I asked the delivery boy to wait for 5 mins but he left as i reached n whn i asked him he mentioned tht he will b coming nxt day to deliver but i didn't receive any info regarding this no call bo msg so i raised a complain against it n they provided me with a new delivery date n suddenly i received a message that it has been cancelled i ordered that product before two weeks n now it has been cancelled what a service. Also the price of product is raised nw n they are asking me to make a new order but i need my order at the price the time order it

      Worst experience with the delivery service.
      The delivery guy doesn't call nor receives one.
      Better change ur delivery partner.
      At the end product is cancelled or rejected by itself due to worse delivery service.
      The product has already been delayed by 12 days amd still the drama continues.
      Please change your delivery partner to avoid ur loss.

        Sir it why do u all use large plastic bags for sending small products . Sir i am your one of your customers . Everything is good but one thing i Dont like is that u use plastics for sending everything sir i humbly request u pls stop using it for sending products . U can use paper bags for sending products to your customer .
        I have ordered intex fitrat pulzz and it is delivered to me on 23rd april . It was working fine but after two weeks it is not working at all . What a rubbish thing you have delivered flipkart .

          I made a payment on 10 may 2018 for flipkart pay later . my flipkart account is associated with email - [protected]@gmail.com and my money has debited twice in row.if you want any reference number or transaction id or bank statement i m ready to give you .
          But This i just so fraud. How can you even do with customers. why u didn’t refund my cash yet. u told me to go the bank. M going their twice in a day.. i even had a conversation with bank manager. she said the money has debited twice from your account.. there’s was no failure. And also she said the money has credited to seller account.. so please now refund my cash.. i have all my transaction id and reference id. so just refund.. other wise i will take legal actions against you and i will insult you on newspaper and media. How can u even think about it. How long i have been your trusted customer . now i think amazon is far better than you.. now refund as fast as you can . Otherwise i will take legal step

            I have ordered the below mentioned book once and it got cancelled and prompted for an alternative to order again so i ordered it again and again it got cancelled.

            Can i now the reason for repeated cancellation of the product and what is the assurance that it will be delivered if i order that product again.

            I order the screen guard for my mobile handset Sony Xperia M4 aqua dual on 21 May, 2018. On 23 May I received the wrong product. It was the Screen guard was of MI 3. Now I am unable the return the product as it is mentioned the product in under no-return policy.

            My pin code is 670645 it is located in manathavady...when i order products from flipkart they send it by dotzot courier..but this courier not delivering to home...but when it comes through ecom express courier will delivering to doorstep...so please send produt through ecom express courier only to the 670645 pin code...so plese help...

              Order id od[protected], quantitative aptitude by r s aggarwal was cancelled by flipkart as per the message received on may 6 after a long period after the order. You didn't show the courtesy to inform anything regarding the refund and not done it till now. I could order and was able to get the book through another agency.

              Now, today i have received a similar message regarding order od[protected], ssc mathematics chapterwise & typewise solved papers, informing that the order is cancelled. Is it the policy of flipkart that you are not bothered of the refund after cancellation?

                I am mohit and on 16 may, 2018 i'll ordered on flipkart but seller cancelled my order the order is of note 5 pro gold. But the seller cancelled the order but i didn't receive the refund at that time so i'll call toh customer service number of flipkart or they give me the deadline if 23may, 2018 that i'll recieved my refund but today is 25 but didn't receive my refund yet. Flipkart is fraud

                  I had ordered a battery from flipkart. But the product delivered has an image mismatch. When i appealed for return i had put the wrong reason by mistake. For that reason my replacement was not carried on. I wish to have my battery replaced. When the ekart executive came he told me to complain and treat the problem as an image mismatch. Kindly work on my issue.

                    With reference to the above complaint subject, i received a air cooler on dated 18/05/2018. But fan wasn't working then i put the request for replacement on same date, even return request is already approved by your technician after visiting on dated on 20/05/2018, but it's very shameful air cooler is not replaced except several times changed pick up date and accordingly replacement date. Please help me to avoid my mental torture by your customer care person and replace my good in working condition as soon as possible.

                      Hi,
                      I have purchased redmi note 5 pro mobile phone on 16th may 2018. I got delivery on 18th may 2018. But the product was faulty.

                      I raised the replacement request on same day against the product. Flipkart accepted and initiated the replacement on 20th may 2018.

                      But it hardly take maximum 2 days to reach product at my place.

                      But today is the expected date to deliver the product its been almost 5 days after the order. (Dispatched from same city - deliver to same city) and i know it will not going to deliver it today too.
                      Ekart mis ruted the product 2 times in the same city. (Address and pincode is correct)

                      Whenever i call customer care on this they will just say wait for two more days. This is ridiculous.

                      The product always get misrouted from in the same city.

                      My question to flipkart is what if you cancel the product delivery after the 10 days at that time my 10 days replacement policy will get over and i have to bear the defective piece?

