Dear flipkart,
I haven't seen such a pathetic service in my life. And this is where amazon lead you guys.
Its 2 days, there is no solid conclusion on issue. Customer care executive keep on calling and just promise 2 more days to solve it.
Issue is simple as that (Pls read it twice and dont ask me again what happen),
I did place mobile order with exchange offer. Your courier man came and asked me give mobile without giving any proof. As per your email i should be getting receipt.
Also courier man, didn't ask me to sign delivery receipt itself (He said he had signed by himself, proudly).
I dont know what is wrong and whom to blame, i am facing inconvenience here as my old mobile is already wiped by courier man yesterday.
I need my mobile by tomorrow 06/09 and with exchange mobile receipt or mail acknowledgment.
Failing to which i will file a consumer court complain, i do have cctv recording at my home on how your courier man is behaving.
Please note that matter below until opposed will be consider and accepted by you and can be use as legal proo[censored]nder "consumer protection act, 1986"

1. I don't agree with the words that i rejected parcel. Courier man came and i didn't gave me parcel due to different reason stated below (He did fraud signature). Please don't blame customer without knowing. Else show the proof if i accepted.
2. Product was with exchange offer and i have to give old mobile to filaprt. As per rule what clearly communicated to me by flipkart, i should be getting acknowledgment receipt for the product (Please find attached proof)
3. I declined to give my mobile without receipt as it was asked by flipakrt. On declining to give"old product", courier man didt hand over me new product and went away.
4. I immediate raised complain on all available platform on fliparkt.
5. On date 06/08, consumer executive from flipkart accepted that i should be getting receipt for old product (This proved it was flipkart mistake), and she will arrange it withing a day. She will get same product deliver (I asked for mail proof and she said all call getting recorded and i need not to worry)
6. There is no message or ivr i received that my order will get cancelled or is rejected. (This is procedure what flipkart follows, which is not followed here). Flipkart didn't follow any rule here and showed arrogant.
7. On 06/09 flipkart cancelled my order, instead of solving matter and helping customer. This is unfair practice to customer.
8. I already described how much inconvenienced already caused by this.

As stated earlier, please provide me same mobile with same offer, it is clearly mistake of flipkart and instead of helping customer, order was cancelled without intimation.
I am giving you 3 business days to work on this issue, as of now what i am requesting is "same mobile with same offer". Failing to which, flipkart may need to appear in consumer forum, ahmadabad. Please use this mail as legal notice or application for the same.

This was never expected from flipkart that just for delivering 1 mobile, flipkart will drag it to this level. Hoping for positive reply from flipkart.

      Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

      Then i used forgot button and then received code.

      Entered the code successfully.
      After that it was asking please set a new password.

      Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

      That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        On 29th may 2018 i booked two book "lakshay rajasthan part - 1 and 2 which was sold by the same seller i. E, lovely books and total cost which i need to pay is only 782 rupess (Which is more then the amount for getting the free delivery) but you (Flipkart.com) charged me a total amount of 852 rupess. It means that flipkart charged me 35 rupess per book as a shipping charge.

        In this respect i also contact the flipkart customer service on the same day i. E, on 29th may 2018 but no response i got even after laps of more than 10 days except one which is auto generated message - we have received your query and we are working on it.

            I have made an order of redmi note 5 worth rupees 10, 069/- with the order id mentioned above and made online payment, but when the phone arrived the delivery boy informed that he did not receive any message regarding acceptance of amount
            I have confirmed many times that amount has been deducted from my account and confirmed by flipkart to receive the amount as you can see the amount receiving confirmation message i received in the photo i sent below
            I am a student and cannot wait so long for either the amount or the phone to be given
            Kindly reply asap with a good service as expected from flipkart

              Order id - od[protected] for cloud walker 65 inch tv. I have placed order on 31st may 2018 by paying amount well in advance. I have been assured by flipkart that delivery will be done by 9th of june 2018. But order was not delivered till date, upon contacting flipkart, they say they will look into matter. But their logistics partner delhivery states that order is not yet picked (Way bill no of delhivery[protected]. I have attached two pictures 1 of flipkart stating delivery date of 9th june 2018 and other of delhivery website stating item is not yet picked up. I dont understand why flipkart is giving false commitment despite taking payment well in advance.

                  I purchased a Redmi Note 5 Pro (4GB+64GB) product from Flipkart on 30/05/2018 with Order ID: OD[protected]. It was delivered to me on 01/06/2018 with 10 days replacement warranty for a defective phone. The mobile was purchased by me as the phone boasted of its wireless display feature for connecting it to TV for screen casting.

