The product was ordered by me on 5th june and the delivery date is given 9th june... But it's not packed yet and today is 8th of june... I'm just worried, will it be delayed??? Actually, is
I'd used my debit card to make the payment and it's approved, but it's not packed and shipped yet... If it's not packed yet, when will it be delivered... Everything takes time... Tomorrow is the delivery date... I'm just worried will it be delivered on time???

    I ordered a redmi note 5 pro on 2nd may from account detail [protected], they deducted the amount 14999 two times and now more than one month is over I haven't received my money. Every time I get a deadline from customer care and nothing happens and deadline passes. Today customer care told that u can do whatever u can we can't help u. Firstly they told that we have received the amount only once then after inquiring the same from my bank I got to know that they have received the amount. Then I again called then they said that yes we have received amount twice.

      I ordered redmi note 5 pro 6gb version via fiipkart on flash sale. Which is itself a big task. After order got placed i see the notification in flipkart as :

      Undelivered due to shipment damaged

      Now i have to wait another week to order it, that too not sure if it will be possible to get it in the flash sale.

      Flipkart needs to get their delivery sorted.

        Hello sir/madam,

        I have ordered a product (Redmi mobile which cost of 9899) in flipkart online portal on 16th may 2018 with order number: od[protected], and it should be delivered by 26th may 2018.

        On 26th may 2018, we received sms as like product has been delivered, but we not received the product. Same day i spoke to filpkart customer service and raised a complaint on my concern. As per complaint it has to be resolved by 1st june 2018 by refunding money nor delivery the product to correct address. Every day when i speak to flipkart customer service, they keep on telling me to give 24 to 48 hours to resolve my complaint. But so far they took more than 10days and still my complaint not resolved yet by refunding amount or deliver the product.

        Please find the attached product screen shots for your reference.

        Could you please take necessary action to resolve my complaint or concern to transfer my money to the debited account.

          Very burst experience with flipkart this time for order no. Od[protected] i received empty packet product was missing in packet, i tried for refund through my account however got msg you have unusually high return which is fake, i tried for call back 2 times no call received, i called two time on custome rcare no they put my call on hold and after that disconnected my call without any resolution.

          I want my refund so request you to please refund my amount
          Which is 1419.

          This type of customer service you provide same on you such a large company have a worst customer service???

          This is really disgusting after so many follow-ups, today i received a call from flipkart (Name sakshi-[protected]) see was saying we will deliver another product to you, when i asked my money back she said we will not return your money if you want to take product take this product else forget your money.
          This offer can given me on same day when i raise the concern why so many follow-ups required???
          Filpkart making people fool, if you are purchasing a product from flipkart you are making a big mistake, as i was doing from last 4-5 years i never tried to return the product so not faced any issue, now my problem is genuine than they only following a protocell.
          They don’t bother about customer satisfaction and experience.

            I purchased a samsung s8 from flipkart and with 12-14 days it was found defected and samsung authorized service centre has also confirmed the same.
            I have raised a request for the same on flipkart but yet no action has been taken.
            Date i received the phone 24 - may -2018
            Phone was not working properly.
            Samung issued me with doa certificate.

            Please let me know what should i do?
            Should i stop buying products from flipkart?

                I have been facing network connectivity issue from the date of recieving the device. I also gave automatic shut down issues. I opted for return but my request was rejected even when the technician admitted that the phone was faulty but twice post technician visit my return request was rejected. I have been using the same sim in my other phone where there was no network problem. But in this device data is very slow sometimes not working-showing 3g instead of 4g

                We have interacted with the customer, as per customers issue, arranged for a tech visit twice and our technician has not found any issue in the device, and it is working fine, hence closing the case.
                I have pad twice for same product. And when I ask for solution then they are making lame excuse. I have my txn I'd in which I have pad advance money through phone pay... So pls help me out.

