It's been like 6-7 days i returned 5-6 products since flipkart had been sending me fake or unauthentic products. My flipkart app always keeps showing "return initiated: your refund will be done in 5-6 days" and when i call the customer care regarding this problem some of them always be like "our server is currently low. Call us back later" and stuff. Why is flipkart cheating us? Pls help asap

    Hi flipkart,

    I am writing this email to let you know the how worst your services to your customer.
    I have purchased micromax ac online from flipkart and it got delivered on 28 may but installation has not been done.
    After following up so many times your team is not able to provide me the solution.

    And now when i requested for return your team cancelled the request 5 times.

    After spending so much of amount i am not even getting proper response.

    This is the worse service i should say.

    I don't want this product any more and want my money return back.

    Kindly accept the return and refund my money.

      This is to inform you that I received a Moto G5 Plus phone which had no seal and looked as a used product. The phone was ordered on 15th May, 2018 and it was delivered on 24th May. I lodged a replacement complaint exactly on the day it was received, and I was told that it would be picked up by 29th May. I was also supposed to be receiving a replacement the day it was to be picked up.
      It is very heart wrenching and disappointing to know that today is 7th June, 2018, approximately 23 days after my placement of the order, that neither the pickup nor the replacement has been provided.
      I have called the Flipkart authorised contact number -[protected], more than 15 times in the last 2 weeks. I have only heard from the executives to wait another 24 or 48 hours and that “they” are facing some “technical issue”. Every day, I was promised that my issue would be resolved. I was also told that there is a possibility of a refund. However, nothing has been done about it. I had ordered the phone because of an urgent need and due to Flipkart’s disorganised approach my money is still with Flipkart.
      I feel very displeased and I do not trust Flipkart anymore. All I want now is a complete refund as soon as possible. My order ID is OD[protected].

        I ordered for MI TV 55'' in a flash sale on June 6, 2018. Payment was successful but they cancelled the order due to out of stock.

        Now, they are asking me to wait for 6-8 days to get my money.

        It's their system fault as they took payment against an out of stock product.

        Either you give me my money back now or confirm my order.

          We have placed ordere the panasonic frigde on 13th may and it was showing it would be dilvered by 7-8 days and it shown that it was packed and would be delivered by 26th may bt we have not yet received ita delivery and there no update about it.. And even the customer executive do not tell us when will recieve the fridge.. So i want to know the excat date that when we will recieve the delivery..

            I have placed the order on 13th may 2018 for the mi led smart tv and it got delivered on 21st may 2018 even after reaching the delivery location center in kumbakonam by 15th may 2018 which is just 13 km from the delivery address. But i got the delivery on 21st may 2018 only. What were they doing for the 7 days with the product and just simply kept the status not delivered due to time constraint. What time constraint for 7 days, once i logged the complaint with the gati courier, after so many repeated calls, they came and delivered on 21st may 2018 midnight 12.30 am and took 200 rupees to deliver the product and why they are saying its free delivery if i need to give them money to get the product that too in the midnight. The next day installation person came and opened the box and said that tv front panel is broken and i have reported to the flipkart thru app and website and phone, i got the reply that complaint or replacement function is not working, please wait for sometime. Then i have waited for a day and raised the replacement request. Then the custom procedure starts as per flipkart but they started harassing my father from different places, different phone numbers about the product and when i can come and install the new product, when i can come and visit for the service, etc, etc, finally they told on 2nd june that your product will be picked up by 6th june 2018. Then i called up them and asked on 4th june 2018 that who will come to my address and pick the product. If you can give me the details, i can give my father, then they said, they dont have information as they have not assigned anyone for this pickup. How come they will come pick up on 6th june even they didnt even assign a person for pickup on 4th june 2018. So again i called on 6th june 2018 morning to flipkart and asked when and who will come, they replied that today your items will be picked anyhow and wishmasters will come and pick up the product. But around 6 pm on 6th june also, its not done yet. For a simple replacement for the issue like screen broken also if they take 50 days or more to deliver it and i dont know will i get the product or not if they do like this. Another funniest/worst thing is i have bought the tv with the extended warranty which already started from the day i have purchased not from the day product has been delivered to the customer. When i ask for more information, they just dont want to listen to the customer, they just keep the phone down. Its nearly irritating to the customer if a customer service representative behaves in this manner. I never experienced this kind of harrassment from any kind of ecommerce websites including flipkart. Now i have a bitter experience with this people, surely i need to avoid flipkart and also tell others to distance away from these people. If i get the product replacement with the good condition or get the refund means on time means, it would be good for me to take next steps for purchasing a tv for my home.