                  Unfortunately, I found that this feature did not work as advertised which is the main reason for purchasing this mobile by exchanging a very good quality Oneplus 2 phone for Rs.4630/-. I raised a support for replacement as this feature could not be used on my TV, VuTV.

                  Flipkart have assigned an engineer from Jeeves to rectify the defect. The Jeeves engineer visited my residence on 07th June between 19.00 and 20.00 hours but could not be able to connect and screencast (mirror casting) Redmi Note 5 Pro and Vu TV. But, though the Vu TV was detected by the network in the Redmi Note 5 Pro phone but the phone could not establish connection. Therefore, the defect has not been resolved.

                  He tried to establish connection with my another phone, Realme 1 and his phone, Vivo which had seamlessly detected and connected for screencast without any hurdle. After several attempts, including hard reset, software updates the issue was not resolved and the Engineer left my residence stating that he would update Flipkart regarding this.

                  To my dismay, I found that Flipkart have rejected replacement vide Return ID:[protected] stating that We're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Having annoyed with this reply without assigning any further reason, I again placed a return request. Then I came to know that the service engineer from Jeeves had made fake update recording that i was explained and satisfied with his attempt for resolution. This time around no further engineer visits were arranged and based on Flipkart CSE talking to me explaining that the defect is because Redmi Note 5 Pro do not support casting with Vu TV. This is an absurd of a statement, as there is no such disclaimer by Xiaomi or Redmi Note 5 Pro regarding unavailability of this Screencast feature with VuTV. And again my replacement request was rejected vide Return ID:[protected] stating that We're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request.

                  In as much as the feature is generic and not brand oriented it should work with any TV or if it does not support any other TV then such a disclaimer should have been incorporated either in Xiaomi website or Flipkart product listing. When nothing is published as such, then it is within the Returns Policy of Flipkart as the Redmi Note 5 Pro phone bought by me against the Order iD above mentioned should be treated as a defective product and replacement arranged. And in case if the replaced phone is also defective, then refund should have been arranged.

                  To avoid their deficiency having been brought to light, Flipkart have connived with Jeeves in demolishing the rights of the consumer for their cheap policy to fool the consumers to protect the sellers rather than the buyers. The replacement time limit of 10 days is exhausting on 10th of June, 2018 and because of dilly dallying tactics of Flipkart this time limit is getting near and they are avoiding replacement / refund for selling defective mobile phones. Hence, I request your good self to intervene with Flipkart and do justice to my hard earned money invested for purchase of feature rich phone but ended up buying defective featured phone.

                  Spoke to customer and requested to check with other smart TV and get back us if the issue still persists.
                  My redmi note 5 pro speaker is not working since second day of my mobile use... Has informed already to flipkart.. Some engineer was assigned to visit my residence.. But no one turned yet it's not even 15 complete days since I started using the mobile... One of the worst service by flipkart which dissapoints their customers!! No replacement option and no return options!! It looks like I have been ruined With defective peice

                    I purchased a sennheiser cx213 earphone from flipkart.com but after selecting product and filling all details of my debit card the amount of india. Rupees 999 has been deducted from my icici bank debit card but the thing is order not placed.
                    The amount has been deducted from my account and on checking my account my amount of rupees 999 deducted for flipkart shown.
                    Worst thing that could happened with a customer.

                      I was trying to buy redneck note 5pro from last 6 weeks on Flipkart but was unable to do show .Some time after adding in the cart it was showing "you in Serge of customer and all" and some was I was even unable to see add to cart button "only coming soon and out of stock was visibe.

                      I keep on trying again and again And I was finally able to order the redmi note 5pro black 64 GB.

                      I was waiting for the product to be get delivered .
                      Everything was going well

                      I was able to see the shipment status the product has been displaced
                      Has received Lucknow hub
                      Has arrived Gorakhpur our bankroad hub

                      I was expecting that the the product will get delivered by today .But then I got an message that your order has been cancelled

                      I immediately called customer care he was saying that the seller was unable to process the order
                      .
                      Your product is returned to seller from Gorakhpur hub because seller has cancelled the order .
                      And was giving me suggestion to again order the product.

                      I want to complain against the Flipkart that once the order has been shipped by the seller the. It can not be cancelled.
                      If there is any such policy mentioned in your term and condition then show me.

