    I ordered shoes which was delivered on 4 feb I put return to them same day but they gave me time period to pick up during this time the pick up would happen but it did not happen and I canceled the return I complained to the customer care but they gave me a new
    Gave date for pickup, I waited again but my pickup didn't happen, then they kept giving me dates on dates and kept telling different reasons but my pickup wouldn't complete. I am getting dates from last 2 months but my pickup is not doing and neither refunding me. Today 31 march they told me to solve the problem but there was no solution.
    I hope you can give me right solutions of this problem by taking strick action against him.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Same thing is going they are again cancelled my request and give me new dates but there is no refund

      Hello sir/ma'am
      8th attempt of replacement for the wings phantom 250 wireless gaming headphone, again and
      again it is rejecting just because of the stupid reason that's i got in my
      mail.
      And the reason is the courier service has approved that he delivered the
      correct product to me ...but notice one thing there is no Open Box Delivery
      in this product, and when i received the product the courier boy delivered
      the parcel and collected the amount.
      He didn't open the box, he didn't checked the box then how could they said
      that courier service has approved the he delivered the correct
      product...how???
      And from from a month I'm facing with this problem and till now I didn't
      get any solution.
      Two times the replacement get approved but the reason for replacement was
      different, i have got a product from a different brand with different
      colours and the reason was mentioned ( received different model of this
      brand ) because of this wrong reason the replacement get cancelled by
      courier boy he said please talk to customer service and tell him to
      mentioned a correct reason.
      Ma'am/sir please do something you can see it how many times i got rejection

        My phone number is completely turned off and mistakely i logged out from Flipkart app how did I login back again and i didn't entered any email id also

          I ordered a earbuds and replaced it because it was a damaged product and when it got replaced it was not verified and ther was no product inside the replaced package. when I wanted refund from flipkart consumer support team they said nothing to worry about it flipkart consumer support team will help you and now they blocked my account and I also didn't got my refund

            I have ordered kitten food (whiskas chickn in gravy) of about rs 1450. I have raised. Complian since first week of March. They are neither picking up the written chicken nor refunding me. It's navratri time. I have kept the written chickn outside .. neighbours are complaining of smell. Please refund my amount.i am attaching the invoice with this.

              I have ordered chickn in gravy for my kitten of 1400 rs. They gave me rotten chickn. I complained to them. They said they will do the pick up and refund my money. It has been 20 days above, get now they have not picked up the product. It is getting very problem for me to keep this chicken as it is having a foul smell and it's navtrati time. They are just delaying the matter. They said they will get it picked up by 12 March, then 17 March 2023, then 23 March then 29 March. Today's it's 31 March 2023. They are creating a mental harrasment on me. Then on 26th March one executive asked me share my bank detail . But they are all fake. No refund is given to me. Please help

                Address: flipkart

                We ordered Samsung Washing Machine 8.5 Kg Semi Automatic from FlipKart on 20 March 2023 by paying amount 10794 in advance.
                They sent a confirmation message that product will be delivered on 27 March 2023 but then they sent message that "product could not be delivered today".
                This message was sent to me twice and then they cancelled the order without contacting me.
                Repaid the amount in same account.
                The Offer at which I ordered above machine is not available now.
                I did not cancel the above said order.
                I also raised the issue with their customer care but no satisfactory reply was received, except they said that i should re order at current price and forget about the Deal that was offered earlier.

                  I had purchased cooler from flipkart. They had provided me defective product. After placing for refund a technician had visited that guy told the product is defective and told I will get refund. But immediately I got msg from flipkart that my refund was cancelled. They are not picking my call. Dam frustrated with their service. Waste customer care. They cut my call.

                      Flipkart scammed with me
                      OD[protected]
                      Ordered mobile through flipkart called Oneplus 11R 5G and made full payment times of placing orders. Flipkart done wrong with me I expected normal course of business but flipkart sent me Empty percel complete item missing.
                      I can't create return cause there not available item missing option and getting opps occurs after multiple attempts to create return. I have already contacted Customer support much more times but yet not resolved after crossing 72 hours from the issue.
                      Need refund immediately take action accordingly. Alternatively I need to go highcourt for file case, if needed to sort this via court then I will charge demand and penalties.
                      As well refunded my money immediately.