            As they said earlier, they will definitely arrange for the pick up on 6th June 2018 before 7 pm. Again i called up flipkart by 7:01 pm about the status and they again told me to wait until 11:59 PM on 6th June 2018. So when I asked, will you do the pick up on midnight also? then they said no. then why we need to wait until then. Just passing time on this. Also, now I need to wait until 2020 i think. Also, there is no ETA as well. So whoever I talk with the facts, they are not updating anywhere in the system it seems. Thats why our messages are getting lost.             Again today i.e7th june morning i called up and asked for the status of pick up. again the different answer by saying i need to wait upto 11th June 3 pm until then. yesterday the person i spoke to, he has not done anything but he gave me a false complaint/reference number which has been confirmed by this person.             Still I am waiting for the resolution on this. If you are able to provide some solution, provide it else refund the money back asap. Nearly a month you are just doing nothing but I am only chasing with Flipkart customer care. No solution just they are saying we will revert to you ASAP. I don't know their ASAP. May be I am thinking that it's as slow as possible. Without providing the product they got the money from me and they are earning interest on my money as well.

            I have purchased a Renu multiple solution used for cleaning lens. But the seal was broken. So I can't use the product. I informed it to costumer care but no result found. He said he can't help . Don't know how can i file a complaint ABOUT it if the costumer will give that typ of answer

                The TV remote is not working. The quality of product is very inferior. I want to return this product and need my money back. Also they have hide many information about the product features from customer.

                This is simply cheating.

                Now I am calling customer care, they are saying they cannot refund money back.

                This is cheating simply from Flipkart and vendor.

                They are looting common man's money for the product which he don't want to buy.

                Got a call from Flipkart representative – Arvind from Bangalore just now.

                Questions he didn’t answer:-

                Did you arrange any demo for customer to decide, and why not.
                Was there any option given to check and see the stuff or flipkart website gives that experience ?
                Why the basic functions are missing from TV, or do you think 30 thousand TV cannot have basic things as its cheap ???
                Why the TV is getting hanged, why you are selling with outdated software ?
                Why not it’s better to buy from local shop or Croma & Reliance digital.
                Why your engineer is not coming within 24 or 48 hours ?
                Why he is coming the next day when my 10 days periods are getting over ??
                Why Amazon refunds immediately ? how are they different from you ? why can’t you practice their good things ??
                Do you have guts to show this mail to Binny Bansal or Sachin Bansal or your Walmart team ??

                This is simply cheating from Flipkart.

                Seems only way left to go to consumer court and have started sharing this experience with family and friends.

                Being a Indian company you are doing this, this is really shameful. You are no different from Politicians.

                And look how Amazon treats its customer, afterall a MNC is a MNC, the real customer friendly atleast they don’t want to extract money from poor Indian or do fraud by fooling customer.

                Flipkart is going Snap-deal, and hope soon Walmart will realize what mistake they have done after selling this poor customer centric firm.

                Flipkart shows customer as king, but treats their customer’s as fool who doesn’t have any right to refund or reject any misleading or poor quality product.

                  I purchase thomson tv 2 may 2018 after purchase i can't open picture and also usb card reader not connect to tv . Flipkart doesn't provide me refund againt fulty product and they return product but again we face same problem and this i just submit refund not return request on 21 may and there ia no tech visit till 2 june and no positive reponse from flipkart. And on 6th june se cancel refund request .

                      It is to inform that, so many notifications/correspondence with flip kart and andhra bank by me regarding non reversal of my amount Rs 29999/- for my UN Successful online transaction on 07.05.218 towards purchase of LED TV (my order OD[protected]') . till today amount was not credited to my account.

                      Andhra Bank says that amount was credited to merchant account but flip kart authorities are saying that amount was not credited to merchant account.
                      This shows gross negligence of both and thrown the customer into panic state.