                  It been more then 10 days, I have not received any resolution from the team regarding GST invoices.
                  I have cancelled all my purchases from flipkart and shifted them to other portals because of this reason.
                  I already paid for product but last 10days they are not give me response and product status and last 10day give excuse we have no update by seller and i purchased on Flipkart not your seller i don't know whos ur seller

                    I Purchased a Mitashi 1.5 Ton 5 Star BEE Rating 2018 Inverter AC - White (MiSAC155INv35, Copper Condenser) from Flipkart on Dated 13/05/2018 and Deivered on Dated 15/05/2018 on EMI basis at Rs30, 338.
                    This Product Installed on Dated 21/05/2018 by Flipkart Authorized Service Installer.This AC having Some Issue regarding shortage of Gas in AC. I have complaint on flipkart on dated 27/05/2018 regarding Cooling Issue and Demo not provided by the technician. After Regula follwup after 11 days Flipkat person says that they are taking back the Ac and refund will be credited by them and rest money of installation is not being given in Cash.
                    I have checked the Return Policy of Flipkart

                    In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

                    Now they are saying that they will refund the Money to me. But what should i do with the money.This is very bad response from the Flipkart team and after one month by doing regular followup no proper claim given by them.

                    As discussed over the call, Seller can provide the refund of the product MITASHI 1.5 TON 5 STAR BEE RATING 2018 INVERTER AC - WHITE with the order id OD[protected] as there is no stock with the seller.

                    As per seller's policy mentioned on the website, the 10 days replacement is over on 30th May'18 and seller can not accept the return.

                    And also the Installation standard charges will be refunded back to you in your flipkart wallet in the gift card section for which the validity will be of 1 year, can not transfer to any bank or flipkart account and can not club with COD.

My invoice number fabbu[protected]. They are send a message to installation on 07.06.2018. Today morning also i got one message your "dear customer, jeeves engineer a. Saravanan [protected] will call you to fix an appointment". I called to saravanan he is mobile number was switched off. After some time i called him. He attend the call and told me i will be there at afternoon. So again i called him. That time he says within half an hour i i'll be there. But he is not came. Again i called him. But no response & he didn't pick my call. So i called jeeves office. Office number is[protected]. They attend my call and told me i i'll call saravanan and arrange for installation. So i am waiting. But no one came. Again i called to office. They says we i'll arrange the persons tomorrow. I asked then why you gave a commitment to install. They will suddenly raised (Very anger) and behave like rude and cut my call. What is this. This is the good customer service. I paid the amount and receive the product without installation. What is the use of that product.

                        Note : very poor customer response...

                        Flipkart delivered the damaged mobile and requested by me to return on May 10, 2018, then delivery boy canceled the SIM by saying that the SIM tray is broken, That was from the beginning...And for 15 days now, the technical team is refusing to change the mobile by making excuses.

                          Dear sir,

                          This is sharad laldas, pune, an old customer of flipkart.
                          Recently i had ordered a philips 5.1 speaker (Order no - od[protected] as a gift for my sister in bangalore. This speaker doesnot have bluetooth conectivity and their tv doesnot support wired audio output, it can be conected only to a bluetooth speaker. Hence these speakers are of no use, not compatible with tv. For this reason i tried to replace these speakers to a higher version of bluetooth speaker (Of more cost), but flipkart is not allowing me to do so, and they are replacing it with the same model.

                          My problem will not be solved by getting same model in replacement. Please arrange to allow me to buy a higher version of bluetooth speakers in repacement of these speakers.

                          Hoping that flipkart will solve this issue on an urgent basis.

                            Finally after 24 hours got a response.

                            Got a call from flipkart representative – arvind from bangalore just now.

                            Questions he didn’t answer:-

                            Did you arrange any demo for customer to decide, and why not.
                            Was there any option given to check and see the stuff or flipkart website gives that experience?
                            Why the basic functions are missing from tv, or do you think 30 thousand tv cannot have basic things as its cheap???
                            Why the tv is getting hanged, why you are selling with outdated software?
                            Why not it’s better to buy from local shop or croma & reliance digital.
                            Why your engineer is not coming within 24 or 48 hours?
                            Why he is coming the next day when my 10 days periods are getting over??
                            Why amazon refunds immediately? How are they different from you? Why can’t you practice their good things??
                            Do you have guts to show this mail to binny bansal or sachin bansal or your walmart team??

                            This is simply cheating from flipkart.

