    I purchased a virat kohli endorsed mrf popular cricket bat size 6. Today morning i received the item. But the item delivered is entirely different than it was advertised in the website. The item is also in bad condition. It is with several scratches and dents. My son is very upset about it.

        I have ordered a diwan sets from flipkart.com worth rs. 449 and 959 on 4th of june 2018. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my diwan sets next day. On 6.06.2018, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

        I waited till 12.06.2018 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account.
        Customer care is everytime asking to contact sbi and phone phone... When i contacted them theya re asking to check with flipkart.

        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible

            I had ordered my thing on Jun 6, 2018 and they estimated the delivery to be on Jun 9, 2018. However it got delayed and was postponed to Jun 11, 2018. Yesterday night at 10:24pm I got a message saying my order has been delivered. I was not at home and when I contacted home they told nothing has come. What should I do? I have the delivery person's number. When I contact him, his phone is always unreachable. What kind of service is this?

              I had placed neutrogena ultra sheer dry-touch sunblock of 88ml on 5 june, but i received totally fake product. It has imprinted as 118 ml but the original product only contain 88ml, its smell is quiet different from the original one, even its packing is very different. Its the cheap imitation of the original one. Definitely it can cause a skin hazards. I want full refund of this product along with the original product that i placed for purchase.                 For the first time I purchased watch from Flipkart. As I don't like it I gave return. While giving return by mistakenly I gave received different product option. Its by miss. For that only Flipkart blocked my account. I send back same item. Please unblock and accept my return request. You only gave return option how can you block me. Its my first experience with Flipkart. All my friends suggested me to opt Flipkart. But without giving me chance to correctly give return option it blocked me. I contacted customer care. But they tell they are unable to do unblock. I don't want to use or purchase from flipkart. I just want to return my watch its is too bad. Please take your watch back

                  Im complaining about the home delivery regarding cash on delivery against sagara city, shimogga bluedart office!! They never home deliver the service and ask us to get the products from their office giving random reasons!! They give us the stupid reasons saying there is no home delivery for cash on delivery!!                   I have a query regarding g return of one item...one of ur care executive told me that sir ur return request accepted and refund will b added to ac after 2 working days ..after some time massge comes that flipkart shipped same product for replacement when I told to care again that before 3 har ur care executive told me that product will returned and refund added to a c and he ask for given him 5 star also in review ...that lady customer care didn't write my written complaint regarding g passing of wrong info and when I asked to transfer my call to senior offer he cut my cl ...plz look for this.

                    I bought a android mobile phone, lenovo vibe k5 plus[silver, 16 gb] on 03.01.2018 through flipkart. We have high regard on reliability on flipkart. But from the 3rd day of purchase hte battery charge % started declining reapidly. Within an hour it got reduced to 40% after fully charged. We thought it may be due to handling problem. But it continues till date. With in 4 to 5 calls made after fully charged the mobile set starts to get switched off. We went to lenovo service centre at coimbatore for service and we were stunned to hear that the imei number of mobile is different from that of imei number in invoice and returned back the mobile without servicing and the problem is persisting

                    The discrepancies in this regard may be sort out according to to the lenovo licence agreement. We request you to do the needful and provide us a better solution for this. High credibility on the part of lenovo & flipkart should not be compromised.

                      I am very happy from flipkart service
                      But this time i have to suffer a problem
                      I bought a online mobile phone named honor 7A.
                      I reeceived the phone and when i open its damaged full screan is broken
                      And when i apply for return or replacement the seller denained my request
                      Shoud i have to pay for a damange piece?
                      Your have to deal with your seller we cant pay for e defective piece
                      I didnt use mobile even i didnt insert any sim card or anything
                      A big cmmericial websit cant denine that they cant help me to go out of this
                      Anybody never will pay rupiess for a fully damanged piece
                      I want justiec and i want to return it or replace it
                      And you shoud also have to focus on your seller that fir their profit customer does not have to suffrr of this much amount
                      I humble request you to please solvr my problem as soon as possible

                        I placed an order to by mobile through flipkart the details is as below:

                        Order date tue, may 29th '18 3:45 pm
                        Mobile redmi note 5 (Gold, 64 gb);
                        Seller: flashstar commerce
                        Total amount
                        ₹11, 999/- through bajaj fin service no cost emi

                        1st point: while placing order it was commitment by the flipkart that the item will deliver in one day at my address (Bangalore). But unfortunately it took 4 days to deliver. When inquired the flipkart representative informed it was wrong routed - the flipkart should compensate me as i suffered for his own mistake.

