We brought 55” vu tv, and the installation provider - jeeves who used unprofessional procedures and suggested mounting the tv on a cantilevered bracket and completed installation.

After 7 months, and still with warranty period the tv broke free from the wall and crash landed.

We did log a complaint with jeeves, who however demonstrated an attitude that’s akin to “i don’t care” and unresponsive.

We thereafter reached out to the customer complaints cell of manufacturer - who
Promptly deputed their service engineer and visited at site. He’s logged a ticket and indicted that you are likely to hear from ho.

Am not certain who owns the responsibility of liability - flipkart/ jeeves or vu?

The product is still with the prescribed company warranty, further have a 2 year extended warranty with jeeves.

Look forward to amicably settling this

Customer has raised the complaint stating the Installation was not done properly by the Jeeves and now the television is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and apologized. As the installation was done by Jeeves requested to get in touch with them. Closing the complaint from our side.

    I had purchased a battery of 1800 mah samsung corby. After a months time the battery is not functioning properly it charges from 0 to 100% within 5 mints. And when charger is removed it comes to 10% in 5 mnts. I had a battery before ordering which was better than the new one which was purchased. I think this battery provided to me is a useless battery and i have been duped.
    Please advice if this battery can be changed or replaced or i have to go for some other means of communication.

      I tried to participate your online sell of mi tv 43". I was very anxious to grab it. On 29th may 2018, sharp at 12 noon, i clicked on"buy" button. System asked for payment mode. I selected credit card. Entered all the required details. Cvv number as well. Then system declared that the item can't be delivered to given postal pin number. I tried to all the possible close by postal pins. I was getting same message. I again started from beginning. Result was same. I tried for pune city postal pin, 411030. Then too the result was same. When i called your customer care center. Explained all the incident to the attendee. As per him, it depends on the seller where the seller wants to sell to item. There is nothing flipkart can do. I'm surprised. When flipkart is doing high campaigning, how the seller can decide the selling area. This means, all the flipkart customers getting cheated. They are just making efforts to grab an opportunity to buy an item. But only because of seller wish, they are not able to buy. For them, it's just waste of time.

      I request you to please keep declaring area of sell. At least by this, you can save your valuable customer's time. And keep them away from getting cheated.

      Other two points...

      The customer care person was not enough knowledgeable to attend queries.
      Flipkart mail id and customer care phone number is not available on your site. I searched it by googling. This clearly show that you don't want your customers to reach to you.

        I had ordered for a tempered glass which i received on time but it had a mall crack on the top left hand corner being very small i decided to still use it and its just been 15 days and the glass is coming off the screen. Tried to reapply but of no use. I really doubt the quality of your product now as i cud have used a local product from road side for just rs. 70 or 80 and that would have lasted till the screen had fully cracked. If your quality is this bad then why do u sell it on this platform with double or triple amount of the market rate.

          I ordered the mobile on 29 may and got it delievered on 31 may 2018. As soon as i open the box i found that the charger is not working. Then i switch on the hanset and found the phone is faulty. Screen is not working. I requested return of this product but the company saying they will not refund the money, they will replace the product. I want my money back.

            Od[protected] asus zenfone 3s max - this phone is not working. Got the defective piece. Why my return claim has been rejected. You call center guy was pathetic. May i know the detail reason for return rejection...?? You gave me defective product and claiming that product issue we do not do anything.

            This is was the initial complaint raised with them. On 18th may 2018 i have raised this. Nothing has been done by them except we will get back to you, sorry for delay, blah blah.

            I have placed the complaint on flipkart fb page too. No solution has been provided so far.

Where as i have not done any transaction in this regard. The total emis are deducted accordingly from my credit card a/c.                 Hi, i have been trying to buy the redmi note 5 pro since its launch until the recent flash sale on 30th may 2018. And i still haven't been able to place the order. I guess everyone is facing the same issue. As i read across all forums there are retailers who are using bots to order these mobile phones and are selling it at a premium in the market at nearly between rs.[protected] per handset. No wonder the end user is unable to get their hands on the product. This is a shame that neither flipkart or mi has been able to sort out these issues. If the idea of flash sales was to cater to the retailers then why go on a platform like this for selling the product or the brand. This continued effort of trying every flash sale and ending up empty handed has annoyed me to the core. How long is this going to go on? This has just become a waste of time to try and book the product on flipkart. With this kind of service i sure will stop using flipkart and the mi products no matter what it has to offer. There are plenty of options available in the market today. No wonder a brand like amazon has their strategies right while selling products on their site. Flipkart and mi, you'll are a disgrace!

                  Yesterday on 30th may 2018 i was ordering redmi note 5 pro on flash sale. During payment through debit card one messege came into window like "your payment did not go through, if amount is deducted we will refund it". Later i got message from my bank that you paid 14999 to flipkart. So where is my money and who will return it?
                  I have trust on flipkart but i dont have any proof as in my flipkart acount no order is showing related to yesterday.

                    Its been 5th time in 5 weeks duration, i am trying to buy asus max pro m1 in sale, every thursday 12 noon, but product reached in my cart. As soon as product was added to my cart it wejt out of stock. How???
                    This can not be possible after product been added to my cart.

                    Possibility is there flipkart has now started doing fake sale, sale even not relies for 1 minute even.

                    I need an answer. Other wise i will knock consumer forum.

                    Customer Support is of no help, they always utter scripted dialogues and also there are several different issues has been faced by me. Flipkart is losing is authentication.
                    I am sorry, which customer support number, and the sale is again on 7th of June 12 noon for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. My product Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 GREY COLOR is still in cart. So will I be able to order that on 7th of june during sale DIRECTLY FROM MY CART??

