My order is delayed due to same city misrouted. It is supposed to be delivered on 1st june 2018, but now the tracking is also very poor. When i called customer care yestreday they told me that they will deliver it within 2 days. When i called again today they are telling that it will be delivered within 1pm, june 7. Why it is getting extended always and why there is no proper tracking system. It will not take more than 1 day to reach from medavakkam hub to chennai sort facility. Still tracking shows that item dispatched to chennai sort facility after same city misrouting. And the customer care guys are unaware about where the item actually is and what is the real issue. Totally disappointed with the flipkart delivery service.

    I bought a water purifier and it was mentioned that installation will be provided. When i got the product no installation was provided and flipkart customer care keeps on lying to me that they will resolve it in 1 day or 2 days.

    Finally they told me that they cannot do anything and i should contact manufacturer. They further added that manufacturer said that no installation will be provided.

    I have attached a snippet showing that free installation will be provided.

      I ordered a pack of loafers named "oricum blue-722 with order id - od[protected] on may 29th 2018. Here is the below mentioned incident that occur soon after that.

      1. Flipkart promised delivery date of 1st june friday 2018.

      2. E-kart logistics division misrouted my shipment to different pin code in same city, hyderabad on 1st june 2018.

      3. I received a call from customer care stating that my shipment has been misrouted to different area in hyderabad and hence may get delayed for 2 more days.

      4. The same was confirmed by flipkart hyderabad division where a lady called from land-line[protected]. I asked them to tell the hub address where i myself will go and collect the shipment by showing my original i-card or pan card.

      5. Straight forward refused.

      6. After 4. Pm on 1st june i received an update stating shipment damaged in transit. We cannot deliver.

      7. Flipkart says to cancel the order and pre-book and also told to wait for 4 more days.

      8. If not cancelled, we will cancel it says flipkart support team from pune and bangalore.

      Is it the way flipkart treats the customer?? Horrible.

      Customer raised complaint regarding delivery of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the product is damaged in transit, due to which the courier service provider is unable to further process the order. Closing the complaint from our end.
      Wrong flipkart first misrouted my shipment.. If assuming so it may have got damaged in wrong location where e-kart people misrouted.. How a damaged shipment can be sent through courier by home location??? And how many products get damaged, flipkart???

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have ordered a redmi note 4 from flipkart and it was to be delivered on 2nd june. On the day of delivery, i got phone call from the delivery man that he does not have card swiping machine. So i paid it using my card on its app. Firstly, its app is showing some error and showing payment failed, i got sms from my bank that amount has been deducted and thirdly is it is not delivered. Now as the product is not delivered, i want my money refunded. I can't see refund option cuz i don't know why its showing payment failed in my flipkart app everytime. Refund my money please.

          There is fraud happend with my dad some one as used a bajaj fiananc emi and we were not knowing about it as on 2nd june 2018 a amout of rs 7665 was debited as emi for the product whic we never orded from my dad's accont but we never shop online and this as be happning from 2 month i came when i checked with my bank that last month also the same amont of rs 7665 as been debited so i want to what have been recived and by whome so that we can get a help we also have fir i need a qick response on it its a request please

            I ordered huggies wonder pants - m on 16th may, 2018. The product reach lunglei at 26th may 2018. On 28th may, the delivery people call and ask me to collect my order as they are refuse to deliver it. I complain this issue to flipkart customer support team. The mailed me and says the product will be deliver on 1 june, 2018. Again the delivery people call me on 31th may, 2018 and again asked me to collect it. As a delivery they are suppose to deliver the products that we ordered. And without knowing anything from me the delivery people made a rejection. I track my order on 2nd june 2018, it says the customer reject the order. They didn't contact me as well and i didn't reject my order. As i already made a complain to the flipkart customer support team, i hope this small issue will be resolved during 2/3 working days. But i waited for 5 days from the first complain a have made. And my order also still not deliver. I hope this message will make an impact.