                      Today Andhra Bank authorities strongly replied & closed my query and confirmed that that the amount was credited to merchant account with Pay u ID [protected] on 09.05.2018.

                        In the website warranty is mentioned as 2 years, but the product has only 1 year of warranty mentioned in the warranty card received along with the product.Jar quality is also not good.When i tried to return the product, I am told that it is only replaceable and not returnable.Need to return it as soon as possible.

                          Dear team,

                          Flipkart is a big brand name but your service is very very poor.
                          I placed an order note book bottle but i received general water bottle. I cancelled that order and get refund for the same again i have ordered same product (Order id-od[protected] that was the pack of two bottles but i got only one bottle again i placed a request of replacement again i got a single bottle in replacement.
                          It's not happening 1st time with me earlier i placed an order, iron i got a small and damage iron. One more incident i placed an order for my wife for my anniversary but at last time i got an sms delayed delivery but at the end of the day my order was cancelled.
                          Seriously it's a poor or pathetic service.
                          Being a service provider atleast you need to know what is happening in your umbrella.

                            I've booked voltas vm-t35mh tower air cooler on flipkart site and the payment mode was cod. The delivery was done on 29th may but the product was totally different. The product which i have ordered was of rupees 9080 and i have paid the same amount at the time of delivery. But when i have checked the product, it's a completely different product and the price mentioned on it is just rs6500/-. Instead of 35 litres tower cooler they have sent me a small 15 litres cooler which is of no use for me.
                            I've raised the complaint on 29th may to get the product returned and replaced. But till now it's not done. I have made end number of calls to flipkart but everytime i only get is a different date. The pick up executive has come thrice on bike to pick up the product and laterdenied that it's not possible to pick up the product on bike.
                            The last mail which i have received from flipkart was on 4th june stating that my issue will be resolved by 6th of june by 11:00 am. But today when i called flipkart at 12:25pm they told that my return request has been cancelled by wish master and they are raising a new request which will fulfill by 12th june. When i got angry on call and demanded to get me connected with the senior person available on floor, they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I am still on hold call while typing this email.

                            Now i have received the call from escalation department at 12:57 pm. And they has also put me on hold.

                            I am attaching the invoice also which i have received from flipkart.

                            The final resolution which i have got is that the product will be picked up within 24hours. But to get the replacement i have to wait till 12th june. I am not agree for the same and i want my product to be delivered to me with 1-2 days. But the escalation executive ms. Khushboo wasn't able to provide me the exact date and finally she gave me the mail id to send the complaint on cs

                              My package is sent to wrong address. I gave one address but you sent it to another and trying to deliver it there. I didn't get an out for delivery message. I didn't get the delivery boy number. I didn't get a call from the delivery boy. But you guys updated no response from customer. I'm calling you guys before 3 days. I'm trying the solve the problem before 3 days but you guys saying "we don't have a protocol to solve my issue before it arises". Go through my emails and customer care call recordings and finish this problem within tomorrow. I can't wait until june 9 to just know what's the problem. I need my mobile within june 9. I need my mobile, i can't able wait until next flash sale and i can't able to compete with others in the flash sale. What a b*t protocol and procedures you are having.

                              Today (6.6.2018) i got a message that "we can't able to deliver the product by udayashankar. M ([protected]). Reach us on ([protected])".

                              I called udayashankar number. But always switched off and not reachable. Then i called ([protected]) number. They asked my tracking number (Fmpc[protected]). They didn't ask any further and said "we will deliver it again" and disconnected my call. How will you guys deliver it to me in a wrong address?

                              I want to know, why my order was packed 3 days after the order?
                              I want to know, why my package was sent to tiruvallur?
                              I want to know, why my package is still in tiruvallur?
                              I want to know, why my package is out for delivery in a wrong address?
                              I want to know why i didn't get any message and call from the delivery boy?
                              I want to know why you guys are having this b*t customer care response and protocols and procedures?
                              I want to know why these b*t protocols and procedures are there if they can't help customer and if they can't solve the problem before it escalates?

                              I want to know when this will be solved and answered to me?
                              I want to know, when will i get the product in my given address?

