I booked redmi note 5 pro on flipkart on[protected]. 12:05 pm. I used andra bank atm card it asked for otp i inputed the same bt it said wrong otp try again but amount was deducted from my bank account. I tried calling customer care nt there is no use. Its not 1 or 2 thousand. It's 15 thousand. It is nt showing in orders column also. Worst experience @ flipkart
I have used amazon, paytm mall, and many more but never experienced like this.

    I ordered for one set of epson ink (4 colours). 3 sets in one parcel was delivered on jan 17, 2018 for rs 563/-. I filled 1 set. The print outs were not satisfactory. Still i continued printing with that. Yesterday i took the printer to epson cc. The head had to be replaced for rs 2300/- i was told it got spoiled because of the duplicate ink.
    I was happy to get 3 packs for rs. 563/-
    But the printer got spoiled with that. I had to spent rs 2300/-
    2 packs of ink are still not opened. Used ink bottles are also here.

      This is to bring to your notice, that I purchased the product (Name: Birdy Micro Fiber Collapsible Wardrobe and Order id: OD[protected] on May 24th 2018. I was out of the station and therefore could not open the product but as I open it now, I found the manufacturing defect because of which I am unable to build the Almirah. The size of steel rod and connector is same and as a result, the rod won't go inside and break if try.
      I consulted other people with the similar product and found it to differ. I want to return the product but now as I look; the due date was 3 June 08 which have passed as I was out of the station.

      I wasn't expecting such a damaged and improper product from a company as reputed as yours and therefore kindly look into the matter and refund as it is of no use to me now.

      Customer complain was when the product was delivered she was not in town, when she came back to town and opened the product she came to know that she is not able to fix the wardrobe so apologized and info given since customer contacted us back post return policy period, so politely denied and also requested to get in touch with Brand since there is 6 months brand warranty on this order, she agreed and closed the complaint.

        I bought this phone with high expectations from flipkart on the 13th of may and found the speaker to be defective. I was unperturbed because i thought my order is from one of the best companies for online shopping and they will help me out. However it was worse than that. I made several complains and the seller repeatedly kept rejecting my replacement requests without contacting me or resolving my issue. Only once he called and asked to perform some steps and then promised to replace my phone if the issue persisted for more than 72 hours. The phone still had issues and when i called flipkart within those 72 hours on 27th may they said my 15 days replacement policy had been exceeded but after telling them the sequence of scenarios and neglect from the seller they promised to solve my problem by 1st june. I am calling them everyday and all they have been doing is asking me to wait and give false promises of resolving my problem within next 2 days. All they say is that we have no response from backend team and we need 2 more days.

        Last week flipkart came back and said the technician will visit me, but the technician never contacted and sent the message -

        "dear customer, we were unable to contact you for the tech visit of your mobile. As per policy, we will cancel the call after 3 unsuccessful attempts or after 24 hours of call registration, whichever is earlier. Kindly call us on [protected] so that we can fix up an appointment at the earliest"

        I've been trying the number which they've given and it doesn't get connected, looks like an invalid number. This is unacceptable because flipkart has only been promising me quick resolution but hasn't given one.

        Highly disappointing, and would expect them to get back to me asap with a solution or i have decided to go legal with this. #pathetic service #nocustomersupport #disappointngphonesellerandflipkartexperience

        Please note the technician visit you scheduled didn't happen, because the seller sent me this, message WITHOUT even contacting me -

        "dear customer, we were unable to contact you for the tech visit of your mobile. As per policy, we will cancel the call after 3 unsuccessful attempts or after 24 hours of call registration, whichever is earlier.         Please this is the second time the same series of tasks are happening. And fyi, the number they've given us invalid. I cannot understand can I really rely on Flipkart for such a bad service? Please for your immediate attention, as this is crossing my patience and making me very disappointed.

          It has s problem with a charging cable.it is not at all sitting tightly every time it become loose and my mobile unable to charge.
          No explanation required but I am not going to order anything from Flipkart . As of now it is the worst ecom in India.

            I ordered 2 handbags in flipkart. The sellers are seller:
            Sidharthsanyacollectio & seller:
            Stalwarts. While delivering the products, for both handbags does not have any price tag or brand tag. And the quality is very bad. But while returning the item, the person is denied to pickup because of no price tag and brand tag. This is very fraud business they are doing to sell dummy products in the market. Please resolve my issue.

            But I had to return it as it was a size bigger.

            Where I requested to return the wish master denied return as there was no mrp tag but the TAG was never there on the product in the first place.

            Even after calling to the customer care no help was provided.

                I puchased a wireless headphone from flipkart. The listed price that they displayed on their website was higher then mrp. Then they gave discount and brought then price to mrp. And i assumed we are getting a discount on mrp. So finally they are cheating with the customers so an i. I got to know this when i checked the mrp on the product box after removing the flipkart packaging which had the listed.

                I talked to flipkart they are not ready to replace the product nor ready to provide any reimbursment.

                Every customer has right to have right information from seller but there cheating the customer is the case.

                    I brought asus zenfone max pro m1 from flipkart on 4-06-18 after uses for some time i noticed that my multi-touch is not working, but i think it will resolve, but after 3-4 days i see heavy problem in
                    Touch while zooming and playing games like pubg.
                    After complaint they sent a text visit that guy after seeing my problem told it will replaced but they send me msg that my request is rejected.
                    Now they are ignoring my call and my 10 days replacement period is going to end in 2 days...
                    Please help me i brought this only phone from my own savings..