                        Take action against flipkart and refunded my money immediately

I ordered a phone name Oneplus 10R 5G Worth 36929 The phone was very urgency for me.but Flipkart given delivered their empty cartoon box only. They delivered Empty percel intact sealed condition just like frauds behavior. There Not included any accessories any bill or brand box, complete item missing fully empty box sealed condition delivered. I contacted Flipkart Support they created return request but after 5 hours of creating return I got mail refund request rejected reason Percel was intact courier service provided confirmed. Dear Flipkart I also confirmed that percel was intact that's reason I takes delivery without any doubt I expected normal course of business not like this. Humbly requesting consumer portal department please take action against flipkart and refunded my paid amount immedietly. They without any communication rejected my refund request without Understanding my situation How I am upset and struggle. I earned money for this Phone for a long time to go I am saving the money for the phone but now facing big scams only for choosing Flipkart.

                                  मैंने 4 मार्च को फ्लिपकार्ट से लैपटॉप खरीदा जो मुझे 12 मार्च को डिलिवर हुआ, मेरे लैपटॉप में डिस्प्ले फ्लिकर की समस्या थी इसलिये 16मार्च को रिप्लेसमेंट के लिये अग्रेषित किया।उसके बाद Asus की ओर से 18 मार्च 2023 को Technician आया और 2 दिन बाद 20 मार्च को लैपटॉप सील कर दिया गया और मुझे DOA CERTIFICATE दे दिया गया लेकिन Flipkart वाले कह रहे हैं कि अभी तक Asus ने Flipkart को अपडेट नहीं किया है।
                                  जबकि ASUS का कहना है कि सब कुछ अपडेट कर दिया गया है। मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट कस्टमर केयर से कई बार बात की लेकिन वो तकनीशियन विजिट को अपडेट नही कर रहे थे जबकि आसुस के तरफ हो चुका था ।
                                  आसुस के तरफ से बताया गया कि आप flipkart को DOA CERTIFICATE शेयर कर दे ।मैंने तुरंत फ्लिपकार्ट एप्प पर और ईमेल भी कर दिया ।
                                  मैंने FACEBOOK, TWITTER, EMAIL और कॉल के माध्यम से अपनी प्रॉब्लम को शेयर किया मगर इससे संबंधित कोई अपडेट नही हुआ ।
                                  25 मार्च को फ़्लिपकार्ट से कॉल आया था कि आपकी लैपटॉप के लिये दूसरे तकनीशियन को 30 मार्च तक भेजकर प्रोसेस कर लिया जाएगा फिर टेक्निशन के approval के बाद उसे 4अप्रैल तक नई लैपटॉप डिलेवरी कर दी जाएगा ।
                                  मैं फ़्लिपकार्ट द्वारा बोली गयी दूसरी technician का इंतज़ार कर रहा है था कि अचानक 29 मार्च 1.15pm पर ऑटोमेटिक replacement कैंसिल कर दिया गया इसकी जानकारी filpkart को दी तो उन्होंने 24 hour में इसे समाधान करने के लिये बोले और आपको 24 घंटे में flipkart के तरफ से कॉल जाएगा
                                  मगर अब तक कोई रेस्पॉन्स नही मिला ।
                                  मुझे बार बार बोला जा रहा है कि आपकी समस्या का समाधान होगा मगर इतना लंबा समय बाद भी मुझे कोई उम्मीद नही दिखाई पड़ी ।

                                  मेरी यही प्रार्थना है कि मेरे लैपटॉप का टेक्नीशियन विजिट किया जा चुका है और आसुस के तरफ से DOA CERTIFICATE भी मिल चुका है ।चुकी पहले से ही बहुत समय लिया जा चुका है इसलिये मेरा तुरंत डिफेक्टिव लैपटॉप को रिप्लेसमेंट करके नई लैपटॉप प्रदान करे या रिफंड कर दे ।

After contacting multiple times via multiple way they still avoiding to process refund simply ignoring customer critical issues. How they can mistake like this ? Take legal action accordingly to get punishment for this and refunded my money anyway immediately. I can't create return it's getting error after multiple attempts. Alternatively I am consulting with advocate to sort the issue and demand for this scam. We earned hard work money how you theft it easily criminal platform.
