Fassured is not quality checked, when I'm searching in online there are so many complaints already there for fassured, Flipkart has to really make quality checks then they can assure.

Ordered fassured product, no quality checks assured. Received completely something without proper checks and brand Titan box with different brand watch with no MRP tag. Fassured product but
Product is not looking like what is mentioned in specification and brand. Asked for replacement pickup wishmaster not taken since MRP tag missing how can I provide things which are not come with product.
Fassured should ensure the quality, and brand customer care telling it's seller mistake and Flipkart is medium of sales. We not looking for seller Flipkart assurance we are looking for, I have ordered 30+ orders in non fassured product delivered is better than fassured product. No quality checks assured.

Only after posting in your site Flipkart really started hearing what customer is explaining, before that they are rude do what ever you want. Fassured cannot be quality complaint and even I asked what is escalation for quality complaint in Fassured no answer.

But as a patron I want to make a feedback that if Flipkart badging Fassured product there should be proper quality checks and if in case any issues there should be additional care and support to be provided, but here the support was totally ignored. And response is Fassured product which will be delivered with MRP tag, etc etc.. so why I have received wrong product without any documents inside it.? why you unrespectfully telling go and sue in court or send me unboxing video. the sadest scenario this is first time my family members unboxed since they are eager to see product but whole sad experience.
This pathetic experience ruined my weekends and hours of phone calls and the call disconnected abruptly after mentioning that this callwill be connected to senior team lead, with statement Flipkart is medium/channel of sales, seller is Fassured and everything will be right, here I didn't receive right product or documents, what is escalation for.fassured with zero quality? they are not ready to hear the complaint properly and simply I understand your wrong product delivery but we can't help in this.
Still I am not relived from the pathetic experience and not doing any login to see offers due to this terribly panic experience of my money lost for 15 days.
Also no support or assistance for proper escalation for customer who has not received proper product which was ordered. We can see there are bunch similar cases Fassured with no product I side package, guys time to hear true and loyal customer to hear complaint and escalation and guidance to customer instead of disconnecting calls and do what ever what even sue in court.
My question still not answered, if the product is not delivered to me inside the sealed package of Flipkart how can I return the MRP tagged or label or even if product is not available. So sad on Customer support. in my journey of probably 5 to 6years of return customer this is not good experience I had. even some cases I haven't returned couples which is not as per.specification since those are low value, but in this case I have so.much expectations to present a gift but terribly went wrong.

Updated by ziononnet Flipkart telling fssured is quality checked then why received different product with no MRP tag? where is quality check seal here, if the product itself different how there is assurance in it to take action. they are talking about return policy need MRP tag..how can I return whichever is not received while receiving in package. Simply disconnection of call and making incident resolved so pathetic experience.
still no answer for how fassured is delivered with different item in Titan Box how to initiate investigation on this?
if there is no policy to start incident on this why fakely publishing fassured.?
Just read another incident Apple watch box with no watch inside it? still no action on fassured policy to honour customers.

Fassured product should ensure quality checks how i received different item and dirty already opened box what is procedure to start investigation on opened box. But they saying fassured is quality checked but how i received such bad item, all my call are disconnected in middle and already 10days going on.

Updated by ziononnet As asked by Flipkart customer support whether box is preopened I investigated throughly and my unboxing video also shows that box was not in completely sealed this seems box is already opened and repacked with Transparent tape sticked across, this seems some tampered product is delivered to me.
