I bought one soundmagic ES18s wired earphone from the seller DISCOUNTSTORE on October 25, 2017 with Order id- OD[protected].Now the left side is not working and also there is a problem with the mic also.so I need repair or do something onthis.they mentioned 1 year warranty in the details.so I want to avail warranty for this.what will I do to replace or repair this.plz give me a solution.Help me with replacement or repair of the item.They not even mentioned any contact information or anything.

    Dear filpkart i haven't yet received my refund, i'm booked adidas sandals uk size 8,, but i got, recived that sandal in uk size 11, so i was returned it, but till 2 week no reply or no address of my refund, my money?? Hurrily that requesting that either i want my money (Refund), or i wish that a replacement in my sandal that o want my adidas sandal that i booked in uk size 8

      Fassured is not quality checked, when I'm searching in online there are so many complaints already there for fassured, Flipkart has to really make quality checks then they can assure.

      Ordered fassured product, no quality checks assured. Received completely something without proper checks and brand Titan box with different brand watch with no MRP tag. Fassured product but
      Product is not looking like what is mentioned in specification and brand. Asked for replacement pickup wishmaster not taken since MRP tag missing how can I provide things which are not come with product.

      Fassured should ensure the quality, and brand customer care telling it's seller mistake and Flipkart is medium of sales. We not looking for seller Flipkart assurance we are looking for, I have ordered 30+ orders in non fassured product delivered is better than fassured product. No quality checks assured.

      Thanks team for your support. Finally issue really resolved. Only after posting in your site Flipkart really started hearing what customer is explaining, before that they are rude do what ever you want. Fassured cannot be quality complaint and even I asked what is escalation for quality complaint in Fassured no answer. Oy your forum post help me to hear our pathetic experience. But as a patron I want to make a feedback that if Flipkart badging Fassured product there should be proper quality checks and if in case any issues there should be additional care and support to be provided, but here the support was totally ignored. And response is Fassured product which will be delivered with MRP tag, etc etc.. so why I have received wrong product without any documents inside it.? why you unrespectfully telling go and sue in court or send me unboxing video. the sadest scenario this is first time my family members unboxed since they are eager to see product but whole sad experience. This pathetic experience ruined my weekends and hours of phone calls and the call disconnected abruptly after mentioning that this callwill be connected to senior team lead, with statement Flipkart is medium/channel of sales, seller is Fassured and everything will be right, here I didn't receive right product or documents, what is escalation for.fassured with zero quality? they are not ready to hear the complaint properly and simply I understand your wrong product delivery but we can't help in this. Still I am not relived from the pathetic experience and not doing any login to see offers due to this terribly panic experience of my money lost for 15 days. Also no support or assistance for proper escalation for customer who has not received proper product which was ordered. We can see there are bunch similar cases Fassured with no product I side package, guys time to hear true and loyal customer to hear complaint and escalation and guidance to customer instead of disconnecting calls and do what ever what even sue in court. My question still not answered, if the product is not delivered to me inside the sealed package of Flipkart how can I return the MRP tagged or label or even if product is not available. So sad on Customer support. in my journey of probably 5 to 6years of return customer this is not good experience I had. even some cases I haven't returned couples which is not as per.specification since those are low value, but in this case I have so.much expectations to present a gift but terribly went wrong. Thanks again after a deep struggle someone heard customer voice only after posting it in Social media

      Flipkart telling fssured is quality checked then why received different product with no MRP tag? where is quality check seal here, if the product itself different how there is assurance in it to take action. they are talking about return policy need MRP tag..how can I return whichever is not received while receiving in package. Simply disconnection of call and making incident resolved so pathetic experience.
      still no answer for how fassured is delivered with different item in Titan Box how to initiate investigation on this?

      if there is no policy to start incident on this why fakely publishing fassured.?

      Just read another incident Apple watch box with no watch inside it? still no action on fassured policy to honour customers.

      Unsealed box dust and dirty box inside flipkart courier package, and there is no mrp tag/label and different item inside, where is fassured is quality check, how unsealed box inside flipkart sealed courier package?

      Already twice i shared the video o[censored]nboxing, 5days before on 20 and 21st may there is no revert for that email.

      Fassured product should ensure quality checks how i received different item and dirty already opened box what is procedure to start investigation on opened box. But they saying fassured is quality checked but how i received such bad item, all my call are disconnected in middle and already 10days going on.

      Fassured should ensure the quality, and brand customer care telling it's seller mistake and flipkart is medium of sales and disconnecting the call.
      Customer ordered in flipkart not on seller site, then why fassured badge for this item. I have ordered 30+ orders in non fassured product delivered is better than fassured product. No quality checks assured.

      As asked by Flipkart customer support whether box is preopened I investigated throughly and my unboxing video also shows that box was not in completely sealed this seems box is already opened and repacked with Transparent tape sticked across, this seems some tampered product is delivered to me.