              I placed an order for a samsung galaxy s8 on may 31st and it showed me the expected delivery time as 2nd june 2018.
              Now suddenly it’s been changed to 3rd june 2018 and reading others complains due to it being misrouted in the same city it seems like my problem will also not get resolved for a while. It was very important fitness me to receive the phone today as i was gifting it.

                Flipkart, we here that word and the first thing that strikes to the mind is reliable. But pity, this trust been mercilessly crumpled. Money worth 36k is vain now. The product is inverter ac hitachi 1.5 ton. It's delivered as per the promised date only to find that the indoor blower was broken. We contacted hitachi they sent technicians and told that they'll soon inform us about whether or not they'll fix it. They asked us to contact flipkart. We did the same. I was damn shocked when they said the policy does no longer remain valid because the installation was done by private technicians. When they asked us about installation they said it'll at least take 4 days. And then they asked if we will do it through private technicians. We agreed and that's when we were deceived. Now they are saying that they won't replace because we didn't install it through their team. The truth is they themselves offered us a choice to do it through private technicians. How do we manage now

                Their team member asked if we can install the air conditioner through private technicians. Now we discovered the product is broken we contacted flipkart now they are saying that return policy is no longer valid because we installed the AC through private technicians. This is clearly disgusting.

                We have interacted with the customer, as per customers update, the AC has been installed from a third party vendor and not Flipkart vendor, on which doing so the warranty for the replacement/refund will be voided. Hence requested customer to get in touch with the brand and hence closing the case from our end.

Then the payment was unsuccessful but money debited on my account now the mobile was came but i can't pay because am not having to repay that much of money. Please help me wt to do??                     I brought a laptop from flipkart on 28th of may and got delivery by 30th. When i open the box and started the laptop i found that it only works on ac adapetor and doesnt work on battery. So i contacted them on 31st of may and since than i am contacting them. There is no proper response from their end about when they will send me my replacement laptop. Even the tech visit has been done from lenovo and they have mailed me that the laptop has a damaged battery. Still they are not sending me a replacement laptop.

                    Lenovo has updated flipkart for replacement of faulty laptop but yet there is no reaponse from flipkart's side.
                    They still say that we have not received any update from the brand. Please help me out here. Flipkart is the worst online shopping site.

                    It is no point complainting on this forum.
                    No proper response from flipkart. It will take 12 days for replacement.
                    Normally if we order a product it reaches us in 2-3 working days. For this product as it is in replacement and too by a fault from their end it will take 12 days to reach me. Already they have taken 5 days for the process earlier so now for a replacement we have to wait 17-18 days. Wow Flipkart and please help consumer complaints forum.
                    I am also a human and i have certain capacity to tolerate. Cant take more from your end Flipkart. Never ever in my life will come back to you people. Worst shopping experience. And compaints forum do help me.

                    Consumer complained of defective product, we interacted with consumer, apologized and processed complete replacement on seller's behalf to consumer. Hence, as issue is resolved closing the complaint from our end.
                    No proper response from flipkart.
                    They are not willing to do any kind of help. Laptop is sealed by lenovo for replacement and even after paying money i am without laptop as flipkart is not send replacement.

                      I received honor 10 mobile from flipkart. Next day when i swicthed the mobile on, it was overheating. I simply raised a replacement request. Flipkart executive took 3 days to call me. He explained me the troubleshooting steps and rejected the return request. Next day after doing all the troubleshooting, i again raised request for replacement/return. This time flipkart assigned and engineer to check my mobile. He visited me and made 20 minuted video and recorded the temperature of mobile which was 48 degrees and mobile was very heated at that time. He went back and to my surprise without any intimation to me, request was rejected. I again raised a return/replacement request, again technician came and did the same procedure. This time temperature of mobile was 51 degrees. Again, without any intimation to me, request was rejected.
                      Then i raised a request for the 4th time for return/ replacement due to the same heating issue. This time neither technician came nor flipkart intimated me, but the request was rejected.
                      I called us customer care twice to report this issue, but they kept my call on hold for more than 15 mins and then disconnected the call.
                      Now today i have again raised the return/replacement request for the 5th time, but it seems that now flipkart will not return the phone in their return policy period. High level of harrassment by flipkart, i have made a big mistake buying a product from flipkart. Will never buy again. Poor service, high level of harassment, cheating openly with customers are their main policy.

