making payment, if i am making payment why would I ask to stop and look into payment, upon asking again and again they told payment is done on Bharat bill pay and they can't do anything on this and i need to complain it to cyber crime . If you people can't make people account safe why are you providing such facilities and making us fool. Now the bill is generated and i am asked to make payment before 5th of March and if i don't they will charge me with intrest on it and will impact my cibil. When i have not made payment why I need to pay and suffer, a big giant on e-commerce platform is not secure such a big fraudster company you people are.I also mailed and called many a times but till date no one helped.

                      Flipkart has been harassing me for almost 50days. I have ordered a Realme 9 Pro from Flipkart on 18th January. They delivered a defective Realme 9 Pro on 19th. Because it has brand replacement policy, Flipkart was denying and told it's Realme who could/would give me the replacement. Realme had received my phone with all accessories and issued me a DOA certificate against that and officially mailed me that the replacement would come via Flipkart. Where as Flipkart was denying any official mail regarding this. After one month of harassment, Flipkart has finally asked for my DOA and talked about refund. Then they have asked for my bank details and DOA certificate(again for the sixth time). Then they have again asked the acknowledgement slip that I have submitted the whole box(mobile with all accessories) to the Realme and promised to contact me soon. Days have passed, but Flipkart didn't contact me. I called again to Flipkart and they take my complain and promised a call back from backend team within seven days. Though as always they didn't call me.
                      I want my refund money within 48hours.

                            I have ordered 2 sofa covers through Flipkart which cost 4143 RS with order ID OD[protected] . Both covers received in single package.The item delivered was diffrent color from the image provided in site. So I have initiated return request for sofa covers.Flipkart person came and took back both Items together(Both came in Single Package). After informing about both items I handed over the package to him. But Flipkart retuned be money for only one cover which is 2348 RS. They denied payement of second sofa cover of cost 1795 RS saying its not returned.And after 10 days they updated in system as Return cancelled without updating me.
                            This was on Jan 31st and from that time I was following up with them through call and chat. I have raised multiple complaints and they closed the case mentioning issue is resolved. Company was not ready to investigate even though I had informed Delivery boy took both Items. Every time when I raise complaint they are telling some dates and closing the complaint without my knowledge.

                                I ordered for a MOCHI Blue Women Messenger Bag on 4th Feb 2023. I received the parcel by Metro Brands on 13th Feb 2023. But what was shipped was a cheap quality Sling bag by Metro. When a return was initiated for the first time saying wrong product, the return request was refused. On the second attempt, despite mentioning wrong product delivered, the pickup person came looking for a defective product delivered. He asked to initiate a return again. Repeated return attempts were initiated, and every time, I the return was cancelled saying:
                                "Sorry, your return request for ... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact."

                                Flipkart and Metro failed to acknowledge that the request was to take back a wrong product delivered, and not about a defective product.

                                Flipkart customer support was contacted several times over chat, and call. Each of the customer support executives acknowledged that it was an issue on Flipkart's side to have delivered a wrong product, wrong brand, wrong color... overall wrong product and that the return and refund would be initiated. This was even escalated to their next level of seniors.

                                After which Flipkart sent emails asking for photo evidence. Despite sending photos, they said it is not enough proof and repeatedly kept asking for photo proof. After sending 3 rounds of photos on alternate days, finally Flipkart has gone silent. They neither respond on chat or email.

                                        I get a pop up in facebook and then I click on their site displaying the one plus earpod @Rs.99 I thought it was a wonderful offer so then click on buy now then filled my address after clicking payment option debit card or credit card they have deducted the payment of Rs.9095.07 if just purchase of Rs 99/-.w/o any receipt or order confirmation. Please help me to get my amount back.