          I ordered a honor 10 on 20 may at flipkart and it was showing the dispatch date 24th may. On 23 may flipkart showed the status of the phone was still not packed and not shipped. Today 24th may i again checked but still showing the same then i talked with customer care they said we can't do anything we send your complaint to our senior team they will work and the result will come out on 27 may but your mobile will not confirm when will delivered. I also asked to refund the amount they said it will take 7-8 business days. I am totally stuck in this situation its bad experience because my ₹29999 amount stuck in flipkart now i am not able to another phone. Please look into this matter and take a serious action. I will also lodge a written complaint in consumer court tomorrow.

              Again encountered troubles to make payment after adding the Redmi note 5 pro my basket. Out of Stock. But Product is still reamain in my cart.. Its not fair at all.Once we added a product in basket, we must be able to make payment soon. Its Frustrating. very bad Service. Even no response from Flipakrt for my complaint mail even after 24 hours.. Unsatisfied...

                This is my first shopping from flipkart..i ordered 5-7 items from here in which one product i got is different..so I placed a return request in regard of that order but while doing this.. My phone hangs up and account is logged out automatically..its a suit from Biba.. I want to return it.. I have heard from my colleague that flipkart is the best site for shop so I also tried it once and what happened to me..seriously this is the worst thing ever happened to me in my life.. I don't understand how they can deactivate an account which is only 2 days old... Please help me so that I can place a Return Of my order...

                    I brought a new watched through flipkart.but that is mention on invoice your warrant period 1year.but when we gone to fastrack service center then saying warrant period only 6 month.after that i have called to flipkart customer care department.afterword he saying that your watched is not warrant due to physical problem, i do not understand my watched is not damaged only machine do not work because since he heat and then little blast.think god i have wear this watch that time.last customer executive that said that as per your reason its your mistake i do not refund and replace on it.

                      I ordered Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Black, 64 GB) through Flipkart on 17 May, 2018(Order no. - OD[protected]. It was shipped with Ekart Logistics and i was provided Shipment ID - OD[protected]. But when i tried to track my shipment through Ekart Logistics' website, the website showed that the Shipment Id was INCORRECT. When i wrote to them about it, they sent back an idiotic message sending the same INCORRECT Shipment ID.

                            Hi,

                            I have order redmi 5a 32 gb mobile on flipkart and it should be delivered on
                            15th may 2018, the status was updated as delivered to the customer and also i got message that the product was delivered to self. But i have not received the product (Redmi 5a), i called on same day night & also 16th may early morning raising the complaing to flipkart. And they have given timeline that my issue will be resolved on 21st may 14:00 hours, but till now today (24th may) i dint received my product, flipkart is cheating the customers.

                            Spoke to customer on [protected], asked customer about the product delivery confirmation. Customer confirmed that it was delivered but he was irate and not ready to listen anything as it took more then the expected timeline. He want the explanation and apology email, informed customer same will be shared with you after the call. He was not allowing to speak hence agreed, sending the email and closing the case.

                              I booked voltas air cooler the prodcut was reached in gwalior in 18 may. But the courier boy was not shipped my parcel yet. One day i got tbe message the your product was out for delivery bt i did not receievd any call and no body come at my house. I have called so many time in flipkart bt my problem was not resolved yet. I also called your courier service but he was talking like in worst way. So i[censored] not provide a better facility to the custumer so clearly specify that.

                                Ordered this product qhmpl quantum qhm6660 usb hub (Black)
                                On thu, may 17th '18. Today someone called me and told that as a 'flipkart authorized person' that i won a tata indigo car from the no - [protected] at 10:57 am and asked me for payment of rs 100, 000/-. When i politely denied that offer he is starting shouting me with slang languages citing my mother. Is this flipkart's promised service, they come down to this way???
                                I am a doctor and never had such experience with flipkart in last 7 yrs. Either take some steps or forget some genuine customers like me who will definitely shift to amazon.

                                  As i purchased my moto x4 mobile for 25000 from flipkart... I have alredy for several times to the flipkart that i need replacement... They previously informed me that there is 10 days replacement policy... Now they are telling me thatyour is only getting heat upto 43 degree only... Its not more than 50 degree... But i cant even use my mobile for taking videos etc... They are not even replacing my mobile or not refunding my valuable money... Its cheating the customers...

                                    Hello flipfraud,
                                    We all know that you are doing flash sales for your website trafficking, so cut the crap.
                                    I have been attending these flash sales since 4 weeks now.. I do it very fast i click on buy. I have pre-accounted address which is autoselected. I give payment option as net banking/ cod. And viola!!
                                    "item (S) you are trying to checkout is out of stock. Please review and try again later."
                                    I mean within 3-4 seconds? How's it even possible..
                                    Can't you make a system where people lock the object in cart and if they dont buy within 1/2 minutes it is unlocked? It's simple logic you know?
                                    I am an it guy, i can do it for you if you don't have skilled people (Which you obviously don't).

                                      Trying to buy an asus zenfone max pro since 2 weeks. Last week the phone got sold out in 30 seconds. This week it got sold out in 2 seconds and i honestly don't know how. It takes like 2 mins even with saved cards and addresses to place an order. I even had the phone in my cart and i still wasn't able to buy the phone. Flipkart needs to stop cheating it's customers. I am honestly tired at the moment cause i'll have to try again after 7 days!! 21 days without a phone is stressing to the consumer.