                      I have the receording of the flipkart excutive. Do let me know if required.

                        I paid for a lenovo p2 phone to flipkart and received the phone via order no. Od[protected] on may 5 2018.

                        I found out that the set given was "out of warranty" product while i have given full payment for a new set. This is outright fraud and illegal.

                        Flipkart appointed seller was mr. Sanjay kumar from long time fashion (Atletischv). His phone number is [protected]. His address is "behind dynamic house, opposite b block, sector 8, dwaraka. Pan no. Akrpm0476h and gst in nc07akrpm0476h1zt

                        On may 14, i reported this issue to flipkart,. They told that hand to hand replacement will be done by may 23, 2018. I had clearly told that i do not want refund, i want replacement because i had spent lot of time researching and finding suitable phone for myself. But on may 21, 2018 flipkart appointed seller cancelled this replacement without informing me or without my approval. Reason given was that"product is out of stock"

                        Again, i launched a complaint for this issue with flipkart. By that time, the phone was again in stock, so they agreed to replace it by may 31, 2018

                        By may 30 when i did not get any intimation, i looked up seller contact on the hard copy bill of the phone and asked him when he will send the set. Flipkart appointed seller told me that he will not give hand to hand replacement, he will only give phone on receiving prior piece. This is not acceptable and contrary to policies of flipkart. Moreover, this seller has been seen to be unreliable and dong fraudulent actions like giving"out of warranty"phone set.

                        I again wrote to flipkart regarding this and even spoke with their manager mr. Anshul. But now again they have cancelled replacement citing"out of stock"and they refuse to tell what work has been done for solving this issue. They just try to delay and delay by giving a time and ask to"wait". Latest date they have given is june 15, 2018.

                        It is clear that flipkart and their seller in cohoots has done this fraud.

                        I even tried to contact lenovo to follow its policy of"customer should not be wronged"and intervene in this and give a solution just like other manufacturers like xiaomi do. But they have also refused to do anything in this matter. It seems that their sales team may be also be involved in this fraud. Because lenovo has only allowed flipkart to sell these products.

                        Never buy electronics from flipkart as there is high probablity of"out of warranty" items being sold as new when electronic items are bought online.

                            The product which i ordered was supposed to deliver on 30 th may 2018 the product shipped on time and it reached the nearest hub to me on 30thmay but suddenly i got message that product is being sent back to sort facility because it got misrouted.
                            I raised a complaint but no action was taken the next day prodcut reached other hub and from there as well it was sent back saying misrouted.
                            On 2ndjun 2018 the product has reached the same hub as it was in the first place and till now was no information from the customer care about my concern.
                            I am trying to email them but everytime i attach the screenshot it says message sent failed.
                            I have requested for compensation as well in this regard but customer care are not responding to any such request and only telling the same tracking status what i see on the courier site,

                              Got a duplicate indulekha oil from flipkart. Got skin rashes and had to go to d doctor. Pls check if indulekha is selling duplicate products or flipkart has got fake dealers of indulekha.Stop cheating d people. This is very shameful for ur companys reputation.Henceforth we'll advice people not to buy the product online from any website.

                                      I placed an online-order with flipkart, for "3 no. S of epson original refill ink t6641" (For rs. 600.00) and "2 no. S of all colors t6641-b, t6642-c, t6643-m, t6644-y (For rs. 1332.00) in a"single order"no. Od[protected] on[protected] at 10:11 pm.