                      I have ordered one mobile of brand and model as “vivo y69” on 10th may, 2018 at flipkart. The product has been delivered and received at given address on 13 th may 2018. At the time of delivery of the product, mobile phone packed was not properly packed and does not sealed with vivo company stamp tape rather it was packed and sealed with normal white tape. I immediately complained to customer care in respect of this and after 3 or 4 days they told that your request has been canceled by seller. Again i complained to customer that without any discussion who can close the issue, they again raised the complaint on my behalf and they agree for recall the product, when courier boy come to pick the product, they opened that packed in front of me even after i told him that i am returning the same as it was not packed with company seal, you cannot open it as i myself has not opened the same once delivered to me. He informed that it is his duty and he have to open hat box, when they opened box in front of me, only mobile phone was there in box and no charger and ear phone was there. Mobile phone was tampered and looks to be second hand set. Courier boy has denied to pick that phone and they cancel my request. I again called customer care and told you can confirm the issued with courier boy. I am requesting to flipkart to recall the product but they are not giveing proper resoulation. I am cheated with faulty product against a cost of new product. Request to help me in this matter.

                      Delivery executive came to pick the phone today but refused to pick it.. as earphones was not there. however at the time of complaining i clearly mentioned that I did not receive anything with the phone. I don't know what information you have shared with delivery boy who came to pick it today. You have already wasted more than 15 days of mine ... Please share the clear instructions with person who will come to pick it up.

                        Last month I have gave an order to flipkart for a mobile of intex aqua vr plus it has been delivered on 25th april and now i found that there one item is missing in the box i.e. virtual box as mention in the specifications during placing the order

                          My name is shivam gupta i recently ordered a symphony touch 35 air cooler. But that cooler is not cooling at all. Thrice i called customer care and again and again they are just intitiating return request but every time when technician visit happens they used to told me that they will return in 2 days but when i cheked my flipkart account return was rejected thrice it happened.

                          I don't know why you peope doing this. According to first delievry date today is last date to return if today also return will be same then i cannot do any thing

                          Either you will give some good cooler in replacement or i initate my refund, today i will raise a complaint in consumer forum then you peope what is value of customer.

                          If you really want me not go consumer court arrange call with flipkart escalation manager or any person who have authority to take decision.

                          On update of my above return request they picked up the product form my home, I have gone to most of the stores for this cooler and read all reviews in flipkart most of the people complainig about the same thing

                          which i am facing i wanted to know then why you all are doing this to customer even one of review complains about return policy, this product is not good that's why seller is posting replacemnet policy not refund policy

                          i dont want this product in replacement either you have to refund my money or give me some other model for that differnt model i am ready to pay if ther will be any differences.

                            Bad service from flipkart. They will show kovappaly (686518) as their delivery area and they wont deliver items if they are sending by ekart logistic. One more advantage is that they won’t inform us if it reached nearest hub. After some days you will get a sms saying that your order canceled. When we call callcenter they will say it is non-service area. If they could have mentioned it earlier, we can give some other address or cancel items buying from them. Our money is holding for 10-20 days with them.

                              Order id: od[protected] was delivered on the said date with the product damaged. 3 packages were delivered, out of which one was the dining table, second package containing of 2 dining chairs and third package also dining chairs, all which have to be re-assembled. Out of this one package consisting of 2 chairs were in broken condition. Your flipkart person who came to re-assemble the furniture has taken photos of the broken products and assured us that it will be taken care by flipkart. Kindly request you to look into it asap and get the problem resolved.

                              Sir I have bought REDMI 5A phone through Flipkart on 1/03/2018 .from yesterday my mobile phones power button and volume button not working .please rectify the complain or replace with new one .I attach warranty and invoice copy .

                                There's deduction of ₹ 515/- for 1 times (Ie: 515*1= ₹ 515/-) as i didnot place any order on flipkart even i tried to call custamer care but they also reply there is no order olace by you so just want to know if i am not placing any order than why flipkart deduct amount from my account.

                                I ordered product (ID-OD[protected] on 14th May. It was promised that product will be delivered on 21th May. But after 21th May each day flipcart customer care service mail me and assure me that last 25th May it will be delivered . But still I didn't receive the product yet.

                                  There's deduction of ₹ 539/- for 2 times (Ie: 539✖ 2= ₹ 1078/-) as i tried to pay through debit card, but couldn't paid to flipkart for my order id: od[protected]. Flipkart confirmed that it was not paid as it sent a message i[censored]nsuccessful paid. But still the amount has not been credited in my account. So, please do the necessary action to help me.

                                  I ordered Redmi note 5 pro mobile on 30th May 12 noon from Flipkart mobile app.. Its sent me otp i inserted otp also after that it showed unable to order... My order was unsuccessful but still from my account 14999 Rs is debited from BOB Bank.My Bank details says its debited to Flipkart itself.. so whom refund my ammount???

                                  Seller from Flipkart cancelled my orders which i brought in discount offers he said it's price error but seller of customer time dont have any value to them
                                  first they give some offers and discounts on products then customer attract towards them after that they cancelled all orders
                                  So Please Take A Action On Them

                                  On 17 the may 2018 I purchased Asus phone and delivery date is 25th may2018 and in tracking it shows misroute (other city misrouted)
                                  I have ordered Y & J yulong but i got a very low quality cheap product, the cube don't even move properly. it is like a ₹15 rubix cube and the box is also diffetent, and i have bought it for ₹329 this was my first dilevery from flipkart and I am very dissipointed.

                                    I managed to add redmi note 5 pro 6gb ram and 64gb rom in my cart but before i select my address and go on it was showing stock out. How's that possible if i had added it into my cart it just happened today 30 may 2018. Now also it's in my cart i hadn't removed it. Please help me. I had tried many a times to order but this time i thought i succeed since u know problem which maked me sad. Please help me. Atleast this wasn't expected from flipkart.
