I ordered a skagen watch from flipkart on 29 the april which i recieved ln 1st may and when i opened the box. It was empty. Luckily i had made a video recording of. It. Since then i have been trying to. Talk to flipkart customer service but they are not helping me. They even rejected my refund request and nothing has happened till now here is the proof

    Dear sir,

    I have purchased ifb top load washing machine through my above order id.

    I am complaining through this words because i have received damaged washing machine at both internal drum and external portion and ifb representative also observed all those damages during their visit and the note down on their report (Report attached fyi). So afterthat, i done online return process of washing machine for replacement of new machine and i have been done this process 2-3 times but every time my requested was rejected by flipkart. As, i have received defective product how can iaccept the same. I would like to heighlight one more thing that, as since long period, i engaged with flipkart for online shoping purpoae and i have been purchase lots i. E. Tv & other small items. So, i have purchased this washing machine based on my contious trust with flipkart & i didn't expecting about your such response. Hence, requesting to kindly look into my matter ane resolve it asap to maintain good customer relationship and continous trust..

      I had placed an order for a book on flipkart on may 16 for an amount rs. 396. The payment was made partly (Rs. 300) through an e-voucher and the balance (Rs. 96) through netbanking. Some some technical reason at their end the transaction was cancelled. After complaint i have received the netbanking component of rs. 96. The e-voucher component has not been credited to me.in the last communication dated may 21 i was asked for the e-voucher number which i promptly provided and subsequently i haven informed that my case has been escalated to a higher authority. Now even after 10 more days flipkart is not responding to any email. I have asked them to credit me the rs. 300 e-voucher amount so that i can use it for some other purchase from flipkart.

        I have booked an item (Od[protected] aquaguard superb 6.5 l ro + uv +uf water purifier.

        The model delivered was aquaguard superb 6.5 l uv + uf and not aquaguard superb 6.5 l ro + uv +uf

        I had placed a request to replace the incorrect model (Aquaguard superb uv +uf) with the ro one i. E the one which i actually booked.

        I had been calling customer care on a daily basis for the replacement of the item. Had called more than 40 times but still the issue is not resolved.

        I always get one answer :"technician visit is going to happen" but past 12 days it never happened and the customer care team keep postponing the date every time i call them.

        Iam not sure why for a incorrect model delivered technician visit is required.

        Can this complaint at high priority and resolved the same asap.

        I have already suffered a lot with this order calling customer care on a daily basis. I would have called 40 times but of no use. Iam not getting any resolution

        Not sure what else can be done

        Please do the needful at the earliest.

        Not sure why you can't go for direct replacement given that you can't arrange for technician visit.

        Iam requesting again and again to flipkart customer care: pls pls... Take some action.

        customer has raised the issue with regards to the different model received as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and seller has provided the refund to customer and the same has been confirmed by the customer hence closing the complaint from our end.

          I had a bought a tv on flipkart with order number od[protected] for 21163/- through debit card emi. But later cancelled on the same day.
          In website it is showing as cancelled but the amount is still getting deducted from my bank account and is active. They have not cancelled the emi conversion. The customer care is not helping me to resolve the issue.

            Od[protected] samsung split ac has been delivered damaged by flipkart. The seller name "consulting rooms pvt ltd - omni tech retail. More than 20 calls to flipkart customer care has been raised and each time they assign samsung technician rather than contacting the seller.
            It is evident that flipkart is protecting the seller due to its god know own policies rather than the buyer.
            I have now read lately the reviews of the seller from other buyers and it seems and seller has many concerns of dispatching defective items. However, flipkart seems to have deaf ear policy in this regard, i have spend 40, 000 through my credit card and charges for the same are due. What am i suppose to do?
            This is how they treat their customers on bogus advertisement schemes like"free and easy returns"&"100% buyer protection". They are cheats! Please help me!

                I have ordered redmi note 5 pro in a flash sale by flipkart on 30th may, 2018.

