    I bought a shirt using flipkart paylater. The amount was rs. 641 (25th may, 2018). But suddenly i saw that they have added rs. 2228 extra with that amount on 29th may, 2018. I lodged a complain on 31st may, 2018 but since they have given me dates only. I have contacted them at least 8-9 times and still they haven't provided me the resolution. The pet line is "please wait for 24hrs". I have already missed my due date for this. It is kind of mental harassment and defamation. What should i do?

    I have maild back to Flipkart Customer support with my bank details and bank statement. There were no such amount has been transferred into my bank account. I haven't received anything. I have contacted my bank also and they don't have such information.

    If Flipkart is providing the correct, then the transaction date was 25Th May, 2018 it is one month now and I haven't received anything.

    In the other hand Flipkart is charging me penalty.

    I have already mailed Flipkart with my bank statement and other details.

    Please help me to get rid off this thing.

      I ordered redmi note 5 pro yesterday on flipkart as cod and after some time i paid the money from my debit card.. Today i got the delivery of my packet and when i opened the packet flipkart packing.. The main seal from mi was broken from both side and there was piece of marble instead of mobile phn.. I was shocked.. There was only mobile case and sim pin in the box.. Mobile, charger and cable was also missing.. I made a video while unboxing the set.. I am totally disappointed from flipkart service and i want immediate response.. I am sending you all the details of the packet with photos..

        I bought a yuphoria mobile as i have spare mobile phones i didnt event touch and checked it and after a month wen i opened it it was working fine but almost heated like its gonna blast the next day when i inserted sim it was not catching the signal and suddenly it went off and wen i wanted to on it is not turning on
        i lost my 5 k on it

          The delivry of flip cover of lenovo tab 3 & mi a1 cover is totally disappointing & they didn't deliver it to my address saying it is not in their service location. But they actually have delivery thre. I have to travel 15 kms to collect it. And loctn shared by sms is also wrong in google map. They didn't even contct me & googled no. Was also wrong.

            I have deactivated my flipkart account earlier, bcoz i faced some issues in placing order. Plan to deactivate and then to activate once again to place order. But i couldn't, so i left it. But now i want to activate my account to place orders.

            When i try to login with my email id it shows "account does not exist". I forgot my old password also.

              Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

              Then i used forgot button and then received code.

              Entered the code successfully.
              After that it was asking please set a new password.

              Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

              That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                It was to be delieverd bt ekart logistics so its their fault too that it hadn't been delieverd to to right person or on the right address

                  I have ordered 3 books from flipkart. I have bought these books on high percentage off ok.

                  But when i got delivered these books all of three books are not original at all and all are printed and 1 book is used with some random signature.

                  So please my concern is if book is not original at least write down in description or something because you don't have to cheat user with 73% off kind of dirty technique.

                    My suggestion to all online buyer never ever buy any product from filpkart this is second time i have received fake products the first one indulekha hair oil and second colorbar lipstick. Flipkart given to customer fake brand original indulekha hair oil prices (100 ml) bottom 432 and filpkart give me (300 ml) bottle 823 but i have received duplicate hair oil i was opened bottle and for use so my original oil colour and fragrance and the flipkart oil colour and fragrance both are different
                    That product is useless for me and my money is wastage and flipkart have no any return policy for cosmetic products bcz they know they are selling fake products

                      I have purchased an asus zenfone max pro m1 but i got a defective product which take more then 8 hourse to charge 0-100%. So i requested for replacement but flipkart cancelled my request again and again for the fourth time. Last time they told me that this time 100% tachnician will come for visit but they again fooled me. Now my 10 days replacement policy is over due to their customer fooling tachniques they keep wasting time and expired my replacement policy. Very worst strategy they use to fool the costumer.                         On 6th june 2018 i have ordered redmi note 5 pro in flash sale and paid via debit card, my ordered is not completed but an amount of rs 14999 has been deducted from my bank account. I have received a mail regarding my refund from flipkart but till now i haven't got my refund neither i am able track my refund status. Kindly pay your attention and please let me know when i am getting my refund.                               Dear flipkart,
                              I haven't seen such a pathetic service in my life. And this is where amazon lead you guys.
                              Its 2 days, there is no solid conclusion on issue. Customer care executive keep on calling and just promise 2 more days to solve it.
                              Issue is simple as that (Pls read it twice and dont ask me again what happen),
                              I did place mobile order with exchange offer. Your courier man came and asked me give mobile without giving any proof. As per your email i should be getting receipt.
                              Also courier man, didn't ask me to sign delivery receipt itself (He said he had signed by himself, proudly).
                              I dont know what is wrong and whom to blame, i am facing inconvenience here as my old mobile is already wiped by courier man yesterday.
                              I need my mobile by tomorrow 06/09 and with exchange mobile receipt or mail acknowledgment.
                              Failing to which i will file a consumer court complain, i do have cctv recording at my home on how your courier man is behaving.
                              Please note that matter below until opposed will be consider and accepted by you and can be use as legal proo[censored]nder "consumer protection act, 1986"

                              1. I don't agree with the words that i rejected parcel. Courier man came and i didn't gave me parcel due to different reason stated below (He did fraud signature). Please don't blame customer without knowing. Else show the proof if i accepted.
                              2. Product was with exchange offer and i have to give old mobile to filaprt. As per rule what clearly communicated to me by flipkart, i should be getting acknowledgment receipt for the product (Please find attached proof)
                              3. I declined to give my mobile without receipt as it was asked by flipakrt. On declining to give"old product", courier man didt hand over me new product and went away.
                              4. I immediate raised complain on all available platform on fliparkt.
                              5. On date 06/08, consumer executive from flipkart accepted that i should be getting receipt for old product (This proved it was flipkart mistake), and she will arrange it withing a day. She will get same product deliver (I asked for mail proof and she said all call getting recorded and i need not to worry)
                              6. There is no message or ivr i received that my order will get cancelled or is rejected. (This is procedure what flipkart follows, which is not followed here). Flipkart didn't follow any rule here and showed arrogant.
                              7. On 06/09 flipkart cancelled my order, instead of solving matter and helping customer. This is unfair practice to customer.
                              8. I already described how much inconvenienced already caused by this.

                              As stated earlier, please provide me same mobile with same offer, it is clearly mistake of flipkart and instead of helping customer, order was cancelled without intimation.
                              I am giving you 3 business days to work on this issue, as of now what i am requesting is "same mobile with same offer". Failing to which, flipkart may need to appear in consumer forum, ahmadabad. Please use this mail as legal notice or application for the same.

                              This was never expected from flipkart that just for delivering 1 mobile, flipkart will drag it to this level. Hoping for positive reply from flipkart.

E, lovely books and total cost which i need to pay is only 782 rupess (Which is more then the amount for getting the free delivery) but you (Flipkart.com) charged me a total amount of 852 rupess. It means that flipkart charged me 35 rupess per book as a shipping charge.

                                    In this respect i also contact the flipkart customer service on the same day i. E, on 29th may 2018 but no response i got even after laps of more than 10 days except one which is auto generated message - we have received your query and we are working on it.

                                    Customer raised a concern stating that he has been charged delivery charges even after ordering for more than 500. Hence informed that the delivery charges are seller specific. Closing the case.

                                      After three to four days suddenly i have received a message by flipkart that your order has been cancelled by seller..
                                      Please stop this type of harresment of customer, customers are those who made you...
                                      We will stop buying anything from flashstar and flipkart
                                      This is a fake business...
                                      We will take action against these both sellers...
