                I have ordered book from flipkart on 8th march, 16th march, 23rd march but they cancelled all the order without my consent.
                and then I called them, they are telling me to place a fresh order but the price of product increase almost double.

                  My laptop have some serious issues as it screen gets black after 15 minutes o[censored]se and after that I'm unable to start it again.. After a month o[censored]se, some white spots appeared on screen..
                  some times it doesn't shut down and sleep properly..

                  My Grocery Order delivery date was 25th March, then changed to 27th March. but still order not deliver by flipkart. I did complaint 6-7 times but they are only giving the time. delivery service is harassing me. I want to lodge complaint for harassment and not deliver the product timely. this is grocery items. and it should be delivered very timely.

                    I have a ordered a phone from Flipkart on 3 Jan but I have cancelled it due to quality issue and I was supposed to receive my refund amount of 8388rs but unfortunately I have not received my refund yet then I contacted with Flipkart customer service regarding this matter and U was responded that my refund has been initiated on 10 Jan which will be reflected on 11 jan as per the standard bank procedure
                    I have patiently waited till 11 jan but I did not received any amount of money and again I have contacted with them, they said that I have been already credited my refund on Jan 10 if further issue contact with my home branch bank
                    I reach ou to my home branch bank regarding this matter, they checked my account and details and statement stating that my account has not been transferred any money amount of 8388rs, then they told me to contact the application that I was supposed to receive refund
                    Then again I contacted with Flipkart customer care service but they repeated the same saying that they already had credited my refund for further issues contact with my home branch bank.
                    So please help me solve this problem as soon as possible

                      I have received the order on 17th march 2023 for order no OD[protected]motorolla g73). However the same was damaged product which has dead pixels on screen. I have placed replacement request on 18th march 2023 for the same product. Despite of providing with necessary documents and proofs to flipkart team as required by them still the product is not replaced yet as on 28th march 2023.
                      I have made continuous follow ups with flipkart everyday and having proofs of the same.

                      Request flipkart management team to look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise i will be obliged to take stringent actions against the organization

                          I have received my order (Motorola G73) on 17th march, 2023 however received damaged product for which i haved applied for replacement of the same on 18th march, 2023.
                          Today i.e 28th march, 2023 flipkart has not resolved my problem despite of continuously updating the required documents by flipkart.

                          I have contacted Flipkart daily for replacement of the product but the same issued is not been resolved by the team.

                              Dear, Sir/mam

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 10th march 2023 with order id: OD[protected] for a consideration of rs.34490 paid via sbi card. The product got delivered on 10th march2023.

                              The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

                              There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart technician informed me that the product can’t be fixed. Enclosing the service report.

                              I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending the email and by calling the flipkart customer care but despite all my pleadings, flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is indeed regrettable. Which you are liable to compensate to me. Flipkart not resolved my problem.

                                  On 25th March 2023, My flipkart account has been hacked and purchased a Nothing mobile using pay later account emi for 31568.00, I have not initiated this transaction and i have not received/shared any otp regarding the same. Flipkart team didn't help with de-activating account after fraud, I had to wait till next day (After 12 AM) to access the account and deactivate.Later Customer Support called me on 26th may around 1 AM and said flipkart will resolve this issue from their end no need to raise a cybercell complaint. I received a call today (27th March 2023) they said they can not help with this issue and for all my questions they were saying "No Comment" or "Can't Comment". I have not received any transaction ID for pay later on my email or mobile I just received 31568.00 is utilized and Invoices, because of this i am not able to raise any complaint on cybercell. I tried reaching out flipkart support to reactivate the account to download the information and they failed o resolve the issue. Because of this i was unable to raise a complaint on Cybercell

                                    I recently ordered PS4 console 1tb from flipkart. I have delivered with the empty console box with the weight lift band - Tynor . I have raised the concern with flipkart team, they have initiated 12days investigation on the missing item incident. Requested initially received item images of entire package with all its contents and identify proof with my express consent for third party verification.after 5days they requested for my consent for lodging POLICE FIR since the package was shipped and delivered at intact condition. They forced me that failure of submission will lead to return and refund cancellation.
                                    I request to look in to the issue and give proper resolution ASAP, as the package delivered was tampered and the same was retapped with transparent tape overlay above that the shipping sticker was pasted and made it to look like the package was intact. Refer the images attached.

                                    My return got rejected due to failure in submission of consent form.
                                    Its very much disappointing, flipkart investigation team and support team does not look in to the images properly. They are saying the pack was intact during delivery so they cannot process the return and refund request. But pack was tampered and retapped with the transparent tape above the flipkart tampered tape.