                        2nd point: two days we use mobile but when it was getting discharge we put into charging on 4th night but the charger was not working.
                        Immediately on 5th june i placed a return request (Return id no.:[protected]). 2 time i received a call from flipkart to know about issue and the caller has informed the technician will visit and replace the charger. But unfortunately on 11th june without any response from flipkart the my complaint is closed.

                        3rd point: today on 11 june without mentioning any reason when i received a mail from flipkart to close my (Return id no.:[protected]) made on 5th june. I made another fresh complaint vide complaint id no.[protected] on 11th june at 3.11pm.

                        Please do needful in this regard to resolve the issue and put the penalty on flipkart to avoid repetition of such kind of cheating with indian customer.

                          This is to bring to your notice that i have ORDERED A DIE CAST model Porsche on 3rd June 2018 and the commitment date was 11th June 2018.. (Order no ID OD[protected]..i wanted the Product for my sons birthday 0n 12th June 2018..to my surprise i received a teddy soft toy on 11th June 2018..is it the service of Flipkart..

                          Its playing on somebodys sentiments..when i called the helpline number they are telling it will take 48hrs to register the complaint and then someone will come and pick the product..not a good service from online retailer flipkart...

                            I was ordered one ladies shoe from flip kart few days back. But after received the product it has been observed wrong color and wrong specimen product provided to me.

                            I made the payment for a Mobile phone worth Rs.14999 in total. Order ID is
                            OD[protected]. The payment was successful and the amount was debited from my account but the order in Flipkart was unsuccessful and no invoice was generated.
                            Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
                            I just order moto e4 plus cover case..and got a product with quality issue. So i returned case to Flipkart and he wrongly transferred my money to wrong account number.. without asking my account number before transfer.. if i asked to Flipkart executive they not responding to problem

                              I order 2 hand ring. But i don't no weather its order or not. But the cost of the ring 412 rs deducted from my bank. Once i already spoke with flip kart customer care also even they told wait 8 hours.
                              After 8 hours we will know that my order successfully order ed or failed.

                              But let me know my order is done or failed.

                              Suppose it's failed means when you people will return my amount.

                                I had placed a order for a product which was supposed to get delivered on 5th june 2018.
                                The flipkart delivery made a fake signature and kept the package himself. He also updated the status of the package as "delivered".

                                The customer support after 10 days offered me with either replacement of refund. However they did not give me any compensation for the delay in time and the fraud signature.

                                I demanded for complete refund and also free delivery for the loss of time and fraud case. But due to their policy they have no such compensation.

                                  1. This is very much disappointing that after logging complaint flipkart is still failed to meet my expectation.
                                  Raising the concern in reference to the replacement order
                                  Order id: od[protected]

                                  I was suppose to get the replacement order with the correct product but yesterday i have received the products. Bottle seems to be very old but the liquid/serum is so thick and sticky and also smelly i doubt this serum is not off good quality.

                                  So hence i want to return the product completly and dont want this product any more.
                                  It was my mistake that i ordered online.
                                  I shouldn't have trusted flipkart.

                                  2. Raising another order in ref to the another order
                                  Cannot see the order id hence mentioning the product
                                  Fourgee slim women's blue jeans

                                  I have a recieved completly different colour jeans and also quality is pathetic,.,.,
                                  The courier person refused to take the procuts as i have mentioned bad quality instead of wrong colour.

                                  I cant take this anymore i want the propduct to be returned and i dont want any replacement asap

                                    I orderd this ac on 19th may delivered on 26th may at the time of delivery
                                    The outdoor unit of ac is faulty so i complain against it on 27th may but
                                    Flipkart reject my complain for unknown reason.

                                    On date 29th may again i complain on 29th may for this unit and til now on 11th june there are 23 days passed away but flipkart did not do any thing even my return approval is also in pending.

                                    It is flipkart's responsibility to start ac within 10 days but even any of your executive does not listen my request, i continuously calling to your customer care.

                                    Because of 3rd class behavior towards customer i want to return this
                                    Product and need refund.

                                    Because i purchase this ac for summer seasion and now summer season is over
                                    And starts rain in rajkot at delivery addresh.

                                    And i dont want to west may money.

                                    Please do my refund process as soon as possible.

                                      I purchased redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and when I opened the pack then I got 1 cover, 1 sim pin and a piece of marble in the box and the seal was broken after opening the flipkart packaging and when i called flipkart customer care then they are saying sir you have to wait till 11th june we are working on this and today is 11th june

                                        I have purchased a chimney on 6th june 2018.
                                        Kutchina chimney model no : ku-21 kutchina slimo-750m 3/hr autoclean.

                                        When i called the service centre to install the product their service staff came and told me that the machine is not working.
                                        The blower is not working.
                                        The lamp on the chimney is not working.

                                        I would like u to replace the product asap.