                Its shipped from the same city as mine on 30th may, 2018 and they promised to deliver by 31st may, 2018.
                Even after three days and lot of calls to customer care of flipkart, their response is to wait for another 5 days.

                I have attached the screenshot where they exceeded the promised delivery date.

                How can they dispatch the same item two times? See the image

                  Some one called me and asked me to give the flipcart msg.. It was fake call so plz complain to police i have the recording also and the no. Was [protected] from bihar. It was not a first call they are always using new no. And manipulate the customers. I want to complain on flipcart also because they are not maintaining our security. Flipcart are regularly providing our personal details to them or they are not able maintain our personal detail safe then why we will use the online shopping if they are selling our personal details.

                      I had ordered a bosch 500w drill machine from flipkart on 26th may 2018 (Order od: od[protected]. At that time it was some offer and i am getting that product at 1364/- (Including courier charge). I was tracking this product everyday, till 31st may 2018 it was showing the product is packed and waiting for courier to pickup the product. On 1st june 2018 when i checked the status, it was showing the product is returned. When i called the customer care, they were saying the product is cancelled from seller side and we can't do anything, if you want you can order another. I asked if i will get the same offer if i will order today, they said no. Today the cost of the product is 2700/- which was 1364/- at that time. Either you give me the product at the same price or ask the seller to send me the product which i ordered.

                        I have booked mobile on 29 may. The expected dilivery was 31 may but till now it has not been delivered. The tracker shows dispatched to bhiwandi sort center 2 times in a row from UlhansnagarHub_MUM. No new tracker update is given since then. From 10:52am of 31 may to till now it is showing same. Kindly deliver my delivery as soon as possible.

                          I ordered redmi note 5 pro product is shiiped after a day it was cancelled when i contacted customer care they gave us the reason that u have bulk purchased when i say him to check my id how much i bought the ans was only 1 (Irrelevant reason) i ask him why u cancelled it i[censored] cant tell the proper reson than plz mail me the reson u hav on that basis i will took the legal action besause multiple time customercare not satisfy me and when i ask to transfer my call to senior one all the time after 10 min on hold they cut the connection allredy i waste mulitple time in flash sale when i say dt what was the worth of the time which i allredy wasted to book the phone i tried for 3 weeks and lots of time i am wasted on this

                              I have purchased a thomson led smart tv b9 102 cm (40) tv from flipkart on 24th may 2018.
                              Firstly my order was delayed and secondly, i have asked them to replace the damaged product.
                              The technical team confirms that the product was a damaged product but does not process further. When the technical verification has not happened
                              I have been chasing the flipkart customer care and the only reply i get is "issue will be resolved on 2nd june"

                              Actual received on 26th may (Damaged condition)

                              We have not received any calls from flipkart nor the seller nor the soo called "technical team". We have updated our alternative number too on all the three complaint id's
                              The website shows "product is verified and troubleshoot is done". How can a damaged tv (Screen broken) problem be troubleshooted without a replacement.
                              I wonder how could flipkart update comment without any verification. We donot trust any seller rather the flipkart. Since our sole communication is with flipkart and not with the seller.
                              I question how flipkart says there is a communication gap (Wrong telephone number) when we have booked the product from flipkart app with the verified number and updated alternative number thrice in all the three complaint id's.
                              This is a question of genuineness from flipkart side.

                              I have placed my order for Thomson 32'' LED TV (Thomson B9 Pro 80cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart TV (32M3277 PRO) on 08th Jun 2019, the same as been installed by Jeeves Team on 09th Jun 2019.

                              Initially the TV was working fine, after 2 week display get off and power button not able to start, but i didnt take it serious and power off and on again it become normal, but it doesnt stay long. On 06th July 2019, It went to Dead.
                              Raised complaint in Flipkarat CC Team, Some technician who visited to my place and attended the problem but still my TV was Dead No display,

                              First time, Technician visit and he demand its backlight issue so he replaced nee backlight.