                      P. S. There is no address issue, i have ordered the other product on the same delivery location before.

                      P. S if ekart logistic do not know about the nearest hub then ""lake view hub is nearest hub to my place.

                            I had bought sony ps4 pro 1 tb on january this year. I purchased it online from flipkart.com. Now my console has stopped working and when i approached the service centre, they say the warranty will not be honored as the dealer "micromini" is not an authorised dealer. Raised a concern with sony india and they also said the same. The mrp on the box is for rs. 32700/- now i am unable to claim the warranty, even though flipkart assured that their invoice is enough to claim the warranty. The dealer is also unable to reach and sony india refuses to help.

                              I purchased moto e 4 plus phone from flipkart. I am facing weak signal and signal flactuation issue in phone. It came to know after taking with motorola customer care centre that these phone model has some technical issue and they are working on it to update software to resolve the issue. I also talked with flipkart customer centre and got replied that you are already late, you should contact to us within 10 days after receiving the phone. Why flipkart is selling such type of phone which already had some technical issue and why they are making fool to customers. If phone has technical issue then why motorola or flipkart are not recalling the product. Pls. Suggest should i go to consumer court for the same.

                              The company show the resolved complaint... but actually they are even do not contact with me that what is problem I have... Totally frod work are done by flipkart.. Please help me... For alive my problem otherwise I'll go to the local consumer court and I complain about your frod work any surely I'll send you the legally notice for cheating with Coustmer. There is not a single step were taken by flipkart to resolve my problem and I got frustrated with this site.

                              I purchased moto e 4 plus phone from flipkart. I am facing weak signal and signal flactuation issue in phone. It came to know after taking with motorola customer care centre that these phone model has some technical issue and they are working on it to update software to resolve the issue. I also talked with flipkart customer centre and got replied that you are already late, you should contact to us within 10 days after receiving the phone. Why flipkart is selling such type of phone which already had some technical issue and why they are making fool to customers. If phone has technical issue then why motorola or flipkart are not recalling the product. Pls. Suggest should i go to consumer court for the same.

                                I cannot log into my flipkart account. The compny say that i place a heigh amount of returns but i creat only one return request. I request to return my nike shoes which is larger in size and i can not place a return request they block my flipkart account and iam no longer able to log in. And they sad that reply to our email that we have send to your registered email but i not receive any email. That is all they have done and fraud with me...

                                  I bought a mi tv 55 inches from flipkart, while installation i had to buy a tv wall mount stand worth rs 499/- from there official installation provider jeeves. But the tvwas having some issues with the screen so i requested from replacement, unfortunately replaced product was also having the same issue so now the are providing the refund to me for the tv but not for the wall mount stand which is now totally useless for me, when i called their customer care they said they can not do anything about it.

                                  This is totally loot from them as what will a person do with the stand without the tv? It was their fault as the tv was damaged and even the replaced one was having the same issue then why should consumer suffer any loss?

                                    I got my new television delivered on 17th may 2018, as per product description it should have been installed within 48 hours of delivery.

                                    I have contacted their installation partner (Jeves) on multiple times, every time i call jeves they tell me that an engineer is allocated for installation and he will call you, but i didn't receive any call.

                                    I decided to raise this with flipkart and i am also getting same replies every time from them."sir, we have escalated your request it will be installed soon, please be patient".

                                    It has been over 7 days since the product is delivered and so far i have not received any call or update regarding my installation.

                                    I've been following up with customer support team for many days.

                                    It has been 20 DAYS and my TV is not yet installed, your product page says guaranteed installation within 48 hours.

                                    Daily I am talking to flipkart executive and explaining same thing again and again.I've even dropped email to [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com

                                    Please can someone help me.

                                    I think, the way this is going I will miss watching FIFA world cup as I missed Champions league final, IPL final and FA cup final.

                                      As a purchased honor 10 which i have prebooked on 18th may
                                      They said the thw product will be delivered so i thought that i'll get but they haven't packed product till.. I called everyday because i have to go outside the country on same so i requested them to send it on time they said we'll send it on time.. But now when i called them on 25th they said the haven't shipped it..
                                      They are totally playing with their customer
                                      Now they are saying that wait till 27th may.. They will do something
                                      On other hand i have booked another same mobile from my friend's mobile the product on time, it will be delivered by tomorrow..

                                        I ordered a stand blender of italia brand for rs.2499/- from flip-kart on 21st may, morning and paid the amount by debit card in the night of the same day around 11 p. M. On the same day i. E 21st may, 18.. Order id: od[protected]. The payment was successful as evident from the massage i received in my mobile. My bank was allahabad bank, chandkheda branch, ahmedabad-382424.. But due to your company. S software problem, matter was not shown paid to the courier. However your staff confirmed that the payment has been received. I have mailed four times and talked over phone twice,. Still the courier refused to make deliver the product today, ie. 24th may. 2018. How you will solve the problem.