                          I received lenovo ideapad 350 laptop on 28.05.18 by paying ₹22990 through credit card. When i was installing windows, a pop-up messages stating that windows can't be installed to this disc. The disc may fail soon. If other hard disc available install windows to another location. I informed so many times but no action was taken so far. Tech visit before 9th june was scheduled that also not attended. Already more than 10days over. Still they have not replaced defective laptop. Also they are not ready to refund the amount paid by me. Because of this i lost one important work which causes ₹50000 loss to me and mental torture. Now no option left by flipkart to on consumer court. Very rude and adamant reply was given by flipkart representative.

                          Customer raised complaint regarding product defective, we have interacted with customer and informed seller has approved for replacement and customer confirmed new product got delivered hence closing the case from our team
                          I received call from Lenovo but when I attempt to answer, no reply was given by Lenovo representative for 15sec. Then I disconnect the call. Thereafter I received mail from Lenovo that I have not attended the call. It seems that they are not interested to attend my issue.

                              This is to bring into your urgent attention that my credit card is being used to make a online payment of rs.23998 on 24 may, 2018 flipkart internet private and the same is being spent.

                              Kindly look into it very very urgent basis.

                                I have to purchased a 10k gift card through my facebook friend and they told me i m the reseller of flipkart gift cards so i m agree to buy when i buy gv i had to pay in 1st time 7700₹ through tez payment and i have to redeem my gv in flipkart wallet on 7:54 am and i m waiting for sale of redmi note 5 pro when sales begins i have to add product in my cart and i'll go on the payment page when i m going on payment page there is not showing any amount of gv so i cancel it, and now i checking my gv on flipkart ac there is showing flipkart gift card deactivated i m totally depressed so i call customer care and my friend, flipkart raised a complaint and tells to me wait for 24 hours and my friends tells to me call flipkart customer care i don't know what to do? Now he blocked me on fb and i have mobile and his name is virat jagdish (As name on facebook) ([protected]) he lives in vellore, tamil nadu, i want to complaint on this guy and flipkart

                                I have to tried complaint on vellore police station but i don't know tamil so please help me

                                  I ordered a redmi note 5 pro (Gold, 64 gb) on flash sale wed, 6th jun,
                                  Expected date was provided of fri, 8th jun, but no call was done by delivery team, phone number provided on sms was not providing any response,
                                  Same feedback was given to call center out no actions where taken.
                                  After continuous followups fake remarks where updated
                                  "delivery attempt failed (No response from customer)"
                                  Without call customer the fake status was updated.

                                    Hello sir, i have ordered a bat with order id-od[protected] it's handle is broken. I want to return it. When i opened the package i have seen that it's handle was broken. The delivery boy was already left when i opened it. Sir, the courier service is so poor. The delivery boy haven't taken even my signature and at the time of delivery he didn't call me. He handovered the bat to someone and gone. Kindly fix this problem. Waiting for your speedy action.

                                      I have bought ivoomi mobile model no:wl93684 thro flipkart
                                      On 22.09.2017

                                      Since the day of purchase i do have some minor problems which i brushed aside
                                      As it did not obstruct my basic calling fecility. To my utter surpraise over a period of three months once i charge my mobile it became hot like an molten iron plate just from the burner. However i tried, either it charged very very slowly of remained as a dumb. Once i opened the case i found the battery was swollen like an untamed rough belly.

                                      As a routine rituals i reached one of your authorised centre “ deprosys” at t. Nagar chenni seeking replacement of battery returning with a rosy promises. It was almost one month over, despite with repeated remaineders they simply put the blame on your regional delivery section.

                                      It is not only annoying but also your false reputation is simply crumbling like a rotten over burnt cookie like your battery. To be frank i bought your mobile just believing your service centres and the product specification which i learnt now an utter betroyal.

                                      Now i stand as a bad ambassador explaining my bitter experice in buying ivoome mobile to whom ever i meet either personally or thro social medias.

                                      On receipt of this letter i still have some ray of hope my battery be ready at the earliest.

                                        When i came evening and opened sealed courier cover in evening in cover only one vsquare two wheeler cover for universal for bike reced. I recd only one quantity of my order but i given two bike cover order enclosed order copy and invoice and delivery of courier slip is mentioned two quantity but delivered only one quantity.

                                        Your such reputed company and happened like this type mistake it is very shame to your company.

                                        Please send one more quantity immediately on receipt of this mail.
                                        Once again i request you to send one more balance cover immediately.