                                  I have recently purchased an asus zenfone max pro m1 3gb. After using 3-4 days i found that the device taking more then 8 hours to charge upto 100%, instead of charging in 2.30 hours. So i requested for replacement but after two days they cancelled the request. I again apply for replacement they updated technician visit on 5th may i waited for his visit for 4 days from 1 may but on 5th may they cancelled it too. Then i called customer care then he did not give me any reason and cancelled mu request and ask for request agian. And now they are updated technician visit on 10th may. Now they will again do the same thing and after that they will say that your replacement policy is over on 5th may you can't replace.

                                    Hi sir, ma'am,

                                    I have ordered a redmi note 5 (Black, 32 gb) from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 9999 on 7th of march 2018 12:00 pm. Because of wrong color i didn't like the product and cancelled it on 7th march 2018 1:00 pm. On 7th march 2018, i got a message and mail from flipkart.com saying that "₹9999.0 as refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 2 business days (Bank holidays not included)"

                                    I waited and waited for a week but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to my bank on 7th march 2018. Kindly contact your bank customer care. I called to citibank customer care and they said they have not received any refund request from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check the transaction status of the refunded money in their system.

                                    Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they said that they are not having any arn number since i have done the payment through net banking not through credit or debit card, but i have used my debit card to make payment. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                                    I again called to citibank customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but citibank representatives were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 23-digits arn number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But flipkart.com didn't give me any arn number.in between these days i called flipkart and citi bank 1000 times but empty handed. After that on 28th may 2018, i visited citibank, the representative investigated and told there is no refund request from from merchant flipkart for this transaction as this is a valid transaction according to flipkart. Then representative asked to raise a charge back letter against flipkart with all proofs of bank statement, cancelled message and mails from flipkart and told me to wait for 2 working days. I did as suggested, next day i got a call form merchant flipkart representative, he said the charge back is false the refund amount of rs 9999 is been completed on the same day i. E 7th of march 2018 so contact your bank. I asked representative to send me a mail of what he said, he sent me a mail.

                                    Again visited citi bank on 2nd of june 2018, as expected the same sentence
                                    Repeated from citi bank as well "merchant has not credited the refund money to my bank account" again i forwarded all the mails from merchant flipkart to citibank representative with all proofs, then the representative raised a dispute and said they will investigate this further and asked to wait for 2 bank working days.

                                    After 2 days i again called citi bank customer care, they said that refund has not been done from flipkart.com. I don't who is lying and not even bother to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did.

                                    Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

                                      Hi,

                                      This is to bring into your notice that i had purchased an "asus zenfone max pro m1" from flipkart on pre-order sale. While purchasing the product the offer "complete mobile protection 1 year by flipkart protect" was added and i was entitled for that offer (@49 inr) too.

                                      But after making the payment i found that the mobile protection plan is not mentioned in the invoice and then i contacted the flipkart customer care to know what went wrong. The customer care executive then confirmed my by saying (Summery) "that it's already applied you don't need to do anything" and that statement assured me that my mobile is now safe. I even cross verified with him/her twice /thrice that by asking that it's not in invoice or anywhere are you assuring me it's already applied and he/she again assured me that i don't need to worry it's already applied and with you.

                                      After a quite delayed delivery of the product, i again received a call from flipkart customer care. The executive just asked me that did i make the payment for the protection plan or not and i told him the story that i had called and got a confirmation that it's applied and i don't need to do anything (He/she didn't ask me to make separate payment or said that it will come via email link). He, then told me i think you need to make the payment separately and please contact the customer care. I then called the customer care and raise the concern. They told me a separate mail was sent to my registered email id for the mobile protection plan which is already expired. I tried to explain that i was told it's already applied and i don't need to worry and do anything. I think that statement was enough as it came from the customer care itself. I was really satisfied with the purchase experience but when i came to that the offer is not applied and filpkart is just not unable to anything left my in utter disappointments as i have been a really early time customer of flipkart.

                                      I would request you to correct the issue and send me a valid link with the offer price that i was entitled to have, considering all the past transaction and fair relationship with filpkart i have been maintaining.

                                        I have purchased a samsung tv on no cost emi with my credit card and the bank is deducting more amount as from the no cost emi. I have raised a complaint and talked the above with customer care representative. As far as no action has been taken from your side and bank has started deduction of an emi with 14% interest. So please do the needful to resolve the problem and refix my costs into no cost emi.