                                      However, suppliers (Ramdev computers, vasai-401208 and technic world, new delhi-110002) have supplied me with only 1 (One) no. Of both these items respectively; and further, wrongly mentioning quantity as 3 and 2 in the invoice (See photos). There is no mention anywhere that leftover items will be supplied lateron. After logging-in in my flipkart account, flipkart too"wrongly"displays that"all desired number of items"have been supplied. I also could not locate any place for"online complaint filing"on flipkart's website.

                                      I hence demand that either"complete number of items (Committed by flipkart) shall be urgently supplied to me, or cost of non-supplied items shall be urgently refunded to be.

                                      The postal addresses of both suppliers "RAMDEV COMPUTERS" and "Technic World" are different on "invoice" and on "delivery challan"; as described below. None of the addresses and suppliers' phone numbers could be confirmed from internet.

                                      Ramdev Computers : ● On invoice : Ramdev Computers, S No 05, Sidhhavinayak SCO, road no 01, Singh State Thakur Village, Kandivali (E), Mumbai 400101. ● On delivery challan : Ramdev Computers, S No 06, Shivmurti SCO, Juchandra, station road, Vasai – 401208.

                                      Technic World : ● On invoice : Technic World, g/f c-53/112, near 64 Khamba Basti T huts, Mirdard road, NEW DELHI - 110002. ● On delivery challan : Technic World, 36A/1 first floor, near Ranjit Singh Marg, New Delhi – 110002.

                                      Small correction :
                                      Both suppliers (not only Ramdev Computers) i.e. Ramdev Computers and Technic World have sent me only 1 item against what I ordered.

                                        I ordered 'apple iphone 7 (Black, 32 gb) from flipkart (Seller supercomnet fssai no[protected] on 13th may 2018 for rs.37098 post discounts and exchange using my hdfc debit card on no cost emi. My order id for the same is 'od[protected]'. I cancelled my order on 15th may 2018 and i got email confirmation from flipkart on the same stating that i will receive my refund by 23rd may but i did not get the refund yet.

                                        So i raised this issue and got ticket number in[protected] which is supposed to be resolved by 28th may. On 27th may i got call from flipkart backend team that they have refunded amount and it should be reflecting in my account and they said they will share refund reference number from the seller which is[protected] and asked me to check with my bank on refund. On checking with bank they confirmed that they don’t see any refund against the given reference number and even sent me email confirmation on the same.
                                        Also my bank even advised me to share my bank statement with flipkart, to ensure flipkart that still there is no refund reflecting in my account. I shared my bank statement as well with flipkart team.

                                        Till date i have not received my refund and bank is processing my first emi on june 5th for rs.4122 and bank confirmed that only when they receive the refund from flipkart they will be able to cancel the loan and if they don’t receive the refund before 5th they will charge the emi and once emi is debited from my account then they said they can’t refund it. I am trying to get update on my refund from flipkart and everyday from may 28th, i get same response that “ my issue will be resolved in 24hours and backend team will contact me.” and also most of the times the executive with whom i talk on phone will say he/she will transfer the call to his/her superior and most of time they will disconnect my call without transferring. Now till today i have not got any resolution or calls from backend team. I have sent plenty of email to the team with all these updates but still they never get back to me. I never expected this kind of service from flipkart.

                                        I do not want to pay emi for product which i have cancelled. Can you kindly help me to get my refund immediately before my bank charges me the emi.

                                        I have not got any update on my request. As I have told in my previous email, bank has charged me EMI today but I have cancelled the product. Because you have not refunded the money, bank has charged me EMI. Never expected this kind of service from Flipkart. I want my money back

                                        Customer complain was refund related, so apologized and info gvn refund is completed, but since he was saying it is not reflecting so suggested to raise charge back from bank, customer agreed and closed the complain from our end.
                                        I have not got any update on my request. As I have told in my previous email, bank has charged me EMI today but I have cancelled the product. Because you have not refunded the money, bank has charged me EMI. Never expected this kind of service from Flipkart. I want my money back