                            Seems only way left to go to consumer court and have started sharing this experience with family and friends.

                            Being a indian company you are doing this, this is really shameful. You are no different from politicians.

                            And look how amazon treats its customer, afterall a mnc is a mnc, the real customer friendly atleast they don’t want to extract money from poor indian or do fraud by fooling customer.

                            Flipkart is going snap-deal, and hope soon walmart will realize what mistake they have done after selling this poor customer centric firm.

                            Flipkart shows customer as king, but treats their customer’s as fool who doesn’t have any right to refund or reject any misleading or poor quality product.

But your packet is containing only 5. Please verify the matter and remaining seeds. Otherwise get back your packet. Why this type cheating is appearing.

                                I mukul bhagat have purchased air conditioner on 16 may 2018 and made payment through bajaj emi card on same date, the same was delivered on 22 may 2018
                                For the purpose to built a window i opened the box for taking measurement and shocked to see that the product delivered to us is of samsung second hand air conditioner.
                                I have contacted to costumer care number of flipkart and talked to mr. Abhinay kumar has reject our request of return policy on the norm that we have open our air conditioner box by ourself and we are unauthorised to open the box. So we cannot avail return policy. The cost of air conditioner amount to rs. 24, 000. We have sufficient proofs that we have not open the box in isolation we have several independent members who are present there while opening the box.
                                Since we are middle class family, we cannot afford such type of losses. Kindly resolve grievance as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered a panasonic hair dryer on 31st of may and the assured delivery date was 2nd of june. On the day of delivery i got delay in delivery message and the next assured delivery date was given as 4th of june. Still now i haven't received my product nor any fruitful update of the status of my product from the flipkart team.in spite of repeated calls and escalations they are not able to give me any recent update from their logistic end (Their own ekart logistics) and just asking me to wait, continuously postponing the delivery and issue resolution dates.in the order tracking page too there has been no updates after 4th of june and in the last status the location of the hub where the order reached was only 4km away from my home. I feel helpless as the same product is out of stock and not available in any other websites.

                                    I completed my course and came to my hometown for holidays, here as i didnt do any shopping from a long time, i ordered few things from flipkart, till morning it was okay and i was able to track my orders. But after some time, i was not able to access my account and the login error started popping. I contacted the customer care and they said not to worry and that my account will be accessible awithin 2 hours. But nothing happened and again they told me the same thing. This happened will me all the time. I also got my order cancellation messages without my approval and also the money was not refunded. When i tried to their cc, response was not their from them. When i read about this, i came to know that its been blocked because they may considered as a reseller!! What!! Really!! Is it wrong to order many things from flipkart? If yes i will never order from you guyz again. Please look into this and do the needful.

                                    Nothing has been done yet, Their customer care is also not that supportive and they themselves will not know the status of the complaint. I was a regular customer of them, I will not shop from them again ever

                                    They are saying now that they have cancelled my orders without refunding because of the irregularities in the payment method, I have always taken the order and made the payment regularly, otherwise how would I get my order ...they just say anything

                                      I ordered a transformer toy car beginning of may-the item delivered was not working and i requested a return on 17th may — the guy who came for return insisted that his return order mentioned a blue car while i was returning a red car!!

                                      The order page in flipkart had no option to choose colour — so dont know what they meant! I had what i had — they delivered me a red car!

                                      I complained again and they convinced me to solve the issue by 25th may and then again said they will solve my 5th june!

                                      What a sham!! Absolute poor service and group of cheats!

                                      Never buy stuff from flipkart — i wasted my 1600 rs

                                        I purchased my mi note 4 from flipkart order id 0d[protected] dt 18-10-17 now speakers of my phn is not working properly and its heating too much 45degree celcious i lost invoice of this order as my product is in warrenty period so i requested invoice for this order no. Many times from flipkart official website dt. 05/06/2018 and 06/06/2018 but haven't received invoice till now than i dialed flipkart customer care no. [protected], 10-15 times but couldn't connected with any customer care representative a recorded massage "all our customer care representative is busy now call after some time" is there all the times. Now i m too much frustrated cant understand how to get invoice.