                      Dear Flipkart,

                      Flipkart are becoming a place for cheating. Delivering used items is your hobby now. The Jeans you delivered didn't fit and it didnt have an MRP tag and we requested for a return immediately next day. When the customer care called they told they cannot accept the product with out Tag. The product didn't have Tag at all.
                      The Flikart has become a big area for cheaters.
                      How can we trust you.

                      Any product Flipkart deliver need to be checked for quality, tag and all thenecessary things. How can we prove that the product didnt have MRP Tag. All other products we received didn't have an MRP tag at all. But we had problem with only one and we want to return that.

                      Please return the Jeans and refund the money.
                      It has become a culture like we need to Unbelieve you in each product you deliver.

                        Hello,

                        I had ordered product from flipkart which was to be delivered on 9th june. Since i was out at that time my land lord being unaware of the order refused the item. Neither flipkart nor ekart logistics called me to verify. Afterwards when i called them they committed to deliver it once they do ivr verification. Now it has also been done by me but still i am not getting any proper response from the flipkart team. Also they are not in sync. Everytime i call them they give me different responses. I am feeling like being cheated. Please guide me what should i do

                        Ab call. Krte h toh khte hain replace kr denege but vo bhi nh kiya pagal bnate hain or ab mujhe refund chahiye mra paisa bus.. Plzz sir help kro refund dilwa dijiye sir.
                        I have replaced my REDMI NOTE 5, because of screen blinking issue but their is no reply from flipkart and Technician, just you people are time passing up to my replacement time .
                        Since 8 days their is no reply from you .
                        Now they have cancelled my order saying that there was some issue with the product so courier company has returned it to the seller. They not even try to contact me since they got the product. Now they are saying me to place a new order but not at the same price. Also they told that you will recieve the refund in 6 - 8 business days which means more than a week. Now I want double compensation for the loss of my time and mental harassment

                          My name is Neil Surati – I am mentioning below the series of events which shows that FLIPKART has failed in customer services.

                          1. 29th May 2018 - Laptop ordered on flipkart.
                          2. 30th May 2018 - Laptop delivered.
                          3. 1st complaint – 30th May 2018, since laptop was taking time to start. It took 20-25 minutes to start.
                          4. 1st Jun 2018 – got a call from Lenovo call center for online support, but I was in office so agent offered to call on 2nd Jun 2018.
                          5. 2nd Jun 2018 – I got a call from Lenovo call center for online support. It took 15-20 minutes laptop to start.
                          6. Engineer was arranged to visit in personal on 4th Jun 2018.
                          7. Engineer name Mr. Rakesh Kamble (mobile nos – [protected]) visited on 5th Jun 2018. He checked the laptop and onsite service report was generated.
                          8. Engineer has asked to send the onsite service report to [protected]@lenovo.com – in return I have received DOA via email on 6th Jun 2018. (DOA reference no:[protected]
                          9. 9th Jun 2018 – was the date of delivery and replacement of laptop, which didn’t happened.
                          10. 9th Jun 2018 – I asked for call back service from flipkart around 9:00 PM. I got a call – after listening to my complain, my call was about to transfer to a team leader but call was on hold for 15-20 minutes and then automatically call got disconnected.
                          11. 9th Jun 2018 – a new date of 14th Jun 2018 is tagged for delivery.
                          12. 10th Jun 2018 - Same story happened around 10:15 AM. My call got disconnected again after sometime.
                          13. 11th Jun 2018 - I have raised email complaint to cancel my product. As usual no reply from flipkart.
                          14. 12th Jun 2018 – I have asked for call back today. Spoke to 2 supervisors. 1st supervisor Mr. Aniket and 2nd supervisor Mr. Dhananjay.
                          15. Mr. Dhananjay was supposed to call me back by 4:00 PM today.
                          16. Again I got a call from flipkart - agent named Tanmay and supervisor name Mr. Chatterjee. 20th Jun 2018 a new date for delivery.

                              I raised a return for my product i.e. Panasonic P95 and after speaking with a dumb executive who couldnt understand what i was saying for like 10 times i was told they will book an appointment with the technician who would come and check the device and if he ia unable to resolve my query he further process ny request for request.
                              However, i have received 5 text stating that the technician was unable to reach me.
                              God knows why because i have been keeping my phone near me all the time and havent received any calls.
                              Then i called the Flipkart CUSTOMER CARE department and asked for a callback to which i wax told will receive a callback and ofcourse again i didnt receive any call.
                              I didnt know that flipkart would be such a ### site to order
                              Taking my money and giving defective good and then not reaching out to me to resolve my query
                              If today i dont receive a response from you all i will not mind taking a legal action against your stupid company.

                              I asked him when did he call me that they sent me a text stating that they were unable to reach me to which he said that he was unable to come today because of which they have been sending these texts to me for the last 3 days

                                Very bad experience this time and not gonna buy anything from flipkart.
                                Such a bunch of lossers are running the company.
                                Worst platform to buy anything.
                                Not recommended.
                                The send the defective products and not even responding in any service request and anything at all.. Not in look to refund my money.

                                      We have purchase split ac of billion from flipkart on14th may through online portal, which is installed by your vendor.ac not installed properly and also not good behave by vendor.                                       Your service engineer call and say when he will come for mi tv installations but actually fact is that the parcel is not delivered.

                                        I ordered the product of brand panasonic trimmer on before 9th june after this day the product was shipped and the delivery date was 11th june it was yesterday and i havent got the product yet the delivery boy called on 11th june at 5:30 pm and said that i will come by 8 pm.. But he didn't come and today he again called and said i will come tomorrow and now i am cancelling the product as waiting for many days and no punctuality of an delivery boy. Thank you
