I had placed a order for a product which was supposed to get delivered on 5th june 2018.
The flipkart delivery made a fake signature and kept the package himself. He also updated the status of the package as "delivered".

The customer support after 10 days offered me with either replacement of refund. However they did not give me any compensation for the delay in time and the fraud signature.

I demanded for complete refund and also free delivery for the loss of time and fraud case. But due to their policy they have no such compensation.

    1. This is very much disappointing that after logging complaint flipkart is still failed to meet my expectation.
    Raising the concern in reference to the replacement order
    Order id: od[protected]

    I was suppose to get the replacement order with the correct product but yesterday i have received the products. Bottle seems to be very old but the liquid/serum is so thick and sticky and also smelly i doubt this serum is not off good quality.

    So hence i want to return the product completly and dont want this product any more.
    It was my mistake that i ordered online.
    I shouldn't have trusted flipkart.

    2. Raising another order in ref to the another order
    Cannot see the order id hence mentioning the product
    Fourgee slim women's blue jeans

    I have a recieved completly different colour jeans and also quality is pathetic,.,.,
    The courier person refused to take the procuts as i have mentioned bad quality instead of wrong colour.

    I cant take this anymore i want the propduct to be returned and i dont want any replacement asap

      I orderd this ac on 19th may delivered on 26th may at the time of delivery
      The outdoor unit of ac is faulty so i complain against it on 27th may but
      Flipkart reject my complain for unknown reason.

      On date 29th may again i complain on 29th may for this unit and til now on 11th june there are 23 days passed away but flipkart did not do any thing even my return approval is also in pending.

      It is flipkart's responsibility to start ac within 10 days but even any of your executive does not listen my request, i continuously calling to your customer care.

      Because of 3rd class behavior towards customer i want to return this
      Product and need refund.

      Because i purchase this ac for summer seasion and now summer season is over
      And starts rain in rajkot at delivery addresh.

      And i dont want to west may money.

      Please do my refund process as soon as possible.

        I purchased redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and when I opened the pack then I got 1 cover, 1 sim pin and a piece of marble in the box and the seal was broken after opening the flipkart packaging and when i called flipkart customer care then they are saying sir you have to wait till 11th june we are working on this and today is 11th june

          I have purchased a chimney on 6th june 2018.
          Kutchina chimney model no : ku-21 kutchina slimo-750m 3/hr autoclean.

          When i called the service centre to install the product their service staff came and told me that the machine is not working.
          The blower is not working.
          The lamp on the chimney is not working.

          I would like u to replace the product asap.

              I bought a shirt using flipkart paylater. The amount was rs. 641 (25th may, 2018). But suddenly i saw that they have added rs. 2228 extra with that amount on 29th may, 2018. I lodged a complain on 31st may, 2018 but since they have given me dates only. I have contacted them at least 8-9 times and still they haven't provided me the resolution. The pet line is "please wait for 24hrs". I have already missed my due date for this. It is kind of mental harassment and defamation. What should i do?

              I have maild back to Flipkart Customer support with my bank details and bank statement. There were no such amount has been transferred into my bank account. I haven't received anything. I have contacted my bank also and they don't have such information.

              If Flipkart is providing the correct, then the transaction date was 25Th May, 2018 it is one month now and I haven't received anything.

              In the other hand Flipkart is charging me penalty.

              I have already mailed Flipkart with my bank statement and other details.

              Please help me to get rid off this thing.

                I ordered redmi note 5 pro yesterday on flipkart as cod and after some time i paid the money from my debit card.. Today i got the delivery of my packet and when i opened the packet flipkart packing.. The main seal from mi was broken from both side and there was piece of marble instead of mobile phn.. I was shocked.. There was only mobile case and sim pin in the box.. Mobile, charger and cable was also missing.. I made a video while unboxing the set..                   I bought a yuphoria mobile as i have spare mobile phones i didnt event touch and checked it and after a month wen i opened it it was working fine but almost heated like its gonna blast the next day when i inserted sim it was not catching the signal and suddenly it went off and wen i wanted to on it is not turning on

                    The delivry of flip cover of lenovo tab 3 & mi a1 cover is totally disappointing & they didn't deliver it to my address saying it is not in their service location. But they actually have delivery thre. I have to travel 15 kms to collect it. And loctn shared by sms is also wrong in google map. They didn't even contct me & googled no. Was also wrong.

                            But when i got delivered these books all of three books are not original at all and all are printed and 1 book is used with some random signature.

                            So please my concern is if book is not original at least write down in description or something because you don't have to cheat user with 73% off kind of dirty technique.

                              My suggestion to all online buyer never ever buy any product from filpkart this is second time i have received fake products the first one indulekha hair oil and second colorbar lipstick. Flipkart given to customer fake brand original indulekha hair oil prices (100 ml) bottom 432 and filpkart give me (300 ml) bottle 823 but i have received duplicate hair oil i was opened bottle and for use so my original oil colour and fragrance and the flipkart oil colour and fragrance both are different
                              That product is useless for me and my money is wastage and flipkart have no any return policy for cosmetic products bcz they know they are selling fake products

                                I have purchased an asus zenfone max pro m1 but i got a defective product which take more then 8 hourse to charge 0-100%. So i requested for replacement but flipkart cancelled my request again and again for the fourth time. Last time they told me that this time 100% tachnician will come for visit but they again fooled me. Now my 10 days replacement policy is over due to their customer fooling tachniques they keep wasting time and expired my replacement policy. Very worst strategy they use to fool the costumer.                                   On 6th june 2018 i have ordered redmi note 5 pro in flash sale and paid via debit card, my ordered is not completed but an amount of rs 14999 has been deducted from my bank account. I have received a mail regarding my refund from flipkart but till now i haven't got my refund neither i am able track my refund status. Kindly pay your attention and please let me know when i am getting my refund.