                              Next day morning Display get flickring and it repeat on every on time,

                              then another technician came and he demand its due to mother board issue, we need to order the parts from HQ delhi.

                              Finally technician came with mother board and the has replaced, initially the tv get ON but some color fade, after some settings changes by technician suddently display went to black, then he said backlight get defective again, it was very surprised how come the new TV get problem with in a month and also new backlight get defective with in a week even the TV is dead condition.

                              So its very clear the TV has some issue even after replace new Backlight and Mother board still its Dead condition, there is a serious issue was there, so i demand not to take any more service of this TV i need replacement of Quality one.

                              Flipkart and thomson CC not taking such a serious action for replacement of my TV with Quality one.

                              all the communication has been forward to grievance officer Flipkart, Home grievance officer team will take necessary action.

                              I demand to Flipkart and Thomson CC to Replace my TV asap.

                                We brought 55” vu tv, and the installation provider - jeeves who used unprofessional procedures and suggested mounting the tv on a cantilevered bracket and completed installation.

                                After 7 months, and still with warranty period the tv broke free from the wall and crash landed.

                                We did log a complaint with jeeves, who however demonstrated an attitude that’s akin to “i don’t care” and unresponsive.

                                We thereafter reached out to the customer complaints cell of manufacturer - who
                                Promptly deputed their service engineer and visited at site. He’s logged a ticket and indicted that you are likely to hear from ho.

                                Am not certain who owns the responsibility of liability - flipkart/ jeeves or vu?

                                The product is still with the prescribed company warranty, further have a 2 year extended warranty with jeeves.

                                Look forward to amicably settling this

                                  I had purchased a battery of 1800 mah samsung corby. After a months time the battery is not functioning properly it charges from 0 to 100% within 5 mints. And when charger is removed it comes to 10% in 5 mnts. I had a battery before ordering which was better than the new one which was purchased. I think this battery provided to me is a useless battery and i have been duped.
                                  Please advice if this battery can be changed or replaced or i have to go for some other means of communication.

                                    I tried to participate your online sell of mi tv 43". I was very anxious to grab it. On 29th may 2018, sharp at 12 noon, i clicked on"buy" button. System asked for payment mode. I selected credit card. Entered all the required details. Cvv number as well. Then system declared that the item can't be delivered to given postal pin number. I tried to all the possible close by postal pins. I was getting same message. I again started from beginning. Result was same. I tried for pune city postal pin, 411030. Then too the result was same. When i called your customer care center. Explained all the incident to the attendee. As per him, it depends on the seller where the seller wants to sell to item. There is nothing flipkart can do. I'm surprised. When flipkart is doing high campaigning, how the seller can decide the selling area. This means, all the flipkart customers getting cheated. They are just making efforts to grab an opportunity to buy an item. But only because of seller wish, they are not able to buy. For them, it's just waste of time.

                                    I request you to please keep declaring area of sell. At least by this, you can save your valuable customer's time. And keep them away from getting cheated.

                                    Other two points...

                                    The customer care person was not enough knowledgeable to attend queries.
                                    Flipkart mail id and customer care phone number is not available on your site. I searched it by googling. This clearly show that you don't want your customers to reach to you.

                                    Your mail [protected]@flipkart is not operational.

                                      I had ordered for a tempered glass which i received on time but it had a mall crack on the top left hand corner being very small i decided to still use it and its just been 15 days and the glass is coming off the screen. Tried to reapply but of no use. I really doubt the quality of your product now as i cud have used a local product from road side for just rs. 70 or 80 and that would have lasted till the screen had fully cracked. If your quality is this bad then why do u sell it on this platform with double or triple amount of the market rate.

                                        I ordered the mobile on 29 may and got it delievered on 31 may 2018. As soon as i open the box i found that the charger is not working. Then i switch on the hanset and found the phone is faulty. Screen is not working. I requested return of this product but the company saying they will not refund the money, they will replace the product. I want my money back.
