I have placed an order on may-9 and my order id is - od[protected], from state bank of india debit card rs.11, 999 was debited. Due to misplaced mobile order, i've canceled my order later i got a msg that i'll be refunded my money within working days. But untill now i haven't received any refund intiated back into my account. I have contacted flipkart customer care nearly 30-40 times, they are giving me a time of 4 days and i was requested by u r team members to wait untill they call me and resolve. One day i got a reference number - 74332748131812939678460, that my money is refunded but i haven't received anything yet! It's been 20 days of my request of refund, they said me to contact my home town and i went there to resolve my problem, bank manager was very clear that he has no money sent from flipkart to transfer money into my account, i have lost my patience of a waiting for u r time period which u always was giving.. So now if i haven't received my refund back within "12hours" i'll raise a complaint against flipkart in court. And i have proofs of the messages and calls conversation with u r customer care from the very first time of my complaint, which i was bought to u and the delay u shown by postponing the refund and asking me to wait again or contact bank
